Slack is very smooth and easy to use, especially when working with group channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Notification Overload
With constant pings from channels, threads, mentions, and connected apps, Slack can start to feel overwhelming—especially in larger teams.
2. Too Many Channels
Over time, workspaces can get cluttered with dozens (or even hundreds) of channels, which makes it difficult to know where the most important conversations are actually happening.
3. Search Limitations (Free Plan)
On Slack’s free plan, message history is limited. That can be frustrating when you need to look up older information or revisit past discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
