The platform has a major issue with contact filtering — specifically the inability to exclude unengaged contacts (e.g. those who haven't opened emails in 60 days). This has been broken since 11 May, and despite repeated follow-ups, it’s still not fixed as of 4 August. I've received vague responses and shifting timelines from support, and no one can give a clear answer on when it will be resolved.
Because of this, I haven’t been able to run a single campaign safely in almost three months. My email deliverability has suffered, and I'm unable to use my list of over 4,000 contacts. It has impacted my business significantly. I was promised a resolution by 30 June — that came and went. A Zoom call with their team led nowhere, and there has been no follow-up on the offer of compensation.
The lack of transparency, urgency, and accountability from GHL has been incredibly disappointing. This is basic functionality for any CRM, and they’ve failed to deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
