**What do you like best about GHL?**

What I like most about GHL is how much it consolidates into one platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools for CRM, funnels, email, and SMS, I can manage everything in one place. It's streamlined our workflow and made it easier to track and optimize the entire customer journey.

**What do you dislike about GHL?**

What we've found most frustrating about GHL is the landing page builder. While it's functional, it's not as flexible or intuitive as other dedicated page builders, which can slow down design and iteration. This has made it harder for our team to move quickly on tests compared to platforms.

**What problems is GHL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GHL has been one of our core systems from early on, and it mainly solves the issue of having everything scattered across different tools. Being able to manage leads, automations, and messaging in one place keeps things organizaed and makes it easier to execute without a lot of extra overhead.

It’s not as user-friendly as I expected it to be, but there is training available to help.

I run my entire business on GHL, and I’ve created a beautiful website along with a complete ecosystem around it.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

All in one platform, userfriendly and reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about GHL?**

The platform has a major issue with contact filtering — specifically the inability to exclude unengaged contacts (e.g. those who haven't opened emails in 60 days). This has been broken since 11 May, and despite repeated follow-ups, it’s still not fixed as of 4 August. I've received vague responses and shifting timelines from support, and no one can give a clear answer on when it will be resolved.

Because of this, I haven’t been able to run a single campaign safely in almost three months. My email deliverability has suffered, and I'm unable to use my list of over 4,000 contacts. It has impacted my business significantly. I was promised a resolution by 30 June — that came and went. A Zoom call with their team led nowhere, and there has been no follow-up on the offer of compensation.

The lack of transparency, urgency, and accountability from GHL has been incredibly disappointing. This is basic functionality for any CRM, and they’ve failed to deliver.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

I like GHL because it has all the features you could ever want to run a business. It has pipeline, email, texting, calendars and even funnel builders. It does it all and is easy to implement the features. The customer support is also great and it is something you will use every day.

The complications make it sometimes hard to use for the beginner. You have to learn it to get good with it.

They are allowing me to stay in touch with my prospects and customers through funnels, sites, calendars, email broadcasts and much more. It is the tool to stay connected to sales and the operations of your digital presence.

This CRM is affordable when compared to other CRM software. It offers good value for its price, making it a cost-effective choice among similar products.

The software is quite slow and takes a lot of time to use. It also requires a considerable amount of time to load new pages, which makes the overall experience frustrating.

This app is not suitable for users who need to work quickly, as it is quite time-consuming. I did not like it much.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

I can do funnels, website, social media, courses, etc. all in one place myself.  It integrates with most things.  It saves money from having all those softwares independently.

**What do you dislike about GHL?**

Sometimes there a small glitches that make it take longer to create something than necessary.  For instance, the changes in the desktop version don't always automatically show up on the mobile side.

Sometimes you have to play around with things lining up on the page even if it shows they are using the same parameters.  When you publish the alignment doesn't always look the same.

Quick funnel builds, hosting a course, scheduling social media more effectively.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

The scope of GHL is unmatched when you compare with other CRMs. For a business looking to prospect new clients and communicate through call/text/email, manage online reputation, send invoices and collect payment, to managing ad spend this thing can do it all.

At the end of the day you can just pay to whitelabel it and sell it to someone else to pay for your usage!

Like most things, the more data you put into it the slower it operates.

I've worked at companies where they have 10,000s of leads in it and the loading times got pretty bad.

If you're used to a CRM that is point and shoot the loading times can be a little offputting.

**What problems is GHL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can prospect new clients (cold call, mass marketing, promo material), send invoices and collect payment from existing customers, AND fulfill on a service to paying clients all in one app.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

It is not appealing CRM but thats true for any CRM out there. The more data you input the slower its operations become. It offers a range of features although they might be a bit complex to grasp initially.

The current limitations restrict my ability to create a personalized experience for my clients.

It has successfully solved the problems we faced with processes and tedious data entry. Manage transactions within our Zoom meetings. We have been able to save an amount of time.

**What do you like best about GHL?**

If you know your way around a CRM, if you know how to use Webhooks and Zapier, you can just about use it to do anything. Sales, marketing, customer service, content. You name it, it can probably help you in some way.

**What do you dislike about GHL?**

It can be a bit daunting to look at. It isn't pretty to look at, but no CRM is. The learning curve is not steep, but it is rather long. THe more you learn, the more you can do with it for sure.

**What problems is GHL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it internally and externally. GHL is something we sell as our own CRM. We just prepare it with specific snapshots that are dependent on a business's needs. This is an important upsell or prospecting tool in that sense.
It's also helping us keep track of our leads and keep them warm.

It's a great software that includes many features, all of which are useful. It's been a great help to be able to organize clients and without it, it would be an operational nightmare.

There are so many features that it can be complex to understand at first. Also, I haven't been the biggest supporter of their support as some aspects of this software can be complex, and the support doesn't always have the knowledge

It makes payments much easier and it has many integrations which is great!

It was very easy to integrate zoom into my GHL scheduling system.

The downside to GHL would have to be the learning curve. It's a powerful system but can take time to learn how to navigate.
