What do you like best?

We use the Zapier integration heavily to link Klenty to our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and this works well once set up. The team is generally good about responding to support queries, not that we've had to make many in the last year or so. At this point we can set up new cadences and get leads flowing through them with ease. The level of analytics is enough for us to monitor cadence performance. What do you dislike?

The UI can be a little clunky in places but this is a minor issue. The API is a bit rough around the edges but most people won't be using this directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have this hooked up to our CRM through Zapier (as there is no native integration for ActiveCampaign) and this allows us to nurture leads through automated email cadences, and allows our CRM to be updated when a lead responds or falls off the end of the cadence without responding. You can send 10 times the email/reach 10X the customers. Cadence is key to the value. The ability to make a stream of messages that are individualized is very powerful. What do you like best?

We don't have to remember the follow-up dates, you just need to add the email and prospects in the cadence and klenty will send follow-ups to all prospects on the time you have set. Also, the reports help in analyzing your reach out process, tells you the no. of email sent, mail that were opened and when they were opened, any link in the mail opened, mails that got bounced. This help you decide whom should you focus more upon, and what content of yours is actually doing wonders and what is not getting any traction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not able to identify the bounced mails, although there is a feature for identifying the bounced mails, but it didn't identify all the mails that got bounced. The no. of bounced mails shown in the reports are much less than actual numbers which you see in your email id. Also, mail ID gets blocked sometimes due to bulk mailing. What do you like best?

What I love about Klenty is its exceptional reporting capabilities. You can get all kinds of reports that you can possibly imagine. Secondly, the level of control you have over everything is amazing. For instance- you can choose whether to prioritize sending first emails or follow-ups.

What do you dislike?

I just wish we had the ability to add as many email accounts as we like under one Klenty account. That way you get everything under one hood and it becomes easier to manage things if you are an agency or have a good number of clients.

The other area where Klenty can improve is reporting- though you can get all kinds of reports possible, it would have been better if there was just one place where you could apply filters and get the results you are looking for. It also lacks any sort of report visualization like graphs or charts that may come in handy to indicate trends.

Some other features that would be a great addition include feedback on email copy as you are creating your content and an option to remove any special formatting from your email copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The customer support is excellent. The platform is extremely flexible in it's features. They are always updating their features. They literally respond within 5 minutes and communicate intelligently how to resolve issues quickly. The price point makes it perfect for small businesses,(they are obviously not greedy like some of their competitors) and they offer a better platform than most of the platforms on the market. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The main reason I selected Klenty as compared to its peers is due to the native Pipedrive integration. Information seamlessly flows in both directions between the two platforms.

One of the most unique features to Klenty (at least a year ago when I compared platforms) was its ability to utilize an algorithm to randomize the email sending to make the emails sent via campaigns appear to be user generated. Most competitors simply use a time-based interval (i.e., 30 or 60 seconds) between emails. Klenty's feature helps to reduce the risk of being flagged as a spam sender by email servers that monitor timing of email traffic.

Klenty has an intuitive dashboard that displays the key performance indicators for my email campaigns. In a quick glance, I can visualize global performance and drill-down into individual recipient interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The email cadence user interface could be improved. The emails are displayed in a 'tree' format and it is difficult to understand how to change settings on individual emails or the entire cadence at first. This learning curve goes away after you try all features.

The integration between Klenty and my email service provider has failed on multiple occasions in the past. The effort required to re-connect the systems is too cumbersome. I have become aware of this issue due to email replies from recipients not being recognized in Klenty, an unfortunate issue as some recipients were continuously emailed after the initial response should have triggered the campaign to stop.

Klenty could improve their feature set by capturing additional metadata (e.g., location, device type, etc.) from the image tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Klenty is an excellent tool to do drip campaigns for prospects and partners. It helps us to communicate our messages personally to prospects and customers & do automatic follow-ups based on customer actions. We can track who all has read the message, clicked on the link, and has replied to the same. Based on their actions we can set up the system to do automatic response. What do you like best?

Klenty is very easy to use and to personalizar emails. The templates and cadence allow the use of photos, links and provides a very attractive and compelling email. I have had great success in a very tough business for bulk emails (Private Banking). Klenty has provided me with many new clients and thousands of dollars of income stream.

Whenever I have had any difficulties, the support team is always there to resolve your problems.

What do you like best?

Klenty has a simple, and intuitive interface. We connected around 10+ email accounts at our peak, and a number of complex campaign and utilized the Zapier integration to communicate with CRMs. We had multiple other use cases over the past 2 years we've been using Klenty! We switched TO Klenty from another tool, Reply.io, because Klenty offered more features and was more cost-effective-- especially once scaling past 3-5 email accounts.

GREAT live chat support- this is a really big deal given how technical their team is, and how quickly they respond + daily availability. Especially with anything related to email, quick response from the platform's tech support is essential-- Klenty comes through big on this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I really wish Klenty worked better on a mobile device-- but that is not a frequent occurrence.

It would also be helpful to get recommendations on email campaign copy or sending time/date recommendations tips based on the data in my account, or massive amount of data Klenty collects!

It's to easy to create different cadences, introduce A/B test.

The best part is that we use it with Hubspot, our CRM, so we not also send emails, but also create new leads when they answer our emails.

What do you like best?

Klenty has been a great way to reach mass amounts of people in regards to sales. It is very user friendly, and I like how you can create numerous email chains for different industries / categories. This helps to distinguish individual uniqueness. It also has a function that allows you to test different versions of your cadence to see which version gets the highest response. What do you like best?

We were able to get results from the drip campaigns in no time, very easy to use and we were able to set up the sales emails quickly. They use the email SMTP settings to configure the email and that's an advantage because we saw better deliverability with this technique. Klenty is a very useful tool to send our outbound emails & follow-ups

Regarding the integration with our CRM tool, it automatically creates new deals, for each of the contacts reached by email, if I choose that option. However, I would like to have the option to create a unique deal per company reached, not per contact. But anyway, when we need help with the platform, Klenty staff is very responsive. What do you like best?

I like how I can customize each step of the email process. I also like how the emails don't look like SPAM or like other email blast software. I can fully customize my emails with pictures, links, etc. and have several steps of emails along the way taking my prospect on a journey. Great stuff!

What do you like best?

Klenty has a wide range of features to build up your own dynamic workflow for email outreach including tags, lists, integrations to google drive and CRMs. The team is constantly improving the product and releasing new features. What do you like best?

It's design is good. The fact you can add emails AND calls AND tasks is very solid.

They are also the only ones to do this AND connect to Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

No auto-save feature - which you only discover the first time you lose your work (which will be when you just go to another module). No warning, no "are you sure", just *poof* your work is gone.

No customization of columns - you see 3-4 things and that's it. The fields for variables are hidden in every single contact, so a LOT of clicks to see necessary info.

Need to see more info nonetheless because.... work ? They say to use tags - but there is NO way of bulk editing or removing them (not really, you can select them one by one from a drop down and then erase them all.

ONE false move and your ENTIRE database is down the drain. For instance, I now have more tags than contacts in there and have to click through them ONE BY ONE.

Support is borderline non-existent - and its competence is unimpressive. I have literally lost hours because of listening to their advice, ending up making my problem MUCH worse.

Very frustrating that no one else offers emails/calls/tasks and integrate w/Pipedrive, I would switch in a heartbeat or less.

If you are not stuck on Pipedrive, there are alternatives. If you're on Pipedrive and need a sales automation solution that does more than just emails, you don't have the choice and we can cry together.

It's ok for a product to be incomplete/slightly flawed but when support doesn't help or drives you into the wall, repeatedly, these flaws become liabilities for customers.

I would switch in a heartbeat, it seems I am stuck for now - but I will now look at switching from Pipedrive in order to get rid of Klenty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am automating redundant sales tasks and updating my CRM.

I am unsure whether the time I can gain doing this isn't lost with the huge number of issues i keep running into and pitfalls "baked into" their platform.

What do you like best?

Klenty has been a fantastic solution for our email automation. It allows for automated campaigns to be sent that don't require much from our sales team, and also keep our email sender scores high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I really like the ability to set cadences with multiple types of touches like calls, connect on LinkedIn, etc. There are also a lot of great tips and recommendations for how to be more effective with your message, delivery rate, and open rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to reorder cadences more easily is the only thing I think could be improved. The system works great and the interface is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracking and automating sales touches. If you have done a sequence before it is easy to load and get moving. If you haven't you can view support and tutorials to help give you ideas. Cadences can be set up to review before sending or send automatically so I feel in total control. It's also easy to set up new cadences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
