I think that doing performance reviews in this structure really helps my growth as an engineer. The time to reflect on my past 6 months, the feedback I receive and setting all that in writing is really useful. It's the most impactful process in my opinion, within a company, to try to be better every sprint, every month, every year etc. I really like this feature **What do you dislike about Mirro?** I dislike the heavy usage of gifs. I think it's too much, it makes the whole experience heavier on the eyes. **What problems is Mirro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time off component is very easy to use, and it's precise. Sometimes it is hard to prioritise digital wtld to the face-to-face interactions. That's the best part about Mirro, it builds trust and connection with people in your company. It is easy to use and it has many functions in our company. You can even request for leave with just a few clicks. **What do you dislike about Mirro?** Sometimes if the company sets some guidelines for things to complete, they can be confusing, but I think that's user error. **What problems is Mirro solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more paper use for requesting leave. ### 6.
