We started piloting for just one team and the value it creates is amazing - starting with:

(1) top top-to-down goal setting and implicitly the understanding of the individual contribution to the company's success

(2) improving collaboration through feedback loops

(3) easy management of the performance review

(4) a recognition system through kudos offering

There is nothing we dislike, just advise for the teams that will be using the product - really encourage the team to make the best of the usage. It creates a lot of value if being used - so make inputs, give kudos, ask for feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reason I write this review is because I like the performance component. I think that doing performance reviews in this structure really helps my growth as an engineer. The time to reflect on my past 6 months, the feedback I receive and setting all that in writing is really useful. It's the most impactful process in my opinion, within a company, to try to be better every sprint, every month, every year etc.

-appreciation and reacting to the appreciation with comments or emoji;

This is not smth related to the app itself, but applies to anything - It takes time to go back to the app and do the necessary updates. Sometimes it is hard to prioritise digital wtld to the face-to-face interactions. I love expresses the gratitude to humans in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that we have everything in one place and I can give kudos to my colleagues! That's the best part about Mirro, it builds trust and connection with people in your company.
