I use 15Five to help managers keep a regular pulse on their teams. The weekly reflections allow employees to quickly share what they worked on, what is going well, and where they may need support. This gives managers useful context before meetings instead of starting conversations without preparation. I also find the engagement insights helpful because they summarize feedback from different teams and highlight patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. Some reporting sections require a bit of time to get familiar with. The information is valuable once you learn where it lives, but first time users may need guidance to locate certain analytics or past feedback records.
