"15Five Keeps Managers in Sync with Weekly Reflections and Engagement Insights"
What do you like best about 15Five?

I use 15Five to help managers keep a regular pulse on their teams. The weekly reflections allow employees to quickly share what they worked on, what is going well, and where they may need support. This gives managers useful context before meetings instead of starting conversations without preparation. I also find the engagement insights helpful because they summarize feedback from different teams and highlight patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. Having recognition, goals, and feedback available in one workspace helps HR stay closer to what employees are experiencing day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Some reporting sections require a bit of time to get familiar with. The information is valuable once you learn where it lives, but first time users may need guidance to locate certain analytics or past feedback records. A slightly clearer layout would make navigation easier for new managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"15Five Made Weekly Check-Ins and 1:1s Effortless for Our Teams"
What do you like best about 15Five?

We stared using 15Five for weekly check ins and it fastest became part of how we work. Most of our teams rely on the 1 on 1 feature to stay aligned with their managers. The HighFives are genuinely fin to use and people reallys enjoy giving reconition to each other other. We also run the annual enagement survey through it which saves us from dealing with separate tools. The best self review process works well for our performance cycles. OKRs help us track what matters without overcomplicating things. After checks in and meetings managers get practical guidance that actually make sense. This has made a real difference in how we collect feedback and tie it back to what the business needs. The whole experience feels straightforward and our people have adopted it without much resistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Some folks on our team find the interface a busy. They have mentioned that having an optional simplified view would help them focus on just the essential without extra distraction. The prompts for checks ins tend to repeat after a while which makes some people tune out. Adding more variety or letting us rotate prompts ourselves would go a long way in keeping people engaged over time. Its not a dealbreaker, but these small tweaks would improve the overall experience for users who prefer a cleaner, more streamlined setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"15Five’s Insights Dashboard Makes Performance Trends and Feedback Easy to Track"
What do you like best about 15Five?

15Five insights dashboard provides a really useful view of performance trends and overall team engagement. I especially like how easy it is to see survey results and staff comments in one place, rather than having to jump between different sections. We use it for 1:1s, weekly checks ins, and reviews, and I also refer back to it for details my boss may need to remember about who I am and how I work. The way everything is presented feels clear, simple and easy to understand. It also works well with goal tracking and the manager tools, which makes it easier to connect feedback to daily work and keep upmwith follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The platfrom is generally straightforward and easy to use, but there are still a few areas where the layout could be simplified so people can find what they need a faster. I havn’t run into any issues so far, everything looks good, and all the tools and integrations are working properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great way to manage engagements with manager and handle reviews"
What do you like best about 15Five?

I still love having ONE platform for engagements with my manager. We use it for 1:1s, weekly check-ins, reviews, and to reference anything my boss may need to remember about who I am and how I work.

What I have begun using since my last review are the objectives. I made my team and myself the owners of the objectives so that we are all reminded every week of our commitments and we have to answer to our progress before we can submit our weekly check-ins. This helps remind us of what our focus should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

I still dislike the concept of high fives. While I give them and get them, I fear that ultimately it is a popularity contest and is something only certain personalities need or want to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"15Five: Intuitive, Easy to Roll Out, and Packed with Balanced Features"
What do you like best about 15Five?

What I like fine approximately 15Five is its ease of use and how intuitive the platform feels for each employees and managers. The ease of implementation is a big plus, as it’s quick to set up and smooth to roll out across groups. Customer aid has been responsive and useful on every occasion help is wanted, and I use the platform regularly for check-ins, remarks, and purpose tracking. The range of features, along with overall performance reviews, engagement surveys, and purpose alignment, is properly balanced with out feeling overwhelming. Additionally, the benefit of integration with tools like Slack and HR systems makes it match smoothly into normal workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

One thing I dislike about 15Five is that some features can feel a bit limited without customization, and certain advanced options are only available in higher plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

"Mindful Employee Check-Ins, Yet Mechanical Feedback"
What do you like best about 15Five?

I really value how 15Five acts as an emotional safety net with its 'Pulse Check' feature, which allows me to flag burnout without feeling like I'm complaining. It's easier to be honest in a digital update, and the hard conversations start before our 1-on-1 meetings, removing the awkward silences. I also find that it effectively fights 'Recency Bias' during appraisals, as my weekly wins are documented throughout the year. This transparency allows me to relax over the weekend, knowing my progress is clear to my boss. The initial setup was pretty smooth with the help of our support and the vendor team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

The feedback requests feel a bit too mechanical. When you ask a teammate for input through the app, it turns a human interaction into a notification on a checklist. It feels a bit cold, and I wish it felt more like a casual 'shout-out' rather than a formal transaction. Also, the mobile app is noticeably slower than the desktop version. Trying to finish my Friday check-in on my phone while heading out for the weekend can be frustrating when the screens take a few extra seconds to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Weekly Check-Ins and 1-on-1 Agendas That Keep Meetings Focused"
What do you like best about 15Five?

The weekly check-ins and the 1-on-1 agenda tools have been really helpful. Both managers and employees know what to cover before meetings, which keeps conversations focused and more productive. I also appreciate the quick feedback and recognition features, since they make it easy to share input in the moment. Overall, the interface is simple and straightforward, and our team was able to adopt it without much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Some reports take a bit of time to learn at first. The analytics are useful, but new users may need a little time to understand where everything is and how to navigate it. I also think a few of the survey customization options could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Farhat, thank you for sharing your experience with 15Five! We’re glad to hear that the weekly check-ins and 1-on-1 agenda tools are helping your team come to meetings prepared and have more focused, productive conversations. It’s also great to know that features like quick feedback and recognition are making it easy to share input in the moment and that your team found the platform easy to adopt.

We appreciate your feedback about reporting and survey customization as well. Insights are most valuable when they’re easy to access and navigate, and we'll be sure to share your thoughts with our product team as we continue improving the reporting experience and customization options.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for being part of the 15Five community!

"Overall easy to use and functions well. "
What do you like best about 15Five?

Overall, I think the system works very well. Integrates directly to Gusto. I have found the platform to be a game-changer when it comes to fostering growth, facilitating transparent communication, and building a thriving work culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

There are a fews areas that I would really like to see improved. Particularly, I would like to see more integration of 1:1s, Career Hub, etc directly into the performance reviews so that there was supporting data throughout the whole year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Glackin of 15Five

"15five experience"
What do you like best about 15Five?

What I like about 15Five is that it turns simple check-ins into meaningful conversations. It helps managers understand how their team members are doing, track their progress, and provide feedback that strengthens connection and support within the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

From what I’ve seen in user discussions, one area where 15Five could improve is making the experience a bit more flexible and streamlined. Some users mention that weekly check-ins can start to feel repetitive over time, so adding smarter reminders, AI summaries, or allowing more flexible check-in formats could make it feel less routine. Improving the interface and navigation would also help users move more easily between goals, feedback, and check-ins. Additionally, offering deeper analytics, more customization for surveys and feedback, and stronger integrations with tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams could make the platform even more efficient and valuable for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Ludke of 15Five

Hi Marwin, thank you for taking the time to offer your perspective on 15Five. We’re really glad to hear that the platform is helping managers stay connected with their teams and create more meaningful conversations around progress, feedback, and support.

We also appreciate you sharing ideas for how the experience could continue to improve. Feedback around flexibility, navigation, and deeper insights is incredibly helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team as we keep evolving the platform. While we are always working on improving, I did want to draw attention to how AI is currently being used in our platform. You can learn more at the link below.

"Straightforward Engagement Surveys with Clear, Trend-Spotting Insights"
What do you like best about 15Five?

The engagement surveys are straightforward to launch, and the results are easy to interpret. I also appreciate that the platform provides insights that help us spot trends across teams. The feedback tools encourage employees to share their thoughts on a regular basis, which makes it easier to keep a consistent pulse on how people are feeling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Survey customization could use a few more options. The current templates are definitely helpful, but there are times when we’d like a bit more flexibility to adjust things to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
