What do you like best about 15Five?

I love that it keeps out teams aligned. We have space to share what is going on and connect with our leads in a healthy way. I also love that objective setting, high fives, and other points in the weekly check ins feed into annual evaluations. Customer care is easy to reach and you usually get a quick reply. What do you dislike about 15Five?

We have some nuance to our structure and how we report so connecting to our HRIS system doesn't work, but that is more because of our doings and trying to get the system to do something it wasn't created for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 15Five?

We love using 15Five for our weekly check ins, most teams use the 1-on-1 feature, HighFives are super fun! We utilize the annual engagement survey, best self review and OKRs. Those have been really helpful for collecting feedback and supporting business outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 15Five?

Each year the annual engagement survey results change a bit which makes comparison to prior year's results challenging. The Best Self review allows you to make a custom rubric but the system is not set up to support that from a scoring perspective. Manager Effectiveness scores are a bit difficult to understand. What do you like best about 15Five?

I love the pulse, and being able to get a sense of where our team is on a week-to-week basis. It helps me as a CEO keep a sense of how folks are doing and get ahead early when there might be issues with our team that I need to address. What do you dislike about 15Five?

The interface has definitely become a bit more complex to use in the last year. It went from the 15Five check in being front and center to that being a little bit buried with all the other HR functions. What do you like best about 15Five?

I really appreciate the interface—it's user-friendly, dynamic, and simple to manage. Integration with our core HRMS is straightforward, which makes things much easier. The customer service team is excellent; they are very responsive and typically reply within 24 hours. There are also plenty of helpful resources available for self-help or self-service. What do you like best about 15Five?

I really appreciate the modern tech design of 15Five. It's innovative and continuously improving, which makes me trust it as a helpful tool, especially for small teams or even a team of one like mine. The tool streamlines manual processes which makes my job easier by automating tasks and keeping everything organized in one place. The DEI-driven approach also builds trust by showing a human-centric approach that caters to diverse needs, making it a solution for everyone. I also like the inclusive pricing for small organizations. What do you dislike about 15Five?

I find the customization features within the engagement survey lacking. I'm a big fan of the customization their comprehensive tool offers for comp reviews, but I wish the engagement and performance reviews offered the same level, if not more, like the other feature they offer. What do you like best about 15Five?

I appreciate that 15Five has expanded 1:1s beyond the manager/direct report dynamic. This fosters open, clear, and documented communication within teams. The platform stands out due to thoughtful details, such as full rich-text formatting (hyperlinks, headers, subheaders, bullet points, etc.) for note-taking. Organized, easily navigable notes are essential. Action items can be set, assigned, tracked, and have comments attached – a real asset. Integrating pulse checks and allowing kudos between team members is an easy morale booster. The reporting functions are also great once you've accumulated consistent data. Implementation and integration were straightforward for our technically adept team members, and our less computer-savvy employees were able to integrate the system over time. What do you dislike about 15Five?

The complex reporting and goal-setting features can be overwhelming for smaller teams, often exceeding their needs and leading to underutilization of the platform. A high-level package is required to fully leverage performance management features, further adding to underutilization and underuse. 15Five lacks subscription flexibility to accommodate diverse organizational needs and offers limited billing cycle options. As a Canadian customer, the lack of pricing in Canadian dollars makes the platform less justifiable. My experiences with customer support have been inconsistent, with agents providing conflicting information, so I wouldn't consider it a strength. Many of the challenges our team faced with 15Five features could be mitigated by adding more robust, engaging, and user-friendly training resources/courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it incredibly easy to create templates with 15Five, which significantly simplifies the process of setting up automatically recurring surveys and review cycles. This automation is highly beneficial as it reduces the manual effort required for such tasks and ensures consistency in the execution of engagement surveys and performance reviews. Additionally, I appreciate the level of customization available for templates, allowing me to tailor them specifically to my company's needs and objectives. What do you like best about 15Five?

I truly appreciate how 15Five allowed me to implement a performance management platform that serves every department and individual in my company equally. The simplicity 15Five brings to performance management, which is usually a daunting task for HR professionals, is impressive. By distributing the workload evenly amongst the team, it takes a significant burden off HR. The platform's user-friendliness enables our staff to record their goals and participate actively in the review process effortlessly. One feature I particularly love is the High Five! option, which creates a positive experience by enabling us to acknowledge and appreciate each other's efforts and achievements. This feature is essential because it balances the usually negative feedback from managers and HR with positive reinforcement when things go right. The initial setup of 15Five was also easy, making the transition smooth and efficient. I really appreciate the user experience that 15Five offers. It is a visually appealing product that significantly aids in streamlining the process of managing notes, documentation, goals, and tracking between managers and employees. What stands out for me is the ability to easily reference notes with my direct leader and direct reports, which makes our one-on-one meetings more productive and ensures we stay aligned.
