"Easy, Code-Light Automation That Fits Perfectly in the Microsoft Ecosystem"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most is that it lets me automate repetitive tasks without having to write much code. There are plenty of ready-made connectors, so it’s straightforward to build workflows between Microsoft applications and other services. Automations like sending notifications, updating files, moving data, or triggering actions automatically can save a lot of manual effort.

I also appreciate how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem. Since I already use tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services, creating workflows between them feels natural. The interface is easy to follow, and once you’ve built a couple of flows, putting together new ones becomes much faster.

Copilot is another helpful addition. It can generate flows from simple descriptions and suggest improvements, which comes in handy when I’m trying to automate something quickly or when I’m learning a new workflow. I still review everything before using it, but it definitely helps speed things up.

Overall, it’s a solid tool for cutting down on repetitive work and improving productivity without needing deep development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I don’t have any major issues with it, but there is a bit of a learning curve as workflows get more complex. Simple automations are easy to build; however, once you start adding multiple conditions, approvals, or integrations, it takes some time to understand how everything fits together.

When a flow fails, troubleshooting can also mean digging through the run history to pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred. It’s not especially difficult, but clearer error messages would make debugging faster and more straightforward.

Other than that, it’s been a reliable tool and has worked well for the automation scenarios I’ve explored so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps cut down on repetitive manual work by automating tasks that would otherwise have to be done again and again. Rather than manually moving information between applications, sending routine notifications, or updating files, workflows can take care of those activities automatically.

From my perspective, it also creates opportunities to automate team processes such as approvals, reporting, and other day-to-day activities using tools that are already part of the Microsoft ecosystem. This saves time, reduces the chance of manual mistakes, and lets people focus on more valuable work instead of routine tasks.

The biggest benefit is that once a workflow is set up, it keeps running consistently without needing constant attention. That improves productivity and makes everyday work noticeably more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and easy-to-implement automation"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

One of the newest things I like is the growing integration with AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot, which makes creating and optimizing workflows much easier. The expanding library of connectors allows seamless integration with Microsoft services and many third-party applications. I also appreciate the improvements in cloud flows, approval processes, and automation monitoring, which help reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Power Automate could improve the debugging experience by providing clearer error messages and more detailed execution logs for complex workflows. Managing large flows with many conditions and actions can also become difficult, so better design tools and visualization would be helpful. Additionally, simplifying licensing, improving connector performance, and offering more advanced monitoring and governance features would make the platform even more valuable for enterprise environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Power Automate addresses the issue of time-consuming manual operations and data integration issues across several platforms.

It automates mundane operations such as data gathering, notifications, approvals, and report preparation, reducing errors and freeing up time for more important work. It simplifies complicated business processes, increases operational efficiency, and supports multi-tenant setups by allowing seamless connectivity of Microsoft 365 apps, Azure services, and external systems. This ultimately leads to faster decision-making and more consistent implementation of corporate policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Drag-and-Drop Workflow Automation That Fits Perfectly in the Microsoft Stack"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

It is easy to build useful workflows with a drag-and-drop interface with no deep coding needed. That means business users can automate things like approvals, notifications, or data movement without waiting on IT. It fits naturally with tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and OneDrive. For someone already working in the Microsoft stack (like me), this is a huge advantage since we can automate workflows right where the work already lives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

When something fails in the workflow, troubleshooting isn’t always straightforward. Error messages can be vague, and tracking down the exact step or data issue takes effort especially in larger flows. Also, flows can sometimes be slow or inconsistent, particularly with complex logic or multiple connectors. Delays in triggers (like email or SharePoint events) can impact time-sensitive processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Power Automate primarily addresses manual, repetitive, and disconnected work across systems. The main benefit is that it streamlines operations, reduces effort, and improves consistency in day-to-day tasks.

It helps eliminate repetitive manual work that shows up in many business processes, such as copying data, sending follow-ups, tracking approvals, or updating multiple systems. Power Automate can take over these repeated steps, reducing human effort and minimizing errors. As a result, I spend less time on operational tasks like manually tracking UAT updates, following up on Jira/GTM requests, or consolidating data.

Another advantage is that, instead of waiting for development resources, business users can build and adjust flows themselves. This gives me more control and flexibility to adapt processes quickly as requirements change, especially in project or UAT environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable No-Code Automations with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

It’s easy to build no-code automations that can be deployed in the cloud and connected with Microsoft applications like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. They’re very straightforward to deploy in the cloud and have a very low failure rate, so the automations feel highly reliable. The basic connectors are free and cover most of my everyday automation needs, such as automatically sending emails and updating SharePoint files.Has a no code UI where with drag and drop the automation can be built Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

No issues so far. It’s a very well-integrated product for developing automations with Microsoft tools like Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc. The only shortcoming I’ve found is that Excel macros can’t be executed in cloud automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s very easy to build no-code automations for automated email sending and SharePoint file manipulations, and deploying the flow in the cloud is also straightforward. I like that you can set triggers to run the flow whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and effective automation in Microsoft Power Platform, with top-notch support"

4/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I love the possibility of automating my entire Microsoft environment in my company, as we work with the entire Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. We have been able to integrate the whole company with a few automations and with few licenses, because only those who develop and those who use the flow need a license. So far, I haven't had any failures, except for some configurations that don't hold. In general, it is very fast and efficient. Moreover, the interface has been improved over time and today it is much more user-friendly and smooth. Lastly, Microsoft's support team is top-notch: always at your service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I feel that they have fallen behind in AI topics, ease of integrations, and the automatic creation of actions with AI builder, etc. They should focus more on integrating AI into their tools. I have also had problems with the permanence of certain configurations that after a while I have to readjust because they stop working unexpectedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simple automation of processes that reduces time wasted on business activities, both internal and external, and thus improves everyone's focus. Additionally, it has also helped us with governance and traceability of all our tools thanks to the integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Automation with Powerful Integrations and Smart AI Guidance"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I like new design of power automate. It is simple and easy to understand. A person who does not have any coding experience can easily catch up and start automating tasks. Easy to find bugs as we can view the run history and specifically pin point what went wrong. Integration with sharepoint and one drive is really helpful.Support of microsoft takes time but they always come with the right solution. Pricing is affordable.Performance of power automate flows is really cool. the sophisticated flows are executed within seconds. The compose actions takes only 0 seconds. The retry policy, concurrency control and pagination features are good. The AI associated with power automate helps to quickly analyse which action to choose and helps to complete in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

The response from microsoft when we raise a ticket for support has a delay. It would be better if the response time was shortened. And also after multiple users trying to edit the flow, it becomes corrupt irreversibly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the new design that has been updated. Microsoft has added new actions into power automate that makes development simple and easier than never before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best RPA Tool"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

The most amazing feature in Power Automate is how easily it connects to different connectors. The tool is also very user-friendly: it’s easy to understand the flow and easy to develop with as well. It can be connected to SharePoint, Outlook, and so many others like those. Also its license cost is cheap when compared to other RPA tools like UiPath. Also it can be integrated with AI for more business scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Compared with other RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate feels slow. Also, while the standard license and initial cost may be low, for most connectors we still need to pay extra to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we all know, Power Automate is an RPA tool that automates repetitive, rule-based tasks. It helps reduce human error, and the outputs are very precise. Since I’m an RPA developer, I use it to automate different business scenarios. We also use this tool to deliver projects for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Power Automate Review"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

It’s very fast and easy to use. There’s no need to rely on a bot agent like Automation Anywhere. All the connectors are very useful, and they’re simple to set up and connect quickly in Power Automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

It’s bit slower when use in power automate desktop and it’s has different version for desktop and cloud and it’s very disappointing when we use this in general Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connectors can be easily connected to it, and we can use the Outlook connector, the SAP connector, and many more, like the email connector and the Excel connector. These connectors are very helpful and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Solid, Easy Way to Automate Everyday Workflows in Microsoft 365"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I’ve found Microsoft Power Automate to be a really useful tool for automating everyday tasks, especially since I already use Microsoft 365. It’s fairly easy to get started with and works well with apps like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, which makes managing workflows much more efficient. That said, it can get a bit complicated when building more advanced automations, and troubleshooting isn’t always straightforward. Overall, I think it’s a solid option for handling routine processes and improving productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One thing I don’t like about Power Automate is that it can get quite complicated when you try to build more advanced workflows, even though it starts off simple. I’ve also found debugging to be a bit frustrating, as the error messages aren’t always clear. On top of that, some features require premium connectors, which can make it more expensive than expected, and it doesn’t always integrate as smoothly with non-Microsoft tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Automate mainly helps solve problems around repetitive and manual work. For example, it reduces the need to copy data, send routine emails, or manage approvals manually, which can take up a lot of time. It also fixes issues where data is spread across different systems by connecting them and keeping everything updated automatically. On top of that, it helps speed up processes like approvals, reporting, and notifications, while reducing human errors and improving overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Power Automate: Powerful, Easy-to-Manage Flows with Smooth OneDrive/SharePoint Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

Power Automate has evolved a lot over the last two years, and it’s become a very powerful tool for people who aren’t especially technical. I find it straightforward to build simple automation tasks for users, and it’s also easy to manage the automation flows once they’re in place. It integrates smoothly with their OneDrive or SharePoint locations, and because the flows run using their own credentials, you don’t have to worry as much about managing that. On top of that, the AI elements here and there can massively improve the way we work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Sometimes it gets laggy when I’m designing a flow, especially compared with Logic App design activities. Other than that, there’s really nothing I can say I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for sending internal emails, handling OneDrive cleanup activities, triggering specific notifications, sending emails with attachments, monitoring shared mailboxes, and sending text messages via an API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
