I really like how Celigo works very well in the background. It synchronizes Salesforce with NetSuite seamlessly, giving sales reps live data in Salesforce. When it's functioning in the background, I don't even notice it because it doesn't slow things down noticeably—it just works well. I also find it extremely easy to get into the system whenever there's an issue, figure out what the error is, and make the necessary corrections and updates. The user interface is great for troubleshooting because it shows exactly where the error is and provides details, making it easy to pinpoint any issues. The initial setup of Celigo was very easy, and the customer support was extremely helpful in walking us through the setup, especially when we upgraded to the IO version. The user interface makes the software both easy to learn as well as explain to colleagues that I'm explaining my integrations to. It's drag-and-drop, but also has enough customizability to enable me to create complex integrations for hefty business requirements. What do you dislike about Celigo? The only feature that is missing from Celigo at the moment is the lack of a separate "scripts step" feature. This only becomes an issue when I need to iterate over the entire record while the steps before and after are in a one-to-many format, but I am able to get around the limitation by inserting a "fake" step that does nothing. And while the impact of this issue is relatively minor, it does require me to send an extra API request per record that doesn't need to occur. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to implement a standalone script step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you? While I wasn't at the company before Celigo was implemented, I am part of an active process to move more of our integrations over to Celigo. The main reason for this comes down to two things: pricing and performance. Firstly, Celigo's pricing model is quite friendly for us. We have plenty of flows that we're able to run per month, and we're able to increase that number without paying too much more. Compare that to Boomi, which prices based on data usage, and Celigo is a no-brainer if price is the main concern. Next is the performance of Celigo. It has shown time and time again that it's able to be reliable, and its easy to configure the software during peak seasons to increase throughput. And on top of that, Celigo has new features to help with peace-of-mind, such as detailed logging that can be turned on to see detailed API requests from the last 30 days. What I like best about Celigo is its intuitive interface and the flexibility it provides for building and managing integrations. The flow designer, reusable mappings, and centralized dashboard make it easy to monitor integrations and quickly identify and resolve errors. We use Celigo to integrate NetSuite with Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL systems, and it has significantly reduced manual work while improving data accuracy across our business. The platform supports both simple and complex integration scenarios through JavaScript expressions, lookup functions, and custom hooks, allowing us to meet specific business requirements without extensive custom development. Performance has been reliable, even with high transaction volumes, and the error management tools make troubleshooting much more efficient. The implementation process was straightforward, and Celigo's support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. Their documentation and knowledge base are also comprehensive and easy to follow. From a return on investment perspective, Celigo has saved our team considerable time by automating repetitive processes, reducing manual errors, and improving operational efficiency. While there is a learning curve for advanced customizations, the platform is user-friendly for day-to-day administration. I also like that Celigo continues to introduce AI-powered capabilities and platform enhancements to simplify integration management and improve productivity. One area where Celigo could improve is the debugging experience for complex integrations. While the error logs are helpful, identifying the root cause of issues involving multiple flows or custom JavaScript can sometimes take longer than expected. More detailed logging and debugging tools would make troubleshooting easier. Need to refine UI as well. Performance can occasionally slow down when processing large batches of transactions, so we sometimes need to adjust batch sizes to avoid timeouts. Some advanced configurations also have a learning curve and require a good understanding of both the source and destination systems. Although the documentation is generally good, a few advanced use cases could benefit from more detailed examples and best practices. Overall, these are relatively minor limitations compared to the value the platform provides, and they haven't prevented us from successfully automating our integrations. It offers a very well-documented and complete set of functionality which allows us to integrate all our keys system. I find the UI extremely intuitive. Celigo's automation capabilities have been one of its biggest strengths. We've automated integrations between NetSuite and multiple third-party systems, eliminating a significant amount of manual data entry and reducing errors. I particularly like the ability to build multi-step flows with branching logic, transformations, scheduling, and detailed error handling. The monitoring tools and retry mechanisms make it much easier to identify and resolve integration issues before they impact users. While some complex integrations require JavaScript and a solid understanding of APIs, the platform is flexible enough to handle sophisticated business processes while remaining much easier to maintain than custom integrations. Celigo is easy to build and maintain integrations without having to write a lot of custom code. We use it to connect Salesforce, Netsuite, Shopify and Big Query (one of project), and it has significantly reduced the amount of manual work and data entry across our teams. The monitoring dashboard makes it easy to identify and troubleshoot failed integrations, and the built-in scheduling and retry capabilities help ensure data stays in sync. We've also found the pricing to provide good value for the functionality and reliability it offers, especially compared to building and maintaining custom integrations ourselves. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. More recently, it's been great to see Celigo investing in AI-powered capabilities that help with integration development and troubleshooting. While we're still exploring these features, they look promising and should make it even easier to build, maintain, and optimise integrations over time. What do you dislike about Celigo? While Celigo has made noticeable improvements to the visual design of the platform, I still think there is room for improvement in the overall user experience. The interface looks modern, but some interactions don't feel as smooth or responsive as they should. For example, when selecting error records, the checkboxes sometimes don't respond on the first click, requiring me to click elsewhere and then try again. Small usability issues like this become frustrating when you're working with large numbers of integration errors. Another recurring issue I've experienced is the login process requiring me to authenticate twice before I can access the platform. While this isn't a major problem, it does become annoying when logging in multiple times throughout the day. I've previously reported this behaviour to the Celigo engineering team during support calls, but unfortunately it hasn't yet been resolved. On the positive side, the support team has always been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate that Celigo continues to invest in improving the platform, including its newer AI capabilities. If they continue refining the day-to-day user experience and address these smaller UI issues, it would make an already strong integration platform even better. Before implementing Celigo, many of our business processes relied on manual data entry and custom integrations, which increased the risk of errors and required ongoing maintenance. Celigo has allowed us to automate the flow of data between Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, and other business systems, ensuring information stays synchronised without manual intervention. One of the biggest benefits has been the reliability of the integrations. Orders, customers, products, and financial data are transferred automatically, reducing duplicate work and improving data accuracy across teams. The platform also gives us good visibility into integration health through monitoring and error management, making it much easier to identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Overall, Celigo has become a key part of our integration strategy and has helped improve efficiency, scalability, and confidence in the data shared across our business systems. In my experience, the best thing about Celigo is the support. It’s a highly adaptable system, backed by consultants who genuinely care and help me work through complex situations as systems change. Overall, I’ve worked with five or six different middleware platforms—some SaaS and some on-prem—and I consider Celigo the best option for SaaS systems like NetSuite. The only downside I’ve run into is that flows have to queue up, which is pretty typical for SaaS batch processing. When I’m testing frequent changes in the sandbox, there can be a bit of a wait before I see the results. A big part of our success can be attributed to Celigo because it gets the data we need to where we need it, exactly when we need it. As a developer, I’ve found that Celigo dramatically speeds up new integration work, especially with the AI enhancements that help with building integrations. Some of the pre-built integration apps have scripts inside them that you cannot see the code for which can be annoying, but you can build anything you want yourself so it's not a huge issue. Celigo enables us to connect all of our sales channels to our ERP system through a single platform, which eliminates the need to monitor multiple systems. Celigo's integration platform is very user friendly and simple to use and even users with little Celigo knowledge can easily do the connections and mappings. Their pre-built integration platforms for most commonly used systems are easy to implement. Celigo also has templates for doing customizations if the requirement doesn't fit in the prebuilt integration app. Celigo provides a great Customer Support. They promptly help you to give guidance at every stage and also when you have issues with existing integrations. Overall Celigo is used daily in our business to streamline operations and improve productivity. It helped our business to achieve our goals faster. We still have some minor error handling issues. Some of the error messages doesn't have the proper details, which causing our users to spend more time investigating and fixing them. Moslty on Shopify refunds error messages we get when the sales order is closed. We have to manually verify each order and resolve errors. And also Celigo does not support Kit refunds.
