**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is easy to build and maintain integrations without having to write a lot of custom code. We use it to connect Salesforce, Netsuite, Shopify and Big Query (one of project), and it has significantly reduced the amount of manual work and data entry across our teams. The monitoring dashboard makes it easy to identify and troubleshoot failed integrations, and the built-in scheduling and retry capabilities help ensure data stays in sync.

We've also found the pricing to provide good value for the functionality and reliability it offers, especially compared to building and maintaining custom integrations ourselves.

Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. More recently, it's been great to see Celigo investing in AI-powered capabilities that help with integration development and troubleshooting. While we're still exploring these features, they look promising and should make it even easier to build, maintain, and optimise integrations over time. Overall, Celigo has become a dependable integration platform that has improved the efficiency and accuracy of our business processes.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo has made noticeable improvements to the visual design of the platform, I still think there is room for improvement in the overall user experience. The interface looks modern, but some interactions don't feel as smooth or responsive as they should. For example, when selecting error records, the checkboxes sometimes don't respond on the first click, requiring me to click elsewhere and then try again. Small usability issues like this become frustrating when you're working with large numbers of integration errors.

Another recurring issue I've experienced is the login process requiring me to authenticate twice before I can access the platform. While this isn't a major problem, it does become annoying when logging in multiple times throughout the day. I've previously reported this behaviour to the Celigo engineering team during support calls, but unfortunately it hasn't yet been resolved.

On the positive side, the support team has always been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate that Celigo continues to invest in improving the platform, including its newer AI capabilities. If they continue refining the day-to-day user experience and address these smaller UI issues, it would make an already strong integration platform even better.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Celigo, many of our business processes relied on manual data entry and custom integrations, which increased the risk of errors and required ongoing maintenance. Celigo has allowed us to automate the flow of data between Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, and other business systems, ensuring information stays synchronised without manual intervention.

One of the biggest benefits has been the reliability of the integrations. Orders, customers, products, and financial data are transferred automatically, reducing duplicate work and improving data accuracy across teams. The platform also gives us good visibility into integration health through monitoring and error management, making it much easier to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.

Overall, Celigo has become a key part of our integration strategy and has helped improve efficiency, scalability, and confidence in the data shared across our business systems.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I love using Celigo to connect NetSuite to external applications like Shopify, our 3PL, and freight forwarders, as well as to build automations within NetSuite. It helps me connect various data sources, reuse connection points, and see all errors in a unified interface. Recently, Celigo released Celigo CLI, which has been my favorite tool. It allows me to troubleshoot errors, make small tweaks and edits to existing flows, and predict how an integration will behave with certain data. It's been a game changer and has allowed me to build new reporting I've been dreaming about for years. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Sometimes there are performance issues in syncing data to NetSuite, particularly around high volume periods like Black Friday weekend. The initial setup was tough because we were assigned an external professional services team that didn't have a good understanding of our business. We also had limited Celigo knowledge internally.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celigo to connect NetSuite with external systems like Shopify and our warehouse. It helps me connect various data sources, see all errors in a unified interface, and the CLI tool lets me troubleshoot and adjust flows easily. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really like how easy it is to set up a connection and create a flow with Celigo. The user interface is pretty smooth, and I appreciate that there are lots of connectors available in the Celigo connector library, which makes it really useful for integrating our existing software. Even if a connector we need doesn't exist, creating one is not that complicated, especially if you're a technical person.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The error management in Celigo sometimes doesn't work well for me. It's a bit tricky to track (especially in case of NetSuite) what exactly is causing an issue when an error occurs(1 out of 100 times maybe). Sometimes the mapping works fine, but sometimes it doesn't and you have to do trial and error to find the exact issue which can be confusing.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes complex EDI and NetSuite integrations straightforward. The Flow Builder and mapping tools are clear and easy to navigate, so updating item mappings, re importing Amazon POs, or disabling 855 acknowledgements takes minutes instead of hours. The UI is clean, flows run reliably, and error messages are easy to trace. The NetSuite connector is stable, and performance holds up even with large PO batches. Support has been responsive whenever I needed help with SuiteApp changes or configuration questions. Overall, Celigo saves significant time, reduces manual NetSuite work, and keeps integrations predictable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is powerful, but some areas slow down real work. The error messages can be vague, so deeper issues often require manual digging. The UI performance occasionally lags when working with large EDI payloads or big mapping tables. Some NetSuite SuiteApp behaviors are not clearly documented, so figuring out the right configuration takes trial and error. The AI assistant is helpful for small questions but not reliable for complex debugging. Overall, the platform is strong, but clearer documentation and more precise error guidance would save a lot of time.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves major integration challenges for both EDI and Shopify. It automates PO imports, item mapping corrections, and acknowledgement handling, which removes a lot of manual NetSuite work. For Shopify, the Shopify to NetSuite flows keep orders, fulfillments, and payments consistent across systems. The platform handles edge cases well, like mismatched payment records or fulfillment timing issues, and makes it easy to trace problems through the Flow Builder instead of debugging scripts. Overall, Celigo improves accuracy, reduces manual corrections, and saves significant time across both Amazon EDI and Shopify operations.

Integrator.io UI - modern, slick, easy to use. Ability to test functionality in real time.

The support when faced with issues is excellent. Knowledgeable resources are able to resolve issues quickly.

Handlebar expressions used in data mappings are ugly, and when they don't work, they're not easy to fix.

Celigo's articles to resolve issues are not the most intuitive or engaging. Sometimes there's too much text.

Integration between systems. Transaction flows between systems. The speed of implementation of new features allows the business to scale faster. The ease of use for the data mapping also means the business can utilise other team members to support the business.

Celigo is the life blood of our connections from system to system. It is very easy to manipulate the data that we need to send and the tools that are provided by the platform are tremendous.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I dislike the price of having more connections. While it may be useful for us, it just isn't worth the cost currently to go beyod our current max connections.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really like Celigo U because it is great and provides us with a lot of information about how to use the product. It has everything we need to get going with the product.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The pricing model can be improved to be more flexible in terms of what and how many flows we can purchase. We were thinking to get a couple of more flows, but we have no other choices but to purchase a whole 10 flows pack. The inflexibility can sometimes defer further engagement with Celigo.

I use Celigo to sync data between NetSuite and Shopify, managing complex data flows between the two systems.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I appreciate the simple interface, which makes it easier to add new integrations. It also lets us analyze flows and gain a better understanding of our API performance. There are some good AI tools available as well, although I haven’t explored them yet.

The built-in integrations are very unintuitive and not customizable, e.g. Salesforce-NetSuite.

Doesn't handle very complex scenarios and use cases, but it's not meant to do that.

Solves integration between systems. I have usd it to integrate Shopify, NetSuite, BigCommerce, MYOB and other products. Makes such integrations a breeze and handles a lot of non-functional requirements out of the box.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

When we adopted Celigo, our initial goal was to send and receive data between us and a supplier. As we started using the platform, we began looking at other integrations we could implement to reduce the load on the source platform. Celigo is easy to set up, and it’s straightforward to manage integrations and flows. We’ve also been able to clone flows, which has helped us onboard new partners more quickly. And when we do run into a problem, the technical support team is fast and efficient in providing the assistance needed to resolve the issue.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While using Celgio I have found the least helpful thing is there can be a delay when the flow error and seeing the error, but that is a minor convenience.

Celigo is easy to learn and easy to use and has been solid as a rock. It is clear that they have built out a platform which meets the needs of today's enterprise. Support from the entire Celigo team has been great, and our questions are answered quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

So far there is nothing to dislike at all. The sales cycle, training and implementation have been very smooth, and the team is up and creating integrations already.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are replacing hand-built integrations with Celigo as a part of our IT Modernization effort. It is very important to us to have a solid integration platform that can be extended easily and which is easy to understand and maintain. Our hand-built integrations have no choice but to become technical debt, and we are all about removing technical debt.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The biggest strength for me is integrator.io. It’s very user-friendly while still being extremely powerful. I appreciate how customizable it is — it allows me to build solutions that go far beyond basic templates and truly fit each client’s business logic. The flexibility to design and adjust flows as requirements evolve is a huge value add.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The main pain point for me has been customer support through the ticket system. While the platform itself is strong, ticket-based support can sometimes feel slow or disconnected when dealing with complex, time-sensitive integrations that require deeper context.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo plays a major role in automating eCommerce operations, especially syncing data between systems like NetSuite and Shopify. For ARMRA specifically, Celigo allows me to build custom automation solutions tailored to their unique workflows, reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and scaling operations efficiently as the business grows.

Overall, Celigo enables me to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that would be extremely difficult to manage manually.

A lot, especially the ability to see previews of data input and output at every step of the process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Branching flows do not join back together as you would expect. Their documentation states this, but nowhere obvious without digging through documentation to solve your multi record problems. I also really disliked the ability to debug. You can only view error, not successes or ignored records, which make troubleshooting difficult. Not only that, but the error codes aren't very helpful at helping you understand the actual issue at hand and the inputs and outputs for the errors aren't very helpful either, especially with branching. In the flow status area with the succeses, errors, and ignored, there are many "view logs" buttons that also show nothing.

Data translation from one service to another seamlessly and without many errors every day.

The prebuilt flows and UI-based mapping make it accessible for non-developers, and it helps reduce manual data entry for core transactional data. For teams without heavy engineering resources, it can accelerate initial integration timelines.

Customization and troubleshooting can be limited and opaque. When issues occur (e.g., data mismatches, refund or inventory edge cases), it is often difficult to trace root causes due to limited debugging visibility. Changes to flows or filters are sometimes locked or restricted, making simple fixes unnecessarily dependent on support.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us automate data synchronization between core business systems, primarily Shopify and NetSuite, which reduces manual data entry and operational overhead. It enables faster initial integrations using prebuilt flows and handles high-volume transactional data such as orders, fulfillments, and refunds. As a result, our operations and finance teams can rely on more consistent data flows and spend less time on repetitive, manual reconciliation tasks.

I like that Celigo is easy to learn and very user friendly.  I was able to understand and build some pretty advanced flows and integrations using Celigo without any scripting knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can be pretty "buggy" sometimes.  The user interface logs you out and it is difficult to log back in.  There are caching issues frequently.  Also many out of the box Integration Apps are impossible to customize to meet business needs.
Lastly, it is difficult to scale on Celigo effectively as the pricing and licensing process is very difficult and expensive.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has helped us automate our entire Order to Cash process from all our many marketplaces and sales channels.  It has allowed us to grow in many sales channels without having to scale our teams very much.

One of the Celigo products we use is integratio.io for data synchronization. It's very nice, but sometimes it takes a long time before a flow is starting. Might have to do with our license and/or our flows. We do have some extensive flows that run for a long time. But that's the only thing I can come up with when you ask what I do not like.

Basically, keeping data synchronized with data from our partners. And if we are talking about the ExtendSync Outlook addin, create and save data easily into NetSuite without leaving Outlook.

Celigo has solved a lot of our integration issues we were experiencing for operations, inventory, and accounting. We now have multiple flows set up for Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL. Orders are flowing and we can see where they are.

It is quite expensive and they are not very partner-oriented, when it comes to programs, costs, refunds, etc.

I had the best implementation consultation team. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me gain a firm grasp on how the software worked and its capabilities as well as programming assistance.

The software is a powerful tool with many features that have helped greatly in our migration away from our VAN to the iPaaS platform.

The AI references depreciated functions so it can be hit or miss. It's also a bit pricy.

The UI - a bit confusing. For someone with strong dev background it feels like specific details are 'masked' and when setting up a module the AI suggestions are not clear enough. For example If I want to set up a module that uses google sheets and the AI suggests the pre-built steps "Update existing rows and append new rows ", but it suggests many variations of this step and I have no way of knowing what their differences are.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a very easy-to-use, self-intuitive GUI for workflow setup and data mapping/transformation. I'm able to adapt nearly any kind of data from one system to another.
Celigo also can handle thousands of transactions in a short period of time without bottlenecking. The scalability of Celigo was one of the main reasons we chose them as our IPaaS provider.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo does not have a very good testing apparatus. All I can do is test one test case at a time. I also have to verify the results manually, which is time consuming. I am unable to run multiple test cases at once, and I am unable to provide expected results in order to generate a report on passing vs. failing tests.
I also think Celigo's API documentation is lacking in details. There are no schema definitions so most of my API development has been a trial-and-error game. It is a lengthy process of discovery to set every field in a PUT request to see if my desired change is reflected in integrator.io. It is also difficult to follow good design patterns in my application code without a defined schema.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Celigo, I am able to scale my integrations, which were previously hitting a bottleneck as the number of transactions increased because our legacy code was always leaking memory resources.
Celigo provides a way to securely store user credentials in an encrypted manner. More importantly, this alleviated the need for my users to send us their secret keys and other sensitive passwords. With Celigo, our users don't have to risk exposing their passwords on the internet.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It has the ability to integrate seamlessly and cater for different variables and circumstances. The support team are always very helpful, however a lot of the time give the use ability of the platform I’m able to do a lot of the changes or coding myself when required.

The error management - could be easier in identifying and correcting an error than the current process.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The celigo integration is solving many tasks that were handled manually - such as keying customer orders and loading tracking numbers in Shopify. It is also ensuring we are showing live inventory levels in Shopify, which eliminates any purchases on out of stock items.

I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the convenience of the pre-packaged solutions and the available integration apps. The learning curve is also manageable, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

If you have your own in-house developers, you'll likely find that the limitations of the pre-packaged solutions become your own, as Celigo restricts how much you can truly customize the applications. Additionally, the cost can be quite high, especially if you have the capability to build your own flows.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has enabled our company to accelerate the integration of our sales platforms with ease, allowing us to scale quickly without the need to bring in additional resources.

The complexity of usage. There is a learning curve you need in order to be familiar with the platform.

I like how easy Celigo makes complex integrations. The interface is user-friendly, and the prebuilt connectors save a lot of time. Celigo helps automate workflows and keeps systems in sync with less manual work. The alerts and logs make it easy to catch and fix issues efficiently.

One downside is that some advanced customizations can still feel complex and may require technical knowledge.

Celigo eliminates the headache of manual data transfers and disconnected systems. It keeps everything in sync, reduces errors, and saves us a lot of time, so we can focus on daily operations instead of fixing data issues.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Most helpful part about celigo is the error resolution process, especially being able to edit retry data before retrying the payloads instead of going into the source system and having to resubmit the original data. There are also multiple features in Celigo that make flow setup and customization stress free, such as the GUI and the flow charts.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

you cannot see 'success' data sent, as in you cannot see the retry data for payloads that synced correctly

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use NetSuite with our business, and now have NetSuite connected to several different platforms to both feed and receive data, creating far fewer headaches than our previous setups
