I am not a hard core IT professional, but rather a Business guy with a small amount of IT understanding. Notwithstanding this lack of formal background, I can work with the Celigo Products with multiple integrations. I do everything, setting up connections, mapping fields between databases, and clearing errors when they occur. I like it because it is understandable for the lay person, you do not need to be a programmer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am frustrated at times by the support delays. Openning tickets, typically get responded to in the evenings (i think it is supported in Asia with management in the US). The support is sound and they are very knowedgeable, but they delays can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo automates the connection between our Shopify store and NetSuite, our CRM and ERP. What used to be a manual process, is now handled by Celigo's connectors, which we were able to customize to meet our needs.
Additionally, because Celigo syncs our store and our NetSuite database so often, we get much more current data from our store in NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside to using Celigo is that, while Celigo's integrator.io syncs are customizable, they still required us to change how we set up our database a bit. In particular, email address was not previously a unique field in NetSuite for our organization, since both a business and that business's contact could have the same email. To make Celigo work, we had to change email into a unique field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrated UI for all platforms and free community edition for tryouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Error messages are sometimes cryptic.
- Reviewing every error takes time, would like to have a popup on the errors for retries.
- Once marked resolved unable to revert back.
- Unable to see the JSON data for the successfully completed flows to review the data payload
- There is no SO number created in NetSuite synced back to Shopify Order Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrator.IO allows us to fully integrate NetSuite with our multiple eCommerce platforms & manage within a single, easy to navigate UI. The out-of the-box connectors are well designed, yet customizable for specific use cases. Implementation is straightforward, and Celigo's implementation teams easy to work with. Daily workflow management & error handling is efficient. Customer service is prompt to respond & great to work with. The new UI has greatly expanded customization capabilities, for those needing more complex integrations beyond the standard connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As our number of integrations & volume of throughput increases, we've begun to experience some limitations / errors which have been difficult to resolve. Although not necessarily Integrator.IO issues specifically, trying to troubleshoot with both Celigo & NetSuite developers simultaneously (many times acting as the "middle man" between the two) can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pre-built integrations for our most critical needs. We utilize Netsuite, and Celigo has a large number of pre-built integrations that cover our requirements, and which function out of the box. The support we've received has also been top notch, with strong engagement and a reliable route to resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The solution can be a bit opaque, especially as they are migrating from their V1 product, to their IO product. The end result is that it's often hard, or impossible to recreate a function that their solutions support in pre-built flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to easily setup mappings by myself within new or existing flows to continually improve the symbiosis between our Salesforce and Netsuite - I am an accountant by trade (non-technical) but the Celigo platform has been easy for me to pick up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used connectors in the past that have processed flows faster - although I'm happy to live with those few extra seconds for the service we receive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each time I put in a ticket I receive a quick response, I can tell there is a team actively working to solve the issue. Then, checking in to see if it actually works. I have done Zoom calls and emails with a few different people but Stein Chu and Jed Ternora have really stood out. Jed has had a good amount of Zoom calls with me, making sure that we are getting everything fixed correctly. He has gone above and beyond what was expected by myself or our company. Truly amazing service.
The communication from Celigo and especially these 2 individuals has been very good and has made our transition to Netsuite much easier. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I have received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not really disliked anything so far. The help I have received has been in a timely manner, always professional and each person I have worked with has actually cared enough to try to figure out the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used Celigo in 2016 and again in 2020 and the product itself has come a long way. This goes to tell that the company is constantly evolving along with the end-point systems you're trying to integrate.
We currently use Celigo to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite and with the right setup, the data movement has been frictionless. Given the ease of setup and management, we've opted to use Celigo to integrate ADP (SFTP) with Netsuite as well.
Using Celigo's integration has saved us hours of manual/duplication of work and helped us remain a lean team. The return on investment is evident within 2 months of going live with the integration setup and I highly recommend this to any Accounting/Finance/Sales Ops teams trying to automate systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the product itself is robust, I'd urge new users/customers of Celigo to push for additional implementation hours early into the conversation while purchasing a new workflow. Additionally, there have been instances like duplicate SOs being generated in Netsuite due to a Salesforce upgrade. This is an understandable problem we've seen with other Netsuite integrations and the Celigo team is constantly working towards making this seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over the years, the user-friendly framework for integration has allowed our company to communicate and exchange data easily across systems without complicating our workflow procedure. Possibly the most valuable aspect of our organization is to provide access to and adjustment of settings according to the market situation when required, as well as the online help center. Let us concentrate on initiatives of greater significance. I get very fast answers to how the network is configured and the supporting lines are incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is frankly challenging, because it offers stable linkages between processes, which we have no down time encountered for several years to find out what you don't like about Integrator.io. Celigo has no much inconveniences, connectors often break off but are instantly repaired. They are still there to support you when you are having trouble even if they know that your account doesn't look right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo was willing to scale our project to provide us with choices that fit into our timeline and budget. The management team was very responsive and willing to jump in as soon as a problem arose and quickly got the project right back on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The project was not as turn-key ready as we were sold, but as soon as we identified this, the Celigo team jumped in with more resources and were able to correct it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customized endpoints and flow control, make any process we want to do from NetSuite going out no longer seem so daunting. They give you all the tools needed to develop your own integrations without having to go through 10 levels of engineering and customer service. Providing you're not afraid of jumping into elements you may not be totally familiar with.
I've learned more about JavaScript and xml in the last 3 months of using Celigo than I have with any other personal project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the knowledge base articles are not as straightforward as they could be, a little outdated in some and not as easy to use as others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to map to custom fields; pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Help Desk usually responds after-hours, insufficient documentation and troubleshooting steps for specific sales channel, documents outdated based on latest user interface, item variations have to be exactly the same across various sales channels, lacking certain flows that should be standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When there are connection errors, most of the time the explanation of the errors is enough information that I can figure out what the problem is and fix it so that the data can flow through upon retry. When I can't figure it out, support has always been extremely helpful in solving my errors and showing me what needed fixed so that next time I can fix myself. They are very good at sending screen shots of what they did to fix the problem. They also have a good training program and help topics to be able to figure out some of the mappings and problems on my own without contacting support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had to do a few work arounds in our system to make everything work correctly due to some mapping limitations. The only real dislike I would report is that pricing is by the number of flows so the more Marketplaces we want to sell on, the more Celigo costs us so cost becomes a factor when we look at expanding to other Marketplaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo has many prebuilt integrations that can be customized to fit the needs of your business. If there is not a prebuilt integration, Celigo will work with you to create a custom integration. Customer support is always responsive and has great understanding of the product and troubleshooting. Any questions you may have, from how can I build this custom flow to I need help with this error, they are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the integration parts and condition flows can be a little complex for the beginner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo always reaches out to be sure we are making the best use of their product. We get 2 hours of "training" per quarter which is an opportunity to troubleshoot and expand our use of their product. They often solicit our opinion and feedback. The UI on Inetgrator.io (their "control panel") is easy to navigate and if you have any configuration questions it is easy to get a quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an IPaaS solution you are communicating between apps and a natural response is, "it is a problem with the other app". This is not unique to Celigo, but they could develop a best practice about how to work cooperatively with other apps when there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity of setup. Also support has been great. The documentation has been steadily improving. The product has really helped us improve our setups across the enterprise. We were dependent on in house setups with scripting and assorted software for connectivity. With the addition of Celigo to our environment we were able to consolidate our setup.
This sums up our experience:
With the explosion of business applications, companies can’t afford manual data entry, management via spreadsheets and email, and fixing costly errors that comes with data silos.
Celigo’s iPaaS (Integration Platform-as-a-Service) is designed for IT professionals AND business users to quickly connect applications to automate business processes.
Because apps are so easy to deploy, IT teams are no longer responsible for the purchasing and implementing many business apps. Now, individual departments can pick the best-of-breed apps they want to best tackle their specific tasks. This trend is a direct result of the “Consumerization of the Enterprise” and has yielded an explosion in the number of SaaS apps -- which shows no sign of slowing down. Some times the marketplace is lacking details. They are a relatively new organization and we would like to see some billing improvements going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're using Salesforce to Salesforce. Setting up connectors for simple data transfers is fairly easy and certainly within the grasp of an admin. The cool thing is that if you need more complex transformations, Celigo let's you do it too (although you will need more development-oriented person for that). Also, the level of support provided by Celigo reps is the best we've gotten so far when dealing with integration platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really, we're quite happy with what we're getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Application-to-Application Integration orchestrations and routing, flexible, Javascript hooks, testing window, User-Friendly Interface, Integrations dashboard, Auditing, Security, data formats, pre-built connections & connectors, Data transformation, easy to manage and Mapping window between application to Application makes users to easily toggle fields together easily and no coding needed, the Best thing I love about Celigo uniqueness that you can build custom integration functionalities, which is a more intensive process to discern. However, also allows you to build and deploy even complex integration projects with more than two connections and even event-driven workflows. Moreover, Greatly improved help center, Amazing customer/technical support, and cost.
Easy to Extract (Target App) ↔ Transform (Clean and Filter data) ↔ Load (Destination App)
Easy to build Integrations One ↔ One & One ↔ Many & Many ↔ Many

Well, I don't seem to find any dislikes. Since I started using Celigo, it has been great satisfaction with the product. Great improvements based client needs, amazing support by management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo takes a lot of the difficulty out of using an iPaaS system. It allows you to build it yourself, which takes a huge chunk of the cost out the equation. You can build your own custom connections, so you aren't limited to their list of prebuilt connections (which is sizable enough!). I really haven't found anything else out there that is quite like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It did involve more coding than I expected once I forayed past the pre-built connections. Even some of the pre-built connections required some coding to fine-tune. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo speeds up time to deliver data integrations and simplifies operation support. Some of the speed to deliver is due to the marketplace of integrations and connectors available. The other part is the use of newer dynamic technologies to implement integration flows. There is both agility and flexibility in how to integrate with Integrator.io. Celigo's support team is very responsive as well and has helped us solve business specific problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Improvements to Integrator.io come more quickly than updates to support documentation. Some features require community involvement because online documentation may not exist. However, Celigo's support team is very responsive and helpful and the user community is pretty active as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
