"Few times something exceeded expectations"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Customization.

For those who really want to have control over practically EVERYTHING, this platform is perfect. For our setting, we needed a better way to handle EDI transmissions as our previous solution was extremely slow on support and setup.

On top of EDI, we have now found new ways to incorporate all our SaaS so they connect and "speak" to each other, from creating PDF's from EDI and uploading to BOX, or triggering Asana tasks/notifications from Netsuite.

With Celigo, what took literal months now takes days. Seriously. It is scary how much better things are now that we have the ability to edit and create our own EDI connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The worst thing is that the error logs could be better. I would like to see more infromation on what caused the error, and what time, and the ability to pull these logs so I can troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Powerful AI Features Make Celigo a Standout"
What do you like best about Celigo?

It is very easy to use, and the interface makes complex integrations much simpler. We can implement integrations between two systems smoothly. Additionally, the recent adoption of AI has become extremely useful while implementing complex features. Celigo’s support for customization — such as Handlebar expressions, transformations, hooks, etc. — helps a lot when building any integration.

I frequently work on Celigo to integrate different systems, and it already provides pre-built connectors for most popular endpoints. If a connector is not available, we can still use the HTTPS connector for further development.

Additionally, its support documentation and customer support are very good. In most cases, we can resolve issues by exploring the documentation or by chatting with support.

The introduction of AI features has helped a lot — now I just need to write a prompt, and Celigo AI can generate complex hook logic and Handlebar expressions, which I can directly use to implement advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There are some limitations when working with IA flows. We cannot fully customize them to implement our own specific use cases. Additionally, there are restrictions in Data Loader flows — for example, we cannot add multiple destination steps, which I believe should be supported as a capability. Response from Elyse Claxton of Celigo

Thank you for sharing your experience with Celigo. We're glad to hear that our support for customization, pre-built connectors, and AI features have been beneficial for your integration projects. We take note of your feedback on IA and Data Loader flows and will consider it for future enhancements.

"User-Friendly Integration with Outstanding Support and Improved UI"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo is of of the best IPaaS I've used in recent years. The ease of navigation plus user friendly interface allows even non-tech users to instantly connect multiple systems with a few clicks.

The tools available to properly implement and manage the flows also help with troubleshooting and monitoring for all our clients.

Apart from all that, I've had the best Support experience (which matters a lot as an Integration Developer) that understands urgency and importance of quick turnarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

User interface could use an upgrade, but with the recent UI version update, it looks like a step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best iPaaS solution for growing businesses"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo provides an incredibly intuitive platform for managing integrations across multiple systems. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple for both technical and non-technical users to build and monitor flows. The prebuilt connectors and templates significantly reduce implementation time, and the support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the continuous updates and the training resources available through Celigo University — they really help maximize the value of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, complex custom integrations may require some additional configuration time or support assistance, but the Celigo team is always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, the experience has been excellent and the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop low code solution to integrate heterogeneous applications"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Out of box connectors for many of the widely used systems, like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify and Amazon, and business flows like Customer Creation, Order Creation etc.

Ability to define and customize the mappings using drag and drop, handlebar expressions as well as support for javascript hooks.

Ability to implement the integration flow, requiring data lookup from different systems.

Recently, I've started using Payout Reconciliation integrations, and it works great for most cases like Shopify to NetSuite, Paypal to NetSuite, Amazon to NetSuite etc.

Sandbox environment for quick prototyping and validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

If I want to add a new integration flow between two systems, e.g. NetSuite and Salesforce, I'm forced to create a new custom integration, instead of adding this new flow in the existing integration app.

Also, there should be a way to daisy-chain flows, across different integration apps. For example, post completion of syncing orders from ERP to CRM system, I may want to trigger another flow to sync Rewards and Loyalty Information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celigo: A top low-code iPaaS for automating and simplifying complex data flows."
What do you like best about Celigo?

With Celigo, one can start transferring data from one system to another with little or no programming knowledge, It has support for JavaScript language to modify the data coming from or going to another system. We can connect various CRM, ERP, Ecommerce platforms like WooCommerce, NetSuite, Ship Station, Salesforce, Amazon and lot more. One can also decide to automate the running of flow by scheduling them as per their needs. It also has support for handlebars to reduce the need of coding for simple conditions like dividing the number, getting absolute value, loop through different objects, arrays. It also has branching feature with which one can send data to multiple system from one or more systems. At last, If we're facing any difficulties or unable to setup, we can schedule a call with Celigo support team and get our issues or concerns resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

"Top tier integration platform. Easy to learn and very powerful."
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo helps automate many of our business processes that used to be done manually. They save us hours of work each day, and time is money. Much of our success can be attributed to Celigo as they get the data we need where we need it when we need it. As a developer, it speeds up integration processes tremendously, especially with the AI enhancements that assist with building integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some of the pre-built integration apps have scripts inside them that you cannot see the code for which can be annoying, but you can build anything you want yourself so it's not a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Automation with Celigo's Intuitive Platform"

"Amazing Tool - Unlock Automation!"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Celigo's visual flow builder makes building and maintaining NetSuite integrations far more manageable than pure custom development. You can map fields, set up transformations, and design workflows through an intuitive interface, though there's definitely a learning curve when you're dealing with complex business logic. The platform really shines with its pre-built connectors - things like NetSuite to BigCommerce can be operational within days rather than weeks of custom development. That said, more complex scenarios requiring custom RESTlets or intricate business rules will take longer to implement and require careful planning upfront.

Key upsides:

The platform offers robust capabilities for error handling, data transformation, scheduling, conditional logic, and logging - essentially everything you need to manage enterprise integrations reliably. In practice, you'll interact with Celigo daily - monitoring dashboards for transaction flows, catching failed records, and ensuring data moves smoothly between systems. It becomes part of your regular routine, especially when managing business-critical flows like inventory updates or order processing. When issues arise, you'll dive deeper to modify flows or troubleshoot data mapping problems.

The troubleshooting tools make it much easier to identify where data issues occur compared to hunting through custom scripts. When standard connectors don't quite fit your needs - like with your bin tracking inventory scenarios - Celigo's ability to work with RESTlets and custom NetSuite scripts provides the flexibility you need without abandoning the platform entirely. This hybrid approach lets you leverage the structure and monitoring of an integration platform while still handling unique business requirements.

The documentation and support resources are solid, which matters when you're deep in troubleshooting a complex data flow issue. Having access to their team's NetSuite expertise can save significant time versus figuring everything out independently.

For a wholesale operation managing inventory, orders, and financial data across multiple locations and systems, Celigo provides a centralized way to maintain integrations that would otherwise require managing numerous custom scripts and manual processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Integration Tool, yet it has a Steep Learning Curve and sometimes sparse Documentation"
What do you like best about Celigo?

Although it does have a learning curve, it's a very powerful integration tool for connecting systems together and many of the "out of the box" connectors can streamline connectivity between systems.

I used Celigo on a daily basis on a daily basis for over three years whilst integrating numerous ecommerce storefronts to various backend systems including major ERPs.

It is very reliable and works fairly seamlessly, it is well thought out and the mapping between systems is relatively easy, particularly when working within out of the box connectors.

The customer support is excellent, though often it takes a bit of time to break through the Level 1 support to find people that truly know what they're talking about and aren't just providing "canned answers". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some of the documentation is a little sparse in some areas, particularly when it comes to programming functionality that isn't apparent (and ideally should be) in the UI. Whilst I understand there are use cases where you do need to modify data flows, I found this often to be the case, which then requires almost expert level knowledge to do things that are only fairly simple (and you better brush up on your Javascript programming if you have any hope of doing this yourself).

Things like date formatting between systems can often be a bit of a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
