**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

We were initially skeptical, but Fibr AI’s personalization and experiment automation truly made a difference for us. The ability to personalize landing pages and run experiments without constantly relying on our tech team saved us tons of time. We no longer had to manually create new variants every time we wanted to test something. The AI-powered insights helped us optimize in real time, making the process far more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Fibr AI?**

While Fibr is great overall, the initial setup took a bit longer than expected. We had to align some of our existing workflows with Fibr, and it wasn't as seamless as we hoped. But once everything was in place, it started running smoothly.

Fibr has helped us run experiments and A/B tests at a speed we couldn’t manage before. We’ve been using Fibr for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for us. The experimentation agent is what really did it. It helped us fine-tune our landing page and test variations without needing to go through long dev cycles. The best part? We started seeing a noticeable increase in demo bookings almost immediately after implementing the changes. It just works.

If I’m being honest, there’s a bit of a learning curve. It took a little while to get the hang of setting up experiments and understanding all the features, but the team at Fibr was super helpful in getting us up to speed.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

What really stood out for us was how well Fibr worked with our custom CDP setup. We weren’t sure it would be easy to integrate, but their team handled it smoothly. Once connected, we could start personalizing landing pages at scale, not just based on basic segments, but using our own customer data fields. That made a real difference in how relevant our pages felt to different user types.

Also, we didn’t have to create separate landing pages for each variation. The platform let us personalize dynamically, which saved time and helped us experiment faster without bloating our CMS.

You’ll definitely need support from their team if your CDP isn’t standard. The integration was custom and took some coordination. That said, the Fibr team was super responsive and hands-on throughout.

We run a lot of paid campaigns, and one of our biggest challenges was landing page mismatch: the ad would say one thing, and the page would say another. Fibr made it easy to align messaging across both. **What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

As a research-driven company, we thrive on data and insights. But testing and optimizing landing pages? It used to be a nightmare. Fibr AI completely changed that for us. The Hypotheses feature is a lifesaver. It analyzes our pages, flags potential issues, and gives us ready-to-test ideas in minutes. It feels like we’ve gained back hours of valuable time that used to go into brainstorming and strategizing tests.

**What do you dislike about Fibr AI?**

While Fibr is great for what it does, it definitely needs more exhaustive features. For example, the AI could offer deeper suggestions for complex variations, like integrating more behavioral insights from user interactions.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

We didn’t go into this expecting Fibr to handle 21 city-level campaigns, but it surprised us. Local pages with different languages, CTAs, and copy nuances used to take us weeks. Now? It’s a few inputs and some QA. We still had to fine-tune for cultural context, but the foundation was solid  and we didn’t burn out our team doing it.

**What do you dislike about Fibr AI?**

You’ll still need someone with local context to validate what the AI outputs. It’s not “set it and forget it,” especially for regional tonality. The UI also took some getting used to it’s powerful but has a learning curve.

We were running pan-India campaigns with one-size-fits-all messaging. Didn’t work. Fibr helped us scale relevance since different value props hit differently in Bengaluru vs. Delhi. We finally had the infrastructure to adapt without asking for a bigger team or budget.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

The best thing about Fibr is how fast we can move with it. Our campaigns change weekly, and Fibr gives us the flexibility to launch experiments without waiting on design or tech. Whether it's testing different city-specific messaging or optimizing CTAs, it’s helped us keep up with the pace of growth.

The AI suggestions are helpful, but sometimes they feel a bit generic. We often end up tweaking the copy to make it sound more on-brand. It would be great if the AI could learn our tone of voice a bit better over time.

The ease with which we create personalized landing pages for the ads of our clients is just phenomenal. Earlier we used to create few pages and direct the ad traffic to those pages, but now with Fibr each of the ads have a specific landing page which is crazy. On an average the CPA of our clients reduced by 28%.

Meta Ads personalization needs some polishing.

Previously, we had a limited number of landing pages for all our ads, which often led to high bounce rates. The mismatch between the ad’s messaging and the landing page content created a disconnect for users. With Fibr, we’re now able to match the context and messaging of each ad to its corresponding landing page, leading to a much more seamless and relevant user experience.

Honestly? I don’t miss the back-and-forth between GA, ad dashboards, and spreadsheets. With Fibr Pulse, I just ask what I need, like “which campaign actually brought qualified leads this week?” and it gives me a detailed report. No fluff, no digging. It’s like having a super-sharp teammate who just gets your mess and sorts it out.

It’s still early on some fronts. Sometimes I wish I could go deeper into cohort breakdowns without rephrasing questions. But to be fair, it’s improving fast.

It does a lot, so the first couple of campaigns were a little tricky to set up. We leaned on the Fibr team for guidance, and once we understood the flow, things got a lot smoother.

1. AI Agents: I think they have great AI agents, one for experimentation and one for personalization. They are easy to use and solve real headaches.
2. Analytics: I love their Analytics. It give you valuable insights about the campaigns on the dashboard itself without needing to go to GA4 and analyze data.

We tried Fibr AI for our B2B business as well but I think it needs to provide some more features relevant to B2B industries.

This was our first time running paid ads, so every click counted. We didn’t have the team or tools to build a bunch of landing pages from scratch. Fibr helped us personalize pages to match each ad, and it actually worked. In 3 months, we had better ROAS and  conversions than our well established competitors.

The platform does a lot, which was a bit overwhelming at first. We needed help from their team to get our first experiments live, but once we got going, it felt simple.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

Fibr's Hypotheses Agent is honestly a lifesaver. We used to sit in meetings debating what to A/B test be it headlines, CTAs, colors, layouts but no one really knew what would move the needle. Fibr just scans the page, connects the dots from GA and CRM, and gives you test ideas based on real friction points. Not guesses and actual insights.

Some of the hypotheses feel a bit basic at first glance, but when you dig in, they’re grounded in data. Still, would love to see more behavioral cues baked in as it evolves.

We didn’t have a structured CRO process. Now, instead of brainstorming from scratch, we get 4–5 AI-generated hypotheses that are specific, smart, and ready to test. It’s made experimentation a weekly habit, not a quarterly task. This has cut down experiment planning time drastically. We’ve seen clearer learnings from our tests and even boosted demos.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

The idea behind Fibr is strong. It helps us personalize landing pages and run experiments much faster than if we had to do it all manually. We don’t need to spin up a new page for every campaign, which saves us time. The AI suggestions also help when you're not sure what to test. It's nice to have a starting point.

**What do you dislike about Fibr AI?**

The UX still needs work. Things aren’t always intuitive especially when setting up variants or trying to find previous test results. We’ve had to rely on the support team more than expected, which slows us down at times. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve for new team members.

Honestly, we weren’t sure what to expect. We’ve tried a few CRO tools before and they all promised a lot, but Fibr actually fits into how we work. We don’t have a huge CRO team, so having a system that suggests what to test and builds the variants for us has been a big win. It’s not magic, but it works and it keeps getting better the more we use it.

The UI can feel a little unintuitive at times. It’s not hard, but you do need a bit of help to get started. Once we got the hang of it, we were fine, but it’s not plug-and-play right out of the box.

Fibr AI has made our lives so much easier. We can now personalize landing pages based on things like keywords, location, and UTM parameters—without having to touch a single line of code. Launching new tests is super quick, and we’re actually seeing results: higher conversion rates, better alignment with our paid campaigns, and less time wasted on manual tweaks. It feels like we finally have a CRO tool built for how marketing teams actually work.

There was a bit of a learning curve when we first got started, especially with setting up more complex rules. Some parts of the documentation could go a little deeper. And occasionally, the analytics dashboard can lag a bit when traffic spikes but overall, nothing that’s slowed us down.

Fibr lets you do CRO more powerfully and effectively than traditional CRO. The platform is very powerful and AI allows you to do it more easily, even without a whole lot of expertise, rather than having to hire an expensive CRO expert or agency. It's easy to set up and offers plenty of integrations for your data.

Not necessarily a dislike because the platform is insanely powerful, but there's still some features in development.

There’s really not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be the limited customization options for deeper reports.

Before Fibr Pulse, we struggled with gathering data from different platforms and aligning them into a clear report. With Fibr Pulse, everything is centralized. We can see real-time performance metrics from all our campaigns, without having to hop between multiple platforms. It’s really helped us make faster, data-driven decisions.

**What do you like best about Fibr AI?**

We finally stopped wasting money on ads that drop people on boring generic pages. Now we send them to a version that talks directly to them.

**What do you dislike about Fibr AI?**

The setup took a bit longer than I thought, had to sit with the dev guy for a day.

**What problems is Fibr AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a lot of Meta ads and bounce rate was super high. With Fibr, we personalize the landing based on ad copy — bounce dropped and form fills went up.

- We own multiple products & services globally around the world. Our major touchpoint is website. Hence our priority is to experiment for different KPIs over it. Fibr does a good job in this. It has automatic experimentation module, and also gives data driven suggestions after connecting to Analytics

Few pages experience slight load delays, could be optimised

1. Making website friendly for users around the globe, using fibr to create multiple variations to test
2. Using CRO features like Pop-Ups and understanding user behaviour
