I enjoy how easy Rippling is to use and all the things you can do through a single platform. It handles everything smoothly, and I can check the status of my requests in real-time. Like when I'm buying things for business purposes and request a reimbursement, I can see where it is, who approved it, and if a receipt is required. It's also super easy to look at my payroll and manage it across different bank accounts. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and the Rippling team was detailed and helpful in providing the necessary information. I think what could be improved about Rippling is sort of being able to contact my EOR. Because, it is not entirely clear how I'm able to contact my EOR since my company is not based in my country and they have the Rippling EOR. There are some concerns which need to be addressed to the EOR and not to my company's HR. And things are not very clear as in what concerns I should address to the EOR and what to my company. So I think a bit more clarity and the contact details of the particular person to get to would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
