**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really like how Rippling makes it easy to access all the information that relates to my benefits in one easy, usable interface. It's a very easy tool to use, easier than most anything I've seen, with everything in one place. This setup saves time and allows me to easily find answers to questions without needing to contact each benefit company. The information is up to date and comprehensive. The initial setup was extremely easy too.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Maybe the size of the org chart and the challenge with being able to view individuals on there. That's a little challenging.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes it easy to access all my benefits-related information, as well as Time keeping and payroll in one place with a user-friendly interface. It saves me time by allowing me to answer questions without needing to contact companies.

This is my first time using Rippling and it is way more accessible than previous HR Systems I have used in the past. Ripplings user interface makes it simple to navigate to from tab to tab speeding up the process of looking for information

There is nothing that comes to mind as previously mentioned I am new to Rippling and still figuring out the system but have not came across any flaws that need improvement.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes my work life management a breeze! It clearly labels tabs and pages which helps me review pay slips, Vacation and Sick leave and also all of my job contract and lists all my benefits, Its great to have all this information in one place rather than using multiple logins to track this. I would highly recommend Rippling!

Ripping does an amazing job of managing all the different aspects of our company finances and PTO approvals, and it makes it super easy to find and use any tool you might need.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Monthly payments are made on the 15th and 30th of each month, and it would be much easier for me if they were scheduled every other Friday instead.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

401k services are important when it comes to choosing the best provider. It benefits me to have the best provider, and that is beneficial overall.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I’ve used plenty of HR portals, but Rippling is the first one that actually feels intuitive. Everything I need like tax documents, hours, and pay stubs, is right where I expect it to be.

As someone who travels a lot for work, the reimbursement flow is a lifesaver. It’s fast, easy, and I’m not digging through menus to submit a receipt. But the real 'killer feature' for me is the account portability. I’ve worked for multiple companies that use Rippling, and being able to toggle between separate accounts to find old tax docs or pay history without a password reset nightmare is incredible. It makes life as a professional so much smoother.

Beyond just the features, what I really appreciate is the reliability. When you’re dealing with payroll and taxes, you want a system that just works without constant glitches or support tickets. Rippling gives me total peace of mind because I know exactly where my money is and exactly where my data lives, regardless of which company I’m currently with. It’s rare to find an HR tool that actually respects the employee’s time, but Rippling nails it.

It also tells me all my company assigned tasks and due dates, sends email reminders so I'm staying up to date with that stuff.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

"The platform is very thorough with alerts and tasks, which is great for compliance, but the notification volume can be a bit much during onboarding or open enrollment. I had to spend some time tweaking my email settings so my inbox didn't get flooded."

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Rippling solves for me is the fragmentation of “employee life.” In past roles, I’ve had to juggle three or four different logins just to check my pay, submit an expense, or update my tax information. Rippling brings all of that together in one intuitive dashboard, which makes the day-to-day admin side of work much easier.

As a frequent traveler, the “Spend” module is a huge benefit. Instead of saving paper receipts and then manually filling out tedious expense reports at the end of the month, everything feels streamlined and mobile-friendly. It turns a task that used to take an hour into something I can knock out in seconds.

I’ve also used Rippling across multiple companies, and it solves the “lost document” problem really well. Normally, once you leave a company, you lose access to your portal and end up emailing HR for old W-2s or other records. With Rippling’s account switching, I can still access historical documents from previous employers with a click, which makes tax season and general record-keeping essentially stress-free.

I use Rippling for Core HR, Payroll, documentation, and org charts. It keeps everything in one place, so forms I've signed are all available, making accessing pay information simple and helping me learn about the organization I'm in. I really like the UI because it makes it easy to navigate with logical menus and simple descriptions, making finding everything very easy. Booking leave is very simple, it's as easy as a few clicks, and the view that shows status is very clear. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, like signing up to a website.

I really like how Rippling brings everything together nicely without any confusion. It's fluid and guides you by providing alerts about what needs to be done and what information might be missing. Everything is really clear and concise, which makes it simple to use. I especially appreciate the simplicity and straightforwardness of its setup, as it just required clicking a link and providing a username and password. Over time, the access granted based on company needs was very straightforward. Also, it puts all the information I need in one place, organizing it clearly with a defined table of contents and easy access to everything.

I found it a little difficult to add various applications. I wasn't sure what it was I needed or what my company required.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

The system is very robust and truly connected; with seamless integrations between benefits, payroll, recruiting, scheduling, time & attendance. It is complicated to setup, but once everything's set up--it works great. The implementation and support teams are responsive and supportive and the reporting functionality and workflows ultimately save so much time. We'll be incorporating accounting integrations and spend management soon, and I'm really looking forward to having our HR and Accounting systems connected.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Some of the setup for rules, policies and policy managers was confusing, and I did need to get other managers, our IT team, and Rippling support involved during the setup process--but once we got in there and started working in the system, it became much easier and more intuitive.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our last HCM was discontinuing our product and raising prices to stay with them. Rippling came in with a very competitive quote, providing us more streamlined and connected products which will ultimately save us time, money, and eliminate many points of potential user error.

What I like most about Rippling is that everything is centralized in one platform. Managing payroll, employee records, and benefits is much more organized compared to using separate systems. The automation features also save time and reduce manual work, especially during onboarding.

One downside I experienced was limited flexibility in the payment options. The available methods for submitting payments weren’t always convenient for our team, and it would be helpful if there were more choices or clearer guidance on payment setup.

The pricing structure can sometimes feel fragmented. Certain modules and add-ons are priced separately, and small per-transaction fees can add up over time. A more bundled or transparent pricing approach would make long-term cost planning easier.

Rippling has helped us consolidate a fragmented tool stack into one core HRIS. Previously, we were managing multiple systems for payroll, compliance, onboarding, and performance, which increased administrative burden and the risk of errors. By centralizing these functions, we’ve reduced manual work, improved data accuracy, and saved time.

Another key benefit is employee engagement. Our team is more active in Rippling than they were in previous HR systems. The user-friendly interface encourages employees to explore features, complete required information, and stay up to date. As a result, HR has better visibility, cleaner data, and more meaningful insights than we’ve traditionally had.

I love the tracking time portion of Rippling. It's really easy for me to understand the amount of time I have left to use for people and things like that. I also like the goals and one-on-one section of the talent portion. Using Rippling for the first time was pretty simple, and I find the interface easy to navigate.

I wish I knew more about the talent section in general of Rippling. I feel like I didn't know a whole lot about it. I wish there were some example templates for some of the items that you can use in that section.

I like that Rippling serves as one single software for multiple functions, which has significantly improved data integrity because the payroll software is not built in silos. It's easy to use for employees, and I love the app. The customer service is super nice, and the system constantly updates based on feedback. The integration with the hub and spoke model means I'm not concerned about data integrity or accuracy. It's just so easy to use and crucial for a small non-profit organization because it eliminates the work of two HR admin people. My HR director found the feature to get help via chat very helpful, and our implementation specialist was amazing.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I find time entry for salaried people a little complicated, which is important for tracking to grants. Also, the payroll journal report is not available in an intuitive place.

Rippling is a single software for multiple functions, improving data integrity without silo issues, and it's easy for employees to use. It eliminates work for HR admins, vital for our small non-profit, and ensures data integrity with its hub and spoke model.

Instead of juggling separate systems for time, HR, payroll, and IT assets, everything lives on one platform with shared data that updates in real time. This means fewer mistakes, less manual reconciliation, and more time saved across HR and operations teams. The automation capabilities like auto-approving hours and syncing them with payroll are particularly powerful because they reduce administrative work that used to take hours each week.

I love that Rippling is a one-stop shop for many avenues. It's super easy to navigate and has multiple important apps in one spot. Everything that needs to be done is clear as it's black and white. I use Rippling for things like timekeeping and accessing perks through Motovosity. The platform is straight to the point with tasks, making it efficient for my needs.

The only thing I would change is if we are late for break because we are working, it doesn't give a direct option to still clock out for lunch so I accidentally fully clock myself out.

I find Rippling very easy to use, and the mobile app is incredibly user-friendly. I can see my pay statements and file, send, and approve expense reports. I can even look at our company's org chart directly on my mobile app. It's valuable because it saves me an enormous amount of time, especially when I'm traveling a lot for work and submitting expense reports in a timely manner. The initial setup was amazing and very seamless with great training.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Sometimes when a hotel or gas station does a precharge on the card, it seems like it stays on the account for a very long time. It would be nice if the pending charges did not show up or at least went away after a week or so of time.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling makes filing expense reports super easy and quick. It saves me a lot of time, especially when I travel for work, and I can check my pay statements, org chart, and manage expenses effortlessly with the mobile app.

I like how easy Rippling is to use. I sign in, it has a mailbox that keeps track of all my stuff, which is really helpful. I've worked with systems where you have to hunt down each individual category, but having an email box that tracks everything is much better. It also helps with upcoming events and tells me where to go, which is quite useful. Additionally, I found it quite easy to set up my account, as all I had to do was sign in and sign up.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I really enjoyed Rippling's SSO setup because it was super friendly and super easy, with all the available fields needed. It was one of the most seamless things I've experienced with Rippling, and I didn't have to figure anything out as it explained everything for me.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

We recently implemented the scheduling program with Rippling, and while it's nice that it ties in with our time off, we came from using Connecteam, which was far cheaper and had way more features and options than Rippling provides. I think just an overall robust feature improvement for scheduling would suffice.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling lets our whole company see scheduling and time off in one area, solving major visibility issues. Its SSO setup was super user-friendly and easy with clear explanations, which I really enjoyed.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like pretty much everything about Rippling. The interface is intuitive and there's lots of helpful tutorials and guides. The support staff at Rippling is fantastic. I find the learning management and the compliance 360 helpful, especially at this time of the year. I also appreciate Mineral for our handbooks and policies, which helps us stay compliant all year round. The integrative nature of Rippling is a standout as well, as it provides a one-stop place where all apps speak to each other. Also, any change I make in one area of the HRIS is reflected across others, which can be an issue when using multiple stand alone software. Rippling makes it easy to manage benefits, onboarding and off boarding employees, and the price is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I'd love to be able to add a reminder or schedule payouts in the payroll system that are in the future. For example, quarterly bonuses. Also, the surveys could use a little bit of work. The set-up for surveys isn't as intuitive as I'd like and it'd be nice to be able to download survey results in different formats (ie. pdf, word, ppt), not just an excel spreadsheet.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling offers a one-stop place where apps/software are connected, and resolving issues that we had with using multiple software systems. Rippling boosts my efficiency as the head of HR, and allows me to manage everything from payroll, benefits, employee engagement and surveys, compliance and training, to headcount planning and reports.

What I like best about Rippling is how seamlessly it brings all of our HR, onboarding, payroll, and compliance needs into one centralized platform. The system is extremely intuitive, and tasks that used to take multiple steps across different tools can now be completed in minutes. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate, how quickly information updates across modules, and how organized everything feels. Rippling has taken a lot of stress out of day-to-day operations and truly makes managing employee data feel effortless.

Honestly, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike about Rippling. Understanding how my PTO time you still had left used to be difficult, as it did not take into consideration future dates of PTO. It seems that is resolved and when you go to take off time, the amount indicated that you have has taken into consideration the future time that has been taken. 

They make the sign-ups for health insurance very easy to navigate, with one suggestion that I will mention in the section below.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Rippling home page used to be a location where you could communicate messages to your team and now that feature seems to be a bit embedded and hard to locate. 

Regarding signing up for health insurance through the platform. And the conclusion of the sign up it shows the total amount due per month regarding the policy that you select however, during the sign up process the default is toggled to showing you the pay period amount that is due. It comes accross misleading and several of my teammates were confused by the pricing until we backtracked and realized that we needed to toggle the monthly payment requirements during the sign-up process for it to be aligned with the end results.

**Recommendations to others considering Rippling:**

One of the easiest platforms to use in order to house payroll documents. I would absolutely recommend a company exploring the use of Rippling for their team.

Renewing health insurance is a key solution that were are using Rippling for. The system makes it easy to just walk through the process of the renewal as it prompts you with each step that needs to be taken care of along the way.
We also use rippling to conduct payroll and to easily access our paystub documents. This is in line with our company values of reducing our carbon footprint with the reduction of paper use.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I use Rippling for payroll and reviewing my time and training. I really appreciate how Rippling is always communicating and answering any questions that may arise in a fast and professional manner. I like its ease of use and friendly environment, nothing is convoluted or overwhelming. The layout is extremely simple and well-organized, so you can't get lost. Everything is integrated, including HR and payroll. For me, the initial setup was easy to handle, and I've been using Rippling for the last 12 years.

Rippling could have multiple languages embedded into their webpage.

Rippling is integrated for HR and payroll, making everything easy to use and organized. It communicates effectively and answers questions quickly, providing a friendly and non-overwhelming user environment.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

Our company is so happy we have finally made the move to Rippling!  Instead of jumping between separate apps for payroll, health insurance, and IT, Rippling stores all employee data in one place.  We also love the time we are saving with the automated onboarding and dealing with state compliance.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

To date, we have not experienced any issues that we dislike with Rippling.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating the entire employee lifecycle into one platform. As someone with a background in financial modeling and SQL-based analytics, I highly value the data integrity this provides. When I hire a new team member, Rippling automatically triggers payroll setup, insurance enrollment, and even app provisioning.

I like that Rippling simplifies requesting time off in a straightforward way without major complications, which helps save time and avoids lengthy conversations with my manager. I also appreciate the clarity and transparency it offers regarding my paychecks. The system provides a better overview and control for our HR team, being more automated and easier to use, which adds valuable features for managing people and their days off.

I use Rippling for people management, notifying paychecks, managing time off, and viewing my info. It makes requesting time off simple, saves time, avoids long conversations, and provides clarity on paychecks. It's automated, easy to use, and helpful for HR.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I love that Rippling is very user-friendly and easy to use. The people we work with, like our implementation manager Janet, are super easy to work with, very polite, timely, and thorough. Janet went through everything with me step by step, had a follow-up meeting to ensure I didn't have any questions, and was very knowledgeable about what was required. She made it very easy, and we were able to hire, set up, and pay a person within a two-week span, even less than that. It's great to work with such a supportive team, especially when paying people all over the world. Rippling also makes it easy to handle payroll across multiple global countries without needing to understand all the legalities, which is a big plus for us.

Rippling handles payroll across countries easily, managing legal aspects, which is great for our global team.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling is a two in one platform with HR and payroll, and that it connects to other apps like QuickBooks and Microsoft. This integration potential is something I'm optimistic about, although I still have to learn how to maximize those connections.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

I think the onboarding experience needs improvement. My representative was good, but she's very busy and only available for fifteen minutes at a time, so things feel rushed. It's frustrating to have to go back in the queue for more onboarding. I also wasn't able to connect with Rippling directly, and there's no phone number to call, though the live chat hasn't been bad so far. Additionally, there were a lot of kinks and technical glitches when getting started with Rippling. Hopefully, these will be improved.

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling gives me one central platform for HR and payroll, making life easier and reducing business pressure.

**What do you like best about Rippling?**

I like that Rippling is seamless and their onboarding was exceptional. It's really useful because as a small company, running payroll properly with the right salaries, scheduling it at the right time, and being clear on the unknowables like taxes and Social Security is important. Rippling makes this process seamless. The initial setup was very easy, and it saves me time as a CEO. I also appreciate that their platform allows for necessary inputs right when they're needed, which is pretty useful. I'd give it a solid 10 in terms of recommending to others.

**What do you dislike about Rippling?**

Not at this time

**What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rippling helps me pay the right salaries on time and manage payroll complexities like taxes and Social Security. As a small company, it’s really useful to have a structured platform that simplifies these processes.
