What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that Rippling is a one-stop shop. It houses all the tools I need to perform my duties effectively and efficiently, as it provides quick and easy access to the applications I use on a daily basis. I can also easily switch to check on any payroll-related matters, such as my pay, which always allows me to update information very quickly. It's easy to use. I am a fairly new user, but I was able to find everything very easily. While I have had no issues that required contacting customer support, Rippling sends out timely communication, which shows that they hold their users in high regard. I have no doubt that their customer support is just as transparent and communicates well.

I have used other HR management platforms before, but none have integrated my Work Apps into the platform. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that I could access my work tools right after logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I honestly don't have any negative things to say about Rippling. I have read your FAQ section, and the details there are sufficient to answer all my questions. What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is comprehensive in its product offering and I believe it is the best HRIS on the market. That being said, the best thing about Rippling is the support team. I can't say enough about how great the support and implementation team is. They definitely go the extra mile when it comes to assisting with launching the product in order to tailor the features to your organization. They are responsive, patient, and incredibly resourceful. What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how seamlessly it brings all of our HR, onboarding, payroll, and compliance needs into one centralized platform. The system is extremely intuitive, and tasks that used to take multiple steps across different tools can now be completed in minutes. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate, how quickly information updates across modules, and how organized everything feels. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Honestly, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike about Rippling. If anything, the “least helpful” aspect is simply the learning curve that comes with having so many powerful features in one platform. What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that Rippling is connected to nearly all of my company's tools! It syncs to our training system, project management tool, and our financial apps with ease. My current process has been to manually apply employee deductions and 401k amounts. I'm so excited to use Rippling to make that process easier and quicker. The self-implementation was a key factor to our success with Rippling. We were able to do it at our own pace while still getting support from the Rippling team. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The downsides I've found are when you're in the implementation phase, you cannot use the chat feature for help. You must connect via email with your implementation manager. Which is great for most options, but for smaller issues I wish I could've used a chat function. An item I've seen in the contract but haven't encountered yet is that whatever headcount for employees you sign up for for that contract term, that's the lowest number you can have for the term. So, if you sign a contract for 25 employees, and you lose 5 employees, you would still be paying for 25 employees until the term is up. I wish there was a prorating system in place of this. What do you like best about Rippling?

I love Rippling for its all-in-one functionality, making it very efficient for my work. The platform is excellent for managing time in and time out, checking timestamps, and handling logins and logouts with ease. I find it incredibly user-friendly, as it is not complicated or confusing at all. Logging in and accessing the application's features is straightforward, allowing me to quickly get to work without any hassle. The ability to view documents and receive approvals from my manager directly through Rippling adds to its value. Rippling's simplicity and ease of use are definite advantages for me, and it complements my workflow perfectly. Since the setup process is also straightforward—requiring just an app installation and logging in with my company credentials—everything about Rippling from setup to daily use is seamless. What do you like best about Rippling?

This product provides a selection of modules that can be mixed and matched according to your needs. It takes care of payroll, taxes, all the necessary forms, expenses, and even manages credit cards. What do you dislike about Rippling?

There were some glitches in the past, but those have now been resolved. I did notice a few minor limitations when attempting to fix system-generated glitches, which, upon reflection, is understandable. Since the forms were created automatically, any changes would also have been applied automatically, so resolving these issues required a rather lengthy workaround. What do you like best about Rippling?

From a Total Rewards perspective, Rippling brings clarity, control, and data visibility that legacy systems rarely achieve. Reporting is fast, dynamic, and user-friendly, making it significantly easier to run compensation cycles, audits, and analytics. The implementation support has also been strong, with teams who understand both technical requirements and HR best practices. I can't get enough of the reporting & how EASY it is for a 4-year old to figure it out lol. Honestly... it's THAT good. Everything I used to do on excel manually; I can figure out a way to do it automatically through the reporting in Rippling. It's so genius. The biggest upside is the true data integration. The system is highly configurable, allowing organizations to build workflows, automations, and custom fields that actually reflect their real processes. I use the data & the reporting daily. to a point it's eaten up all my time because i love all the productivity i come up with that i could never develop before. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Some modules offer less depth than traditional enterprise HRIS systems, meaning organizations with complex requirements may need workarounds or custom configurations. The reporting is excellent overall but can still benefit from more advanced analytics capabilities; particularly for compensation financial modeling and multi-year market data benchmarking.
