Most key HR tasks are automated, for example handling taxes and running payroll, among others. The platform prepares accurate payroll and helps ensure that each process meets the required standards. The administrative side of the app is clean and very efficient, which makes day-to-day management easier. What do you like best about Rippling?

I like that I can use Rippling both from my phone and computer, and that it is easy to use. The interface is not confusing and payments arrive on time, very quickly. It is also excellent for receiving international payments in dollars and setting up both dollar accounts and Colombian peso accounts. Additionally, I use it to request days off like vacations and holidays, and it notifies me when they have been approved. I can also request expense reimbursements, which arrive in the bank account in the next pay period. I used Rippling as a manager to handle employee reviews and it has useful integrations for onboarding and offboarding tasks. I recommend this tool with a score of 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Well, at the moment I don't have something very clear, but there is something I would like, maybe it's a setting I don't have. And it's that I would like to receive an email when the day off I requested or the vacation I requested has been approved. Normally, I check the next day or the following week and see that the manager has already approved the vacation, but he has to tell me or I have to log in and it shows me the notification in the bell. But I don't receive an email, which I would like to receive. Maybe it's a setting I have disabled. Also, there was an occasion where the company mistakenly fired me and when I was reinstated, I had to create a new Rippling account, which caused me not to be able to receive my payment in a dollar account in Panama as I had configured before, and I had to resort to Rippling support to make that change. Honestly, there isn't much to dislike so far. Coming from other systems that were clunky, Rippling is a breath of fresh air. What do you like best about Rippling?

The ability to store emails and passwords among my team, especially in the world of Client Success in Social realms, is absolutely paramount. Rippling does a great job of storing these items and allowing access for the team at large, while keeping them protected from anyone outside of our team. It also acts as a hub for all personal information within my role, like benefits, time-off, and paystubs., I use it every day and can't imagine my role without it. To boot, Rippling is easy to setup and use (rare to be efficient at both), extremely easy to integrate through my web browser, and I've had quick success with customer support when I've had minimal issues. While Rippling is incredibly powerful, it can definitely be a "double-edged sword." Here are a few things that users often find frustrating or challenging:

1. The "All-in-One" Complexity

Because Rippling tries to do everything (Payroll, IT, Benefits, Device Management), the interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming.

Finding a specific setting for something simple, like a timecard adjustment, can sometimes feel like a scavenger hunt through too many menus.

2. Implementation "Growing Pains"

Setting Rippling up correctly is a massive project.

If the initial setup (the "logic" of your company) isn't perfect, it can cause cascading errors. For example, if a permission is set wrong at the top level, it might accidentally block Anto from seeing Bianka’s timecards, and fixing it requires digging through deep administrative layers. What do you like best about Rippling?

I use Rippling for my retail job, and I really like that it sends me a notification reminding me that my shift is starting 30 minutes before it begins. It also works well for me as it lets me upload personal documents, whether for payroll purposes or personal role information. The initial setup was very easy for me. I received my login link from corporate, then logged in, changed my password, and entered all my role information. My Rippling account was set up and completed within a day. What do you dislike about Rippling?

I think Rippling could improve by adding a 'Pay to Date' option. This feature would let me see how many hours I've worked and the amount I've earned leading up to my next payday. I find Rippling very useful, particularly when I miss clocking in, as the platform still assists in ensuring my tasks are completed and I get paid accurately. I really like the platform and the pay rate, which have made my work experience better. Additionally, I enjoy the posts made by my boss through Rippling, as they likely enhance communication and engagement within our team. The initial setup of Rippling was easy, especially the verification process, which was straightforward. I also see value in Rippling over the previous provider, Payoneer, which shows that the switch was beneficial.
