## About Rattle
Rattle makes intricate sales processes easy to follow Revenue teams have detailed, important-to-follow sales processes — it’s your winning formula for securing new business & delivering a consistent customer experience. But we know as much as building out these processes wasn’t easy, it’s even harder to get teams to consistently follow them. Rattle addresses this through automation and AI by creating a two-way workflow between the sales tech stack (CRM, Clari, Gong, etc.) and engagement tools (Teams and Slack). Rattle’s unique approach improves efficiency & streamlines operations for companies like Twilio, Figma, Miro, Gitlab, Algolia, Notion, & Intercom who report a win rate lift of 20%, 15% higher renewal rates, 50% faster lead response times, and 5+ hours/week in time saved for sellers.

## Rattle Reviews
 ### 1. Keeps Salesforce Updates Seamless

**Reviewed by:** Abby W. | Account Executive, SMB, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I like that Rattle reminds me when my opportunities are out of date, which helps keep me organized. It sends me a Slack notification, allowing me to stay on top of my opportunities without the need to log into Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I wish it'd proactively tell me when opps are out of date.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rattle to update Salesforce in Slack without logging in, and it reminds me about important CRM updates, keeping me organized.

 ### 2. You need to have if you´re a salesperson!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milena I. | Business Development Manager LATAM , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

If you work in sales or customer success and use Salesforce, Rattle makes your life easier and imports a lot of information from your CRM directly into Slack/Teams. It's very useful for me!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I don't have any development points to highlight, since it makes my job easier. Maybe if it could be integrated directly into meetings as an AI assistant that summarizes the entire conversation with the client, it would be perfect.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage my time better and focus on real interactions with customers

 ### 3. Data mining made easy + good ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luís C. | Microsoft AI & Security Specialist - on behalf of Concentrix, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The easiness of surfing across the entire interface and the ability to evaluate your progress step-by-step

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Could be more customisable as to what integrations from external dataset models it allows

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining data audit and control points

 ### 4. Very insightful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Every action you take in the GUI can be translated into R code behind the scenes. This is awesome for learning—it's like training wheels for getting comfortable with scripting in R. You can see what’s happening under the hood.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Rattle hasn’t seen major updates in a while. That means it might not play nice with newer R packages or OS versions without a little fiddling. Some libraries it relies on can throw version issues, especially on newer systems.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle simplifies data mining by offering a GUI, which saves time and helps me build models without writing full R code—great for quick analysis and learning.

 ### 5. Trialed it through our evaluation

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The integration with Slack was helpful for staying in the loop about deals.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There was a lot of noise from Rattle for notifications - would prefer if there was a way to filter down the types of notifications based on user preference.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help bring more communication / insight into deals through slack

 ### 6. Great tool to keep a tab on your sales performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

We have been using Rattle to log calls and keep a report of our day to day efforts which has been helpful. The ability to integrate with Slack and Salesforce makes it easy to record our meeting data. This is genuinely a great feature

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Sometimes it might not pull data automatically else I have no issues with the tool

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me log my day to day calls helping us over all as an org to keep a track on the conversations happening on every accounts. This is also helpful when a new rep is allocated to an account as it makes it easier for them toa cdcess the past history on the account

 ### 7. Inside Sales Support Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Account Executives can create and assign tasks to their Inside Sales counterpart. Each IS rep supports around 10 AEs, and staying organized and understanding task progress is critical. IS reps check their Rattle Board (likely) every hour to make updates to open tasks and to see if there are any new tasks assigned to them.

With the /rattle-create Slack command, AEs can easily assign tasks to their IS counterparts, and the Rattle Board allows AEs and IS to update SFDC fields in directly from the board with in-line editing.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

It would be nice to have URLs hyperlinked / more formatting abilities in text boxes on the Rattle Board.

It does take a long time for Boards to pull up / switching between Boards.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving AEs time (in-line editing) and keeping them organized (assigning tasks to Inside Sales and collaborating on task progression).

 ### 8. Makes tracking Leads very easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

What I like most about rattle is it helps me track my daily mql's , leads or even fvc meetings very easily. It's prompt notification lowers my speed to lead and its slack integration makes logging meetings in salesforce very easy.Just by one click I can log my meetings and update all important salesforce fields without me having to switch multiple tabs everytime. I use it almost everyday and it makes my life work a lot easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Many a times the preview window of the bot which is integrated with slack doesn't open up and therefore I am unable to dive deeper into the details of a notification.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1)Staying on top of sales mql's & leads.
2)Update salesforce meetings
2)Get notication of new prospect activity on a profile.

 ### 9. Automate Everything!

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is incredible for automating mundane tasks, creating and sharing real-time visibility with stakeholders and end users around the entire business, making alerts actionable, and keeping our data clean. It's crazy easy to set up, their team is extremely patient and caring, and the product is getting updated constantly so it's only getting better! We use it all day every day, and integrations are a breeze to set up.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

It's really hard to pinpoint anything I truly don't like about the platform, workflow, and results honestly. It does what it claims to do and honestly more.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unlock revenue insights that empower your team’s performance. Engage, update, and close business all from Slack or Teams with intelligent, bi-directional alerts.

 ### 10. Streamlining Salesforce with Slack Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle has been a game-changer in how I manage sales and customer interactions by seamlessly updating Salesforce directly through Slack. Its real-time notifications for customer calls have kept my tasks in Salesforce consistently up-to-date without the need to switch between apps. The ability to create custom workflows it's amazing, allowing you to send notification/take actions in different apps.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing so far. I haven't had any issues while usin Rattle

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle adeptly bridges the gap between communication and customer relationship management. It solves the problem of managing and updating customer interactions by bringing Salesforce functionality into Slack.

 ### 11. Rattle keeps our internal teams on the same page

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christa M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

We've been using Rattle for about a quarter now and it's one of the few slack extensions I use mutliple times a day. I really apprecaite the time savings through the automated creation of Slack deal win rooms that pull in the opportunity summary and notes. We are also able to save time updating SFDC next steps and notes through the slack ontegration. The ability to create rooms for custom logic is a huge plus.

Our Rattle account team has been extremely responsive and helpful through our pilot process. It was very easy to get individual contributors onbaorded but cannot speak to back end integration since I'm in sales.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Rattle has a lot of positives but it can create a lot of noise in your Slack in you aren't careful with how you use it.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual creation of win rooms, qualified opportunities, and looping in the right people.

 ### 12. Makes updating salesforce much quicker

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karima M. | mid-market account executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

makes me more efficient as a manager
makes updating opps easier/ quicker
can work quickly vs. updating individual leads which take sloger
i like the rattle dashboard/ reports all in one view
am able to modify views easily, very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

sometimes takes a while to save the update
forecast/ kanban view for managers would be useful where we can drag and drop things from one stag eto antoehr

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

updating my team's opportunity stages, next steps, notes

 ### 13. Intuitive & Continually Innovating

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emme T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Very easy to use and a great team backing it. You can tell how fast they are innovating and how much they value input in what customers want to see to be sticky. They did a great job capturing the market in the Troops fumble. Anytime there is a question or issue, their team is quick to answer and lend a hand!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

There are aspects that aren't intuitive quite yet - things like formatting or errors. For formatting, you have to reference website material to know the shorthand for bold, italics, etc. rather than it being a button or even included in their nearby help text. More just a learning curve. Their error messages either don't include context to what made them error or it just doesn't fire and you have to catch that - simple example is if you try to set up a group DM with more than 8 members (a known Slack limitation) it'll allow it to save and then just never fire.
All that said, their team is incredibly responsive which makes all dislikes just annoyances, far from deal breakers

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerting business of things to keep an eye on, action, or celebrate

 ### 14. Incredible product, even more incredible team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura B. | Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner: Flex Sales , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is the next generation of Rev Ops execution! It allows us to streamline our deals, our sales process and our internal teams seemlessly. It automates more than just SFDC content but can also connects to 3rd party tools our teams uses every day! I am so beyond excited to fully launch Rattle at Twilio! Their team is AMAZING! They truely care about of success day in and day out! During our deal cycle, the CEO even made time to meet us in person along with their team on multiple occasions! The CEO, Sahil, even sent us a thank you email when the deal closed with his personal contact information! This type of customer support in unheard of! I cant wait to watch Twilio launch off with Rattle!

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Really nothing, so far our engagement from cold call through purchase and through implementation has been seamless and amazing.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle is solving the problem of inefficiency for our internal team. Its making their role easier and elimnating clicks and tasks that usually take up so much of the time they should be spending in the field.

**Reviewed by:** Sarah N. | SDR Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

Love how well it integrates with our systems. We use it so that our SDRs & AEs are immediately notified when a meeting is coming up and have an avenue of communication about the status of that meeting. We have also use it to display some of our top performing reps when we conduct spiffs.

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

It is a user friedly tool that does all the heavy analysis on it's own. Be it related to renewals reminder, logging calls, data mining, summarizing, etc. It has helped me to understand larger sets of data by breaking it down into simpler pointers.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Nothing as of now. All seems to be working well for me.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides me with the overall view of logging calls, renewals, etc., without any hassle. To keep track of such data has been much simpler now.

 ### 19. Fantastically easy to use, incredibly powerful, and ever evolving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph C. | Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle is super intuitive - it's the bridge that truly connects a variety of our systems with where the work happens. Huge improvement over Troops (now Slack Sales Engage).

Incredibly easy to set up, audit, and manage, Rattle has quickly become the core new tool leverage by our full GTM team.

Minor technical issues, but their exceptional customer support resolves these issues in no time!

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 21. No harm, but also unclear of benefit

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle was added to my Slack without any detail from management, so I'm not clear on it's intended use.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I get a Slack notification of meetings on my calendar with details from our CRM of who I'm meeting, how much is the deal, what stage is it in, etc. I already have this information on my calendar, so, again, I'm not sure of the value-proposition, why we have this, or what it is supposed to help with. To me, it is just another notification I have to mark as read.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a Slack notification of meetings on my calendar with details from our CRM of who I'm meeting, how much is the deal, what stage is it in, etc.
I already have this information on my calendar, so, I'm not sure of the value-proposition, why we have this, or what it is supposed to help with.
To me, it is just another notification I have to mark as read.

The UI could be better. Overall really great.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the tool for compliance management for all revenue teams. In 2023 we were trying to make all revenue teams more efficient, rattle has been a huge part of achieving that goal.

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Super easy to get up and running, easy for end users to build flows, and easy to maintain them as admins.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

The user and flow dashboard could use some work to add more customisations. No issues with the functionality of the actual tool as an end user.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it mainly to push data updates from SFDC into Slack (e.g. an opportunity was won and we want to celebrate the win as a team, or a case was created and we want to alert the corresponding team).

I like that I get alerts immediately via Slack, which is my primary form of communication. I'm able to get notifications daily on everything that is important and able to make updates and changes directly from the notification which is integrated with all my important tools.

It was very easy to get it up and running and the enablement for administrators was wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

I don't like the dinosaur, maybe they could find a new mascot

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the integration between Slack and Salesforce, our team is able to get notifications in realtime.

 ### 29. Great sales tool for AEs and leaders alike

**Reviewed by:** Wesley M. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

It keeps me updated on my sales opportunities and tasks, allows me to make quick updates to my opportunities that my leadership cares about, summarizes calls and suggests follow ups and next best actions. Not much that I dislike. It does take some getting used to, and anything it can't do, product is open to taking suggestions and adding those to the roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

 ### 30. Rattle Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

The best part about Rattle is that it gives users the ability to update SFDC records direcrtly from slack. We have over 100 Rattles set up for our organization. Rattle is very user friendly and easy to set up. It typically takes me less than 5 minutes to set up a new workflow and even less to make modificatons to existing alerts.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

We have found multiple alerts that should not have been sent based on the conditions set up for multiple Rattles.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rattle gives the ability to mass update records in SFDC via boards, where as in SFDC there is not an option to do this based on how the custom objects were set up. Rattle also allows us to action approvals directly from Slack for multiple workflows in SFDC. Rattle also gives us real-time alerts when somethings needs to be actioned in SFDC.

 ### 31. Cool product, updates are typically delayed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessi Y. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

I like the opp progression updates, and the visibility into how the greater team is progressing in real time

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

It would be helpful to alert on closed lost deals, so we can review when AEs close opps

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't see sales org issues being solved with Rattle YET, but as we continue to implement, it could help AE/SDR partnerships streamline handoffs

 ### 32. GREAT - Simple solution for Rev Ops

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Inbound demo requests notifications.

**Official Response from Rob DePersia:**

> Thanks for the review. It's awesome that you like the notifications and ease of use. Also glad to see you have no complaints about the product. Love to hear from satisfied users! Because you had only good things to say about Rattle in your review, I was confused by your 1-star score, since 1 is the lowest rating and suggests you don't like the product at all. If this was a mistake, would you consider updating your score to align with the positive feedback you left?

 ### 47. Rattle Ux is an A++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney J. | Global Deal Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

As an admin for my company, I really appreciated the user experience with Rattle. It is easy to onboard and start utilizing the product. The features are great, I highly recommend the tool for Slack integration.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

Some Slack user settings are changed once Rattle owns creating messages with complex workflows or dealrooms, but once you understand the tool you can create work arounds. There isn't much I dislike about Rattle.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealrooms have allowed us to create a consistent place for all internal stakeholders to have conversations about Opportunities and Accounts.

 ### 48. Rattle is the connective tissue of our sales process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Rattle makes it super simple to create workflows that allow me be alerted on and to stay on top of all the moving pieces of data happening in Salesforce via slack which is where I spend most of my day working on my laptop and on my phone.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

The mobile experience using rattle could use improvement when configuring new workflows or modifying exist from a mobile device.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of data within Salesforce and collaboration along the team of that data within slack.

 ### 49. Great connector with user-friendly UI to make SFDC and Slack interact together!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | Rev-Ops analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Fast to learn and be able to start using. It has a lot of cool capabilities when it comes to both alerting users in slack or updates that are happening and also the ability to be able to update those SFDC records directly in Slack.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

We have found a few limitations when it comes to what can be triggered from SFDC and how its triggered. Sometimes these updates look like they should be creating Rattle alerts in slack but they arent.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to send out communication quicker (real time!) to reps and to managers alike. We like using the update feature to be able to approve quotes directly in slack.

 ### 50. A dream for Sales AND Ops!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff D. | Sr. Director, RevOps, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Rattle?**

Easy to configure
- love being able to think of something and implement in less than 10 minutes.

Depth of Configurability
- there are very few limitations in getting a notification spun up - they have thought of so many use cases.

Responsive Notifications
- Buttons in slack make it so easy for sales (and CSM, and Relationship Managers, and Ops) to take ACTION. It may only save a few clicks / seconds, but with the convenience of the buttons I've found that people actually TAKE the action we want them to... where dashboards, chatter posts etc. seemed to fall short.

The Company & Employees
- Just an incredible group of people! Extremely responsive, helpful, professional... ideal company to partner with.

**What do you dislike about Rattle?**

It is indeed a relatively young company. That means they do not have EVERY feature you could possibly want. But to their credit, when I hit limitations, they often already have it on the roadmap - and importantly - they DELIVER on the roadmap.

**What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any sales-centric company, the "Sales Operations" is critical to our success. We need quality data, up to date, and we need to make it "second nature" for our employees to keep stuff up to date.

We also need to provide timely notifications when things in Salesforce are or aren't happening... an upcoming renewal that doesn't have a quote created, a new NPS score submitted to an account, a customer signed up for our knowledge management platform... we keep pushing relavent and timely information to our users so THEY can make the best decisions!
