"Modern outbound calling with powerful live coaching and real-time insights"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how it modernizes outbound calling by combining a dialer with real-time coaching and collaboration tools. It helps sales teams connect with prospects more efficiently while also giving clear visibility into conversations, performance, and areas for improvement. The live coaching features and call insights are especially valuable because they support both productivity and skill development, keeping the focus on consistent improvement rather than just increasing call volume. What do you dislike about Nooks?

What I don’t like about Nooks is that it can take a bit of time for new users to get comfortable with the workflow, especially if they’re used to more traditional dialers. Some features and settings aren’t immediately intuitive, which can make onboarding feel slower at first. The pricing can also feel high for smaller teams. And while the platform is powerful overall, having more flexibility around customisations and reporting would make it even more useful for different sales processes and team structures. "Nooks slashes cold calling time and boosts conversations. 100% recommend."
What do you like best about Nooks?

It's super fast, and it helps me get a ton of calls in with a decent number of conversations (at bats) per day. This is a huge time saver. Any cold caller ought to have Nooks as part of the stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

1/ I wish there was a multi-screen version during parallel dialing, so we can get more insight from each contact during those sessions. Let me explain. When power dialing, each contact opens up a dashboard where I can see various widgets, including a snapshot of their LinkedIn profile. However, you lose this feature during parallel dialing. It would be helpful to have a parallel dialing interface that gives you a dashboard for each contact, so you're better prepped for the call. This would likely work best for multi-screen setups, but it'd be a 1% boost in how relevant my convo could be.

2/ The AI note taker sometimes gets too generalized with longer detailed cold calls. I've had 10-20 minute calls where key details were missing, because the AI note taker was trying to consolidate details into high level notes. Having more specific key details can be beneficial in follow up calls to the same prospect, or to calls within the same organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Auto-Dialer with Powerful Analytics and CRM Sync"
What do you like best about Nooks?

The auto-dialer and parallel dialing features have been game-changers for my cold calling workflow. I can get through my call list 3x faster than manual dialing. The real-time analytics and call disposition tracking help me optimize my approach, and the CRM integration keeps everything synced automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Occasionally the call quality can drop during peak hours. The reporting dashboard could be more customizable - I'd love to create custom views for specific metrics. Also, the mobile app functionality is limited compared to the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Supercharges Outbound Calling with Tracking, Auto-Dialer, and Lead Intelligence"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with

Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing

Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call

Virtual Workspaces - let me collaborate and and grow with my teammates and encourages a an in-office feel remotely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Easy Calling Experience"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Outbound Platform That Helps Teams Make Smarter Calls"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

Overall, Nooks doesn’t just help teams make more calls—it helps them make smarter calls, stay aligned, and perform better together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

That said, these are relatively minor tradeoffs. Once teams are up and running, the value Nooks delivers far outweighs the initial learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Auto-Dialer with Great LinkedIn & SFDC Context"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is very easy to use, and the auto dialer works really well. I like that it integrates with LinkedIn and includes marketing history from SFDC, which gives helpful context before and during calls. Customer Support has been great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I’m not a big fan of the training bots. They’re fine for a quick warm-up before call tasks, but I don’t use them much beyond that. Also, when calling through lists, the tracking can sometimes be a little inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Cold Outreach Efficiency, But Has Some Lag Issues"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I definitely like the power dialing feature of Nooks. It helps us reach more prospects within an hour, probably giving us a 30 to 40% increase in the number of dials we make, which means more conversations. One of their beta features, the Spotify integration, is also great. It allows me to listen to music, and it auto-pauses when making calls, which makes cold calling a bit more bearable and enjoyable. Additionally, the initial setup was very intuitive and easy for the sales team, with the ability to import outreach sequences with just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Sometimes there's a lag between when a customer picks up and when we're on the phone. So sometimes the customer's already said hello and answered the phone, and we don't actually hear that until sometimes there's, like, a two second lag, which can be a bit jarring for customers. So it'd be nice if that lag was smaller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Cold Calling with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like Nooks for its ability to import Salesforce lists, which helps me expand whatever territory I am calling. I also appreciate the AI tools for summarizing calls and increasing connectivity rates. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the representatives working with us each step of the way and the free trial that allowed us to play around with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Importing tasks from Salesforce is a hassle. In Salesforce, if you set a 'task' as an event with a date and time, it pops up where you can use the Five9 extension to call directly from the system. With Nooks, you have to constantly check Salesforce to see if any tasks popped up and then manually input the number into Nooks to call. If there's no contact created for the account, it causes more issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlines Communication with Clean CRM Integration"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like how efficient Nooks is with auto dialing everybody and the automatic voice mail feature. I also appreciate the overall streamlined experience and how easy it is to find all the information on people. It's a really easy program to use, with a very straightforward setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think the best thing that could be improved is when you accidentally dial somebody or don't wanna dial them. If you accidentally call someone or decide not to dial them in the first three seconds, I wish it wouldn't count as a call. It would help to keep track of who I've hung up on more easily, especially for accidental calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
