The best thing that I like about them is their prompt service and easy-to-understand UI. They immediately assign Relationship Managers and experts to help you with your task....and all contact details made available, immediately and clearly. The TaT's are pretty quick and the staff is very proactive. Required documents are clearly indicated and they inform / respond to customer queries in their message box pretty soon. Their experts have always advised me well and I trust them with handling my sensitive documents. Their IT infra seems to be pretty robust. Very professional folks here. **What do you dislike about ClearTax?** The biggest downside, I personally feel , are their prices. I mean, they seem to be a bit overpriced for their online services.....epescially for their (online) individual tax consultation service. Its like paying a million dollars for a gram of gold. Other than that, there is no major issue in my opinion. **What problems is ClearTax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been using ClearTax's online IT Return filing services annually AS AN INDIVIDUAL since the past 5+ years. It has helped me in filing my returns correctly and quickly , over the years. ### 2. I anyhow submitted my docs and immediately I received a call from Amrutha. She stepped up, clearly and calmly guiding me to complete the initial steps. Once done, she brought in the tax expert Koushik. To my amazement, Koushik too was as calm as Amrutha and took matter in his hands. Thereafter, all I had to do was sit and answer their questions (which were minimum). And before I realised, my return was filed by 11:30 PM IST on 31/March!! In short, I couldn't have expected anything more. Team Cleartax went above my expectations to file my return within time. All my thanks to them, I'm their loyal customer now!! I tried one of their services and the experience was very unprofessional. **What do you dislike about ClearTax?** I tried to use their Legal Documents Review service and I am sharing my experience for the same. Legal document review is a kind of service that should be done in a timely fashion because there's usually a lot of strings attached to your document which you want to get reviewed. It's been almost 10 days and I don't have a single pointer from the ClearTax team as far as the review is concerned, I got a call 4 days ago that my document will be reviewed the next day but never heard anything from the ClearTax team again. I think ClearTax is providing this service just for the sake of increasing the number of their offerings and have no intention to serve the customers. This is my first try to avail of their offerings and I am truly disappointed. Also, any review on their own website can’t be trusted. I tried to add the same review there and it seems they screen every review and upload it on their website if they feel like to.
