Copado is not only helpful for UI testing it's a great tool even for backend data testing. It very easy to push all the changes to git and then run the whole CRT script in integrated way. Updating scripts with new software requirement is just so easy and useful. Its best suited for sanity and regression testing where the same CRT script can be used for multiple times across multiple environments and it saves a lot of time. What I like most is that it works well with Salesforce without needing much coding. Copado is a third party DevOps platform built on Salesforce Lightning System and facilitates the Tasks/User stories deployments through organization pipeline. We can do regression testing as extra security check points, sometimes custom created quality gates to ensure correct and well tested automation should be deployed to production environment.
