when you select days v hours you can't change it within other pto categories. also, if someone is an approver in one dept then if they are an employee in another dept they can approve people who actually aren't their's to approve. it is hard to explain but that was kind of confusing at first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With 2-level approval, an adminstrator cannot see leave pending requests after the first level of approval, but before the second level of approval resulting in some leave requests expiring. In addition to visibility, there should be a notification to the administrator if leave requests expire. Scheduled reports cannot be customized.
