With 2-level approval, an adminstrator cannot see leave pending requests after the first level of approval, but before the second level of approval resulting in some leave requests expiring. In addition to visibility, there should be a notification to the administrator if leave requests expire. Scheduled reports cannot be customized. We use Teams for everything. And to have Vacation Tracker work so seamlessly with Teams has made the process easier for staff to request and track their time out of the office.
