**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I appreciate the ease of data administration in HiBob HRIS, as it offers clear and reliable software for employees. The simplicity and various features make it an easy-to-use and comprehensive tool that covers almost all HR functions. Especially the task lists significantly facilitate the workflows. For our company size, it offers better and clearer functions. The initial setup process was also very good.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I find the reliability of the system could be better and the small things need to be fixed. Also, core functions like job scheduling for retail stores are missing.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS simplifies the administration of data with a clear and reliable software. It offers extensive HR functionalities with easy operation and task lists that facilitate workflows. The features are better suited and more organized for our company size than our previous solution.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like how easy the interface is for everyone to use. Me as a superadmin and all the employees and managers. There is a lot of functionality available which can streamline HR processes. 

The social media feel of the homepage is something which a lot of our staff enjoy, as it is very familiar to them. 

It is very customisable which can be helpful for us to implement whatever internal process we would like to.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

One thing which has been an issue for us is the inability to send just notifications about time off requests to a second manager, without sending the approval request itself. I've not been able to find a workaround for this so far.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a single source of truth for us. We have been able to consolidate many word and excel document into one place, this saves our teams and managers a lot of time.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I really like HiBob HRIS for its easy-to-use interface, which is very user-friendly. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate around the platform; I don't find it hard to understand how it works, which helps me save time. I particularly enjoy the ability to quickly generate customized reports and filter data, as it doesn't take very long, allowing me to work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Sometimes HiBob HRIS setup can be too simple and not very technical, which feels like it's only suited for companies with a small headcount. It's not friendly for companies with a big headcount because it can be rigid in managing special cases for employees. Some setups are too generalized and standardized globally, not considering the different regulations and practices across various countries. Also, as HR, I'm unable to amend certain employee personal data even when I notice it's incorrect. The employee have to amend it from their end.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HiBob HRIS easy to navigate and generate reports, saving me time with its user-friendly interface. It's great for managing employee data, leaves, and performance reviews.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like that HiBob HRIS is very simple and the user experience is good. It's doing a pretty good job for reporting and data analysis at a basic level, which is all we need right now. It really helps me centralize information and respond to requests much faster.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I think you're doing a poor job for managing multi-language offices and companies like ours. The modules aren't fully translated, and it causes a lot of issues when we're trying to roll something out globally, which is most of the time. Another piece that's not working well at all is the automated letters that are linked to compensation events, which are extremely hard to set up and make them look just decent.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS helps us centralize our information, replacing scattered systems and Excel. It improves reporting and data analysis at a basic level and speeds up response times to requests.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I really like how user-friendly HiBob HRIS is. Navigating is clear and everything is obviously marked, so there aren't any complicated workarounds. Everything is just a couple of clicks away, making it easy to do everything I need. It really makes keeping employee documents and other vital information easy. The organizational chart is really clear, which helps when onboarding people so they can see everyone and what everyone does. I also like the integration with Slack, where I can see when people are off or if there are any work anniversaries or birthdays. HiBob HRIS makes booking holidays and tracking days off super easy, and it reduces back-and-forth communication between team members.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Nothing to note so far!

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HiBob HRIS to easily manage employee documents, onboard and track team members, and simplify holiday bookings. It provides a clear organizational chart, making team structure visible and reducing scheduling back-and-forth.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like that HiBob HRIS is easy to configure and it can be used for different purposes. Even though it has many out-of-the-box functionalities, those functionalities can be turned into different purposes and repurposed for other HR needs. It's a very dynamic tool that can be fed with good basic logic and built in a way where it requires lower maintenance for its automations and flows. The system provides permissions so that when there are changes, it helps update the system without human involvement. Its ease of configuration means that the tool can be run and administered by the HR team without needing to be very IT savvy.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I feel like there is a bit of need for standardization in terms of functionalities. Different modules or tools within HiBob HRIS are being released at different times, and the latest ones seem to have more dynamic options. But some of the features released prior to them have not been updated to the most configurable or flexible options. It would be great to have some of the old tools revamped to get more flexibility.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HiBob HRIS dynamic and adaptable, ideal for small and medium companies. It's easy to configure and repurpose, serving various HR needs with minimal maintenance. It centralizes HR data, offers automation opportunities, and runs smoothly without needing extensive IT support.

The experience isnt the same across all modules. Some seem much less developed (Hiring)

Interconnected modules, flowing data between features, easy to use, can be integrated with multiple other tools

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Some features might not be though through completely, like the job catalog vs. job title on profiles vs. positions. in my opinion job data should flow to position, position data (with job data) should flow to profile. the basics are here, interconnection also (in most cases) but some complex use cases need further work.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

The Support Team are amazing, super knowledgeable, friendly and to the point. This is reassuring as there will always be unknown aspects of payroll as employers introduce new benefits and policies.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

There are some quirks that you need to work around such as some fields not syncing from Core to Pay (p.ex departments, Enhanced sick day policy). Some wording in payslips is also confusing (p.ex if an employee logs a sick day for a period already paid then the payslip reads "overpaid salary" or something vague along those lines).

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great that it allows you to work on payroll throughout the month rather than the day before / day of so less things are forgotten. It also does a lot of the math for you (p.ex calculating remaining holiday for leavers).

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like HiBob HRIS for its ease of use and adaptability to fit our company's policies. The ability for employees to find information on team members through the org chart feature and the search bar is great. I really appreciate how the tasks features streamline our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all relevant parties are informed promptly. It's also a big plus that it connects with other tools we use, like ADP and NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I would like to see the org chart feature being able to be downloaded in an easy to view format and also a way to manipulate the org chart to show only certain departments/teams.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS centralizes organizational information, offering a hub for employees to track performance, set goals, and onboard efficiently. The org chart feature aids in team information. Task features streamline onboarding and offboarding, keeping all parties informed timely.

I like that HiBob HRIS is simple and straightforward, making it easy to understand the interface. It's intuitive, which I appreciate. As a team manager, it helps me review and keep track of one-to-one discussions, making it easier to assess our successes during review times. It allowed us to consolidate the HR interface and performance reviews under one product, which is really useful for managing payroll as well.

Hey. We'd be good to have more automation opportunities within it.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I use HiBob HRIS for managing all of our staff's time off, performance, and pay, and I appreciate its ease of use and interface. It provides a large amount of connectors via APIs, something our previous HRIS lacked. Additionally, it seamlessly links with payroll, which is a big plus. I find the time-off feature incredibly easy to view across our whole organization. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I think the performance side of things could be easier. More customization on how we as a business can manage performance, for example PIPs.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS offers a large amount of API connectors and seamless integration with Payroll, addressing issues we had with our previous HRIS.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like that with HiBob HRIS I can request my days off and see which other colleagues are free during the same period I'm interested in taking days off, which helps me organize better. Additionally, the system allows me to see the balance of days off I have pending, which is very useful.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I feel that they have changed their interface a lot in recent years and I would like to see a simpler way to access the balance of free days, even though it is possible, it takes many more clicks.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With HiBob HRIS, I can manage my days off directly without having to request approval from my managers, which makes the organization easier and more visual. Additionally, I can see which colleagues are off, preventing us all from taking the same day off.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

The look, feel and intuitiveness of it all.  Booking holidays, having staff responsible for their data, keeping everything in one place. I absolutely love bob - it is the best HRIS, it is so easy to use and administer.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Performance Review Meetings don't integrate with Microsoft Teams.  It doesn't integrate with SagePayroll.  Being able to remind people to do an outstanding read request/sign a document that they have not completed would be better.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding is easier, the view the new starters get is amazing and really gets them invested before joining.  Reporting is great. Automation is the best thing, having flows and tasks I love it!

It's functionality too limited to recommend unless you want to copy & paste your forecast from Excel.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

The forecasting is very limited and simple things aren't possible. For instance, you can't reference the balance sheet during income forecasting, so you can't forecast interest expense or interest income based on the balance sheet items like cash or debt outstanding.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mosaic Tech makes it easier to maintain versioning and data imports than forecasting in Excel, although it's not very helpful or usable for my needs.

Hibob is modern, user-friendly HRIS tool that feels like a social-media style tool, significantly improving employee engagement and simplifying HR tasks. Its intuitive, easy to implement, and has very robust features that streamline onboarding, PTO management, and company culture initiatives.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Sometimes I find it difficult to create custom reports. With the column picker, it can be hard to tell which column I actually need, since there are so many options available.

Hibob brings all key employee data together in one place, making it easy to access information and run reports directly from the database.

User friendly and fun visually. Lots of updates and reminders on how to use the platform and great videos for users to watch.

There is a lot of capability and its not easy to remove the extras to leave us with only the areas we currently want and use.

The appraisal part is not great for us and too clunky to use unfortunatley.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us (HR) time as employees can go on and help themselves to their own documents, time off etc. engagement is great too - enabling surveys, shoutouts, polls etc . Also highlighting birthday and anniversaries.

Extremely customisable, reporting is available on custom fields.  The Org chart is a game changer!

The AI help is still not very good at finding useful answers quickly

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bob has become our one stop shop where we can securely store and access our employee data, in addition being able to see everyones availability in one place is very helpful when forward planning large events.  It has all the fundamentals of an HRIS with some lovely employee engagement features thrown in as well.  The user experience is excellent.  Before Bob we ran the P&C function from disparate information sources, reporting was manual and even something as simple as keeping the org chart updated was a time burden, now its two clicks of the mouse and voila!

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

Bob is solving problems in the areas of employee data storage in a centralized platform which allows us to updated employee data and sending out documents and policies for signature.
Bob is also helping with organization with the job catalogues and pay bands module. In addition to the ability to get people data using the Analytics feature! Bob is also very helpful with keeping track of PTO for both internal and regulatory compliance. I use bob every day for my role.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

-The systems can be inflexible sometimes and does not allow for particular customizations 
-It can be a little difficult to navigate at times
-More integration options would be great!
-A chat feature with the support team would be great!

It is easy to use, the interface is really good and the best is the support group, they answer questions and bloquers really fast so you can always rely on them

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I would like the system to be more flexible, sometimes it gets a bit formal or structured so more options,for example, in the leave flow, employee data would be great. I do not really like the double leave approval process, that sometimes it is a big bloquer for us, so that must be flexible, sometimes we need the approval for 1 person sometimes for 3 so it is really hard to adapt it to our leave process

the main problem we have is the structure of the leave flow and it is not solved yet

I find HiBob HRIS very user-friendly, which makes handling HR stuff, PTO, and clocking simple. The ease of use and clarity are big pluses for me. I appreciate how everything I need is also accessible via Slack, which makes it super convenient. I really like the org chart because it helps me know where people sit in the org or other offices. The initial setup was very smooth.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I think it's redundant that I have to log my hours even though I'm a salaried employee, but that could have more to do with my HR team.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS is easy to use and provides clarity. I like that everything is accessible via Slack, and the org chart helps me understand where people sit. However, logging hours as a salaried employee feels redundant.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like how intuitive the system is, as it makes it easy to manage and access all our employee information and documents. I love creating custom reports that allow me to export exactly the data I need to make decisions. The Heartcore HR community knowledge base is also a great resource for asking questions and learning about different features. Additionally, HiBob HRIS integrates seamlessly with Slack and Google Workspace, making it easy to set up meetings and send notifications, which is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I don't think its a feature that exists to create custom reports using AI prompts, and it would be great if it did.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS keeps everything centralized, easy to locate, and administers changes. It provides a document audit trail, stores all employee information and documents, runs performance reviews, and facilitates 1-1 meetings.

There are a lot of bugs, the platform goes down quite often, we often find issues we cannot fix and tickets can take quite a long time to complete if they need to be escalated to engineering.

Implementing HiBob has been one of the smoothest transitions we’ve had with an HR system. The setup and implementation process was straightforward, with excellent support along the way, making it stress-free for both HR and our wider team.

The platform itself is very user-friendly — both our office staff and trade crew find it easy to navigate. There is a great balance between functionality and simplicity giving our whole team the best of both worlds. This then allows us to manage everything from onboarding to performance and people data with little training required.

I believe the best feature is the multiple help areas available. Whether it’s the in-platform guides, Heartcore, HiCommunity, or direct support, answers are always easy to find and quick to access. This has really helped our team gain confidence in using the system.

I like the integrations out of the box with a broad range of platforms such as our ATS, Microsoft infrastructure, right to work checks, and more recently our LMS platform. It's really convenient to use HiBob HRIS with tools like Microsoft EntraID, Teams, Outlook, Teamtailor, and Zinc. Also, the initial setup of HiBob HRIS was very easy. As a user of HiBob before, I did a self-implementation and setup.

The platform has some weaknesses with hourly paid employees, particularly with working pattern repetition. For example, a 4 on 4 off shift pattern requires a manual upload. It also doesn't calculate and report on absence, such as sickness, particularly well.

I like how easy and user-friendly HiBob HRIS is to utilize. We just onboarded a new HR advisor who was super impressed by how easy it is to use and navigate the platform. It's especially convenient from the perspective of a brand new employee or HR admin. It's a super easy platform, and we absolutely love it. HiBob HRIS is also a 100 times better than FLARE HR; it's more user-friendly, easy to maneuver within the system, and very streamlined in the back end. Setting it up and onboarding across the business was very easy, allowing us to scale across different countries effectively.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Something that doesn't work for us at the moment from a HRIS perspective is the ability to run additional surveys in real-time from the system. At the moment, we are able to run some surveys and capture some data, but not as many as we would like to do from the platform. So I think it'll be really good to see some improvement in that sort of area and also further kind of integrations with some of the learning management systems that are out there as well, especially Go 1. In terms of how quickly we can actually integrate the two platforms together and how we can link the performance reviews and the performance management that's within HiBob over to the availability of resources different types of courses, etcetera, within Go1.

There is nothing I dislike about HiBob. Whenever I have encountered any issues, had questions, or noticed something missing, I have been able to bring it up with my CSM. Most of the time, I receive a solution or a workaround. Even in cases where no immediate fix is available, they are always receptive to client feedback and will consider adding requested features to their roadmap if there is enough demand.

I like how customizable HiBob HRIS is, as we can manage according to our policies the levels we need to configure in each section. It is very useful to be able to choose whether document folders are private or shared with collaborators, and to customize which documents to send to each folder from the proboarding. I also value that in vacation policies, PTOs, sick leave, etc., we can customize to whom they apply, whether prior authorization will be required, and whether working days are deducted or not. That level of detail is very useful for configuring each of those policies.

I don't like that the data fields are limited, like the address field, where I tried to add a new field and it doesn't allow me. The same happens with the trial period field, it cannot be automated and I have to do it manually every time I hire someone. Also, with the employee number field. At first, it was complex to understand certain configurations, especially those of the flows.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

1) Automation flows - whether it be linking return-to-work sickness forms to sick days, a 30-day new joiner survey or the onboarding flow linking with task flows. It makes things smooth and easy.

2) Talent in general - the surveys are great, the 1:1s are good, and the final performance cycle is excellent, linking goals and having all these processes and the data in one place - Fantastic.

3) Documents in general, a singing document, a document library, etc.

4) Quick to answer tickets

5) Learning opportunities - learning centre, community and webeanirs. Make it easyish to learn the product ( I say ish because it is very big).

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

1) Major dislike was onboarding the payroll software, which felt a little half-hearted and left in the dark.

2) Being picky would actually be the multiple ways to navigate talent

3) Job catalogue - confuses me. Despite watching webinars, videos, and having a success manager help me.

4) In analytics, reporting, you can change it to specific years.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting employees to actually follow proper procedures, whether that is conducting a probation meeting or setting yearly goals.

Easy access to employee data (e.g., sickness, tenure, growth rate).

Time saved & admin reduced for HR formalities such as contract signing & storage, sickness records, onboarding information and tasks (lovely reminders)

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I love how user-friendly HiBob HRIS is—its visual look appeals to me, and both employees and managers find it really easy to use. I also appreciate the informal, jovial feel and language used in the system. It makes it easier for everyone to adopt and consistently update their information with minimal training. Having all data in one place is handy, and it links smoothly to our other systems, easing our recruitment process by directly connecting to our ATS. The ability to automate tasks significantly reduces our admin burden. The initial setup was really easy as well, thanks to the support from an account manager and previous experience with HiBob in the team.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I think the time off section can be improved, particularly to work with companies that have trigger points, so the system can flag when an employee has reached a certain instances of sickness within a set time frame. We should be able to tell the system our trigger points, for example, the first trigger is 3 instances of sickness within a 12-month rolling period. When an employee hits this, a task or email can be set to the manager and HR team to inform them. Then once someone has hit the first trigger and they get their 4th instance of sickness within a rolling 12-month period, the system again would alert. At the moment we have to do this manually through reports.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob HRIS keeps all data in one place, integrates with our systems for smoother recruitment, and reduces administration through automation. Its user-friendly, informal interface ensures easy adoption by employees, limiting the need for extensive training.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I really like the ability to build task flows and approvals in order to meed our compliance standards.  It also acts as a great way to enable self service features for employees and managers.  Sending documents for signatures through the HRIS I also love as it makes my job easier.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I find that the reporting tools don't meet my needs as you cannot include custom fields which are really essential to do reporting on. The payroll sync also poses difficulty sometimes with address fields in particular.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving for onboarding new team members efficiently and offboarding.  We have build excellent task lists to create a repeatable and scaleable process.  It solves for building approval processes for promotions, team changes, terminations, job changes, etc.  It is great for keeping time off policies and practices in one place so that everyone has visibility into scheduling. 
I like the e-signature features as signing and completing documents in one place is simplified.  The payroll sync is helpful for me to cut down on data entry into ADP and save time.  It also lowers the risk of mistakes through double entering data. I also like how the performance and compensation modules push approved data into the core HRIS fields so that I don't have to do additional uploads.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I think HiBob HRIS is an excellent and very powerful HR system with a lot of flexibility. I appreciate that it stores all of our employee details in a way that is easy to use and for employees to access. I like that it is fairly flexible in how we can create fields and tasks, and put in controls.  I previously used BambooHR at other companies and this has been much more powerful.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

These are improvements I'd like to see,  We need to be able to create custom tables with historical data like the salary or address tables. We need to be able to add bulk updates to historical tables. We need to be able to send reminders for people to action things such as complete fields or read approvals. We need a simpler way to do a bulk update of one field for a number of employees at once. We need to be able to control permissions at a field level rather than a section letter for employee data. We need to be able to enter our own exchange rates. We need employees to be able to trigger a flow that requires them to complete a form or a letter. We need signed documents to be stored as certified signed PDFs.  I would like more help from the Bob customer service team.

HiBob HRIS stores our employee details accessibly, offering flexibility in creating fields and tasks with controls.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

I like that I have everything in one place with HiBob HRIS. What works very well is that it is a very intuitive and easy-to-use system.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I would like for it to be possible to upload massive documents, but also individually, to be signed by each collaborator, for example, pay slips. Today, the ID is the person's email, and for the system to read them, each file must contain the email. I have used other systems where it is not necessary for the ID to be written in the name of the file or folder, but rather the ID, for example, the person's document number, is in the content of the document, and the system reads that data and thus uploads it and assigns it to each collaborator's folder.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HiBob HRIS to manage payroll, search for employee information, handle compensations, and conduct climate surveys. I like that I have everything in one place, which makes the system very intuitive and easy to use.
