What do you like best?

It's a really simple, intuitive tool, which fits in really well with our company values. It's easy to administer and customise, new employees love the look and feel of it, and we have a high adoption rate with our existing employees. Managers love having quick access to information about their team, and we all love the way time off is so easily managed, especially the way it can update people's calendars, giving us all visibility of who's off. We use Bob for shout outs and new employee announcements and for nominating employee of the month. Over the coming months we're looking forward to making better use of the engagement and talent performance module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish the e-signature process was more comprehensive, and I also wish that it could be possible to keep historical information on employee benefits, particularly private medical insurance, as we need that information for end of year P11Ds and currently have to store those details outside the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We introduced Bob when we were in start-up mode, with just 12 employees. We're now at over 30 active users in the system, and it's great to have a people system which is growing with us. What do you like best?

The service that we have received from HiBob's support team has been outstanding. Speedy responses, useful screenshots or step-by-step instructions for more complicated questions, and always a very personal interaction. When there are more complicated issues, the team pulls out all the stops to help us to find a solution.

From the onboarding and training on the HiBob system to the ongoing interactions, HiBob has delivered a stellar experience.

What do you dislike?

The lack of updated emojis.

Seems like an unimportant complaint, but in this day and age with so much communication includes emojis, and with a very young staff base, Hibob's emoji stack is far too basic. I have had many complaints from staff about the limited emoji library. They are here to stay and should be considered an important part of fun communication resources. What do you like best?

Hibob combines the core HR functions into one simple to use online platform. The holiday tracker is the most obvious example of a vital administrative function which needs to be managed well for the benefit of the staff and the company, but there are a number of much more sophisticated functions which enable you to really get the best out of your staff.

We have embedded the performance/goals function into our company culture which means our staff engage with Hibob on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. The survey function is another simple to use but vital tool for tracking company culture by region.

It is also a very useful tool for unifying our staff across multiple locations - all staff can easily search through the company directory to find out a bit more about their colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any major dislikes but some of the functionality has scope to be advanced, upgraded over time. i.e. in the performance function a more nuanced approach to measuring key results progress rather than just a % slider would be helpful for all staff. What do you like best?

The user-face.

What do you like best?

Easy to use, a lot of flexibility - they give a great platform that includes everything together (Data, Reporting, Performance, Survey, Time Off, Attendance, Documents signature) - covers all aspects and you don't need an technical expert to manage it or a lot of other different platforms around it to complete it - it brings great value as a stand alone HR platform.

As the HR team we can manage most of the processes that are needed by using Bob.

Also they improve and evolve on a monthly basis and it's great to be using a platform that you feel the additions and improvements on regular basis - it helps us the HR team to keep an open mind and always review the additions and changes and how can it also improve what we are doing. What do you dislike?

Need more focus and capabilities in analytics (but I know it's coming :) ).

Each feature separately is not expert level - The platform brings great value as it covers a lot of aspects - but if you compare it to an expert platform on the subjects - it's not the same level (Survey platform gives better value than Survey feature in bob, analytics platform give better value than insight in bob, etc') - it's great value is the fact that it brings it all together and can be the only platform you use in HR (excluding recruiting). What do you like best?

Bob is really intuitive and everyone in the business like the looks of it. Little training has had to be carried out following implementation because it is so easy to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been a couple of preset time ranges I haven't been able to apply in reports, however I've been able to message my account manager or speak to the customer support reps and they add it as a request for their teams to look at implementing, so I'm confident these will become available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It has a very well integrated operation and software structure that allows controlling the life cycle of employees with simple but efficient methods, it is very easy to track work hours, it allows paperwork to be automated and documents and flows are managed Working with intelligent tools that are deployed very efficiently in any work environment, the appearance and operation of the interface is quite appropriate, comfortable and easy to use, pleasant to use and with positive reporting management. In its first stage of implementation we had some use problems and errors due to the lack of information on rapid deployment in large companies and organizations, in the second stage of implementation the problems were solved, use has been improving and updates and news have covered the expectations demanded by the organization. The work platform has interesting resources that allow you to create data-based surveys, advanced tools to set goals and a flexible and dynamic results panel adapted to the needs of each organization.

What do you like best?

Newest news items were difficult to locate.

I couldn't update my own information.

Some people in the organisation abused it and spammed the rest of us.

What do you like best?

The Company docs section. It could do a better job with integrating with a google docs like editor, and accessing templates, instead of using pdfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Hard to choose 1 thing. Slack integration, Company Dashboard, Shout Outs/Polls/Kudos, org chart link, love all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike not having a 1:1 meeting documentation feature like SmallImprovements offered. I dislike that the TriNet integration is not complete. What do you like best?

All my HR data and documents are in one place, easy to update and easy to keep track. And also good to discover information about other employees in the organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is nice and friendly but can be better. I find it confusing sometimes to understand where can I find what I need, for example, the holiday approval process. The org chart can be done in a much more intuitive way as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
