What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

Loving the review and sign function! One form, sent out to all workers and automatically savings into their files is getting us a lot better response time from construction workers than then having to fill in form and return. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

The lack of ability to search posts made. It isn't ideal to have to scroll down to 12 months prior to try and find a post and interactions. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

HiBob integrates well with other systems we use like Slack and Adobe Sign. Our employees appreciate the well-designed user interface. The data visualizations and reporting functionality makes it wasy for us to track the metrics that matter. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

We long for a better recognition system within HiBob. Shout-outs aren't used very often so it would be amazing to see a feature added that connects recognition to points that can be redeemed for tangible goods. "Fantastically Intuitive System with Great Talent Features"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

This system is impressively intuitive and user-friendly—everything is organized exactly where you would expect, and there’s a clear effort to minimize unnecessary clicks or extra steps. The core HR features are excellent; navigating documents, holidays, and profiles is straightforward and simple. The talent functionality has also been outstanding, helping us refine our processes and drive important changes. While we haven’t yet explored the integration options, it’s reassuring to know that integration with our other systems is possible.

The implementation process met a high standard, and our implementation manager was consistently supportive, offering helpful guidance and best practice advice throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

My experience with customer support, though limited to a single interaction, was just okay. The conversation felt overly back-and-forth, and I think the process should be more thorough in investigating the issues users are facing before making broad assumptions. For example, I was initially told that our 1-1 templates had probably been deleted, which explained their disappearance. However, after repeatedly experiencing templates vanishing, we discovered on our own—not through support—that the real issue was related to permission rights rather than admin rights affecting visibility and that was later confirmed by support.

Some elements of the job architecture do feel over engineered at times which in turn may have over complicated our ability to launch the functionality to our business.

It isn't massively tailored to Group business setups where a group is formed of different business. Separation of data per business in our group would make the system more impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

I like how easy HiBob HRIS is to use. The design and layout are intuitive, so I hardly need to spend any time in the help documents. I also appreciate the speed of the system; there are few 'waiting around' moments, and it acts instantly. This ease of use and quick response time mean that I'm fully in control and able to utilize the system well. The initial setup was also really easy to do. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

We have been using HiBob as our group HR platform throughout the APAC region. HiBob enables us to keep all essential employee records organized, making it easy and convenient to access information as needed. The platform is intuitive, straightforward to use, and features effective search functions.

A standout aspect is the customizable reporting. In the past, our HR or Payroll teams had to manually generate payroll-related reports using our previous systems. Now with HiBob, we can easily create reports tailored to our specific needs, schedule automated deliveries to the relevant stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy. This has not only significantly improved operational efficiency but also reduced manual workload, minimized errors, and allowed our teams to focus on more strategic initiatives. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

The mobile version of HiBob offers fewer features and capabilities than the desktop version. As a result, we cannot rely on the mobile app to complete most tasks and must use the desktop version to access the platform’s full range of functions. This limitation decreases flexibility and convenience for HR and payroll team members who depend on mobile access for their daily activities, making it less practical for managing tasks while on the go. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

It's very user-friendly, both for HR professionals and employees. We're able to customise the onboarding experience to create a great experience for new employees. It's also useful to have most of our processes in the same platform - HRIS, performance reviews, surveys, and more. Lastly, our employees love the Slack integration. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

We haven't implemented all of the modules yet because it's a bit too costly for the size of our organisation. Eventually, it would be great also to have Hiring, Compensation, and Workforce Planning, but financially it doesn't make sense to us right now with around 50 employees.

I'd also like to use the new performance calibration functionality, but when testing it out, the process is a bit too complicated for what we need, and we'll likely stick to using spreadsheets for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how HiBob HRIS offers a great deal of customisation, allowing us to tailor it to our unique needs seamlessly. The regular release of new features keeps the platform fresh and continuously evolving, which I find very exciting. The support structure is exceptional, combining self-help options with responsive customer success managers (CSMs) and an efficient support ticketing system, making problem-solving straightforward and user-friendly. I appreciate that the platform is designed in such a way that I can easily teach myself to master it. Furthermore, its capability to integrate with a variety of other tools, including Culture Amp, Xero, Google Workspace, and our ATS, creates a cohesive work environment. We value that HiBob HRIS enables a scalable foundation for our HR team, which is essential for dealing with global business operations efficiently. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

I would really love to see a more dynamic e-sign tool where we can build within the template in HiBob HRIS to have more flexibility rather than static documents with fields. Additionally, I'd love to see task lists become more collaborative, such as having comments for status updates. However, I see Bob addressing feature requests all the time and really taking on feedback. The community forums are also amazing for this and seeing the Bob team taking on board ideas. I really appreciate the survey functionality in HiBob HRIS as it helps gather insightful feedback efficiently. The employee details page is a standout for me, owing to its clarity and the ability to add and edit sections, which makes employee record-keeping seamless. Although I would prefer if I could delete certain sections, the existing management capabilities are impressive. I also like the time off functionalities, which ensure smooth coordination and management of leaves. The learning paths feature is excellent, providing a robust platform for continuous employee development. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

I would like an improvement in the reporting features—specifically, the ability to generate reports from a snapshot date rather than just seeing changes from an 'effective date.' This would help capture everyone's salary accurately on a particular date. Additionally, the navigation of time off rules across different regions could be made easier. I also find the current lack of subfolders within a folder in the document section to be limiting. Moreover, while I can add and edit sections on the employee details page, I would also like the option to delete certain sections permanently and add them back only if necessary. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

The system is highly customisable, very easy to use, reporting functionality is overall great (from where we have come from).

The back end support and account managers have been great - we have had a few transitions during our 1 year, but I understand that these things happen.

Love the Talent functionality and the new Anytime feedback is a great addition.

Starting to use WFP and believe this will be very helpful.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

A couple of issues:

The sunsetting of Bobs benefits with no in-house solution. It would be preferable to have that central source within Bob to at least know who has what benefits and for the to be able to ask questions via the tool.

Some of the reporting tables due to limitations could be improved.

In talent - I would like to see a probationary period flow as a separate area to help us track probation in a structured and report-able way.

Would ideally like WFP to be copying core (could be similar to that of sandbox where you fresh and it real-time updates the data so that you don't have to consistently upload the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
