What I like most about WorkForms is how it streamlines planning and collaboration across the marketing team. While WorkForms is very effective overall, some advanced customization options could be more intuitive, and certain workflows require a bit of manual setup when managing many brands at the same time. Workforms allows users to create custom Forms to collect data, automate workflows, and gain insights into the projects. It has a very useful drag and drop feature which just let us create forms in minutes. It also has lots of customizations features and has a lot of inbuild templates which reduces lot of our time. It also has a advanced Workflow automation feature which we can create based on conditions and logics which we can use to send notification or update projects. What I like the most with Workforms is making our recruitment process easier plus all the responses go directly to our board and we can filter those qualified applicants vs the non-qualified, plus integration is easy because we can link our pandadoc for documentation. I think those columns that when you add on the board will automatically create the field on the form which sometimes gives us hiccups because of the added information that was not supposed to be on the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of personalization of forms since they are a very new product in testing phase (e.g. you can't change the background after setting it for the first time, no banner (not the same as logo), no font personalization).

Needs more options to limit the input of responses beyond just dropdowns (e.g. regular expressions and other data validation types)

Must have an easy way to import responses when a manual entry is required, as well as export (exporting takes a very long time)

No way to have hundreds of options in the form for users to pick, unlike google forms.

No "go to another section based off response" option.

I really like this softeare to manage my work. WorkForms are one and only platform to manage so many things in a one placed.Their process is alo very easy and unique.
