Customer support is also one chat away in case you encounter any issues or you wanna clarify something. **What do you dislike about WorkForms?** I think those columns that when you add on the board will automatically create the field on the form which sometimes gives us hiccups because of the added information that was not supposed to be on the form. **What problems is WorkForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of going to each form all we need to do is just check those responses from our board and we can distuingish the qualified applicants plus it also helps us create different forms for the whole recruitment process ### 5. It has automations You can connect it to your board in Monday.com Its very fast to load since it is very lightweight. You can select the type of question to add. **What do you dislike about WorkForms?** Lack of personalization of forms since they are a very new product in testing phase (e.g. you can't change the background after setting it for the first time, no banner (not the same as logo), no font personalization). Needs more options to limit the input of responses beyond just dropdowns (e.g. regular expressions and other data validation types) Must have an easy way to import responses when a manual entry is required, as well as export (exporting takes a very long time) No way to have hundreds of options in the form for users to pick, unlike google forms. No "go to another section based off response" option. If a user who does not have an account with monday.com they can still fill out the form but monday won't capture who filled it out. It should let you fill it out only if you're signed in or at least must have an on/off toggle. **What problems is WorkForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can work as a ticket management system and it is very versatile helps teams collaborate. ### 6. I love that you can also update the look and feel quite a lot. **What do you dislike about WorkForms?** When using conditions (with same names for multiple questions) it is unclear in the columns where the condition belongs to (unless you keep scrolling back and forth in your board). **What problems is WorkForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to buid processes in Monday.com that require lots of input from requester but also takes a lot of time from receiver to process . One example is creative requests. When handling design requests, we have lots of returning questions (like size, target audience, files, requester info etc). By making use of a form, we automize a lot of the steps for the receiver (by also using automated emails linked to the status column). This saves us lots of time per request and the requester receives lots of updates on the status. ### 7.
