**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Based on my background in marketing analytics and data processing, especially my experience at Kantar, I would say I am very likely to recommend Salesforce Marketing Cloud to a friend or colleague.

At Kantar, I worked extensively with complex datasets, survey scripting, validation logic, and statistical analysis. That experience made me value structured data environments, strong segmentation capabilities, and reliable automation. Salesforce Marketing Cloud supports exactly that type of analytical and data driven marketing infrastructure.

In my marketing analyst roles, I also worked on customer behavior analysis, acquisition funnels, multi channel attribution, and A B testing. For organizations operating at scale, Salesforce Marketing Cloud offers the depth needed for personalization, customer journey orchestration, and performance measurement.

From a data and performance marketing perspective, I would confidently recommend it, especially for companies with a mature data strategy that require an integrated and enterprise level solution.

From my analytical and data driven perspective, what I dislike most about Salesforce Marketing Cloud is its complexity.

Given my experience working with structured datasets, scripting, and statistical analysis at Kantar, I appreciate powerful systems, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud can feel overly complicated for teams that do not have strong technical expertise. The learning curve is steep, and without proper onboarding, it can slow down execution instead of improving efficiency.

Another drawback is that customization and integrations often require technical support or specialized knowledge. For marketing teams that want agility and fast experimentation, this can be limiting.

So while I value its depth and enterprise capabilities, I think usability and accessibility could be improved, especially for mid sized teams that need flexibility without heavy technical dependency.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud solves the problem of fragmented customer data and disconnected marketing activities across channels. In many organizations, customer information sits in different systems, which makes it difficult to create a consistent and personalized customer experience.

From my experience in marketing analytics and data processing, especially working with structured datasets and customer behavior analysis, one of the biggest challenges is turning raw data into actionable and automated campaigns. Salesforce Marketing Cloud centralizes data, enables advanced segmentation, and allows automated customer journeys based on real time behaviors.

For me, this is beneficial because it supports a more data driven approach to decision making. Instead of manually extracting data, cleaning it, and preparing separate reports, the platform allows structured data flows, performance tracking, and measurable campaign optimization. It connects analytics with execution.

Ultimately, it helps bridge the gap between data analysis and marketing action, which aligns well with my analytical background and focus on performance measurement

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The best thing about this platform is that it is helping us right from centralising and automating our customer engagement efforts across our multiple channels. Rather than managing separate tools for email, SMS, customer journeys, and audience segmentation, we can personalised campaign right from a single platform. Overall, this platform also helped us in improving our ability to deliver the right message at the right time with the right customer data for better targeting and engagement for our marketing activities. This platform also had a strong data architecture along with an intuitive user design interface.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Some of their disadvantages and challenges, I would say is their complex learning curve where uncertain advanced functions meet SQL knowledge, uncertain advanced scripts like amp is bit technical for non-technical marketers. The initial implementation will be resource-intensive to understand and set up for the individual business requirements. Also, troubleshooting and debugging journeys sometimes require specialist expertise as well, and pricing is also expensive when we are going to add multiple modules in the system.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us in solving the problem of having an automated lead nurturing campaigns to delivering a personalised life cycle communications, this is also very much helpful to give us a clarity across or cross functional teams on our lead acquisition to lead handling on every single stage on a deal pipeline and what sort of workflows have been implemented how long with the customer engagement activities, sales pipeline very much effective this platform is a go to I would say.

As a Senior Email Developer, I’ve worked with a variety of marketing platforms throughout my career, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud has consistently been one of the most powerful and reliable tools I’ve used. With the addition of Agentforce Marketing, the platform has become even more valuable by helping streamline tasks that would normally require significant time and effort.

What I appreciate most is how Agentforce assists with content creation, audience strategy, and campaign optimization while still allowing me to maintain control over the final customer experience. It helps accelerate the planning and execution process, which allows me to focus more on strategy, testing, and creating engaging customer journeys.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s robust segmentation, automation, and personalization capabilities make it easy to deliver relevant messaging to the right audience. With every platform there are glitches that can happen at random so that’s the only fault.

Agentforce Marketing helps solve several challenges that marketers face every day, including managing large amounts of customer data, creating personalized content at scale, and finding ways to work more efficiently without sacrificing quality. As a Senior Email Developer, I often work with complex customer journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign execution timelines. Agentforce helps simplify many of these processes by providing AI-powered assistance that can accelerate content creation, campaign planning, and audience insights.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the time savings. Tasks that traditionally required extensive research, brainstorming, or manual effort can now be completed more quickly, allowing me to focus on strategy, testing, and optimizing the customer experience. Agentforce also helps uncover insights from customer data that may have otherwise been overlooked, leading to more informed marketing decisions.

Another challenge it addresses is personalization at scale. Delivering relevant content to different audience segments can be difficult, especially when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. I really like the API integration capabilities and customization of the data structures in Agentforce Marketing. The journey builder experience and interface are particularly impressive; it's fast and reliable, and our staff learned it quickly. They can handle complex structures easily through a visual interface, which makes explaining what's happening to non-marketers much easier. The move from Acoustic to Agentforce Marketing was worthwhile because it's more robust and easy to use, with more features and integration options. The SQL query capabilities are cleaner and more advanced, assisting with auditing. Additionally, Marketing Cloud with Shield helps us stay compliant more easily.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Setting up a journey is very disjointed and clunky. It has a lot of points of failure, which means testing is extensive and complex. Streamlining the automations, data creation, content creation, and journey programming into one process in one tab would reduce clicks.

I use Agentforce Marketing on a daily basis to run complex automations and journeys, and segment customers to ensure everyone's getting the right message. The platform provides a seamless experience with great features and is very intuitive, making it easy to create journeys and understand the logic of pulling in from different data extensions. I love the overall great experience and can't wait to explore more with future updates. The Journey Builder stands out for adding different functionality, including Einstein score engagement, and helps in segmenting paths, building in wait times, and specific criteria. It optimizes reaching customers, ensuring we send the right message at the right time, which definitely aids in conversion and overall customer engagement. The setup was very easy, super intuitive, and it wasn't too complex to import and export whatever we needed.

Right now, I don't think there's too much that's hindering. Better ability to pull in from different data extensions and from different sources. Now with just customers coming in from websites, from mobile, from live events, just easier way to pull them all in and find out where they came from.

Agentforce Marketing meets our daily email needs helping to reach the right audience at the right time.  Campaign and journey setup is very straightforward, making it an easy way to manage marketing efforts. Agentforce Marketing allows us to track all activity on dashboards, which helps show marketing impact. We can segment the audience based on engagement and tie sales information to the marketing campaigns. Tracking metrics on the journeys and creating tasks for follow-up are additional features that work well. I would highly recommend Agentforce Marketing, as we have had a great experience.

I like how Agentforce marketing brings everything into one place it make it a lot easier to manage campaigns , track customer journeys, and actually understand what's working without jumping between bunch of tools.

Honestly, it can feel pretty overwheliming at times there's a steep learning curve , and some parts of the interfarce aren't very intutive. It can also get expensive, especially if you're not using all the features

It's maninly solving the problem pf having customer data and amrketing tool scattered everywhere. With everything in onplace, I can build more trargeted campaigns, automate a lot of the repetitive work, and actually see how customer are interacting acress channels which save time and helps me make better decisions

The dynamic journey creator is another highlight for me, utilizing fixed if/then/else branching complex logic, which enhances my workflow. Plus, I like that it provides access to real-time sales, marketing data, and services. Knowing the steps to navigation makes the setup very easy, which I find convenient.

Naming conversion activities with strict naming conventions lead to dependency confusion in custom field names.
