I can’t code and it seems as if it takes some coding to set up. But I think this is changing.

What I like best about sales force marketing cloud account engagement is how it keeps everything connected. It gives me a clear view of what's happening across campaigns, leads, and engagement without jumping between tools. It feels organized and helps me understand what's working.  The biggest upside is the automation it saves a lot of time. Once the workflows are set, it handles lead nurturing, scoring, and follows-ups smoothly. Plus, the reporting is strong, so it's easier to make decisions based on real data instead of guesswork. Overall, it just makes the entire marketing process more efficient and predictable.

I'd say the biggest downside is that the interface can feel a bit complicated at times, especially when you're trying to set up something quick. Some features take longer to learn than you'd expect, which slows things down. And honestly, making small edits in automation or journeys isn't always as smooth as it should be .
