**What do you like best about Eden?**

I like that Eden centralizes HR processes in one place and reduces manual work. It streamlines people operations and makes it easier to keep information accurate and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Some workflows feel less intuitive than they could be, and it can take extra steps to complete simple actions. Small UX improvements would make it faster to navigate.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eden solves the problem of fragmented HR processes by centralizing employee information, requests, and workflows in one system. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, and making it easier to manage people operations efficiently.

Visual maps for seating - I hardly remember the desks I prefer to book by their number, but by their location.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Slack integration can be a bit buggy (I'll use the shortcut, and then 5 different messages all asking me to select a date will appear at the same time)

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing in-office desk bookings in a remote-first company. Feature on Eden, like recurring desk bookings, make it easy to have consistency & peace of mind in an office where the in-person attendance varies on a day to day basis.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

I discovered Eden back in 2021 when our office was organizing a hybrid work format. I came across Eden and what sold me was the features it offered. Not only could I assign desks to employees, but I could customize the information like what days they will be in the office, work title, and picture.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

The only downside I can see with Eden is the pricing for additional offices. I wish there was a way to have package deals where a company could have pricing for one office and a different pricing for more than one office. Other than that, I can't find any downsides or dislikes about Eden!

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eden provided insight to employees when they were booking a desk. They can see if their teammates are in the office or their supervisor. They can hover over desks and find who's in their neighborhood and what days they are in or out of the office.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

The platform is very easy to use and I do like the aesthetics of it. It is very easy to train anyone how to use the platform, can get them to understand within a minute.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

There are a couple of features I'd like for Eden to have (such as more detailed or advanced settings to restrict users in certain areas or better reporting features without having to download a file).

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eden makes it easy to pull reports on who's coming into the office daily and get a monthly gauge of the office activity. Because we have more desks than employees, there are many times when we don't have space for everyone to come in. With Eden, employees can check out the app and figure out if they can book a reservation. We don't ever run into an issue anymore where someone will come in and not have a desk to sit at.

Eden is very supportive of feedback. I've seen several things built or improved after recommended feedback. They have a lot of great features that I use regularly.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

The admin portal can be confusing where things are organized; it's not intuitive. I'd like to see continued improvements to the layout and added neighborhood features.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eden is assisting in data tracking for space usage as well as safety management. We have check-ins tied to our access control so it's only active for those who booked.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

It is very easy to use and very user-friendly, I like how it is always responsive and how easy and clear is to see available spots at the workplace, you can always make sure that your place is not overcrowded and in these times due to the virus, it is a very useful tool it makes returning to the office with more confidence. It is an amazing tool and I would recommend this eyes closed since as said it is amazingly easy to use and provides a good support, which in these days it is super important.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

There's not much to dislike about Eden, it gives just exactly what it promises and since it is very easy, it is hard to add another feature that will make this a better tool. Everything you actually need for a safe return is in this app. Maybe the one thing that can be added is a tool that connects to our login software so we can have all in one place when we run to the office, but this is just me being fancy, since this tool is amazing just the way it is.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly, booking your space in the office makes you more comfortable and confident to return to work on-site, since it provides good and exact details you can miss to book your seat. Booking and also seating availability is one of the main issues it is solving, due to these hard times, returning safely was a major issue, however, this tool is providing everything to make a safe return. I highly recommend this tool and there is not other tool in the market that can outstand this.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

I like how easy it is to see if there's available space at the office will be and reserve a spot. I like that it enables our workplace team to keep our office spaces from getting overcrowded and keep track of who's been at the office in case someone gets sick. This has made me feel much more comfortable returning to the office.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

There isn't a lot I dislike about Eden, if I'm honest! One feature I would like to see, though,  it would be great to have a way to integrate Eden with our biometric access system so we could be automatically checked in when arriving at the office.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of people on our team has grown over the past couple of years, and our office space can't accommodate everyone at the same time in a safe and comfortable way. Luckily we've transitioned to a hybrid work model, and not everyone goes to the office daily. Eden has made it a lot easier to manage and keep track of the use of workspaces and meeting rooms. This ensures that there's enough space for everyone when we go to the office.

As an IT professional, Eden's offering of integrations (directory and SAML) are excellent. This means the folks who manage and use Eden have a really fantastic experience as well.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

I think some calendar integrations would be helpful, i.e., for automatically determining if employees are in or out of the office, etc. That way, there would be less manual effort needed from the users.

Desk management, office management in general. A comprehensive platform that integrates well.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

As a System Administrator, the Eden software has been a breeze to use and deploy. We were able to deploy the solution to our staff in our Toronto office, and they could use the software with little or no documentation needed. Eden continually adds features, asks for feedback on improving its software, and is quick to release these new additions.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Options for Administrators are a little limited right now, but they continue to add features that empower admins. For example, there was an issue with moving people from desk to desk on the admin side once they've already booked a desk, but I contacted our rep, and this issue was resolved.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eden has helped us with features like their Visitor Management System and Health Tracking, which made it easy for us as a company to work through the pandemic without much hassle.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

Eden has a great display of information, with a user-friendly platform where we can easily check for the office's availability for the specific date we are looking for. The information on reservations is also updated in real-time, this is something important at our organization since we try to have a limited number of people in the office in order to comply with biosecurity measurements.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Some of the areas of opportunity in the app are the possibility to include some extra information, like the address of the office, and even including pictures of the office in the reservations screen, this could give the platform have a better presentation.

We can have a better organization with the reservations since we are able to see how many people are attending the office on specific dates, this helps us keep control of the biosecurity measures.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

Eden has helped us maintain efficiency and order as we moved into a new space. The platform is easy to navigate and has different features that we can add or remove based on our needs. If we had any questions or concerns, our CSM was always on hand to offer us support or solutions. The price point is also extremely affordable given the service they provide for our company.

This software is also extremely convenient to use. Most of our employees did not even need to undergo training to figure out how to utilize the platform. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. All pertinent information and features are available on the homepage so it was not time consuming to sign up or check in. Integrating this with Slack and Google Calendar also made the transition to this software quite seamless.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Sometimes there will be glitches/bugs within the mobile app or the desktop version, or sometimes syncing issues between both...however our CSM is always on top of these concerns and works with us quickly to resolve any tech issues we encounter.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the pandemic hit and most employees had to WFH, we moved into a smaller space but retained the amount of employees at our company. Now that things are returning to normal, we've encountered issues with booking rooms and having enough desks for people. We created a rotation schedule, and Eden was able to help book desks and rooms so that we were still able to operate efficiently given the smaller space. The check-in system as well as visitor logs also helped us keep track on the employees who have returned to office as well as the people coming in/out of our space for contact tracing purposes.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

Being able to book your space in the office to keep the social distance has been extremely valuable to us. As an admin, at this point, Eden is also being helpful to make decisions about expansions with the data that we have been able to gather in these past two years.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Some integrations like with Slack can be buggy and take some time to resolve, and for us Slack users that is an important feature. But Eden's customer service is always on top of things.

Eden helps with space management, as due to Covid our offices ended up short for the amount of employees we are. This is also helping us make decisions about expansion. And another very valuable tool is being able to track who is in and who has been in, in case someone reports sick.

It has a clean interface and is easy to use and learn. It helps us track several statistics in the office leading to improved decision making.

Sometimes there are too many clicks to process a function. It has been improved in the past year or so though so that is nice.

Eden helps us to track office usage effectively, helps us maintain/control door access for employees by integrating with our door access system controls, helps us track space usage, and track visitors to the office. These all contribute to helping us comply with our internal security policies.

Eden was easy to implement for our company and the help we received to roll it out from the CS Team was phenomenal. The Slack integration makes it very user friendly and even easier to book a desk without having to log into the booking portal (which is also very easy to use).

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

There are not many cons with Eden. They are continually growing the product and if there are any features they do not have, they are quick to get the ball rolling to have them implemented ASAP.

Eden makes it easy to organize and manage a Desk Booking and Visitor System in a one-stop solution that will benefit your company. Whatever issues you may have with Eden their Customer Support is always available via email or from your Admin portal.

We primarily use the desk booking software and have found the platform intuitive and easy to use. Our staff can easily interact with the tool to reserve desks, check-in, and register guests.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

I wish the mobile app was a little more user-friendly and that you could easily see if there are conflicts with recurring reservations.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Eden for about a year as our primary desk booking tool.  It helped make our return to the office smooth and accessible for all involved.  It was nice to see who would be in the office with you on any given day while we worked out more consistent in-office scheduling. Now that we are back three days a week, it has become an essential tool for us to monitor how teams use their allotment of desks. It has allowed us the desk flexibility we need while we are in a continuous period of employee growth.

What I like best about Eden is the clean user interface and the easy access to book a desirable seating arrangement and to assist employees with their needs quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

I would say accessing specific parameters when it comes to obtaining logistical data. Also, even though we have an excellent Rep, the customer service response time could be better.

Eden is solving our overall visitor and employee tracking. For audits and security protocols, we need access to data that tracks who comes and goes, and Eden helps us in that aspect.

Its ease of use, how it tracks data, and that it can be accessed through Slack.
Based on the occupancy level, I am able to determine if I want to arrive at the workplace or not, due to COVID-19.

None, from my point of view, as a user, I was unable to find any cons to using Eden Workplace, since it gives me all the information I need, and it is very user-friendly.

Eden Workplace helps us track and also gives visibility of the occupancy level at the workplace, this way, any user that may want to make a reservation will be able to determine if they prefer to arrive at the workplace or any secondary location, based on the occupancy level.

The compatibility with Slack is gold, by just sending a command I can reserve a spot in my office, also reminds me to check out I need Eden in other platforms will be a homerun as a personal assistant!

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about this great tool, the only thing I can think about it will be to have a mobile app that will be an excellent option for us that use this tool a lot

Timely manner, because when I need to reserve a spot at the office, I just need to go to Slack @eden /reserve and that's it. before the process was like the stone age, so this makes the trip to the office happier!

**What do you like best about Eden?**

I appreciate the convenience provided by Eden. The user interface is simple. The adoption rate from my team was astonishing; everyone used it from day one with little instruction. Multiple platforms make booking, modifying, and completing check-ins a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

The admin side of things can be tedious but have been getting better. it is a burden to make changes to your floor plan. Not the actual task of re-organizing but where to find it within the admin portal. Where the end user UI is simple and intuitive, the same cannot be said about the admin side.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We partnered with Eden at the beginning of the pandemic to monitor in office work. it provides a central location for staff to book, invite guests, check to see who else is coming in, etc. It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey.

It is simple and easy to use.
It enhances the way we submit or do a request via Eden reserve.
It has make it more easier to arrive and reserve a spot at the office

I do not like the fact that it takes a lot to reserve a spot and it takes a lot to dot he check-in.
I think it should be a little bit faster by selecting the time and check-in.

The way it helps to save time and avoid any issue when you need you to need your own space to work or even when you need to have a meeting with a group of people.

I dont really have any bad experience using eden since I have been using it since I started with my company we only use it for the scheduling and everything is working fine.

The problem that is solved is when several people o groups of people need a specific space for whatever and there is not much space, you make it fair by being allowed to schedule and can have the room first.

I like using Eden because it helps me keep track of who's in the office, what date will the office be full, or how many seats we still have available. I also love how it integrates with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

I can't say I dislike something, I think it works pretty well, no complaints so far. It's not even buggy and their support service is absolutely great. I couldn't login once and I reached out to support, they were extremely helpful.

2. Available conference rooms.
3. Keep track of who checked out already or who's to check-in. 
4. forecast which day will we need more or less space.

We love that Eden integrates with Slack, and that people are able to complete the survey on their phone or the tablet that we have upfront. It's user friendly for the most part! Like that people can upload their vaccination cards.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

Only thing that isn't ideal is that you can't reserve a spot on the ipad, you have to reserve a spot beforehand in order to check in.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking capacity and attendance in our office for both employees and visitors, which is information important for us but also required by clients for security reasons.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

I am on my company's Workplace Experience Team and not only use Eden for booking my own desk (I am very thankful I am able to set up a recurring reservation!), but I also use Eden for insight into how many people are going to be in the office on any given day. This is especially helpful when we plan in-office events where we order food/beverages because we use the numbers in Eden to base our order on.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

At first, our teammates could only book a desk 7 days in advance which we did not like. But we were able to take that feature off and now it's much better! I also don't like when teammates book a desk then don't show up, but that is nothing against Eden!

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from a fully in-person office pre-covid to a hybrid office today. Previously, everyone had an assigned desk, but when we reopened our office we needed a way for people to book a desk since we had to observe Covid social distancing guidelines and capacity limits. Eden has been very useful in that sense! And now we will never go back to assigned desks.

The most helpful feature is the feature is the single sign-on it has, as it provides security and also makes it easier for everyone to us. I haven't use other competitors yet.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

As a workplace manager, I oversee the implementation and user experience of all users. Eden is unlike other products in the market because it has various features (ie: ticketing, desk booking, visitor management, H&S). Rather than deploying multiple products (envoy, jira, zendesk) - Eden is an all-in-one product that is unmatched in any in the market.

I've been working closely with Eden for over 3 years - Eden is constantly pivoting their product to be the best in the market, including various features.

Highly recommend to any admin or user in workplace/facilities.

The app needs a revamp so all the features are included, I've given this feedback in the past and sounds like Eden is working towards this!

Eden solves the need to manage multiple products - during COVID Eden health checks and registration was critical to overseeing a safe envirnoment for return to work.

No complaint. Everything works perfectly. The only thing is that I would love to have a digital app to use if android or AppStore. Several companies are using the platform.

Eden has great safety questionnaires that were crucial during covid and will be utilized again if there is another health outbreak. We also love the ability to "hot desk" since we are a hybrid office environment. The ability to book a desk via Eden gives our employees the confidence they need to come in the office and know they will have their own place for the day. It also allows us to track office useage.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

At time it can be difficult and complex as an admin (for example setting up desk maps in the system) but there is great customer support that have walked us through every step, and worked with us to make sure all our customized needs were met.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that employees have a desk in an environment where we do not have assigned desks. We're also able to track how many employees are utilizing the office per day and week. It was also super helpful during the covid outbreak to help us maintain NYC compliance standards.

We evaluated a lot of systems and Eden not only offered us a practical, well laid out solution, but they also offered a system that was easily adopted.

The ability for hot-desking as we have a hybrid workforce and the staff can handpick the desk where they'll be sitting when coming to the office (multiple screens, HDMI capability, etc.)

The only downside is the mobile app integration as it is missing a few of the components available online. However, upgrades are constantly made so hopefully soon the app will be fully integrated.

Get Eden!  It'll simplify life, especially for those offices concerned with keeping capacity limits and have a hybrid workforce.

Honestly, what I like the most is the fact that it's not complicated to use at all. I can literally do a reservation right on the spot without going through much.

Making the whole reservation process easier for me. I have had cases in which I needed to do a reservation asap and I was able to do it via Eden with no issues at all.

The ticket system is what I find most useful. Its been able to help make operations run more smoothly by having this workflow. It's also helped with not having to filter through 100 slack messages per day.

I think the integration with slack still needs some work. I would ideally like if I was receiving a ticket to receive a notification via slack so I'm not always having to remind myself to look at the various boards.

**What do you like best about Eden?**

The modern look and feel make it easy to use for all of our end users. I like being able to do most of my desk booking and other work via slack, and the mobile app is also easy to use. I especially like the desk booking map, so it's easy to get the seat I like. Package notifications have also been a huge win.

The customer success experience has also been great - they are responsive, and have actually built out new features that we ask about.

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

I wish we used more of their tools - right now we have a pretty large tech stack for ticketing, bots, etc, and I would love it if we could just use 1 app for all of those pieces.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making desk booking and visitor management easy - we always know who is coming to the office, have been able to create streamlined processes to deal with COVID challenges, and have all of our package management taken care of. It's great that they also offer ways to get day porters and other services for the office too.

It's straightforward and fast to use. I had the role of admin, which really helped shape our office during covid. We could also use the feature for booking rooms; it was just a great addition to the office.

I don't have any issues at the moment with the app. I love how it comes out with new updates and constant bug fixes.

Eden helped solve the problem of allowing employees check-in by the iPad. It also was straightforward to upload covid 19 documents. We were searching for a solution, but then Eden came out with it, and we were excited.

Eden makes it easy for the employees to book their desks and for the admin to know how many people will be at the office. The dashboard is user-friendly and straightforward. 
We use it for visitor management as well; it is good to keep track of the people who are visiting our office.

The feature of booking rooms is a little confusing, and a lot of employees are skipping this part. They recently announced an app for iOS but not yet for Android; since we are heavy Andriod users, it's disappointing.

Eden helped us to come back to the office after COVID. We were able to add a simple form for the health check and know who and when would be at the office, so we didn't overstaff.

I really like the drop-in feature as well as the ability to reserve desks in advance. As someone who plans large in office events, Eden helps me prepare for how many people I can expect!!

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing to navigate (however, I am newer to the company so am still learning the ins and outs of the process). Perhaps a clearly marked troubleshooting guide if there isn't one already?

We were looking for a desk hoteling solution and found Eden. We realized quickly that Eden was exactly what we will need during our growth period as we also needed ways to not only manage hot desk & meeting room bookings but also visitors and several locations. And on top of it, all Eden offered team safety features as well as a ticketing system. Paradisiac, isn't it?

**What do you dislike about Eden?**

In the beginning, we ran into several bugs which were unpleasant but our customer success manager handled them in a friendly & competent manner. Never were we left without an answer, they were always available and responsive, very solution-oriented.

**What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hot desk & meeting room bookings, team safety, visitor management, location management. We have several hubs in different countries and had to maintain all lists manually in excel. 
Now it's all under one roof, we all have an overview and can easily back-up coworkers in other countries in case of absence. This is a huge win for us.
