The combination of Clueso's transcription and Claude's interpretation and ability to correct errors make a very robust combination. Clueso also has a tremendous AI narration ability to help smooth out the ups and downs of the audio in the recording. If you are familiar with Claude's UI interface, you'll transition to Clueso's very easy. **What do you dislike about Clueso?** The cost is a little steep, however I was able to negotiate with them to get a fair discount as a point of entry. We had a specific project in mind that they were able to help us find a solution for. Without that negotiation, the price would have prevented us from using this site as an option. **What problems is Clueso solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did a series of training videos over the course of a week. I wish there were more templates, and the existing animation templates aren’t very clear about what they’re meant to be used for. It can take a while to set up the first video, but the regeneration of specific sections makes it really easy to edit/update the audio and change the scripts. The callout & spotlight features are great for highlighting specific parts of the product in videos, plus the zoom features. It's also great with adding images into videos so you don't need to re-record an entire video if you have a specific screen to update. I do like the level of customization it offers on intro/outro cards as well. It loads quite fast in most cases and regenerates audio quickly. Support has been helpful whenever we needed them- seem to know the product quite well. **What do you dislike about Clueso?** At some with speech regeneration it disregarded some of our edits and messed up the timeline, however, this seemed to be a bug which was fixed quickly. The screen recording is super easy - just record your walkthrough and the AI cleans everything up. What used to take 8-12 hours now takes 2 hours or less.

The AI automatically removes all the "ums" and "ahs" that would normally require manual editing. Before Clueso, we mostly stuck to written guides because video creation took too long. Now we can quickly create video tutorials that help customers understand features in minutes, which has really improved user satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Clueso?** The AI-generated voices can occasionally sound a bit robotic, and we'd love to see more natural, human-like voice options available. Clueso was able to turn a short video into a user guide in a matter of minutes. After the guide is created it is super easy to adjust the wording and in about an hour or less you can create a user guide and video that clients find more helpful than a stale 20 page PDF. Given how easy it is to make guides, I now create custom user guides for customers with specific workflows. If I take 4 minutes to record a very rough walk through video, it will spit out a perfectly polished video and user guide. And the ability to then translate these guides is incredibly valuable. **What do you dislike about Clueso?** I wish we could have customer-specific homepages.
