Clueso is an excellent tool overall, but I noticed a few small quirks during testing. When recording a browser tab, the image sometimes breaks or doesn’t upload properly. Occasionally, the text editor scrolls up to the top of the page unexpectedly, and after a short break, customized colors reset to default.These issues are minor compared to the platform’s benefits. Clueso has completely transformed the way I create product demo and new launch video guides. What once took me an entire day of recording, editing, and formatting now takes just minutes. By uploading a short video, I can instantly generate a professional and polished Video guide. The process is so intuitive what used to be a long, tedious task is now quick and effortless. What I like most about Clueso is how quickly it turns raw screen recordings into polished videos and clear step by step documentation. Clueso's support is second to none. There are multiple assets - seemingly online all the time - who are available to explain new features, answer quesitons, and recommend best practices. It makes it incredibly easy to make product videos for our SAAS business. We used to spend many hours for videos that didn't even turn out very proffesional, but what we can create in minutes using their software is amazing and really elevates the presence of our business. one small thing was that when editing the videos, I really wanted a "start over" button so that I could go back and play the video I created easily without having to choose the first frame on the timeline, but they just recently added that so I can't even think of anything currently. From a new user perspective this tool is very easy to pick up and get started with. Now as an avid user I would say there are two things that come to mind: customer support and continuous Innovation. Not only does the team provide an avenue for direct support, feedback, and ideas but they actually listen, and they take those ideas and bring them to life. Clueso has completely changed how we create training content. The screen recording is super easy - just record your walkthrough and the AI cleans everything up. What used to take 8-12 hours now takes 2 hours or less.

The AI automatically removes all the "ums" and "ahs" that would normally require manual editing. Before Clueso, we mostly stuck to written guides because video creation took too long. It initially took me 12+ hours to write an introductory user guide for one of our tools. Clueso was able to turn a short video into a user guide in a matter of minutes. After the guide is created it is super easy to adjust the wording and in about an hour or less you can create a user guide and video that clients find more helpful than a stale 20 page PDF.

Given how easy it is to make guides, I now create custom user guides for customers with specific workflows. If I take 4 minutes to record a very rough walk through video, it will spit out a perfectly polished video and user guide. And the ability to then translate these guides is incredibly valuable.
