What do you like best about Manatal?

Manatal provides a central database where we can store our candidates and pipeline like a conventional ATS, additionally it also identifies duplication and improves team coordination, making sure that we as recruiters keep a track of our candidates and do not bug them a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Manatal?

Manatal has failed to provide us reporting when it comes to recruiter performance. It does not have proper integration with teams. The built in AI fails to properly identify talent especially for complex roles.

What problems is Manatal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manatal aims to simplify recruitment by centralizing candidate data, automating resume parsing, and offering AI-based recommendations. In theory, this should reduce manual effort and improve hiring speed. However, in practice, the benefits are limited. The AI suggestions often miss the mark, and the platform lacks the depth needed for nuanced hiring decisions. While it does offer a unified view of the pipeline, the lack of customization and reporting flexibility makes it difficult to adapt to real-world recruitment workflows. I find Manatal incredibly flexible for collecting and managing applications. The AI-generated application summaries are a standout feature, offering a well-organized overview of candidates. What do you dislike about Manatal?

I find the application filtering and search capabilities of Manatal quite limited. Specifically, there's no effective way to assess applications based on custom criteria directly from the curriculum or application data. This lack of robust filtering means I can't search the candidate bank effectively for specific attributes, such as skills or experience levels. This is a significant area where Manatal needs improvement as it hampers my ability to find suitable candidates easily. Manatal is very easy to use and fits perfectly into our daily recruitment workflow. As a Recruitment Operations Support at JB Hired, I use Manatal regularly to check and update our candidate pipeline. The software runs smoothly with very few bugs, and managing the pipeline is straightforward. It's also easy to integrate with platforms we use daily, like LinkedIn.
