Most tools force you into a set number of meeting types/outline structures, but, while Granola offers a core set for you to adopt, they have made it super easy and flexible to create your own for whatever purpose you have. Their implementation elegantly enables AI prompting without forcing the user into that mindset. Their team has made themselves available via Slack or email and are incredibly responsive, proactive and engaging with their user base. Granola is the one tool I continuously have up during my day whether in a meeting or going back to "ask questions" about what happened during the meeting. **What do you dislike about Granola?** Integrations with other systems is still in it's infancy. The team is listening to their users and building based on need. **What problems is Granola solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm in several meetings or discussions throughout the day. Taking notes and going back to them can be incredibly distracting, removing me from the conversations. With Granola, I can start the meeting and engage. Their team have been very good at taking my opinion onboard during development to improve the product, and it's nice to see ideas actually come to fruition. Would be good in the future to bring it to more operating systems such as Windows and Chrome, as this would expand the use within my company. **What problems is Granola solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making notes during internal and external meeting, saving time and increasing the accuracy of my note-taking. Making it easy to share a summary of the meeting, We use a couple of conversation intelligence tools and I find that Granola is the most straight forward and workflow-friendly. It's also super intuitive and super easy to use. The interface is clean and simple. I use this nearly every day for work. **What do you dislike about Granola?** I would love if there were more integrations (outlook, apple calendar, notes/reminders) as well as a mobile app so I could use it on the go.
