
I really like Zoho Cliq for its ease of communication and how simple it is to use. There is no learning curve, which is great. It has a mobile application, a desktop application, and a web version, so I can use it anywhere. The communication with other colleagues is very simple, and I don't have to rely on phone calls or other software like WhatsApp for professional communication. It's easy to form groups, and moderator-level access is simple to configure. Company-wide announcements are straightforward to make, and you can mute or hide certain groups if needed. I can also make calls within Zoho Cliq itself, which is handy. What makes it really superb is the combination of all features, like screen sharing and video calls. I don't need to set up a meeting every time I need to share my screen. I can just ring up my colleagues and share my screen right away, with no hassles. The initial setup was very, very easy too; I just had to set up a directory of people and IDs. Although initial adoption took a couple of days, it was very simple after that. The ringtone is very irritating. I usually use the app on mute. Also, the notification sound is quite loud, especially on desktop. The mobile app glitches sometimes and calls don't get cut even after you've hung up the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
