I really appreciate the variety of format templates available for different styles of meetings. The level of detail and the accuracy in the notes are truly impressive. This is much better than the built-in Zoom AI Companion! It was very easy to use. Once I followed the initial tutorial, I have just figured everything else out on my own. I would like to have the option to control whether the "AI Notetaker" participant is visible in the Zoom meeting. I want to be able to take notes privately, without others being aware. Sometimes, we have ad hoc meetings that can't be scheduled through an individual's calendar link. In these cases, calls aren't attributed to the person who took the call, the company involved, or the attendees present. This leads to problems with reporting and makes it difficult to find information about future calls. I would really appreciate the option to manually enter and adjust this data, or at least have a way to track the important details instead of leaving those fields empty. Fathom sends a reminder before your meeting and gives you a gentle prompt during the meeting to let you know how much you are speaking. Afterward, there are multiple options for receiving your notes, and you can have them automatically added to Hubspot, where tasks are also created for you. I find this feature especially helpful, as it simplifies following up on next steps.

We use Fathom for all our external meetings and occasionally for internal ones to get an overview. It is also linked to a drive folder to save the videos for later, using a Zapier connection. Simple and compatible. It works everywhere and you don't have to think about it. The AI integration is superb. I love the "Ask Fathom" feature because I can ask it any question about what was said, when it was said, etc. during the call. It works across browsers, video call platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and is very robust and resilient (e.g. if it does ever drop, a new agent is automatically sent into the meeting to pick up the call recording ASAP). The web interface when watching back the video could use refinement. It's hard to manipulate the layout and especially difficult to see the transcript and the video well enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love a lot of the features, but the standout for me is the AI search across every recording I have access to. I can literally ask, “When is Bob on vacation?” and it pulls the answer, plus a link straight to the exact moment in the meeting where it was said. Answer + proof in one shot. Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about Fathom. If I had to pick something, it would be that sometimes the transcript misses a word or two when people talk really fast, so I’ll need to double‑check. It is accurate, I've been using it on meetings for months and I never find mistakes in the recap as I have for so many AI notetakes. I also like to chat feature if you want to ask a question. I really appreciate having the summary, transcript, and video recording available all together. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming search engine, which will help me find clients based on specific criteria. I value how it not only prepares a Financial Needs Analysis but also generates recommendations. Fathom is set to save me a significant amount of time and will definitely help take my business to the next level. The implementation has been simple with the continued support from our team and especially the Chief AI Officer, Yousef. I'm using it more and more each day. Fathom allows me to truly focus on interviewing and getting to know my candidate, rather than worrying about taking notes and tracking follow-up action items. I can also easily share my interviews with my internal SME's to prep for their tech screens with the candidates we are moving along to the next step. All of my SME's LOVE Fathom also! They are able to easily access particular points in my interviews where key points are discussed. My sales team also uses Fathom on all of their meetings given its ease of use for all parties.
