What i like most about klaviyo is how simple it makes email marketing automation. i user it my projects, and setting up flows like welcome emails or abandoned cart is very easy.The segmentation is powerful and helps target the right audience, I also like the custimization options for  camagians. The analytis give clear insignts into performance. Overall, it saves time and works reliably once everything is set up.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

One thing i dont't like about klaviyo is that the pricing can get expensive as your contact list groes. Some advanced features also take time to fully understand, especially when setting up more complex flows. The UI can feel a bitt overwhelming at first. Also reporting is good but can be slightly confusing in the beginning.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kalviyo help me to solve the problem of managing and automating email marketing effciently. Insted of sending manual emails, I can set up flows that run automatically based on customer behavior. It also helps with better audiance targeting through segmentation. this improves engagement and conversion rates in my project, The analytics give me clear insignts to optimize campaigns. Overall, it saves time and makes marketing more effective

What I like best about Klaviyo is how well it performs across the board. The UI/UX is easy to use, and the integrations with our eCommerce tools make everything seamless. It delivers strong performance and clear ROI through effective segmentation and automation. Pricing feels justified based on results, and support/onboarding have been helpful when needed. The added AI and intelligence features also help improve targeting and save time.

While Klaviyo is very powerful, the learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially when setting up more advanced flows and segmentation. Some features can also feel overwhelming due to the depth of options available.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

What I like best about Klaviyo is the segmentation and automation possibilities. We can create different flows based on customer actions, behavior, and lifecycle stage, so communication becomes much more relevant. The interface is mostly user-friendly, and analytics helps to understand campaign results fast. It is very useful for retention marketing, especially when you need to manage many audiences and personalized communication.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

The thing I dislike most is that some advanced functions are not very simple at first. If you need to build more complex logic, test many scenarios, or find the reason of issue, it can take extra time. Also the price is not small, especially when contact base grows. Sometimes I would like to have more flexible reporting and more simple navigation between some sections.

Klaviyo solves the problem of manual and not well-targeted communication. It allows us to automate campaigns, build customer journeys, and separate audiences in more accurate way. **What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

I love being able to customize in-app templates to our brand. The software is very intuitive and is easy to understand. It's great to quickly send out text or email campaigns. As a meal prep businesses with a new menu every week we rely on Klavyio to send out our new menu blasts to all of our active and inactive subscribers.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Downsides for our business is that segmenting for our subscription based service can be a bit funky. At times our accurate audiences isn't fully captured when segmenting customers who've placed 0 orders over x amount of time. Given the nature of our business, it is difficult for klavyio to talk directly to woocommerce and update in real time.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klavyio allows us to see who is most engaged with our brand and market to customers accordingly. If we have a delivery hiccup or a menu change we are able to quickly reach all of our customers without having to text everyone individually.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

What’s not to love? The ease of use in the drag-and-drop editor makes my weekly newsletters super easy to build. We use Klaviyo multiple times a week to check our revenue attribution and tweak our flows.

Its also was easy to implement it with our current workflow. It integrates well with everything from our Shopify store to even Canva! I was worried the number of features would be overwhelming, but the UI is clean enough that you don't get lost. Plus, whenever I’ve hit a snag, customer support has been quick to point me in the right direction. Worth every penny for a growing brand.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Klaviyo charges by the number of active profiles, not just the emails you send. As your list grows, the bill jumps significantly.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Klaviyo solved for us was the 'guessing game' of email marketing. Before, we were sending generic blasts and hoping for the best. Now, thanks to the real-time tracking, we’ve moved to a high-precision strategy.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

The integration with our Shopify store makes it easy to build automated flows based on real customer behavior. For example, we run welcome sequences, post-purchase education, and replenishment reminders that trigger automatically depending on what someone buys.
What I appreciate most is the level of segmentation and data. We can see which customers are purchasing certain brands or product categories and tailor messaging accordingly. That allows us to send more relevant emails instead of blasting the same message to everyone.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Pricing can scale quickly as your subscriber list grows. For smaller brands or businesses just starting out, the cost may feel high compared to simpler email tools. ALSO: Klaviyo is extremely powerful but there is definitely a learning curve. Understanding segments, event triggers, and flow logic takes some time if you're new to marketing automation.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Klaviyo, staying in touch with customers required a lot of manual effort and it was difficult to send the right message to the right person at the right time. Now we can build automated flows based on real customer behavior such as browsing products, completing a purchase, or taking a skincare quiz on our website.
For example, when someone buys a skincare product from our Shopify store, Klaviyo can automatically send follow-up education about how to use the product, recommend complementary products, or remind them when it may be time to reorder.
The segmentation tools are also extremely valuable. We can group customers based on things like purchase history, skin concerns, or engagement level and send more relevant content instead of sending the same message to everyone.
This has helped us increase customer retention, improve repeat purchases, and build a stronger relationship with our audience while saving a significant amount of time through automation.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

What I like most about Klaviyo is how well it connects with the rest of an e-commerce stack, especially Shopify. The integration is seamless, and it pulls in customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement data automatically. That consolidated data makes it much easier to build meaningful segments and customer journeys.

The platform itself is also very intuitive. Building campaigns and automated flows is straightforward, and the flow library gives you frameworks to work with so you can quickly customize for your brand. On top of that, Klaviyo’s revenue attribution and analytics make it very clear what your emails and flows are generating, which helps you understand exactly how email is impacting store revenue.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

One downside of Klaviyo is the pricing structure. You’re typically paying based on the number of active profiles in your account and your email sending volume, which can add up quickly as your list grows.

Klaviyo helps solve one of the biggest problems in ecommerce today, which is customer retention. Acquiring customers through paid ads, especially on platforms like Google and Meta, has become very expensive, so brands can’t rely on acquisition alone to grow profitably.

What Klaviyo does well is help brands turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. With behavior-based segmentation, automated flows, and personalized messaging, you can follow up with customers at the right moment, whether that’s after a purchase, when they abandon a cart, or when they’re ready to reorder.

For me, as an email marketer, that means building structured retention systems that consistently drive repeat purchases, increase customer lifetime value, and make the business less dependent on rising ad costs.

What I like most about Klaviyo is how powerful its segmentation and automation features are, while still being relatively easy to use. The Shopify integration is seamless and lets us use real customer data to create highly targeted campaigns and flows. The flow builder is a standout as well; it makes it straightforward to set up automated sequences such as abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. I also appreciate the analytics and reporting, which help us clearly see the revenue generated by each campaign or flow.

The biggest drawback is the pricing, which can get quite expensive as your contact list grows. The extreme customization within the website makes it absolutely amazing to use for our company. We don't really use any third-party integrations or apps, but the overall performance of the functional music has been absolutely amazing. It is so worth what we pay for, and it does so much for our company. It essentially pays for itself since email marketing is one of our strongest channels.

There's nothing specific we don't like about Klaviyo. There was a bit of a learning curve, but after that it was super easy to navigate through and the support is amazing for when you need help.

At first, we had a large issue with remaining customers about their abandoned car, or just keeping customers informed, but Klaviyo closed that gap.

Klaviyo is the gold standard for ecommerce email and SMS marketing. Its segmentation is especially powerful, letting you slice your audience using a wide range of data points. The flows are intuitive to build and genuinely help drive revenue. The analytics provide clear attribution, and the integrations with ecomm platforms and other tools keep the data clean, consistent, and connected. I use it every day, and it just works—I rarely run into issues, and I’ve never needed to reach out to customer support.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Pricing is the biggest pain point. Costs scale quickly as lists grow and it can feel disproportionate during high growth phases where you're paying a lot more without a step up in features. It's hard to justify that cost to stakeholders when the costs increase. That said it earns back in results - but pricing could be more flexible.

Klaviyo centralises our CRM/retention marketing - replacing what would otherwise require multiple tools - sms, email, segmentation and reporting are all in one place. This results in more personalised customer journeys and measurable uplift in repeat purchase revenue.

1: The design and template building tools work as intended and are so efficient, with handy shortcuts such as universal blocks that anybody on my team can access when designing new campaigns.
2nd favorite: setting up segments is so easy with the AI assistance.
3rd: the customer service has always been quick, friendly, and useful.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Anyone viewing a preview URL of a campaign needs to have a Klaviyo account and be logged in. Some team members are too busy to hassle with an authenticator app cycle and a a personal login with Klaviyo to preview eblasts. Maybe a password protected URL preview would suffice, eh?

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klaviyo bridged a widening skills divide between analytic programmers and designers. I come from a print and web design background - and the technical opportunities in Klaviyo could have been overwhelming. Klaviyo provided so much support via chat, tutorials, and AI assistance so that I successfully expanded my skills to keep up with marketing analytics tasks. Klaviyo made it easy. The dynamic product feed module that I incorporate into emails using the Shopify integrations has been wonderful. No work to set it up.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

Klaviyo's dashboards and functions are so user friendly. Even if you don't know exactly where something is, you can usually find it pretty quickly because of how well everything is laid out. The audience segmentation tools are amazing and it's easy to make attractive flows, even as a beginner. 

They have a ton of documentation that is easy accessible if you don't know how to do something and customer support is fast and friendly when you do run into an issue!

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I love that they are adding so many new features, but I wish I could better know how they function before we invest the money and time to implement them. (Loyalty, Reviews, etc)

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klaviyo has helped us grow our reach by reaching our audience in new and more strategic ways. I also really appreciate their expansive amounts of blog articles and the free seminars they hold quite often.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

Drag and drop builder, very intuitive, I can get my emails out without knowing coding. It is fairly priced IMO (I can see how people would think klaviyo is expensive, but we are able to generate a good ROI from the tool). It integrates really well with shopify, we have a bunch of automations enabled. The dashboard has good reports/insights that can be shared with management.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Some known issues with klaviyo (from my own experience and folks I talk to), klaviyo is known to miss-attribute the revenue. Basically any order that goes out within a small window of your email going out, even if it came from a different channel altogether, klaviyo tracks it as it's own. So we always need to go back and look at further insights on shopify to see if klaviyo had anything to do with that order. And open rates aren't exactly a metric we would rely on (but this is more about apple/privacy filters than klaviyo I suppose)

Reaching customers, informing them about new product launches/sales. Can easily build a quick email thanks to it's no-code design.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

I like how intuitive Klaviyo is, especially in allowing us to manage multiple brands separately. We can easily create our own segments, email templates, and flows. The data is robust, and I appreciate being able to see reports within a campaign or flow or across all data. I also like the deliverability metrics. The new portfolio feature to view all brands and the addition of email template folders are great improvements.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I'd say for one, when I'm copying over flows/email templates, all the assets within the email carry over too. I wish there was a folder for album. Setting up the events by integrating only certain aspects to Salesforce was a bit cumbersome. Because Klaviyo is very ecommerce heavy, as a lead generation company, setting up events based on lead journey rather than actions taken was a learning curve. After integrating with Salesforce, there were some confusions that took a while with dev teams.

Klaviyo helped us bring email marketing in-house, connect to Salesforce, and set things up our way. Its intuitive interface allows us to build multiple brands, create segments, templates, and robust reports with ease.

I love how easy it is to build emails, and I also really appreciate how useful the forms feature is. Another thing I like is that they’re always adding new, genuinely helpful features, like reviews and landing pages, which keeps the platform feeling fresh and improving over time.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

As a non-direct-to-consumer website, it would be helpful if Klaviyo were better tailored to that model so we don’t have to see metrics like 0 sales, 0 transactions, and similar data that isn’t relevant for us.

It lets us bring BazaarVoice reviews onto our site, not just keep them on retailer websites. It also enables sign-ups directly on our website with little to no effort on our end. Super easy to create emails as well.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

I really value the segmentation data and the analytics dashboard in Klaviyo. They help us understand how well our email campaigns are performing and identify which customers to contact and when. The analytics dashboard is particularly impressive because it shows us whether our campaigns are working, points out our weak spots, and helps us spot opportunities. The segmentation feature allows us to send messages to more customers at the right time without sticking to a strict schedule, which is really valuable for us. Additionally, the deeper integration with Shopify and the ease of use were major advantages for us, especially compared to Mailchimp. I also found that the initial setup of Klaviyo was extremely easy, thanks to the wizard-driven onboarding that allowed us to import our existing list and synchronize with Shopify effortlessly..

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I think probably the only challenge that we've really encountered is with the actual email builder, which is a little bit more on the basic side. It would be better for us if it was more powerful.

We use Klaviyo to pull customer data from Shopify and segment email marketing. The analytics dashboard helps us assess campaign performance. Segmentation allows us to send timely messages, enhancing effectiveness. The email builder could be more powerful, but overall, it streamlines our processes.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

I really appreciate that Klaviyo integrates everything into one platform, so all my lists, including email, review, and customer lists, are in the same area. It has powerful segmentation capabilities where I can create highly detailed dynamic segments using limited conditions, which is quite advantageous. The automation flows are strong, with some pre-built options, but I can also create my own, making it effective for re-engaging customers who haven’t returned yet. The ease of setup was great; even though it's best for mid to large commerce brands, we had no issues as a smaller brand.

I like how easy it is for me to create emails that sync directly with information from my Shopify store. Klaviyo offers more customization than Shopify does for email marketing. I am able to sync everything from customer information and order info to metadata and browsing history, allowing me to create custom flows that increase sales. The initial setup was easy because of Klaviyo's pre-built integration to our storefront, which made setup very easy. Creating content is very simple with Klaviyo's email building tools.

Klaviyo's UI can make it difficult for the casual user to find the settings and features they are looking for. There is confusion between flows and campaigns, lists and segments, etc.

Pricing is based on profiles, whether they are subscribed, active or not.  Over the years we have 40k profiles which would cost us over $600 a month.  In order to lower this to a cost we can warrant we have to suppress these profiles that haven't interacted for a while.  We only email around 8k at the most at any one time.  You pay for text messages and unused credits do not rollover, so that's disappointing too.

It's great for segmenting customers for targeted emailing so I can target those who have looked at our purchased specific products or only email those with specific interests.

I really like how user-friendly Klaviyo is, especially for non-developers or coders. The user-friendly interface makes designing emails and templates easy and intuitive. I appreciate having emails and SMS marketing combined under one platform, allowing an omnichannel approach in flows. The interplay of email, SMS, and push notifications within flows, enabled by a vast array of integrations, is very useful as it allows us to communicate with customers in different ways based on their channel preferences. Setting up new flows has been relatively straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I have issues with the reporting/attribution, where the revenue is often massively inflated compared to GA4/Shopify attribution. We have a very tight attribution window on Klaviyo, but even so, the numbers seem inflated.

I find Klaviyo very intuitive and clear. I like the ability to create customizable content, which makes it extensive and adaptable to our needs. I particularly appreciate that we can customize email campaigns, landing pages, and sign-up pages so that they match our brand both in terms of content and appearance. The ability to target much more precisely along the customer journey is also a big plus for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Klaviyo was very easy.

The only thing that doesn't work is that in the campaign evaluation, it is not possible to view the unsubscribe rate per customer segment. Only open rate, click rate, placed order rate, and conversion are available. It would be helpful if under "Recipient Activity" one could not only download a list of contacts but also obtain further information on each contact's previous user behavior, such as since when a contact has been part of our list and when a contact last made a purchase. This way, after exporting the file as a CSV, one could filter within a specific user activity, such as unsubscribe, and potentially recognize certain behavior patterns or anomalies more quickly.

It's solving the problem of sometimes being short on resources aka a designer, allowing me to build my own templates and blocks within Klaviyo without having to involve my designer. The customer service chat support is incredibly helpful and always able to help answer our questions to the best of their ability. Klaviyo is constantly updating so there is a number of features that the frequency of use of Klaviyo becomes high as we implement more into our marketing program.

Our business type is very unique and specialized, so we find that the platform is too simplified for our business, with many of the articles, seminars, and forums not able to to be implemented into our business. Klaviyo seems to be built for businesses that are easy, quick-sale items, but ours are luxury items that people truly do take a longer time to contemplate. We have been having a harder time tracking purchases on Shopify due to our extensive catalog that has a different tagging system and integrating the information it properly into Klaviyo.

Klaviyo has been the best with their support and listening to our complaint we are a specialized business. I also find the new features quite difficult to get to grips with - the social media one that is similar to many chat and the customer hub, they often require more work than I'm willing to put in for a feature that I may feel is out of my price range by the time it is properly released.  Some more control over bots signing up would be appreciated too.

I absolutely love that it can track visitors to my website and email them after they have taken particular actions on my site.  I also like the ability to pull a segment of people who have taken a particular action and target them specifically. I find Klaviyo's interface really user-friendly. Although I'm not hugely experienced, I find it easy to navigate and set up campaigns and flows. The setup process was really easy, and the onboarding team provided great support. Any issues or questions during onboarding were swiftly dealt with. I appreciate that we were assigned a specific person for our onboarding process. For ongoing use, any questions are easily addressed via chat or email, the help desk is accessible, knowledgeable, and mostly answers my questions. I also like how easy it is to perform any A/B testing and see the results. The ability to generate forms and pop-ups is great as well, though I would prefer more design freedom with fonts. Overall, I am really pleased with how Klaviyo is set up and the ability to look at individual profiles. I believe we're only scratching the surface with its capabilities. What I like most is that it's just really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I do think there could be a bit more design freedom for the pop-ups, in terms of font and that sort of thing. The downside with using Klaviyo data to inform our meta audiences for retargeting campaigns is that we can only link it to one meta account. We actually have two ad accounts, one for the UK market and one for the US, and we can only link it to one, so we have to choose which one we link it to.

I think a lot of my problems are probably down to me not looking at the training enough. I feel like I could segment my audience a bit more and really nail down and use Klaviyo as much as I probably could do. So I've probably been underutilizing it to some degree, mainly because I haven't had the time, really.

I really appreciate the ease of use of Klaviyo's interface. It's very simplistic and user-friendly even for someone who's not an expert. Additionally, there's a lot of help available, which is beneficial for both myself and my customers. I also enjoy the seamless integration of Klaviyo with other products. It works seamlessly with every system I use, making it a vital part of our marketing stack. The ability to target specific audiences instead of blanket targeting everyone is another standout feature for me, particularly in email campaigns. I find it incredible how Klaviyo allows us to segment our audience and create custom segments, which is essential for driving purchase paths. Also, the pricing transparency with Klaviyo is a big plus, contrasting with other tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp, where there are hidden costs. This transparency in billing helps our marketing agency better manage expenses.

For an expert user, it's choosing those extra tools and capabilities within Klaviyo. Also, more help on integrating WhatsApp since it's relatively new for most people. Custom reports could be a bit better in my opinion.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

I find Klaviyo's platform super easy to navigate, which makes it easy to understand even if you don't have much experience. I appreciate that the platform is constantly getting new features. Klaviyo no longer offers just pure email marketing, but also enables reviews, customer service, analytics, and much more. I particularly like the new WhatsApp integrations and the SMS feature, even though SMS is not so widespread in the German market. In the past, you needed a separate platform for every problem, but now you can do a lot centrally directly in Klaviyo.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I wish for a better alert system that automatically indicates when there are technical problems, such as when a flow no longer delivers emails. The price level of Klaviyo is also a point I view critically, as it has become quite expensive recently.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Klaviyo, I synchronize events from my Shopify store and can track which customer actions are taking place. I create segments for targeted campaigns. It simplifies central tasks by integrating multiple functions, such as reviews and customer service.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

My favorite part of Klaviyo is the amazing, competent, friendly and fast assistance from the Product Agents. No matter the complexity of my issue, they always take their time to make sure they understand the root of the challenge, explain the solutions or obstacles to me, and if possible, offer to help to resolve it. 95% of my working hours are spent in Klaviyo, so I appreciate it's easy UI and the amount of learning materials. I also like how new features are added frequently, and how I can easily add external integrations.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

While new features are great, I don't love how something like the UI changes quite often. It disrupts my work flow, leaving me spending more time looking for buttons or links I usually could find with my eyes closed. Also, for some of my colleagues who don't use Klaviyo as frequently as me, the changes often seem big, because more time passes between uses. I also don't particularly love how some seemingly obvious features are not available, and when I try to dig into why, the answer is often "just because".

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Klaviyo, I have my campaign tool, analysis, reports, profile base and more all in one place. It streamlines my workflow and allows me to get more data out of my campaign activities and general business performance.

I like how I'm able to create segments and track users via events in Klaviyo. The segments are highly customizable and there's a lot of user data available, which often helps with order debugging and exploring the user journey. It really helps me understand user flow, clicks, add to carts, location, and source. I also found the initial setup fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

Getting very expensive, the new billing model is very unfair and getting out of hand. Billing based on profiles has doubled our billing in the past 12 months and stalled our growth as it is getting very expensive. The only reason we will leave Klaviyo will be due to this pricing.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Klaviyo for creating flows, segments, weekly newsletters, and order updates. It helps with understanding user flow, clicks, add to carts, location, and source, with highly customizable segments and user data aiding in order debugging and exploring user journey.

Sometimes the pricing can creep up as more people shop as more profiles are created but in the UK they cannot be contacted because of some ne UK / EU laws. Therefore we have to keep adjusting and supressing profiles which is a bit of a manual task.
The reporting could be better, in the emails I receive to tell me a report is available it would be better to have it shown in the email or as a PDF rather than requiring me to login. 
The reporting is quite basic and more graphs would be great.

Back in stock issues and notifying customers of when an item is restocked. 
Reminding customers to purchase after a longer date or based around similar purchases using flow filters.

I also appreciate the ability to integrate with a lot of our existing technology stack. Plus, I love that they are always updating and upgrading. The initial setup was very easy too.

For a long time, we were on Magento and the integrations were mid at best, and I would often have to have data syncs pushed manually. Also, the drag & drop editor leaves a lot to be desired in terms of creativity and customization for the emails.

**What do you like best about Klaviyo?**

What I value most about Klaviyo is its segmentation and automation capabilities. It allows you to create very advanced flows based on user behavior and easily connect ecommerce data with personalized campaigns. Additionally, the integration with Shopify is very robust and makes it much easier to work with events, audiences, and analytics in one place.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

The cost of some new features they are adding. There are also some limitations in advanced analytics.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Klaviyo primarily solves the problem of converting customer data into sales. It allows you to identify user behavior (what they view, what they add to the cart, what they purchase) and use that information to send automated and personalized messages at the right time. Instead of sending irrelevant mass campaigns, you can recover abandoned carts, reactivate inactive customers, or recommend products based on their purchase history, which generates more revenue with much more efficient communication.

I like that Klaviyo links directly to our e-commerce store, which makes creating emails quick and straightforward. I appreciate how product images, prices, and titles are automatically populated so they can be added to an email easily and edited if necessary. Klaviyo is more widely used and has better integration with our e-commerce store, and it offers better segmentation of customers. Also, the initial setup of Klaviyo was easy.

**What do you dislike about Klaviyo?**

I find the support obnoxious. The chat is a bot and can't handle specific questions, and email support can take hours or days. There's no one to talk to when there are follow-up questions based on the response from support.

**What problems is Klaviyo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Klaviyo for weekly campaigns, flows, and pop-ups. It solves segment creation based on criteria and builds our email customer list. The link to our e-commerce store simplifies email creation by auto-populating product images, prices, and titles.
