"A real time-saver"

What do you like best?

AppFollow is a real timesaver. We have 13 apps in 3 stores, and it was a real pain to catch everything. With AppFollow we get all apps' changes and updates right into Slack, that all our team uses. It help us to quickly adapt to changes in app stores, competitors, and users' mood to stay among top apps.

What do you dislike?

Works fine for me, I only wish they update their design faster.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it to automate your product management or customer support routine. It helps us a lot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When we only started with AppFollow, we mostly gathered feedback and competitors's insights. But since they added a reply to reviews feature, our work with users has completely changed. All our support agents reply right from Slack, and I, as a manager, can easily analyze users' behavior. Overall we have noticed that over 60% of users change their reviews after our replies, and our apps' ratings constantly grow.

"Solid support, keyword tracking, and integrations with the app store + slack"

What do you like best?

Big fan of the real-time app store review reporting. Helps our team address if there is a bad or good review in real-time and fix the issue. Also, a big fan of how they use line graphs to show keyword positioning inside the store.

What do you dislike?

I'm too cheap to buy the monthly subscription, but I wish they had more than 20 keywords available. Also, I see they integrate with Appsflyer, wish they did the same with Branch.io too.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider integrating with Branch.io and maybe an alert to the user if their app is featured on the app store.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are running ASO keyword tests with AppFollow to determine which meta-data is the best to get us to the top position for our most desired keywords.

We do have an alert when you or your competitor is featured in App Store (for Today tab, Game & App of the Day), you can set up an integration with Slack or email.

And what's the best — you are alerted 1 day before the featuring is published in the store ;)

"Literally best tool for tracking users' post and responding to your users"

What do you like best?

AppFollow makes it far easier to track what your customers think about your product and leave as reviews in e.g. Apple Store. Also we liked the very personal attitude since our individual requirement were 100% fulfilled (like SSO). Also you can see that your feedback on the product is appreciated and valuable.

What do you dislike?

AppFollow seems to be the product we've been looking for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can quickly track users' reviews on our product and answer them helping to solve their issues.

"Good service and great customer support"

What do you like best?

AppFollow is a beneficial service for us. It helps to simplify and automate the work with keywords and reviews. It helps to track the ASO strategy of our competitors.

Also, it helps to work with reviews of the apps.

What do you dislike?

I don't see any cons, they have the good customer support and the blog.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating a semantic core for the ASO strategy and tracking reviews which could improve conversion of the app.

"Must-have tool for app business "

What do you like best?

AppFollow is a great solution for online reputation management. We use it with Zendesk, it saves a lot of time for us to check and reply reviews from the app store and google play, as well as to train agents and track their performance. AppFollow is easy to set up and it provides a lot of options for reviews monitoring.

What do you dislike?

We haven't had many issues with it, In rare cases, we reach out to their support the agents were very quick and helpful

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We don't have to check what users write on app stores anymore because it's all in Zendesk

"Service for monitoring reviews"

What do you like best?

That I can transfer reviews into other apps through simple integration

What do you dislike?

Poor translation of reviews, highly overloaded UI

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Making easier monitoring appstore reviews. I would recommend you to make ability integrating the service with email services so that users could collect and process all the feedback received through your website

"Great management tool for tracing app growth"

What do you like best?

easy to track downloads and usage time of your app over time

What do you dislike?

pricing is quite expensive, though service is unique. had to end service because too expensive

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

able to track whether or not certain changes to app affects usage rate, and how long these changes take to be realized
