I like that pay benefits my employees and recruiting is all in one app such as workday everything is at my fingertips when I log on

I really dislike the timekeeping for employee payroll it seems like a lot of unnecessary steps in approving time cards and applying unpaid time and paid leave

It’s easy to go in workday and see your benefit selections outlined, rather than having to go to a linked site.

It actually helped me to opt in to life insurance, which I wasn’t taking advantage of before.

I like how the UI is clean and easy to use. I also like how easy it is to setup direct deposit.

I don't like the logon system I always find it hard to login via mobile.

Requesting time off and viewing available PTO and vacation hours is a breeze! So simple and everything is integrated! 

**What do you dislike about Workday Benefits?**

I don’t love hassle of the two part authentication for sign on, but rather safe than sorry!

It is clean and attractive.  Has many functions.  Easy to use some options once you practice.

**What do you dislike about Workday Benefits?**

Have to click multiple times to complete a simple task that could be done in one click and even have to scroll to get to additional choices due to spread out nature of options.  Hard to find some options/ functions and acts as if in beta testing.  Parts of the site are repetitive for no additional benefit.  Can get lost down a rabbit hole without completing a task.

Workday is incredibly user friendly! So much better than our old company-run interweb system! Very easy to learn and to teach others. Very aesthetically appealing. 

**What do you dislike about Workday Benefits?**

Everyone has to be under exact proper alignment in the system. It is hard to retrieve/edit any information for an employee who is not directly under your own alignment. This can make it hard when certain employees may report to several different leaders. 

**Recommendations to others considering Workday Benefits:**

Way better than a bootstrap inter-company site like the one Target used to have! The people who created Workday are geniuses! Would definitely recommend!

Benefits and vacation are very straightforward! All in one place, easy to find, use and submit!

Workday works great for me because it has all of the HR info on one easy to use portal. You can enter your time, and request vacation etc. all in the same place.

Occasionally the website takes a long time to load.

The greatest benefit is having everything HR related in the same place.

It is user-friendly, easy to maneuver to one page to another. The app is the same.

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like about Workday Benefits.

Everything is easily accessible in Okta. So, finding out about your benefits just takes one click.

Entering time and information can be tedious.

We used to have to utilize 3-4 types of software for benefits, schedule, payroll, etc. Now there is one and it makes things easier.

The home page is helpful to keep commonly used tasks on one page.

Not user friendly at all. Tasks are called arbitrary names which do not correlate with actual function.

The fact that everything I need to fill out and all the info I need for work is in one place. Timesheet, benefits,

It's been greate nothing I dislike about it

Centuralizing all the programs needed by employees, we don't need to use different applications anymore.

Workday is easily used because the icons make it easy to recognize which section to access (f.e. pay versus benefits etc.). Log in is also easy and paycheck break down is always clear!

I wish Workday would also include timecards and hours worked per week (timepunches).

Pay stubs and break down.

The user interface is simple and easy to use. Payroll and taxes are easier to manage.workday experience

Not being able to just email employee info to them. Couldn’t figure out how to print w2’s and email them. Would be a lot better if this was included in the menu tab and would definitely bring more clients in.

Being able to adjust tax dependents,put in PTO and being able to approve or deny .

I liked being able to view my schedule, pay information, work documents etc all in one place, it made it easy to keep track of hours and pay

The program did not work on all browsers equally, and would sometimes freeze and require a restart of the browser

It made it easy to communicate with other coworkers and management as well as keep track of hours and schedules

I love that Workday is so easy to use! Having a very user friendly platform like this saves time! I have used Workday for almost 5 years and things have only been improving sense.

There is not anything specific that I would change about Workday.

The UX work Workday Benefits is easy to navigate and connect me to the appropriate websites for all of my benefits.

Nothing at this time. As mentioned before, the software is extremely simple to navigate.

Data Centralization is key to becoming more streamlined. I know that I can go to Workday Benefits and find everything I need.

I like the UE / UX.  I like the simplified experience.

A lot of content is buried in advanced settings that might be helpful to surface re: tax info and making quick changes.

We are able to have a single source of truth for our benefit portal.  It's easy to make changes, which saves us time.

I love the simplicity of their user interface. I didn't need any additional training. It's easy to understand and navigate.

I don't think there's anything that I dislike about it. It's simple and easy to use.

Benefits elections used to be a pain with internal tools and this solved it.
