## About Manifestly Checklists
Manifestly is the AI-first way to run every recurring process the right way. On time, every time. Audited. Secure. Dependable. We ship a native MCP server that makes every workflow callable by Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and any MCP-compatible assistant, so AI agents can start runs, complete steps, and read process data directly. And because that automation happens inside Manifestly, it inherits everything your SOPs already give you. Your processes get assigned, scheduled, and tracked, with deadlines, data capture, and audit-ready history. The SOP in the wiki becomes the SOP your team (and now your AI) actually follows, governed and audited, not run in a separate black box. Trusted by teams at Compass, Foxconn, Keller Williams, Ford and Sheraton, alongside thousands of operations, IT, HR, and services teams. \*\* How Manifestly works \*\* \* Build your SOP once as a reusable template — start from a blank checklist or one of our pre-built ones \* Schedule it to recur on any cadence, or trigger it from Slack, an API call, an email, or a Salesforce event \* Each task gets assigned to the right person or role automatically when the workflow runs \* Your team checks off steps, captures form data, attaches files, and signs off as work happens \* You see live progress, get notified of blockers, and pull audit-ready reports any time \*\* Where Manifestly does its best work \*\* \* IT and DevOps runbooks — access reviews, patching, deployments, incident response \* Compliance and change control — approvals, evidence capture, sign-offs, ITGCs \* Employee onboarding and offboarding \* Customer onboarding and recurring services delivery \* Finance and HR routines that must run the same way every time \* Multi-location operations — store openings, property turnovers, facility checks \* Manufacturing changeovers, quality inspections, and field service procedures \*\* Industries that rely on us \*\* \* IT / SysAdmin and DevOps \* Accounting and finance \* HR and People Ops \* SaaS and professional services \* Healthcare operations \* Manufacturing and field ops \* Real estate and property management \* Hospitality and multi-unit retail \*\* Why teams choose Manifestly \*\* \* Fast to deploy — most teams have their first SOP running in under an hour, not a quarter \* Actually gets used — simple enough that teams adopt it without weeks of training \* Change tracking built in — see what changed, who changed it, and roll back when needed \* Accountability that holds — every task has an owner and a deadline; nothing slips \* Audit-ready by default — searchable history, captured data, file attachments, and exports for any review \* Conditional logic — show or hide steps based on answers earlier in the workflow \* Role-based assignments — assign by role, not by person, so workflows stay correct as your team changes \*\* Governance without the overhead \*\* \* SOC 2 Type II audited annually \* SAML SSO and role-based access control \* Full version history and audit logs for every workflow run \* Granular permissions and departments \* Built to work with the AI agents your team already uses — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini \*\* Runs where your team already works \*\* \* Slack — start, complete, and discuss checklists right in channel \* Microsoft Teams — same, with notifications routed to the right channel \* Salesforce — trigger workflows from records, log progress back \* Notion — embed checklists in your existing docs \* Zapier — connect to thousands of tools without code \* Public API and webhooks — for the rest \*\* Quick answers \*\* \* How fast can we be running? Most teams have their first SOP running in under an hour. No implementation project, no setup fees. \* Do we need IT involved to deploy? No. Self-serve signup, with optional SAML SSO when you're ready. \* Is there a free trial? Yes — 14 days, full Business plan, no credit card required. \* What does it cost? $10/user/month for Business (or $100/user/year — save 17%). Enterprise tier with SSO and onboarding starts at $20/user/month, annual contract. \* Is our data secure? SOC 2 Type II audited annually. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Standard SaaS deployment.

## Manifestly Checklists Reviews
 ### 1. Manifestly: A Lightweight Game-Changer for Recurring Checklists and SOPs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harkeerat S. | Undergraduate Student, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I chose this rating because Manifestly handles recurring, process-driven checklists incredibly well without any unnecessary complexity. For anyone managing standard operating procedures, technical deployment runs, or event setup workflows, it is an absolute game-changer. The ability to see exactly who completed which step in real time eliminates manual status follow-ups completely. It is lightweight enough that I would comfortably recommend it to any peer or team lead looking to standardize their daily routines.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

While Manifestly is incredibly powerful for managing repetitive workflows, its user interface can feel a bit cluttered and unpolished when you are dealing with a large volume of active checklists. Navigating between the main dashboard, template creation screens, and individual running checklists sometimes requires too many clicks, which disrupts the daily flow. Additionally, the mobile web application experience feels sluggish compared to the smooth responsiveness of the desktop browser version. It works fine for quickly checking off a task on the go, but trying to edit a complex multi-step template or reassign tasks from a phone screen is quite frustrating and could definitely benefit from a cleaner, more modern redesign.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Manifestly Checklists, our biggest operational struggle was the lack of consistency during multi-step technical setups, hardware laboratory configurations, and routine code deployment cycles. We heavily relied on static text files, Google Sheets, or memory to execute these recurring procedures. This approach frequently led to skipped steps, mismatched configurations, and critical errors simply because team members were working from different versions of an informal checklist. There was no real-time transparency into who was completing which specific sub-task, requiring constant manual follow-ups over message threads to verify progress.Manifestly successfully solved this coordination barrier by centralizing our standard operating procedures into live, executable cloud templates. Now, whenever we initiate a technical workflow or coordinate a multi-department campus event, we spin up a new checklist run where every step is explicitly defined with clear ownership. This deployment transition has completely eliminated human error from our routine operations; we no longer face configuration drift or forgotten dependencies because the system forces a strict, sequential workflow. The measurable benefits have been massive. Manifestly has reduced our project onboarding time by roughly 40%, as new team members can immediately execute intricate technical runs just by following the embedded checklist documentation. Additionally, the native Slack integration automatically pushes real-time completion alerts directly into our dedicated workspace channels. This single integration saves our team hours of manual status reporting each week, proving that the platform delivers a massive return on investment by turning chaotic, error-prone routines into highly reliable, automated workflows.

 ### 2. Improved Organization, Accountability, and Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hika T. | Freelance Translator from English to Amharic and Oromo Languages, Translation and Localization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

One thing I've really liked is how easy it is to create and customize recurring checklists for different workflows. The interface is straightforward, and assigning tasks with due dates helps keep everyone on schedule. I also appreciate the visibility into checklist completion, which makes it much easier to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks before they become bigger issues.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

I'd like to see more advanced reporting and dashboard options to make it easier to analyze team performance over time. More integrations with third-party tools and greater flexibility in automating complex workflows would also be valuable. Additionally, improving the mobile experience and offering more customization for notifications and checklist templates would make the platform even more convenient for daily use.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me by making my workflows more structured, improving accountability, and ensuring tasks get completed in the right order. As a result, there are fewer errors, and I spend less time on coordination and follow-ups.

 ### 3. Manifestly Checklists: Simple UI, Reliable Automation, and Zapier-Powered Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritesh G. | Cloud Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I found Manifestly Checklists really useful for automating daily tasks. The UI is simple and easy to use after a short learning period. I like how it integrates with Zapier to automate workflows and how I could connect it with Claude and Chatgpt through Zapier for AI-powered task summaries and content generation. It performs reliably, on boarding is quick, and the automation saves a lot of manual work. Overall, it's a great tool for staying organized and improving productivity

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Some dashboards can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially when managing many workflows. It takes a bit of time to understand all the features and I wish there were more built-in AI capabilities without replying on external integrations. As a student I found pricing high as compare to other tools in similar category.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Manifestly, I had to manage recurring tasks manually and often forgot small but important steps. Now, recurring checklists run automatically. and with Zapier and AI tool integrations, I can automate updates and generate summaries without extra effort. This save time, keeps my work organized, and helps me complete daily tasks more consistently

 ### 4. Manifestly Checklists Bring Structure and Automation to Repeatable Engineering Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit V. | AI/ML Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I’ve found that Manifestly Checklists are a helpful way to add structure and consistency to processes that can easily be overlooked once models move beyond the development phase. The platform makes it straightforward to build repeatable workflows for model deployment reviews, data validation, environment setup, release readiness checks, and incident response activities. The checklist templates are flexible enough to match technical requirements while still being clear and usable for cross-functional teams.

One feature I find especially handy is the ability to automate checklist assignments and notifications. This helps ensure key tasks are completed in the right order without requiring constant follow-up. The conditional logic and recurring workflows are also valuable for operational tasks that need to happen on a regular cadence. Since implementing Manifestly, our team has reduced the amount of manual coordination involved in repeat engineering processes and improved accountability across projects.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The platform is great at handling processes, but there are areas where it could go deeper for technically focused teams. The reporting and analytics are solid for tracking completion rates, yet I’d like to see more sophisticated operational insights and more customisable dashboards for large-scale engineering setups. The more visibility we have into where bottlenecks occur in our workflows, the easier it is to optimise them.

Another limitation is that some workflow setups require extra preparation when dealing with very complex engineering procedures that involve multiple dependencies and approvals. The software is intentionally user-friendly; however, advanced users may sometimes want more detailed customisation options. Integration coverage is strong, but expanding the native connections to include additional AI, MLOps, and development platforms would further increase its value for technical organisations.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checklists clearly addresses a very common operational pain point for AI and machine learning teams: ensuring that important processes are followed consistently, every time. As projects grow, it’s easy to overlook steps, make deployment mistakes, create compliance headaches, or cause delays when you rely on memory, documentation, or informal communication. Manifestly converts these practices into structured, repeatable workflows that can be tracked and validated with clarity.

This has strengthened our team’s operational reliability across model deployments, system maintenance activities, onboarding procedures, and quality assurance reviews. Automation for task assignment and reminders reduces the need for manual monitoring, while standardized checklists help prevent the omission of critical validation steps. As a result, we’ve seen fewer process-related errors, better communication and coordination between engineering and operations, and greater confidence when deploying upgrades into production. Overall, Manifestly has helped us build a more disciplined and scalable workflow framework without adding excessive complexity to our day-to-day work.

 ### 5. The Quiet Tool That Keeps My HR Week From Falling Apart

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varsha J. | Sr. Hr Manager, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

We use Manifestly mainly for recurring HR and admin processes. The template feature saves us time because we don't have to recreate the same checklist every time a new employee joins. I also like task assignments since different departments can see their responsibilities without needing separate follow-up messages. The template system is the feature I use most. It allows us to create a process once and reuse it whenever needed instead of rebuilding the same checklist repeatedly. Task assignments are also helpful because different team members can see what they are responsible for without needing constant follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The reporting options are fairly basic for our needs. Sometimes I need to export information to analyze process performance in more detail. The mobile experience could also be improved, especially when updating checklists on the go. The reporting features could provide more detail. While it's easy to see completed and pending tasks, analyzing trends or process bottlenecks requires additional effort. I also find the mobile experience less convenient than the desktop version for making updates.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Manifestly to manage recurring operational processes and ensure important steps are completed consistently. It helps reduce missed tasks, improves accountability, and provides visibility into who is responsible for each step. Having a documented workflow has made coordination between team members much easier.

 ### 6. Manifestly Makes Repeatable Workflows Easy with Thoughtful AI Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sri J. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Manifestly has been extremely useful for managing repeatable workflows that involve both team members and AI agents. The ChatGPT and Claude integrations feel thoughtfully built, allowing AI to function as a true participant in our processes rather than just an add-on feature. Setup was quick and intuitive, with APIs, webhooks, and Zapier integrations making automation easy to implement. The platform is reliable, flexible, and offers strong workflow controls and visibility at a very competitive price point.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

While the platform is functional and easy to navigate, the user interface feels somewhat dated compared to newer workflow automation tools. The AI integrations are useful, but they primarily rely on external services like ChatGPT and Claude, requiring additional setup and management. Some advanced features, such as SSO and enhanced reporting, are only available on higher-tier plans, which may be difficult to justify for smaller teams. The reporting capabilities are adequate for basic oversight but could offer deeper analytics and more robust process optimization insights.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Manifestly, we managed workflow approvals and AI-related processes across multiple tools, which made tracking ownership and progress difficult. Manifestly helped us centralize these workflows with clear task assignments, deadlines, and visibility into each step of the process. The biggest improvement has been accountability and reduced follow-up, saving our team several hours each week in coordination and status updates. Automated workflow triggers through webhooks have also eliminated manual handoffs, making our AI automation projects significantly more efficient.

 ### 7. Manifestly Makes AI + Human Workflows Easy with Solid Integrations and Audit Trails

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibrahim H. | Marketing & AI Automation Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

As an intern working on AI automation projects, Manifestly has been genuinely useful for structuring repeatable workflows that involve both human tasks and AI agent handoffs. The Claude and Chat GPT integrations stand out, instead of bolting AI on as a gimmick, Manifestly treats AI agents as legitimate task assignees within a workflow, which fits perfectly into how our team operates. The webhook and API setup was surprisingly straightforward. I had a Zapier-connected workflow running within an hour of signing up. The getting started guides and video walkthroughs made onboarding smooth even without any dedicated support call, I was able to self-serve almost everything through their help documentation. The conditional logic feature means we're not maintaining five slightly different versions of the same process. Performance has been reliable, no lag even when running multiple concurrent workflow instances. For a tool at this price point, the depth of assignment controls and audit trail visibility is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The UI feels a bit dated compared to newer workflow tools. The dashboard works fine functionally, but the visual design could use a refresh to feel more modern. The AI integrations, while useful, are essentially pass-throughs to Claude or Chat GPT rather than any native intelligence built into the platform itself, so you still need to set up and manage those connections separately which adds friction. For a small intern team, the pricing tiers can feel a bit steep to unlock advanced features like SAML SSO or detailed reporting, as those are gated behind higher plans which may not be justifiable for smaller organizations. There is also no built-in mobile app, which makes checking workflow progress on the go a bit clunky through the browser. Lastly, the reporting and analytics dashboard, while functional, lacks the depth you would expect for data-driven process improvement, and exporting data for deeper analysis requires some manual work.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Manifestly, our team struggled with AI automation workflows that involved multiple handoff points between human reviewers and AI agents. We were managing these processes through a mix of Notion docs, Slack reminders, and spreadsheets, which meant things regularly slipped through the cracks and there was no clear audit trail. After implementing Manifestly, we were able to standardize these workflows into structured checklists with assigned owners and due dates at each step. The biggest benefit has been accountability. Everyone knows exactly what they are responsible for and when, and managers can see progress without having to chase people for updates. We estimate it saves roughly 3 to 4 hours per week in follow-up communication alone. The webhook integration also allowed us to trigger Manifestly workflows automatically from our AI pipelines, which removed a layer of manual coordination entirely. For an internship project focused on process automation, having a tool that bridges human oversight and AI execution in one place has been genuinely valuable.

 ### 8. Time-Saving Workflow Automation with an Intuitive, Customizable UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Achu S. | Associate Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

It helps me create, assign, schedule, and track repetitive workflows easily, and it ensures consistency throughout the process. It also saves a lot of time compared with creating an Excel sheet for this. The user interface is very good and easy to navigate, and it’s simple to customize. The reminders are helpful too—they keep me on track with the team through notifications, which reduces errors and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Search functionality could be improved, and the filters tend to disappear when there are no results. The mobile experience isn’t as good as the desktop version. Overall, it’s not ideal for managing complex projects across teams. UI is basic will be more better if use modern UI

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves problems like repetitive tasks, workflows, and standard operating procedures inside an organization. It helps ensure the team completes their work on time, and they can easily keep track of everything through reminders. It also helps keep their schedule organized. Overall, it mainly saves time.

 ### 9. Solid tool for data governance workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarhed W. | Lead Data Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I like how it handles complex stuff like data governance and intake without being a headache. It's solid for making sure the team actually hits every step like defining business goals or tagging data owners so nothing gets missed. It keeps technical research projects way more organized than a standard to do list.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The mobile interface feels a bit cramped when you're trying to set up complex steps on the fly. It’d be better if the UI was a little cleaner and more modern looking. Also, the automation features take a minute to figure out the learning curve is steeper than I expected for a checklist app.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the problem of human error during complex data intake. By having a clear process for things like governance and owner identification, I don't have to worry about a step getting skipped. It benefits me by saving time on double checking work and keeping our technical research organized in one spot.

 ### 10. Manifestly Checklists Makes Recurring Workflows Simple, Automated, and Accountable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ARSHAD A. | Student Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

One thing I dislike about Manifestly is that it can feel a bit limited when I’m dealing with highly complex workflows or when I need more advanced reporting. The interface gets the job done, but it could look more modern and be easier to navigate, especially when I’m managing a lot of checklists at the same time. The initial setup also takes a while, and organizing processes in a clear way can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly solves the challenge of managing repetitive workflows, SOPs, and team accountability. It helps automate recurring tasks, clearly assign responsibilities, send reminders, and track progress in real time. As a result, fewer steps get missed, consistency improves across teams, time is saved, and operations feel more organized and audit-ready.

 ### 11. Keeps Our Repeating Inspections Smooth and Fully Documented

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachit y. | Operations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Manifestly has completely changed how our team works . I can build a checklist template once—complete with conditional steps that only appear when relevant—and the system automatically schedules it and notifies the right person. The photo attachment feature inside individual steps is a huge usefull for us; inspectors can take a picture of an issue right inside the checklist, and it’s instantly stores time and attached to that run. That alone has saved us hours of documentation .. The Microsoft Teams integration also keeps everyone in the loop without switching platforms. Honestly, it’s just simple to set up, and the team adopted it without any complaints

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The mobile browser experience does the job, but it can get a bit laggy or slow when scrolling through a long checklist on a phone. A dedicated mobile app would make field work feel much smoother and easier . I would also love to be able to create a watchlist of high-priority checklists would help me keep a pulse on things at a glance.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Manifestly, our multiple location work depended on paper forms and scattered emails. Steps were mostly missed, and when an auditor asked for proof, we’d spend hours digging through folders. Manifestly solved that by giving us a single system where every inspection is scheduled automatically, runs exactly the same way every time, and captures photos and time directly inside the steps.

 ### 12. Great tool for organized team workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan S. | DevOps Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

What I like best about Manifestly Checklists is its clean and easy-to-use interface - the UI is simple, so teams can start using it without much training. It integrates well with tools we already use, automation is smooth, and overall performance has been reliable. The pricing also feels reasonable for the value it provides, especially for process tracking and team accountability.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

There’s not much to dislike, but I feel some of the advanced customization and reporting options could be more flexible. The UI is clean overall, though a few workflows could be more modern visually, and adding more AI-driven recommendations or automation insights would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly Checklists helps us standardize recurring processes and ensure tasks don’t get missed. It improves team accountability, keeps workflows organized, and reduces manual follow-ups. The automation and integrations also save time, while the simple UI makes onboarding and day-to-day usage easy for the team.

 ### 13. Templates and Activity Feed Make Video Segment Collaboration Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Vice President of Global Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I like how I can simply list out my video segments and have each segment assigned to an individual. The activity feed is a nice way to check comments (so I don’t have to continually communicate) and I am able to link Google Drive, which makes searching images easier. Also I could seriously go for a burger right now but regardless I have to say that the templates are useful for standard tasks.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The mobile application was somewhat slow in responding to inputs and also when attempting to view my dashboards and the layout appears different on a mobile device than when viewing on my desktop computer. It continuously adds me as a follower to each new task created and this constant notification from my phone is annoying since it causes me an excessive number of notifications.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes our data and prevents information scattering across emails and various random documents and we utilize it to monitor over 600 client accounts along with their respective invoices. Also prior to implementing this system we were utilizing notebooks and whatsapp which was chaotic and caused numerous instances where items slipped through the cracks.

 ### 14. Simple workflow tool that helped organize recurring procedures

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil R. | iOS Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

It avoids complex project management features and is easy to use with little training. It's also helpful in creating reusable checklists for different tasks, hence saving time.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

It feels limited when dealing with more complex or dynamic processes. Editing templates and managing larger workflow libraries can be smoother with the interface being basic when compared with more modern tools.

Better navigations for large checklists libraries and more advanced reporting and analytics for measuring team performances can be helpful. Better UI is very advisable.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before manifestly, recurring processes were managed through documents and manual follow ups. Take can be missed occasionally and team members were dependent on individual experience to complete workflows.

Manifest solved this by turning standard operating procedures into structured workflows with task assignments and repeatable checklists. The system provided visibility into what needs to be done, so is responsible and when the tasks are due.

 ### 15. Great Templates and Scheduling, but Complex Workflows Feel Cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I really like using the checklist template. With the templates I can drag and drop sections and steps to quickly setup the main portion of the checklists. Being able to schedule workflows saves me hours a day and helps ensure I don’t forget any steps. We’ve also integrated Manifestly with Slack, so it’s easy to access on both desktop and mobile.
Our simple daily workflows are dependable and run without problems. However some of the more complex workflows have been slow to navigate which has lead to some frustration when I have needed to update those.
The price is affordable, we have 6 users right now and it only costs around $8 per person per month over one year.
When we have had new users added, it has been quick for them to learn and there is little training I have needed to provide for them since Manifestly has good documentation, it is quick to find and easy to read.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

It is slow to work on longer workflows and look cluttered. Reporting is not very detailed and really only shows the status of the task.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checklists are organized and look the same each time. It prevents us from forgetting steps and everyone can quickly see the status and who is working on it.

 ### 16. Manifestly Keeps Our Accounting Department on Track

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Manifestly keeps our accounting processes on track. We rely on recurring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workflows, so nothing slips through the cracks anymore. We use conditional logic, reminders, email notifications, and comments on steps within a run (including tagging other team members). We also add text instructions to clarify each step or point to where the related file can be found, and we use data collection on steps when needed. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Overall, Manifestly has made an immense positive impact on our work product.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

I don't dislike anything about Manifestly. I was there was a more native way to collect data that is entered in Data Collection of a step. Reporting is fairly sparse as well, but I don't think that's a huge issue. Everything I really need to know can be found on my Dashboard by looking at open and past due assignments.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly ensures that we don't miss crucial accounting tasks. Also, when a critical employee left earlier this year, we knew exactly what he did, when he did it, and what files he used. We were able to manage that transition much easier than we would have prior to Manifestly.

 ### 17. Streamlined SOPs with Easy Checklist Automation and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arkajit D. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

What I find most useful about Manifestly Checklists is that it allows me to streamline repetitive workflows and SOPs in an intuitive manner. With Manifestly, it becomes extremely simple to make, assign, and monitor checklists in order to ensure consistency when completing any task without any missed steps.

Another useful feature is automation as well as integration possibilities with other platforms, such as setting up repeating schedules, sending reminders, and linking to services like Slack or Zapier. Thus, there is no need for manual reminding, as everything is automated and can help keep teams coordinated.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

One drawback is that even though Manifestly is perfect for task checklists, it may seem too simplistic in dealing with complicated workflows and conditional logics. When it comes to customized or more dynamic workflow automation, Manifestly may fall short compared to other high-end workflow management software.

Another concern lies in its user interface, which may not look like something out of a modern office environment. While the interface becomes easy to navigate after some time, it could have been designed better at first glance.

Thirdly, its reporting capabilities may also lack depth, requiring users to integrate other reporting systems for more sophisticated analyses.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearly, Manifestly Checklists addresses the challenge of variability and human dependency in executing processes, particularly those that repeat themselves frequently and depend on human memory to recall all the required actions. In its absence, there would be a lot of room left for human error when performing these actions because not everything can be committed to memory.

The adoption of Manifestly Checklists has resulted in better control over the various processes involved within our organization, which has had a positive impact on accountability and transparency in our workflows. Assignments are clearly stated, progress is monitored in real-time, and timely alerts remind individuals about their responsibilities.

 ### 18. User-Friendly Workflow Platform with AI Automation, Templates, and Slack Integration

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I love this platform for its user friendly interface which is really comfortable for managing workflows. I also love the easy login process enabling login process smooth with less hassle. I also love its AI feature allowing workflows to be created easily according to the needs. Other than this the workflow can also be imported through files or templates which makes the task much easier. The fact that manually editing is made possible allows a more customized editing of the workflow which is really good. The dashboard available in this platform allows tracking and collaboration of the workflow much easier improving efficiency and boosting productivity of the team. The platform also holds the capability to export all run information and collected data is really great. The ability to send reminders in this platform ensures that task are not missed. I have to admit that I also love the guide provided in this platform empowering user to look up when issues are faced from time to time. The platform capability to integrate with slack improves the performance of this platform.
Other than all this I also love the security feature of this platform. I also find the performance of this platform reliable. This platform also improves the accountability of task with its Audit trails. A special feature about this platform also include its capability of using conditional logic.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that more pricing option was available. Other than this I also wish that there was more improvement on the management of the dashboard. I also wish that the AI was more interactive in a way of increasing the brainstorming capability.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform allows creating checklist and managing workflow with ease. Importing and exporting feature of this platform makes work much easier. This platform increases accountability and improves reliability with its security feature. The Integration capability also provides a more stronger platform for use while improving the productivity.

 ### 19. Solid Tool with Outstanding Team Coordination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit T. | Community Manager (remote), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I have been using Manifestly Checklists for a few months and it has made a noticeable difference in keeping our recurring team tasks in check. I like how easy it is to set up lists and the reminders that actually get people to follow through instead of forgetting. I appreciate the ability to see who did what and when, cutting down a lot of wasted time. It's simple enough to get the job done, and I love the complete visibility it offers. One thing that really works well is spotting bottlenecks and identifying which process is stalling instead of guessing. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The mobile app can definitely be improved. It feels a bit slow on my Android mobile, and I tried it once on an iPhone too, but it's the same... slow. The reporting options are just decent, but I would love more flexibility.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Manifestly Checklists tackles neglected tasks and scattered notes, ensuring nothing is forgotten.

 ### 20. Powerful recurring workflow checklists, but dated UI and a learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad S. | Growth Markting Manager, Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Best aspects of Manifestly Checklists, review-style:
1. Built for recurring workflows, not one-off to-dos. The core distinction from generic task tools: it treats checklists as reusable templates ("workflows") that you run repeatedly — onboarding, month-end close, client kickoff, equipment checks. The template/run separation means process improvements propagate to every future run automatically.
2. Scheduling and automation of runs. Checklists launch themselves on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) or via trigger (Zapier, API, webhook) and auto-assign to the right people. Recurring operational processes stop depending on someone remembering to start them.
3. Role-based assignments within a checklist. Individual steps assign to roles or specific people, with conditional logic (skip/show steps based on earlier answers). One workflow adapts across different scenarios without duplicating templates.
4. Accountability and audit trail. Every run logs who completed which step and when. For compliance-sensitive or handoff-heavy processes, this converts "I thought someone did that" into verifiable records.
5. Slack and Microsoft Teams integration. Step assignments, reminders, and completions surface directly in chat — team members complete steps without switching tools, which is the main driver of actual adoption.
6. Data capture inside steps. Steps can require text, numbers, dates, file uploads, or email inputs, so the checklist doubles as a lightweight structured-data collection tool for each process run.
7. Reporting on process performance. Dashboards show overdue runs, completion rates, and bottleneck steps — turning SOPs from static documents into measurable operations.
Net: strongest as an SOP-execution layer for teams running the same processes repeatedly, where generic project tools (Asana, Trello) degrade into stale template-copying.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Honestly, the UI feels dated — functional but not pretty, and new team members sometimes need a nudge to warm up to it. Reporting is decent but shallow if you want deeper analytics; you'll end up exporting data. Mobile experience is weaker than desktop. And once your workflows get complex, the conditional logic setup gets fiddly — there's a learning curve nobody mentions. Pricing also adds up quickly as the team grows since it's per user. Nothing deal-breaking, but polish is clearly behind the functionality.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solves for us is process drift — recurring work that lived in people's heads or stale Google Docs, done slightly differently every time depending on who ran it. Now onboarding, weekly reporting, and handoff routines run the same way regardless of who executes them.

Second, the "did anyone actually do this?" problem. Every run shows exactly who completed what and when, so follow-ups happen on facts instead of assumptions — and nothing silently falls through cracks between shifts or team members.

Third, it killed the reminder overhead. Scheduled runs launch and assign themselves, so I'm not spending Monday mornings chasing people to start routine tasks.

Net benefit: fewer skipped steps, faster ramp-up for new hires (the checklist *is* the training), and less of my time spent policing routine execution — it moved quality control from my memory into the system.

 ### 21. Streamlines Recurring Workflows with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul H. | Growth Marketing, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I like how easy it is to use Manifestly Checklists. Creating and managing checklists is straightforward, and it helps my team stay organized and aware of what needs to be done. I appreciate the automated reminder and progress tracking features, which work really well to keep everyone on schedule and make it easy to see at a glance what's been completed. It seamlessly fits into our existing workflow, especially when used alongside Slack and Google Workspace, which helps keep tasks and communication organized.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The interface can feel a bit dated, and customizing some workflows takes more time than expected. I'd like to see more integrations and a more modern reporting dashboard. I'd like a cleaner, more modern interface with fewer clicks to complete common tasks. Making it easier to customize checklists, templates, and workflow rules without digging through multiple settings would also improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Manifestly Checklists to organize recurring workflows, keep tasks on track, ensure nothing is missed, save time, and reduce constant follow-ups.

 ### 22. Intuitive Checklists That Keep Recurring Workflows on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhumi H. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

What I like most about Manifestly Checklists is its simple, intuitive interface, which makes it easy to create, assign, and track recurring workflows. The option to automate checklist execution, set due dates, add approvals, and receive notifications helps ensure tasks are completed consistently and that important steps aren’t missed. It also strengthens team collaboration by giving everyone clear visibility into progress and accountability, while still being easy to customize for different business processes.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

One drawback of Manifestly Checklists is that some of the more advanced customization and reporting options feel limited compared with larger workflow management platforms. The interface can also become less convenient when you’re managing a high volume of complex checklists, and integrations with certain third-party tools could be broader. Strengthening dashboard customization, analytics, and bulk checklist management would make the platform even more efficient and easier to scale for larger teams.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly Checklists helps us standardize recurring processes by replacing manual task tracking with structured, automated workflows. It makes it easier to ensure every step is completed on time, strengthens accountability through clear task assignments and approvals, and reduces the risk of steps being missed or processes becoming inconsistent. Overall, it has helped our team save time, improve operational efficiency, and maintain better visibility into workflow progress across our routine business activities.

 ### 23. Streamlined, Foolproof Workflows with Powerful Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sarthak k. | Chief Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

The best part about Manifestly Checklists is how seamlessly it transforms our messy, recurring procedures into organized, foolproof workflows without adding unnecessary complexity to our small team. In a small company it is incredibly easy for routine tasks like monthly financial reporting, client onboarding, or compliance checks to fall through the cracks. Manifestly solves this beautifully because it isn't just a static to do list; it’s a dynamic system where we can build structured master templates with conditional logic and role-based assignments. The absolute standout feature for us is its deep integration with Slack. Because our team practically lives in our chat channels, being able to launch checklist runs, assign tasks, and track real time progress without ever leaving Slack keeps our daily operations completely streamlined and ensures accountability without the need for constant micro management.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

While Manifestly is fantastic for our day-to-day operations, the user interface can feel a bit dated and clunky which occasionally slows us down. In a fast paced small business environment we need things to be highly intuitive, but navigating between active checklist runs historical reporting and editing master templates often requires more clicks than it should. Additionally, the mobile experience lacks the smooth responsiveness of the desktop version, making it difficult for team members to check off tasks efficiently when they are away from their desks. We also find the native reporting tools to be somewhat limited. If you want to dive deep into performance analytics or build custom visual dashboards to see exactly where bottlenecks are happening over time, you pretty much have to export the data or rely on external integrations like Zapier, which adds extra steps to our workflow.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the critical problem of operational inconsistency and tribal knowledge that constantly plagues growing small businesses. Before adopting it, our recurring processes like weekly server maintenance, client compliance setups and monthly billing relied heavily on individual memory or scattered spreadsheet lists which inevitably led to skipped steps and avoidable mistakes. Manifestly eliminates this chaos by serving as a centralized living repository for all our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The biggest benefit to our small team has been a massive boost in daily accountability and a drastic reduction in micromanagement; managers no longer have to constantly check in or nag people for status updates, because the live checklist runs show exactly who completed what and when. This has ultimately saved us hours of administrative oversight each week and given us the peace of mind that our standard operations are running flawlessly in the background, allowing us to focus on scaling the business rather than constantly firefighting.

 ### 24. Keeps our recurring tasks organized without being complicated

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audie C. | Senior Process Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

What I like most is how easy it is to create and manage recurring checklists. We use it for processes that need to be done the same way every time, and it helps make sure nothing gets missed. Assigning tasks, setting due dates, and seeing what's already completed is all pretty straightforward. It didn't take long for everyone to get comfortable using it, which made the rollout much easier.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

It covers the basics really well, but if you're looking for a lot of advanced workflow automation or detailed reporting, it can feel a little limited. I also think the interface could use a small refresh in some areas, although it's still easy to navigate once you're familiar with it.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, some recurring processes were tracked through shared documents or reminders, which wasn't always reliable. Having everything in one place has made it easier to stay organized and keep everyone following the same process. It's especially helpful for onboarding new team members because they can simply work through the checklist instead of guessing what comes next. Overall, it's helped us stay more consistent and avoid missing important steps.

 ### 25. Streamlines Workflows, Enhances Accountability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi G. | Consulting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I like the team accountability features of Manifestly Checklists because, as a manager, it helps me manage team activities effectively. It supports compliance and audits by keeping a record of completed tasks and audit trails, which is really helpful in the finance and IT sectors. This ensures each step is followed without confusion around responsibilities. I also appreciate its usefulness in training and onboarding new employees. The initial setup was easy and quick, and I found it to be user-friendly and easy to integrate with tools like Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Sometimes, the queues of forms are very long, which can at least be broken down into steps or automated. It would be better if the checklists were more modular, like breaking large checklists into smaller or reusable templates. Also, using verb-driven and specific actions could improve task clarity.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Manifestly Checklists for standardizing processes, automating repetitive workflows like onboarding, and reducing human error. It boosts team accountability, clarifies ownership, and prevents confusion over responsibilities. Integrations with tools like Slack and Jira are also helpful.

It helps everyone stay on the same page, track progress, and make sure nothing gets missed. The interface is clean, so it's easy to start using without much training.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

One thing I don't like is that some of the advanced features take a little time to learn. It would also be nice to have more customization options for reports and a smoother mobile experience. Overall, these are minor issues and don't affect the core functionality much.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly Checklists helps us standardize recurring tasks and ensures that important steps aren't missed. Overall, my first experience was positive, especially because it didn't take much time to get started.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Since I only used Manifestly Checklists for a short time, I didn't encounter any major issues. One thing I noticed was that it took a little time to understand where some settings and options were located. For a new user, a more guided onboarding experience or interactive tutorial would make it easier to get started.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly used Manifestly Checklists to organize tasks and make sure important steps were not missed. Even during my initial use, it helped keep work more structured and easier to follow. I also appreciate the integrations with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Zapier, since they make collaboration and overall workflow management much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Manifestly Checklists is easy to use overall, though some of the more advanced workflow customization options come with a bit of a learning curve. The interface can also feel somewhat basic compared to newer workflow automation tools, and a few integrations take extra configuration to get working smoothly. I’d also like to see stronger built-in reporting and analytics features to better track progress and results.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 29. Intuitive Checklist Automation, but Limited for Complex Workflows and Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JothyPrasanth M. | Senior Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Manifestly is a highly intuitive, lightweight workflow and checklist automation tool that makes it easy to create, standardize, and manage recurring processes across teams. The interface is clean and user-friendly, with a minimal learning curve, so it’s quick to get started and stay organized. Features such as task assignments, reminders, and integrations (Slack, Zapier, etc.) help improve process visibility and strengthen accountability.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

While Manifestly is excellent for checklist-based workflows, it can feel somewhat limited when you need more complex process automation, especially compared with enterprise-grade BPM tools. I also think the advanced reporting and analytics could be strengthened further to deliver deeper, more actionable insight into workflow efficiency.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly helps eliminate inconsistencies in recurring processes by enforcing structured, repeatable workflows. It keeps tasks on track with clear ownership and accountability, which reduces operational errors and supports better team productivity. I’ve found it especially useful for operations, compliance, and other process-driven teams that need consistency and follow-through.

 ### 30. Building a Study Workflow Was Simple and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abishek A. | Undergraduate Computer Science Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

To develop a workflow to aid in my preparation for semester exams, I used Manifestly Checklists. I created two phases – Planning and Chapter Preparation – and incorporated checklist items including downloading the syllabus, gathering notes, scheduling time to study, and marking completed chapters.

Furthermore, using the data collection feature, I included a required numeric field called Mock Test Score with a range from 0 to 100. This way, I can monitor my progress in my workflow.

After designing the workflow, I created a workflow run called DBMS Preparation and examined the reporting and activity sections to check the workflow progress tracking process. My impression is that the workflow designer is fairly easy to use because I could design my workflow by adding sections, checklist items, and data collection fields without any configuration.

At the very beginning, I utilized the option to create a workflow with AI assistance, which enabled me to get the idea of how workflows may look like when I first came across the platform. Later, I designed my workflow according to my preferences.

The most beneficial elements for my usage are workflow design, data collection, workflow runs, and activities tracking.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

One aspect of Manifestly Checklists that I dislike is the limitation to test the platform for just a certain amount of time. While I was allowed to design workflows, define data collection fields, launch workflow runs, and generate reports, I was not given sufficient time to explore all that the platform can do.

Another thing that I wish I could have in terms of reporting is more detailed analysis of workflow performance and their state. The reports provided an overview of all of that but further breaking it down would be quite handy.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is clear that Checklists helped me organize a workflow for study preparation. I did not use separate notes and lists to keep track of all tasks; I simply organized the workflow with phases including Planning and Chapter Preparation, and checklists corresponding to these phases.

The fact that I can use data collection within Checklists was quite helpful since I could add data right there, inside the workflow itself. For example, I included a required numeric field "Mock Test Score" in order to see the results of my work on each finished chapter.

Having a workflow, collected data, and the history of actions within one tool was convenient since it helped me see all the progress that I have made and the things that I still need to complete.

Also, while using this platform for the first time, I benefited from the AI-assisted workflow creation functionality.

 ### 31. Streamlined Game Development with Manifestly Checklists

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savya S. | Game Development Team Lead, Computer Games, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I use Manifestly Checklists to organize and standardize game development workflows, which really helps in keeping track of many moving parts and creating repeatable checklists for testing new features and reviewing game mechanics. It manages complexity well, especially when handling multiple game projects with a team. It’s great for turning complex processes into clear step-by-step checklists and keeping projects on track. The initial setup was straightforward, and I appreciated the option to set up the workflow myself or have it done for me, plus they have AI generating workflows which is great.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

I think it could be improved with more customization options for the UI, as it looks pretty plain. There should be stronger integration. For teams managing multiple projects, having more automation and visibility into workflow progress would make it more effective.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Manifestly Checklists to organize and standardize our game development workflows, manage complexity, and create repeatable checklists. It helps keep track of moving parts and provides a clear workflow for development, testing, and releases.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

I dislike a few things: the UI feels a bit outdated, and the analytics are pretty basic. Many times it’s not ideal for complex workflows, and it also requires a well-defined workflow. it won’t fix a messy one. When I need to edit workflows, it can end up taking a lot of time.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps prevent missed steps by turning SOPs into assigned, trackable checklists, with reminders as well. It also improves team accountability by providing clear ownership, due dates, and real-time progress tracking. it gives me records that can be audited

 ### 33. Enhances Workflow Efficiency and Accountability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit M. | Associate Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I like most about Manifestly Checklists is its simplicity and effectiveness in managing recurring processes. The platform makes it easy to create detailed workflows, assign tasks to the right people, and track progress without adding unnecessary complexity. The clear visibility into checklist status and task ownership helps ensure accountability across the team and reduces the need for constant follow-ups. Another standout feature is the ability to automate recurring workflows. This saves time, reduces the risk of human error, and ensures that important operational procedures are followed consistently. The user-friendly interface also makes adoption easy, even for team members who are not particularly technical. Overall, Manifestly strikes a great balance between functionality and ease of use, helping teams stay organized, maintain process consistency, and improve operational efficiency. The initial setup was straightforward and relatively quick, with its intuitive interface making it easy to create checklist templates, define workflow steps, assign responsibilities, and configure recurring processes without extensive training or technical expertise.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

Reporting and analytics capabilities can be improved. There are a few things I think could make Manifestly Checklists even more powerful, such as more customizable dashboards to track the most relevant metrics, advanced filtering options for reports, trend analysis, exportable executive-level reports, and deeper insights into task completion times. Workflow customization could also be enhanced with more advanced conditional logic, greater flexibility in triggering actions, enhanced automation options, more robust third-party integrations, and additional notification and reminder customization options.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manifestly Checklists helps manage and standardize our recurring business processes. It improves team efficiency and consistency by centralizing workflows, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress. It reduces errors, enhances accountability, and ensures critical tasks are consistently completed.

 ### 34. Simple, Focused Workflows That Keep Teams Accountable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak Y. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

What I like most about Manifestly is how simple it is to use. A lot of workflow tools try to do too much, but Manifestly stays focused on helping teams follow processes consistently. Creating checklists, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress all feel straightforward, which makes the platform easy for both new and experienced team members to adopt. I also appreciate the automated reminders and recurring workflow features, since they help ensure important tasks get completed on time without constant manual follow-up. Overall, it’s been especially useful for processes that need to be repeated regularly and that require clear accountability across different team members.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

While the platform is easy to use overall, there are times when I wish it offered more advanced customization options for workflows and reporting. Teams with highly complex processes may run into limitations when trying to create very detailed workflow structures. The interface is functional and efficient, but a few areas could benefit from a more modern look, along with additional visualization options to make reporting and workflow tracking clearer.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Manifestly, many of our recurring processes were handled through spreadsheets, email threads, and individual task lists. That approach often led to inconsistency, since different team members would follow slightly different procedures, and it wasn’t always easy to confirm that every step had actually been completed. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandip R. | Project Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

I find Manifestly Checklists really useful for managing project gates and ensuring everything is met before transitioning from planning to action. It helps in launching new clients or teams smoothly. I appreciate that it creates a single source of truth, so when I open the app, I can instantly see which step of the process is stuck, who owns it, and what is already done. The role-based routing feature stands out because instead of assigning tasks to specific names in a template, you assign them to roles. If team members change, I can just reassign the role once, and the entire active checklist updates automatically. The initial setup was easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The UI and notifications spam because when the large team is checking off microtasks, it floods your email inbox. Hard to learn for new team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom A. | Paraplanner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

Unlike other tools that make you leave your chat app just to check off a task, Manifestly’s integration is “bi-directional.”

You can complete checklist steps, receive “late” alerts, and assign tasks to teammates directly inside a Slack channel or from a pinned Teams tab.

It helps the team avoid “tab fatigue” and makes it more likely SOPs are actually followed, because the steps live right where the conversation is happening.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

The “Outdated” User Interface (UI)

The most common team complaint is that the dashboard feels somewhat “clinical” or overly utilitarian, especially when compared with more modern tools like Notion or Monday.com.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m constantly having to jump between email, Slack, and a project manager just to figure out whether a task is actually done.

The checklists are decent, but adding dependencies as an option could work well. A timeline flow and a graph view of the tasks left and finished on the workflow page could also help with readability. I like how simple and straightforward Manifestly Checklists is to use. Creating checklists is quick, and I find it helpful for breaking big tasks into smaller, manageable ones. The reminders and recurring task features are great for staying consistent with weekly tasks like grocery shopping and paying bills. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Manifestly Checklists?**

When a lot of people are working on the same workflow, it’s easy for minor details and small tasks to get overlooked. Manifestly gives our team one central place to track project progress and stay accountable, without making an already complex process feel even more complicated. It can host multiple types of workplaces, and we’ve also been using it for internal communication. The pricing is very reasonable, and we’re happy to pay what they’re asking right now.

**What do you dislike about Manifestly Checklists?**

We haven’t faced any major issues so far, but I do want to point out that the AI features could be better. Whenever we ask it to create workflows with specific characteristics, it often gets things wrong or doesn’t follow the requirements as expected. Aside from that, our experience has been quite good overall, and it’s been easy to use.

**What problems is Manifestly Checklists solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating about these tasks every day through Slack was tedious and often led to miscommunication.
