Hands down the best customer service, especially when their system occasionally has flaws.... they are always ready to get to the root of the problem and get it fixed. But even when I have issues that are really on my end... in the Wordpress site, they try to bend over backwards to help me fix my problem.

We've been hosting sites for our clients on WPEngine for over 10 years. We've had other companies try to take our business, but we always turn them down.

The one thing I don't like... Is the semi-yearly call to ask me to upgrade my servers to a more expensive plan. but they are not insistent, they try to be helpful. And their explanation of "use of resources" was so vague in these calls, I had to do my own research to find out what they really meant. No one in their sales team could really explain it.

I like WP Engine because it's super easy to use and very reliable. It provides a super reliable hosting environment ensuring our client sites are always up and online. I find it really easy to manage updates, security, and site monitoring, which takes care of the overall health of our client sites. This ease means I don't have to think about the infrastructure, and I know it's secure, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy; creating an account, migrating sites, and updating everything is straightforward. Sometimes the support could be faster. It can feel like we're waiting too long to get a response. I also find it annoying to have to repeatedly say I want to talk to a human. An option to bypass the AI agent in the support channel would be nice because sometimes I just know I need to go directly to a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few aspects I appreciate: the automatic backups provide peace of mind, and having access to a 24x7 support system is very reassuring. Additionally, the Git deployment feature is quite useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two main issues I have encountered. First, I am unable to run cron jobs directly on the server, which limits my ability to automate tasks as needed. Super simple and streamlined hosting solution. It's quick and easy to get website hosting set up and if you run into any issues, getting in touch with support through chat is super fast and they are always very helpful. Exceptional support staff. The responses given were personal and detailed to the situation at hand. Migrating my site was a super simple task. There were only a few, slight bugs in the process, but they were easily squashed by the amazing support team. I do greatly appreciate that they are well trained to Europe and U.S. standards, making communication also a breeze.

Not much here to be honest. I think the plugins are not needed as their are cheaper alternatives available, but otherwise very great experience, and our old site that we migrated received ~2 second increase for FPL and massively increased our LPL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find WP Engine very easy to use, which helps me create sites quickly. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and can assist with any WordPress issues I encounter. I found the customer service at WP Engine to be exceptional. Their team was attentive and fast to respond, which helped us quickly identify and solve an issue with a plugin. They demonstrated great problem-solving skills by helping us determine that the problem was with another plugin and not the custom fields plugin we were using, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, I appreciated the simplicity involved in the initial setup of WP Engine, which made transitioning to their service straightforward. The wonderful customer service, along with the simple setup process, left a positive impression on me, and because of these experiences, I would highly recommend WP Engine, giving it a 9 out of 10.
