I've found the platform, the sales team and the support to be excellent. I appreciate the ability to customize every survey and even tweak existing surveys even after sending them out. What I find most helpful is the ability to integrate with Zapier. This integration helps reduce the time spent by automating key areas, such as adding a new contact whenever a new merchant is added to our CRM. I wear a lot of hats in my position, and I love anything that saves precious time. **What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?** After months of use, the one caveat would be that we service thousands of merchants and would like to survey each of them, EVEN when they own multiple businesses. However, I can't survey a merchant more than once unless they have different emails. Not the greatest experience as we have numerous merchants with one login or one key person who deals with the accounts, so an improvement to this would be to allow multiple merchants to have the same email contact. This improvement would then allow me to survey them when needed instead of choosing the 'most important account' to survey instead. Another issue I encountered was that there is no DO NOT Contact list automatically created. I had to make this manually and then delete the contact; this can be improved upon. **What problems is SurveySparrow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaining important feedback in a very easy-to-manage way. Many of the features (bulk questions, how to layout the questions, move them around, add logic) are common to other survey applications. However, the facilities for making it look "fun," the facilities for adding your own background / logo to make it look "yours" - they are superior to what I have used before. AND their sales team? Individual attention, a quick zoom meeting to ferret out what you need, and a solution customized to you. Because of this we use a different supplier just for people with bad internet connection. It makes life easier if you have subgroups you would like to look into based on their reponse. Some advanced feauters for very nitty-gritty conditional design are still missing. For 98 of 100 uses you won't need them but still sometimes you try to work around it. 2. Report page has a bit of litter that makes it less easy to just copy/paste in filter&compare mode. So you need clean it a bit. Not only Survey Sparrow provides us the robust tools to do that effortlessly, it efficiently manages our responses, generates automatic reports which are readable, analytical and presentable. Lately, we've been using it to automatically collect user feedback during new UI/UX workflows , especially when flows break, to get real human feedback that allows our engineers to prioritize fixes to eradicate the issues. This also extends to integerating it with our own apps. Building integrations is extremely easy and their extensive docs help us to get in speed and implement it with our in-house solutions extremely fast. There are also a number of integerations available, which makes it easy to implement SurveySparrow in any solution. The customer support is top-notch. Extremely friendly and helpful, and really easy to reach out to. Regardless of the plan, they are always there to help. Reardless, SurveySparrow has been our go-to tool forall customer interactions, marketing, and feedback collection, and its a big part of our arsenal. Some really cool features are locked at higher pricing tiers which I would like to ripple down to base tiers for SMCs. Surveysparrow did just that -- I enjoyed the clean, user-friendly formatting. And the ability to include partial responses in your data is essential. This survey had the perfect question types and customization options to acheive our survey goals! We work on a tight budget, so low-commitment for a reasonable price is perfect for us. **What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?** Without the ability to export the data to google sheets, I don't think the product would have been worth it for us. The default data presentation didn't work for us and needed a lot of manipulation to get the insights we needed. This isn't necessarily unexpected, but some more flexibility, or at least optimizing how data exports to Google Sheets/Excel/Etc. would be helpful. I also really wish the lowest-tier plan included more responses.
