**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

What stood out to me the most was how easy it was to get surveys up and running across channels we were already using, especially WhatsApp and email. We didn’t have to rethink our entire setup or depend on heavy dev work. Once we connected our SMTP and configured the basics, we were able to start sending surveys pretty quickly, which saved a lot of time during onboarding.
I also liked how the WhatsApp integration felt practical rather than just a checkbox feature. Responses came in faster compared to email in many cases, and it helped us reach users who usually don’t engage with traditional survey links. That made a noticeable difference in response rates for certain campaigns.
Another thing that made the experience smoother was the support team. During the initial setup, we had a few blockers around configuration and understanding how to structure our flows properly. Their team was responsive and actually walked us through the steps instead of just pointing us to docs, which helped us get things running without too much back and forth.

I used it for patient experience feedback, post consultation satisfaction checks, and occasional diet program feedback surveys.

Getting started was simple, and implementation did not take much time. I used it from time to time, mainly when I wanted a conversational flow rather than a regular form. **What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

It produces attractive surveys that are a good experience for the participant. The interface is fairly straightforward and attractive on the backend too. There are good reporting features and export formats (e.g. to SPSS, CSV, and Google Sheets). I really like the audio questions, which automatically transcribe the participants answer as they speak. I can see that being very useful in my work. The branching and display logic is good, allowing control for blocks of questions as well as individual questions and answer options within a question. It allows piping. There are options for scheduling emails and reminders. It's easy to create different links that you can use to track the different channels through which you are sharing your survey. After using it for a year in our company of 16 people, we have decided that the features are good enough that we can switch away from Qualtrics, which has become cost prohibitive. I also like that there are options to push the data automatically to Google Sheets. Customer support is also good, with quick answers to questions via the chat.

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

You can only do simple modifications to the style of individual questions (e.g. bold or italics). If you want to change font size, you have to use custom CSS at the survey level, and you can't do it at the individual question level. The ability to code data within the platform is limited, as you can only add one tag field to the data. The automated reports are a bit of a pain to customize. Overall, however, it is a great value.

**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

We've used survey sparrow to send surveys for almost two years. I've found the platform, the sales team and the support to be excellent. I appreciate the ability to customize every survey and even tweak existing surveys even after sending them out. What I find most helpful is the ability to integrate with Zapier. This integration helps reduce the time spent by automating key areas, such as adding a new contact whenever a new merchant is added to our CRM. I wear a lot of hats in my position, and I love anything that saves precious time.

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

After months of use, the one caveat would be that we service thousands of merchants and would like to survey each of them, EVEN when they own multiple businesses. However, I can't survey a merchant more than once unless they have different emails. Not the greatest experience as we have numerous merchants with one login or one key person who deals with the accounts, so an improvement to this would be to allow multiple merchants to have the same email contact. This improvement would then allow me to survey them when needed instead of choosing the 'most important account' to survey instead.

Another issue I encountered was that there is no DO NOT Contact list automatically created. I had to make this manually and then delete the contact; this can be improved upon.

**What problems is SurveySparrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining important feedback in a very easy-to-manage way. It has helped us realize that regular communication and feedback from our merchants can assist us in becoming the most respected in the payments industry.

**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

I appreciate the platform's flexibility in conducting surveys, as well as the AI feature that helps analyze and categorize survey comments. Overall, the platform is advanced and will enhance customer satisfaction while providing better control over our CSAT metrics

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

We are using Zendesk, and there were gaps in the integration that could have been smoother with a step-by-step mapped process and more educational videos. However, the team was helpful, and we managed to resolve the issues we encountered

Survey channels and valuable data insights enable us to dig deeper into customer pain points and better manage CSAT

The most I like about SurveySparrow are its features like video surveys,conversational forms, share surveys and a lot more.
Its easy to ues, seamless implementation and integration, also the best customer support are the main keys to like this platform.

As per our analysis and experience there are no other survey platforms are as much efficient than SurveySparrow so there is no scope of dislikes of this tool.

**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

We used to use survey monkey, but as a team, we really struggled with the platform.  Now with SurveySparrow, creating surveys for our customers and employees is efforless!

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

SurveySparrow is so easy to integrate and implement, I wouldn't change a thing.  The platform has so many features and it's so convienent to use, we never need to reach out to customer suppport.

**What problems is SurveySparrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've found that the only way customers and employees will take surveys is if they are short and easy.  SurveySparrow makes great suggestions to achieve this.

**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

The reason I chose this platform over Google Forms, HubSpot, TypeForm, SurveyMonkey was the customization ability to setup an engaging survey - have multiple sections, have multiple Qs per section, have stack-ranking Qs

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

As I was using trial version, I ran into some limitations but Vignesh from their sales team was extremely helpful in getting me work around those

Giving survey conductors ability to customize the survey experience to create the right brand impression and increase survey engagement
