What I like best about SurveySparrow is that it makes surveys feel much more interactive and less boring for customers to fill out. The platform is very easy to use, the interface is clean, and creating surveys doesn’t take much effort. It’s also helpful for tracking feedback and understanding customer sentiment in a simple way. Overall, it has made collecting and managing feedback much smoother for our team.

**What do you like best about SurveySparrow?**

What stood out to me the most was how easy it was to get surveys up and running across channels we were already using, especially WhatsApp and email. We didn’t have to rethink our entire setup or depend on heavy dev work. Once we connected our SMTP and configured the basics, we were able to start sending surveys pretty quickly, which saved a lot of time during onboarding.
I also liked how the WhatsApp integration felt practical rather than just a checkbox feature. Responses came in faster compared to email in many cases, and it helped us reach users who usually don’t engage with traditional survey links. That made a noticeable difference in response rates for certain campaigns.
Another thing that made the experience smoother was the support team. During the initial setup, we had a few blockers around configuration and understanding how to structure our flows properly. Their team was responsive and actually walked us through the steps instead of just pointing us to docs, which helped us get things running without too much back and forth.
Overall, it felt like a tool that didn’t slow us down while setting things up and fit into our existing workflow without much friction.

At times, the platform felt a bit inconsistent while using the dashboard. There were moments when certain actions, like loading responses or switching between sections, took longer than expected or didn’t reflect changes immediately. It wasn’t a constant issue, but when it happened, it broke the flow, especially when trying to quickly check survey results or make small edits.
Speed is another area that could be improved. When you're working with multiple surveys or trying to pull data on the go, even a slight delay starts to add up. A smoother and faster experience across the app and website would make a big difference in day-to-day usage.
The initial setup also took some effort to get right. While the platform is quite capable, understanding how to structure things properly at the start wasn’t very straightforward. That said, the support team did step in and helped us figure things out, so we were able to get past those hurdles. Still, a slightly more intuitive setup process would make it easier for new users.

One of the main challenges for us was collecting patient feedback in a hospital environment where both staff and patients have very limited time. Traditional methods like paper forms or calling patients later were either ignored or delayed, which meant we weren’t getting timely or reliable feedback, especially for NPS.
With SurveySparrow, we were able to move this process completely online and reach patients through channels they are already active on, like WhatsApp and email. This made it much easier to send out surveys right after an interaction or visit, instead of relying on manual follow-ups.
The biggest benefit has been faster and more consistent response collection. We started receiving feedback closer to the actual experience, which made it more relevant and useful. It also reduced the effort required from our team since we could automate a large part of the process once the setup was done through our SMTP and messaging channels.
Overall, it helped us make feedback collection more immediate and less dependent on manual work, which is critical in a fast-paced hospital setup.

The best thing I like about this platform is that it has a conversational style survey, it make the survey more engaging when compared to other traditional survey platforms. Their interface is modern, clean and intuitive. The automation, recurring surveys and their NPS tools make the feedback collection effective.

Their advanced features and reporting are available in higher-tier plans; their customisation options always make a toss for trial and error, which is a bit time-consuming. Their inbuilt integrations are very limited, needed Zapier for complex integration.

I like the structured format of SurveySparrow, especially with its ability to customize follow-up questions based on customer responses. It's very much a do-it-yourself platform where users can navigate it easily themselves. It provides insights into our business which help us understand what's going wrong and what we need to correct to enhance the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?**

I don't like that SurveySparrow cannot be integrated with my backend systems to trigger NPS messages at specific instances like returns. It needs to be manually triggered. Another issue I have is that there is no dedicated support for users. Also, while the initial setup was quite easy as the system is workflow-based, support in terms of API integration could have made the experience better.
