We use both the Manufacturing Module (MRP) and CRM Module (CRM) to a large extent. Both are great tools and we are very satisfied with them internally. The MRP is great at automating the manufacturing process. Our production manager just has to add orders into the system and the system creates PO’s, calculates time and helps us schedule work. The CRM (CRM for sales) is very user-friendly and easy to browse through.
