**What do you like best about CRM Messaging Cloud?**

I love this as this is very ideal, it keeps records all customer interactions. I am also confident in their privacy feature. I can sync my apple device as my back up

I can't think of anything. Everything is perfect

Different members might interact with the same customer but this is not a big problem.
