## Qualio Reviews
  ### 1. It makes my onboarding life easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta G. | Clinical Research Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Having used Qualio for about two months now, what I like best is how intuitive and modern the user interface is. Coming from older document management systems, the transition here has been incredibly smooth. The onboarding process was well-structured, allowing our team to get up to speed quickly without a massive learning curve. It makes tracking compliance and managing documents feel much less cumbersome.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Since I have only been using the platform for two months, the main challenge has just been navigating the initial learning curve. While the system is modern, getting used to where everything lives and understanding the specific workflows for document routing takes some time for a new team to fully adopt.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is solving the problem of visibility across our quality management tasks. Within our first two months of implementation, it has become much easier to assign, track, and verify employee training on new standard operating procedures (SOPs). The automated reminders ensure nothing slips through the cracks, giving management a clear overview of our compliance status. I like it.

  ### 2. Helpful QMS Platform for Daily Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyanshu R. | L3 Technical Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

What I like best about Qualio is that it gives us a centralized place to access and manage quality-related documents and processes. As a Technical Support Engineer with around 3 years of experience, I often need to refer to procedures, templates, and controlled documents while investigating customer issues.

One example is when I needed to review our ICR template and related documentation while working on a support ticket. Through Qualio, I was able to quickly locate the latest approved version, verify the required process, and access the associated records without having to search across multiple systems. The document control and approval workflows make it clear which version is current, which helps reduce mistakes and improves consistency across teams.

Overall, Qualio has made it easier to find the information I need and stay aligned with documented processes during day-to-day support activities.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

One thing I don’t like about Qualio is that locating specific documents can sometimes take a few extra clicks, especially when there are lots of related records and files in the system. I also ran into a learning curve when I first started using some of the more advanced features and workflows. Although the platform is generally easy to use, certain administrative or configuration tasks could be more intuitive and straightforward. That said, none of these issues have had a major impact on my day-to-day work, and overall the benefits still outweigh the drawbacks.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps solve the challenge of keeping quality documents, procedures, and records organized and up to date in a single system. Before having a centralized platform, it could take more time to locate the correct document version or verify that a process was being followed consistently.

As a Technical Support Engineer, this benefits me by giving me quick access to approved procedures, templates, and quality records when investigating issues or supporting internal processes. It improves visibility, reduces time spent searching for information, and helps ensure that I'm working with the most current documentation. The automated review and approval workflows also help maintain compliance and reduce manual follow-up across teams.

  ### 3. Centralized, User-Friendly Quality Management for Better Audit Readiness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand K. | Manager, Technical Services , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

What I like best about Qualio is how it simplifies quality management and keeps everything centralized in one platform. It makes it much easier to manage documents, training, approvals, and compliance activities without relying on multiple tools or manual tracking. I also appreciate the user-friendly interface and workflow automation features, which help save time and improve collaboration across teams. The version control, audit trails, and electronic signatures are especially helpful for maintaining compliance and staying audit-ready

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

One downside of Qualio is that some workflows can feel a bit rigid or time-consuming, especially when managing multiple approvals or updating documents frequently. Navigation and search can occasionally be less intuitive than expected, making it harder to quickly find specific records or documents. While the platform is strong for compliance and quality management, there are times when customization and reporting flexibility could be improved to better fit different team needs.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Qualio, managing quality documents, training records, approvals, and compliance activities involved a lot of manual effort across emails, spreadsheets, and shared folders. This often made tracking changes and maintaining audit readiness time-consuming. Since implementing Qualio, we’ve been able to centralize these processes into a single platform, which has improved visibility, collaboration, and overall efficiency. The UI is clean and user-friendly, making it easier for teams to navigate workflows and complete tasks with minimal training. Automated approvals, version control, and audit trails have reduced administrative overhead and saved time during reviews and audits. The platform also improves consistency across teams and helps ensure compliance requirements are met more reliably. While there is still room for improvement in areas like customization and reporting flexibility, Qualio has delivered clear operational benefits by simplifying quality management and reducing manual tracking effort

  ### 4. It has been a good platform for getting more training modules and all and also UI is easy and nice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav D. | System Analyst, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

UI is good and easy to use with unique and new features and it is been a great help for me to get and add new training documents as well.
And it is helpful for new users to understand it very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Nothing in particular but yeah UI can be good much more i.e, it can be more useful for new users and also I think it can be improved by maintaining the connection errors, I get sometimes server connection error which is irrelevant some times.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps me to understand and maintain the proper documentation and easy to handle use.
Also it is great platform to get to new things now and then.

And also it's support team is very easy to reach and quite helpful to that as well.

  ### 5. Qualio - Ultimate solution for Document Management in Corporate Organizations

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Honestly, I have no Complaints again Qualio, But i would like to suggest to increase the session timeout time, sometimes while reviewing document automatically logout session due to session timeout.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio send automated reminder regarding remaining training, documents, that's make team well organized.
Easily Access from anywhere so team can access outside of organization, that's keeps them up to date with companies policy.

  ### 6. Organized Compliance with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav D. | System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I use Qualio to manage quality documents, track training, handle change controls, and ensure compliance with quality processes. Qualio helps me stay organized by managing quality documents, training, and compliance tasks in one system, making it easier to track changes and maintain quality standards. It lets me keep all the processes ready at hand and makes organized documentation easy, whether it's for training or something new to add. Qualio also helps me save time, stay organized, and confidently manage quality and compliance activities in one place, improving the work quality. The initial setup was easy and quite nice to have because of its simple UI.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

It has limited customization and other drawbacks, and it's also a little slow to learn.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio to stay organized, managing quality documents, training, and compliance tasks in one place, which saves time and improves work quality while tracking changes and maintaining standards.

  ### 7. Complex Setup, Effective Quality Control with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like how Qualio allows more than one person to edit a document at a time, and you can leave comments on documents. It's nice that the documents are live rather than being offline like they used to be. I also appreciate that you can do live links to everything, making it all quite easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Our Jira integration isn't working that smoothly. It doesn't really pull in test cases correctly, so I still have to make sure I'm writing the correct tests in Jira and linking them manually to the design controls, which can be tedious. There's also a bug where changes in ticket type in Jira aren't reflected in Qualio's design controls, causing relationship issues and frustration. The initial setup was quite difficult due to heavy reading requirements and the style of documentation, which made it hard to digest.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps us link everything together with an auditable log, making it easier to apply for medical device regulations and have a technical file ready to submit for our health tech app.

  ### 8. Qualio Makes Document Access, Training, and Multi-Warehouse Rollout Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Warehouse Manager., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like the ease of access of the website. When I was trained on how to use Qualio, I was quite surprised on the how easy it is to implement across different departments within our warehouse. Not only that, we can integrate it throughout other warehouses in our network. I have yet to have any trouble with uploading/downloading or printing any necessary material. I also find it easy to search and find my specific subject matter. I am surprised at the amount of features it allows me to utilize. I am in Qualio at least twice a day to reference documents , print training material and upload completed work for later reference.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Right now my ONLY issue with Qualio, is that we have so many saved documents it sometimes becomes cumbersome to remember where to find things. I feel that is something on our end that can be cleaned up though.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio has really become our best and only resource for document retention. It is such an awesome resource for referencing our material and sending out trainings.

  ### 9. User-Friendly, Fast QMS That Makes Docs, Training, and Search Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio is user-friendly and intuitive. Unlike other QMS software I've used, Qualio is faster, less buggy, and more capable. Revising documents, completing trainings, and accessing other important quality systems is so much easier than something like Master Control. The search function is incredibly helpful for finding the right forms, procedures, and policies.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I wish there was a greater ability to assign your own naming conventions for creating documents and revisions. Also, the default sorting when you open qualio is a bit scattered. I would like to see more organization. Perhaps adding tags to documents would be helpful. Instead of randomly displaying documents, you could filter by groups of your choosing.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio gives me easy access to the documents I need to get my everyday work done.

  ### 10. Facilitate Regulatory Compliance with Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristhian L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I really like the system of comparison with previous versions in Qualio's trainings because it allows us to save a lot of time when reviewing updates. Additionally, managing the necessary trainings to keep up with compliance is very easy and useful with Qualio. The reminders about pending trainings are also very helpful. The initial setup of Qualio was very easy and super intuitive from logging in to conducting the trainings and subsequent tracking. For the purpose of trainings, I find Qualio perfect, as I only use it for that area.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Perhaps improve the email notification system a bit, as I receive many reminders and important emails like a training expiring the next day can be overlooked.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps us easily manage the trainings necessary to comply with regulations, with helpful reminders about pending trainings. Its system of comparison with previous versions saves a lot of time when reviewing updates.

  ### 11. User-Friendly, Efficient with Room for Multimedia Enhancement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackeline A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like that Qualio is very user-friendly and easy to use, making it simple for me to find what I need. It also sends me emails when I have trainings to be completed, so I'm never behind on any tasks. It's been an efficient tool for completing company training courses and reading materials, as well as referencing back to materials when needed.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I would like to see more videos related to the material I'm reading or at least have an option to hear the content instead of reading such long pages.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio for company trainings and workflow guides. It's efficient, letting me reference materials easily. I like its user-friendliness and notifications for training deadlines, ensuring I'm always on track.

  ### 12. Easy, User-Friendly Platform That Outperforms Veeva

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Easy to use for onboarding and continued support for staff. Very user friendly. QA has been able to integrate all protocols and SOPs into one accessible platform.

I am able to quickly navigate to different documents without issue.
Qualio continues to outperform Veeva in all aspects

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Qualio has limitations to the amount of staff given for a specific role. I think the pricepoint should allow unlimited users for any given role as that is dependent on the company.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is able to provide our company an easy and fast way to upload all relevant study and company specific SOPs and protocols. It provides an easily accessible way to manage training across multiple disciplines.

  ### 13. Very helpful traceability, UI could use some new features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Traceability, systems to prevent unintentional changes, notifications for tasks and actions

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

UI can be a bit overwhelming. The "suggest mode" feature when revising documents can make documents look extremely cluttered with redlining/greenlining. So much so that it's difficult to see what the final product will look like. I've suggested a "track changes off" feature to Matus.

The inability to correct deleted events is also strenuous. If a user creates and deletes "FER-1" for example, that will forever stay in the system. It would be nice to be able to undo these mistakes without leaving permanent residence within the system - even if they are archived.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traceability, training, organization.

  ### 14. Simple, Flexible, and Fast—With Well-Communicated Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

- Simple user interface: doesn't feel like you need loads of training to get started, great for smaller companies / startups where doing the quality-related work quickly especially when onboarding new hires is the key. No surprises / hidden complexity, everything's up front and obvious to use / find.

- Easy to train on: links to my point above but it being a simple app means that in-house training is sufficient for the vast majority of quality tasks I'd be doing on a day-to-day basis.

- Seems fairly flexible: I'm not a QA/RA professional but I can see that a lot of different processes can be encapsulated within it.

- Regular updates, communicated well: Qualio seems to be updated at a good cadence, the upgrades don't feel out of the blue which is nice (I get some warning as an end-user), and they do meaningfully improve the product instead of just changing things for the sake of change.

- I think that you can automate certain things quite well: auto-upload of a big stack of software engineering documentation is a nice feature.

- Good performance: I've never had a problem regarding its speed / lagginess - always seems like it's ready to work and able to handle my docmentation formatting requests.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

- Editing documents can sometimes be tricky especially when adding pictures. I think this has become a bit better with recent updates which make it a lot more deterministic as to what happens when you use common editing keystrokes, but the documentation format does leave a fair bit to be desired regarding anything more than text / table support.

- No dark mode!

- Some UI elements feel a little bit too oversimplified / generic. Things could have some more refined touches to give you a better sense (with just a glance) about a document. For example, docs up for periodic review soon could have their own bubble.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is my company's chosen medical device quality platform, so its immediate benefit is giving me an easy way to follow the established documentation and traceability procedures without me needing to take on massive cognitive complexity. It feels like, at my level (non-QA employee using QA-defined processes), it's ideal - I can write down what I need to without needing to understand unecessary complexity.

  ### 15. User-Friendly UX and Helpful AI, but Document Control Steps Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Van Anh L. | Quality Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio is user-friendly thanks to its simple UX design. The AI features help users write technical documents and complete change orders quickly.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Qualio doesn't support document control steps. Document control steps consist of collaboration, document control review, document review, other approvals, and final QA approval. AI features sometimes do not work and instead provide suggestions. Doc control/ quality should be the only person who can route the document for approval and release document/

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is user-friendly, so training on the system is very easy.

  ### 16. Modern, Clean Interface That Simplifies Document, Training, and Compliance Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The Interface: It is incredibly modern, clean, and easy to navigate compared to clunky, old-school QMS software.

Easy Tracking: It takes the headache out of tracking documents, training, and compliance because everything is in one centralized, automated place.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Limited Customization: Because it is designed to be simple and ready-to-use out of the box, it can be rigid. It is difficult to customize workflows, forms, or fields to match a company's specific, unique processes.

Basic Reporting: The built-in reporting and analytics tools can feel a bit surface-level. Exporting data or building complex, custom metrics dashboards often requires a lot of manual effort.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The "Paper & Spreadsheet" Nightmare: Traditional quality management relies on manual tracking, scattered Word docs, spreadsheets, and physical binders. Qualio digitizes and centralizes everything. Audit Anxiety: Preparing for regulatory audits (FDA, ISO, etc.) usually takes weeks of frantic gathering. Qualio maintains a permanent, continuous state of "audit readiness" with automated audit trails.

  ### 17. Helpful for managing quality records and release-related compliance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

What I like most is that it gives us one place to manage quality-related work without everything feeling scattered. In my case, it’s especially helpful for tracking PRCs tied to releases, keeping approvals visible, and making sure the right records are linked to the release process. It’s also useful for training and audit readiness, so it helps with both day-to-day work and compliance.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Some parts still feel more manual than I’d like. For release-related work, there can be a lot of back and forth between Qualio and other tools, plus extra follow-up to make sure everything is aligned and fully closed out. It works well for compliance, but the overall process could feel more connected and a little less heavy.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps us keep regulated quality processes organized and traceable. For me, the biggest value is being able to follow PRCs, approvals, and related documentation during releases without losing visibility. It also helps with training tracking and being prepared for audits, which lowers compliance risk and makes it easier to show that the right steps were completed.

  ### 18. Efficient and User-Friendly Training Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like that Qualio is super easy to use for training at work. I just click the link from my email, read through the training, sign it, and submit it. It's so user-friendly and doesn't take much out of my day. I appreciate how it turns what could be long emails or meetings into a simple document that I can go through at my own pace. I really like how efficient it is, allowing me to do training super quick without setting up big meetings or being on phone calls. The initial setup was so quick and easy that I can't even remember it.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Nothing at this time

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio streamlines my work training, turning what could be lengthy emails or meetings into a simple, easy-to-read document. I can go through it at my own pace and complete it quickly without setting up big meetings or calls.

  ### 19. Great features! A quick, easy tip sheet for maneuvers would make it even better..

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

All documents and events can be maintained per employee in qualio. Any scheduled or needed documentation is notified by email and confirmation when event is done.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The process of filling an event out is initially confusing. I did not know that you had to go back into the file to fill out the rest of the form. The process of sending an event for review first is also not mentioned. However, once you have filled out an event form, and am familiar with the steps, it is easy to use.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio keeps all information pertinent to each employee all under one application.

  ### 20. Intuitive UI, Customizable Workflows, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The UI is intuitive and simple to use. I like the way workflows are customizable. The help and contacting support is made really easy and answers are found extremely fast. Compliance intelligence provides extra support for audit preparations.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Integrations to other platforms are lacking (mainly to SharePoint). Some small bugs and the restrictions of user types: we have noticed that basic user role is quite useless and nearly all our users require the edit user, whch is expensive.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps us to manage our quality documents in systematic and dynamic way, and provided us with a good environment to build non-conformance and CAPA workflows. Before both quality document and event managing was quite uncontrolled and tedious with the old system.

  ### 21. Effortless QMS Management and Audit Readiness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emre D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I use Qualio for keeping our QMS. It helps us keep our documents all aligned and provides a very specific change management system during audits to show what was changed and why. I like that it is very professional and allows me to easily keep track of documents and leave reviews, ensuring the reviewer remains the reviewer and doesn't make any edits. The initial setup of Qualio was really simple.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

none

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps keep our documents aligned and manage changes efficiently, especially during audits, where it shows what changed and why, unlike SharePoint where tracking changes was impossible.

  ### 22. Effortless Tracking, Seamless Accessibility

**Reviewed by:** Jesse N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I use Qualio for keeping track of NCRs and deviations, and I appreciate how it keeps us notified if we have any open issues. I like how accessible Qualio is, as it makes everything simple and easy to navigate. There's no file I can't find, and it keeps them clearly labeled as open or closed. Setting up Qualio was very easy for my team, which has around 200+ people.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

It could be a little better looking visually, it's kind of bland.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio to track NCRs and deviations. It keeps me notified of any open items and makes everything simple to navigate, with files clearly labeled as open or closed.

  ### 24. Intuitive QMS Tool That Streamlines Collaboration and Team Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte C. | Director Of Operations (Tech team), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

- very intuitive UI
- covers many basic process needed in a good draft/review/approval/training to build a QMS
- allows people management accross the whole QMS and team work/collaboration to build it

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

- revision history could be visible in the interface (not just on the uploaded documents)
- same for reviewer/approver (you have to open the doc to see)
- managers can't see their team's work (I believe this is only allowed at an admin level; each manager could have their team's overall progress, it would help)

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- we use to deal with sharepoint and email to be able to draft/review the SOPS and with excel for the training matrix; now all of this is integrated
- to publis the date an SOP becomes applicable, it was also done separately
- managing templates is also very good not to have the lost on our sharepoint, but directly downloadable/visible for each SOP they are related to

I like how Qualio keeps all of our documents in order. It's easy to upload documents, which makes managing them straightforward. I find having everything located in one place very helpful for gathering documents when I need them for credentialing. The initial setup was pretty simple, and that made starting with Qualio easy.

  ### 27. Some features are not straightforward to use but useful overall

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

1-It is easy to set up templates and reuse those templates for multiple purposes.
2- The price is good compared to other vendors.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

1-Filtering and locating documents by document number and/or name is not intuitive.
2-Connecting and updating document links can be challenging (for example, modifying connections between sections such as Risk Control Measures (RCMs) and MRS/SRS (Requirement Specifications) is not intuitive and the titles will not update correctly)
3- In addition, response times for resolving reported issues with these features are often lengthy.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a medical device manufacturer, we require a rigorous Quality Management System, and Qualio helps ensure we remain compliant and audit-ready.

  ### 28. Effortless Training Management with Qualio

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chantal S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I use Qualio for training in my company and I really like that it's easy to navigate, time-efficient, and user-friendly. I don't have to spend lots of time sorting through documents because it makes the information easy to read and understand. I can also see where my tasks are, which makes accessing training modules straightforward. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Could incorporate more visuals into presentations.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio keeps us up to date on company requirements and expectations. It's easy to navigate, time-efficient, and user-friendly. I don't spend loads of time sorting documents, and it clearly shows tasks to complete and outstanding ones for easy access to training modules.

Documenting and trainings

  ### 30. Unmatched Customization and Versatile Import Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca S. | Global Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The degree of customization, that's pretty much 100%.
The ability to import virtually any kind of existing documents and formats, leading to easy implementation and integration.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Really nothing, it's a nicely designed QMS tool

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we relied on a variety of tools to manage our QMS, which had been implemented over the course of the company's development.
This included using Jira workflows, Word and PDF documents, SharePoint for storage, digital signatures through Adobe and DocuSign, manual document registries in Excel, as well as emails and converting MS Word files into PDFs.
We recognized the need to streamline our QMS management to make it easier to maintain and to achieve a greater level of unification across different sites and companies. Furthermore, having a fully electronic QMS would be extremely advantageous if future acquisitions require deploying a QMS in newly acquired entities.

  ### 31. Simple, Easy-to-Use Tool with Strong Functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yannick M. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vibha p. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

I like that Qualio allows me to write SOPs, prepare documents, and manage training, all in one place. It solves all my problems and is easy to maintain. The change control feature is easy to use, and I can write, review, correct, and approve CCR efficiently. It's easy to use and more controlled. Compared to my previous experience with MasterControl, Qualio is far better.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I think Qualio could improve on how everything is managed in one place by multiple departments.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio to write SOPs, prepare documents, and conduct training, keeping everything in one place, solving all my problems.

  ### 33. Streamlined Document Control with Effective Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clio A.

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I really like how document control is much easier with Qualio compared to using Google Drive for hosting a QMS. The clear version control and approvals process are a big help, and it definitely reduces the admin burden. I also appreciate that training plans, once generated, are automated. The ability to edit and create documents within Qualio is a great feature too. The document edit feature stands out as excellent, and I find the distinctions between edit access and basic user access particularly useful for staff training in a medtech startup. The initial setup was pretty easy thanks to clear onboarding from the team, and I find the sandbox environment super useful to test out ideas.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

It would be great to have grammatical and typo error edits in the document drafting process.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio makes document control easier than Google Drive for QMS, with clear version control, approvals, and automated training plans. Documents can be edited and created directly within Qualio.

  ### 34. Efficient Training Management with Qualio

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like the tracking feature in Qualio. It shows which parts of my training are finished and which aren't, and it helps remind me about new training sessions. It's a good tool for tracking the training process.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

NA

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps me study training materials, learn SOPs, and track my training process. It labels finished and unfinished parts and reminds me of new training, making it a good tool for tracking training progress.

  ### 35. Qualio as Integral Tool for QMS

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio C. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Is a powerful, tool for document control, as well as for other aspects of QM, such training control, management of quality events, management of the training of the employees, and other dayli basics for a QMS software.

It's also easy to access, runs everywhere.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

There is no way to automate workflows, for instance, the document control section of a document, could automatically be filled with the gap between the present draft and the previous effective version, and if the user introduces the Document Change Request event that triggers the new draft, the system could validate if the request in the CR fits the changes in the draft, and feed the CR validation section with that info.

Other semi automated processes, like the design controls, are getting better, but the integration of the design controls and risk management is still unusable, since the risk code changes when a risk is evaluated after apply the mitigation methods, this is not ISO 13485 nor 14971 compliant

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Control over the changes of a document and links to reference documents

  ### 36. Transition to Qualio for an Academic Institution running Clinical Trials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | Quality Lead, Clinical Trials, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

For anyone running a paper based Quality Management System, and especially the controlled document management side of life, you know the massive amount of forms and trackers needed to control the life cycle of a document and quality event. A bi-yearly document set review would generate well over 300 separate files for me to fill, distribute, and manage! For document management, I got rid of all my forms for change control because the system takes care of that simply by how it's designed.

The system is also intuitive to use and the support team is very helpful, even sending complex questions to the dev team for input. I was able to get over the new-system learning curve by playing around in the sandbox and referencing the detailed help center.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Unfortunately as an academic/hospital type institution we have hundreds of individuals involved in regulated clinical trials, with a high turnover rate. Because of the seat-based fee structure, it wasn't feasible to allow everyone into the system and instead just the core QA team uses it. This does necessitate a hybrid approach for event management and document release and training, but the efficiencies gained in the QA team well make up for it.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It acts as our controlled document management system for regulated clinical trials. It also manages our quality events related to SOP deviations, investigations, CAPA, and trial audits.

  ### 37. Effortless Setup, Enhances Document Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I find Qualio particularly valuable in how it displays examples of clarified documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs), which greatly aids in understanding rules and procedures efficiently in a work setting. I appreciate that this feature helps provide clarity and a basic grounding in what needs to be followed, thus enhancing compliance and comprehension. Additionally, the initial setup of Qualio was very easy, which eliminated any potential stress or complication during implementation. The ability to seamlessly integrate it into my workflow without technical difficulties underscores its user-friendliness. This ease of use, alongside the clarity it brings to procedural understanding, makes Qualio an indispensable tool for my professional activities.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I would like a better summary feature in Qualio that includes less reading, making it easier and quicker to understand key points.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps me grasp the basics of rules and procedures easily, and displays examples of clarified documents and SOPs, making processes simpler.

  ### 38. Formal Review of Qualio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake R. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I have been using Qualio for over two years in my role as a Customer Service Agent, primarily for training purposes. One of the standout features of the platform is its simplicity and ease of use. Navigating through training modules is intuitive, and I appreciate the ability to easily review previously completed trainings at any time. This functionality helps ensure ongoing compliance and personal accountability.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

While the overall user experience is positive, I believe there is room for improvement in the dashboard interface. In its current form, it does not add much value to my daily tasks and could benefit from a more user-friendly and informative layout.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps solve the challenge of managing and tracking training in a regulated environment. Before using Qualio, it could be difficult to keep track of which trainings were completed, stay up to date with new requirements, or access past training records when needed. With Qualio, all training materials are centralized, clearly organized, and easy to access.

  ### 39. Straightforward eQMS with Great Onboarding

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

It is a straightforward eQMS to use, and has great onboarding services.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I think there are some simple features that could be improved upon, such as folders for documents etc, that would make navigating documents easier.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is our eQMS, and it integrates with our project management and development tools, which makes it easier to track design controls.

  ### 40. Great Document Control and Organization, but the Integrated Editor Falls Short

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Great documentation management. Controlled copies are handled very well. Overall, it’s well organized and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Its integrated editor is absolutely the worst feature of Qualio.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the documentation is in one place. There are no longer different locations or different software tools for different documents, which makes it much easier to find what I need.

  ### 41. Streamlined Quality Management with Excellent Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marwan H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I absolutely love how Qualio has made our entire process more efficient by significantly reducing the use of paper, which allows for cleaner documentation and results in fewer mistakes overall. The usability of the platform is a major highlight for me, with a user interface that is incredibly smooth, making it effortless to update documents and keep track of changes. I find it invaluable that Qualio allows me to browse, look, and search for content that I've added, which contributes to an effective and seamless document management experience. The initial setup was very smooth and easy, which made the transition to using Qualio simple and stress-free for our team. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with how Qualio serves as a comprehensive Quality Management System, so much so that I would confidently recommend it to others, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I would like to have a data warehouse where the data you enter can be pulled, and you can filter through and do your own trends, beyond what is available under the analytics tab. Additionally, the other software tools we use do not integrate with Qualio, which limits our ability to streamline processes and share data seamlessly.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Qualio makes our processes efficient by reducing paper usage, ensuring cleaner documentation, and minimizing mistakes. The smooth user interface and easy document management enhance usability, allowing efficient browsing and content searching.

  ### 42. User-Friendly Training Tracking That Keeps Remote Teams Aligned

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

It is very easy to see trainings remaining and it is a very user friendly interface. Easy to use in remote teams, so that everyone knows what they need to do.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I think that, at times, Qualio’s integration with other tools isn’t very fluid. In our case, we usually rely on email alerts to complete trainings, and it can be uncomfortable when you miss an alert.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps align everyone on the team so we all know what trainings we’ve completed. It also gives us a database to justify and document everything when we’re preparing reports for external stakeholders.

  ### 43. Organized and Efficient, But Tagging Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rubi n.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I really value how organized Qualio is, which is incredibly helpful in ensuring that my Quality Management System (QMS) contains all the necessary components. This organization simplifies my workflow, particularly with document controls and approvals. Additionally, the initial setup of Qualio was straightforward and easy, which made transitioning to using the platform a smooth experience. Overall, the structured and efficient nature of Qualio stands out as a significant benefit, contributing to my high likelihood of recommending it to others, as evidenced by my rating of 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I dislike that sometimes the tagging can mess things up in Qualio. Even as an admin, I can't have access to some critical aspects or information, which can be quite frustrating.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio for approvals and document controls, ensuring our QMS contains the right parts in an organized manner, which is very beneficial.

  ### 44. User-Friendly Document Control with Qualio

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I really appreciate the web-based nature of Qualio, which provides easy access from any location, enhancing convenience for our team. The user-friendly flow makes navigation straightforward, removing barriers to effective use and streamlining operations. There's no steep learning curve, which is crucial for our team as it ensures everyone can utilize the platform efficiently without delay. This ease of use is vital because we handle extensive documentation that needs to be accessible and followed by all company users. When a system is intuitive and documents are in an easily viewable format, it encourages adoption and compliance among users. The ease of setup was another significant advantage, as it was implemented swiftly and without complications, ensuring a smooth transition to using Qualio. Overall, these features significantly contribute to maintaining document control and training efficiency within our organization.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Sometimes it isn't easy to upload or create new documents, though usually we can manage. This process can occasionally be cumbersome, but we have a couple of users who are now experts in navigating this.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio serves as a single source for controlled documents, maintaining training and procedural compliance. Its web-based, user-friendly interface ensures easy access and quick adoption, preventing a steep learning curve, which is essential for mandatory document usage.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

So far, I don’t really dislike anything about Qualio.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep track of who has been trained on which SOPs. Before using Qualio, we relied on DocuSign to have everyone sign off once they completed their training.

  ### 46. Quick, Interactive AI Docs with Prompt Support and a Great UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emer S.

I like the various editing features available, which are key to working efficiently. Additionally, being able to share documents easily with others greatly enhances collaboration within my team. Overall, these features make my documentation tasks more streamlined and effective.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Sometimes there are bugs in the edit features of Qualio, making it challenging to use effectively. Additionally, it is not always clear how to address or resolve certain comments and edits from other users, which can cause confusion and hinder collaboration.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualio to save time and enhance documentation with features paper documentation lacks, like editing and sharing capabilities.

  ### 49. Simple to use and with SOPs easy to find

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything related to quality control, specifically with the SOPs.

  ### 50. Exceptional Onboarding and Support—Qualio Sets the Standard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I was blown away with the incredible support I received during the 8 week onboarding chapter. Our Onboarding Manager, Sarah, was absolutely incredible. She was so on top of everything, she consistently followed through on every action item and made sure to always get back to me. More than that, Sarah brought such positivity, empathy, and authenticity to every interaction that working with her felt both productive and personal. Her upbeat energy and down-to-earth personality made her a joy to work with. Towards the end of our onboarding timeline, it felt like I was hopping on calls with a friend rather than a manager or service representative. The entire onboarding experience with Sarah would, without question, be a primary reason I would recommend Qualio again and again. I have been truly blown away by the support and dedication she and the team have demonstrated throughout the entire process. We are eagerly anticipating the launch of Qualio's next software updates, which continue to just make the platform even better. Built in compliance monitoring, seamless integration with other companies, and the best of the best customer support. Seriously amazing!

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I wish the training assessment had more field types for responses, maybe allow for a short response, video implementation, drop down, or checkbox/select all that apply.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly the document control and training assessment, we are a growing company working to standardize recently acquired locations under a new set of standard policies, procedures, and work instructions. These two features help us a lot with the growth and audit preparation.
