"Helpful for managing quality records and release-related compliance"
What do you like best about Qualio?

What I like most is that it gives us one place to manage quality-related work without everything feeling scattered. In my case, it’s especially helpful for tracking PRCs tied to releases, keeping approvals visible, and making sure the right records are linked to the release process. It’s also useful for training and audit readiness, so it helps with both day-to-day work and compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

Some parts still feel more manual than I’d like. For release-related work, there can be a lot of back and forth between Qualio and other tools, plus extra follow-up to make sure everything is aligned and fully closed out. It works well for compliance, but the overall process could feel more connected and a little less heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and User-Friendly Training Solution"
What do you like best about Qualio?

I like that Qualio is super easy to use for training at work. I just click the link from my email, read through the training, sign it, and submit it. It's so user-friendly and doesn't take much out of my day. I appreciate how it turns what could be long emails or meetings into a simple document that I can go through at my own pace. I really like how efficient it is, allowing me to do training super quick without setting up big meetings or being on phone calls. The initial setup was so quick and easy that I can't even remember it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive QMS Tool That Streamlines Collaboration and Team Management"
What do you like best about Qualio?

- very intuitive UI

- covers many basic process needed in a good draft/review/approval/training to build a QMS

- allows people management accross the whole QMS and team work/collaboration to build it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

- revision history could be visible in the interface (not just on the uploaded documents)

- same for reviewer/approver (you have to open the doc to see)

- managers can't see their team's work (I believe this is only allowed at an admin level; each manager could have their team's overall progress, it would help) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Some features are not straightforward to use but useful overall"
What do you like best about Qualio?

1-It is easy to set up templates and reuse those templates for multiple purposes.

2- The price is good compared to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

1-Filtering and locating documents by document number and/or name is not intuitive.

2-Connecting and updating document links can be challenging (for example, modifying connections between sections such as Risk Control Measures (RCMs) and MRS/SRS (Requirement Specifications) is not intuitive and the titles will not update correctly)

3- In addition, response times for resolving reported issues with these features are often lengthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Customization and Versatile Import Options"
What do you like best about Qualio?

The degree of customization, that's pretty much 100%.

The ability to import virtually any kind of existing documents and formats, leading to easy implementation and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

Really nothing, it's a nicely designed QMS tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Control with Effective Onboarding"
What do you like best about Qualio?

I really like how document control is much easier with Qualio compared to using Google Drive for hosting a QMS. The clear version control and approvals process are a big help, and it definitely reduces the admin burden. I also appreciate that training plans, once generated, are automated. The ability to edit and create documents within Qualio is a great feature too. The document edit feature stands out as excellent, and I find the distinctions between edit access and basic user access particularly useful for staff training in a medtech startup. The initial setup was pretty easy thanks to clear onboarding from the team, and I find the sandbox environment super useful to test out ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

It would be great to have grammatical and typo error edits in the document drafting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Qualio as Integral Tool for QMS"
What do you like best about Qualio?

Is a powerful, tool for document control, as well as for other aspects of QM, such training control, management of quality events, management of the training of the employees, and other dayli basics for a QMS software.

It's also easy to access, runs everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

There is no way to automate workflows, for instance, the document control section of a document, could automatically be filled with the gap between the present draft and the previous effective version, and if the user introduces the Document Change Request event that triggers the new draft, the system could validate if the request in the CR fits the changes in the draft, and feed the CR validation section with that info.

Other semi automated processes, like the design controls, are getting better, but the integration of the design controls and risk management is still unusable, since the risk code changes when a risk is evaluated after apply the mitigation methods, this is not ISO 13485 nor 14971 compliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transition to Qualio for an Academic Institution running Clinical Trials"
What do you like best about Qualio?

For anyone running a paper based Quality Management System, and especially the controlled document management side of life, you know the massive amount of forms and trackers needed to control the life cycle of a document and quality event. A bi-yearly document set review would generate well over 300 separate files for me to fill, distribute, and manage! For document management, I got rid of all my forms for change control because the system takes care of that simply by how it's designed.

The system is also intuitive to use and the support team is very helpful, even sending complex questions to the dev team for input. I was able to get over the new-system learning curve by playing around in the sandbox and referencing the detailed help center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

Unfortunately as an academic/hospital type institution we have hundreds of individuals involved in regulated clinical trials, with a high turnover rate. Because of the seat-based fee structure, it wasn't feasible to allow everyone into the system and instead just the core QA team uses it. This does necessitate a hybrid approach for event management and document release and training, but the efficiencies gained in the QA team well make up for it. "Effortless Setup, Enhances Document Clarity"
What do you like best about Qualio?

I find Qualio particularly valuable in how it displays examples of clarified documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs), which greatly aids in understanding rules and procedures efficiently in a work setting. I appreciate that this feature helps provide clarity and a basic grounding in what needs to be followed, thus enhancing compliance and comprehension. Additionally, the initial setup of Qualio was very easy, which eliminated any potential stress or complication during implementation. The ability to seamlessly integrate it into my workflow without technical difficulties underscores its user-friendliness. This ease of use, alongside the clarity it brings to procedural understanding, makes Qualio an indispensable tool for my professional activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

I would like a better summary feature in Qualio that includes less reading, making it easier and quicker to understand key points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Formal Review of Qualio"
What do you like best about Qualio?

I have been using Qualio for over two years in my role as a Customer Service Agent, primarily for training purposes. One of the standout features of the platform is its simplicity and ease of use. Navigating through training modules is intuitive, and I appreciate the ability to easily review previously completed trainings at any time. This functionality helps ensure ongoing compliance and personal accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

While the overall user experience is positive, I believe there is room for improvement in the dashboard interface. In its current form, it does not add much value to my daily tasks and could benefit from a more user-friendly and informative layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
