"Microsoft 365: Making Work Easier and Smarter"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based platform that allows users to access emails, files, and applications from anywhere using the internet. It includes popular tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for everyday work. Multiple users can collaborate on the same document in real time, which improves productivity. It also provides strong security features such as multi-factor authentication and data protection. Files can be stored and shared easily using cloud storage through OneDrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 depends heavily on an internet connection, so users may face difficulties when the network is slow or unavailable. It works on a subscription model, which means organizations need to pay regularly to continue using the services. Some users find the platform complex because of the large number of features and settings. Data stored in the cloud may raise privacy concerns for some organizations. Occasional service outages or synchronization issues can also affect productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

- Frequent interface changes make features hard to track.

- Needs strong internet for the best experience.

- Too many alerts from Teams and Outlook if not adjusted.

If you want it even more concise or in a specific tone, I can reshape it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft 365: Smooth Integration and Real-Time Collaboration That Boosts Productivity"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Honestly, what I like most about Microsoft 365 is that everything works smoothly together. I use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint almost daily, and it makes my work much faster. Especially PowerPoint — creating client presentations becomes easy because of templates, formatting tools, and cloud access.

The best part is real-time collaboration. I can share files with clients or team members and we can edit at the same time without confusion about versions. OneDrive backup also gives peace of mind since files are safe and accessible from anywhere.

Overall, it saves time, improves productivity, and feels reliable for day-to-day professional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

Nope—so far, I don’t have anything I dislike about Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Office 365 is great for all types of businesses"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I have been using Microsoft products for in excess of 25 years personally within our businesses, and I still personally think Microsoft makes some of the best software applications. Five years ago, we upgraded our servers and mail services from on-premises equipment to Office365 cloud solutions. This change was very simple and one of the best decisions we have made. We still have full control over our services without the hassle of owning expensive servers and licensing, and of course, the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment and services. We login to the 365 portal a few times a week, to check on settings, or make required updates.

We utilise most of the Office 365 services available to us, and we have very few service-level issues.

- The software is simple to use

- Very cost-effective compared to legacy solutions

- Robust

- Innovation - Microsoft are always looking at new tools or making existing processes better

- Integration - Integrates well with other 3rd parties software

- Great mobile Apps for access on the move

- Cloud-based, thus reducing ownership costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

We had one technical issue with a registered Domain on the Office 365 platform, even after deleting the domain it was showing up as still being connected on the Microsoft Exchange server. I have contacted support a dozen times and still no fix to date.

Apart from the above issue the support has been excellent, the products are robust and you get a lot of bang for your dollar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Office is the best!"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I use Word and Excel daily. I couldn't imagine getting my work done without them. I have tried using low-cost/free competitors, but they aren't in the same league. I write status reports, track attendance, calculate hours worked into PTO earned, just about everything in my day-to-day is in Word or Excel. I also use Power Point for the occasional presentation, or for items that require just a quick graphical touch. Office 365 just seems to work, and it allows more flexibility than the freebie apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. "All-in-One Tool for Smooth Work"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how all the apps work together in one place. Tools like Word, Excel, and Teams make collaboration very easy, especially with real-time editing.

The most helpful feature is OneDrive cloud storage, which lets me access and share files from anywhere. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes my daily work much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it can sometimes feel heavy and slow, especially on low-performance systems. Apps like Teams and Outlook may take time to load and occasionally lag during use.

Another downside is the frequent updates and interface changes, which can be confusing and disrupt workflow. Also, the subscription cost can feel expensive for individual users. Improving performance optimization and providing more stable, consistent UI experiences would make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft 365: Simple, Secure Collaboration in One Ecosystem"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 brings together integrated applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams in one ecosystem. It’s easy to use, with a familiar, straightforward interface for employees, which reduces the need for lengthy training. The cloud features are also practical: you can upload files to OneDrive or SharePoint and access them from anywhere. File sharing and collaboration are smooth, allowing employees to work instantly on the same document. Meetings are simple to set up and run through Teams, with chat, video calls, and calendar integration. On top of that, security is strong, with advanced data protection and full control over access and permissions. In short, it offers everything employees need: simplicity, collaboration, and security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The ongoing subscription cost is a drawback for me. Also, the frequent updates can be confusing at times and may leave users unsure about what has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Admin Platform for Easy User Management, Licensing, and MFA"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I like that it's easy to create, modify, and delete users, assign licenses, and activate MFA. My experience has been very good; the administration platform is intuitive. Implementing user licenses has been easy. Generally, I assign a temporary password and require the user to change it upon logging in. This is very useful for ensuring users are responsible for their data. When users forget their password, it's very easy to reset it as an administrator, I Have never used the customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

The most common problem is that the Microsoft Authenticator stops working and I have to reset the MFA parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration for Easy Collaboration and Anywhere Access"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

The best part of Microsoft 365 is that all applications like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams integrate well with one another, which makes it really easy to collaborate and share documents. The cloud storage facility provided by OneDrive is also a big advantage, allowing you to access your files from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

One thing that I don’t like about Microsoft 365 is that it can be expensive to purchase a subscription, especially when you are an individual user. Sometimes, it also requires a stable internet connection to run the applications smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Microsoft 365 Hub That Keeps Work Flowing Smoothly"
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most is how Microsoft 365 brings my day-to-day work into one place, so I’m not juggling apps all day. Outlook handles email and calendar, Teams covers chat and meetings, OneDrive and SharePoint keep files organized, and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint take care of documents—all connected under the same sign-in. I can open a file in OneDrive, co-edit it with a teammate while we’re chatting in Teams, and then send a quick calendar invite without having to constantly context-switch. Overall it feels smoother than it used to; performance is better than a few years back, and small touches like presence and commenting across apps make collaboration feel natural instead of forced.

Getting set up on new machines is straightforward for me. I sign in, policies apply, and my mail, files, and apps sync down. I’m not spending a whole morning tweaking settings; most of the time it works out of the box. File sharing is cleaner too: I send links within the org, permissions carry over, and we avoid the old problem of five different versions floating around. When I move between devices—desktop to web to mobile—the experience stays consistent enough that I don’t lose my place. That ease of implementation is real, and it saves me time every quarter when we refresh laptops.

Feature-wise, it’s packed but still usable. Co-authoring in Word and Excel is a big win, comments and track changes feel less messy, and version history has saved me more than once when someone edits the wrong thing. Teams meetings with screen sharing and captions are solid, Outlook rules and delay send help keep client mail tidy, and Power Automate lets me set up quick flows to cut manual steps, like filing attachments or pinging a channel when a doc changes. Search across mail and files has improved—still not perfect, but good enough that I can find an old deck or thread quickly. The real value is the integration across apps: it keeps me moving without glue code or a dozen extensions. I’m in Microsoft 365 basically every workday, and it feels like far less friction than trying to stitch together a bunch of separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I don’t have many dislikes, but I do want to call out the occasional sign-in loop or sync hiccup. Every so often, OneDrive gets stuck and a file will show as syncing forever until I quit the app and restart it, and then it clears. I’ve also had rare moments where licensing checks keep nagging even though I’m already signed in; again, a restart usually fixes it. Updates can sometimes shuffle a button or menu around, which steals a few minutes while I relearn where a setting moved. None of this is a deal breaker for me—just small bumps that tend to show up at the wrong time, make me sigh, and then I keep going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
