What do you like best about Fellow?
I work as a dietitian and nutritionist, I also create educational content, and I manage a homeopathy clinic. My main work involves patient consultations, diet planning for different health conditions, and regular follow-ups.
What I like best about Fellow is how well it supports my daily work. It is very easy to use and easy to understand. I did not need any training or technical setup. I started using it immediately for my consultation work.
During video calls or phone calls, I can write notes in real time. This is very helpful because I discuss diet plans for different problems like diabetes, thyroid issues, kidney problems, heart health, liver concerns, and general lifestyle improvement. I can quickly note patient goals, food habits, challenges, and next steps without missing important points.
The AI feature is one of the most useful parts for me. I can ask it to summarize a particular meeting by date, and it gives a clear summary of what was discussed along with follow-up actions. This saves a lot of time, especially when I handle multiple consultations in a day. Instead of reading long notes again, I get a quick and clear summary.
I use Fellow very frequently for planning, consultations, and follow-ups. I add action items like sharing diet charts by email, tracking food and activity, and reviewing progress later. This helps me stay organized and manage my work better.
Fellow has the right number of features for my work, such as meeting notes, action items, calendar scheduling, and AI summaries. Everything works smoothly together, and calendar integration makes scheduling simple. Overall, Fellow fits perfectly into my routine as a dietitian, content creator, and clinic manager, and it helps me manage consultations and follow ups in a clear and time saving way. What do you dislike about Fellow?
I don’t have any strong dislikes about Fellow, but a few small things could be smoother.
In the beginning, it takes a little time to understand where everything is, especially notes and action items. After creating a few meetings, it becomes clear, but the first-time experience could be a bit more guided.
The AI feature works well and saves time, but its output depends a lot on how detailed the notes are. If notes are very short, the summary also feels short. Some small tips inside the AI panel could help users get better results faster.
Sometimes, when the internet connection is slow during live calls, syncing or loading feels slightly delayed. It is not a major issue, but better handling in low network situations would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
