**What do you like best about Champify?**

I like Champify for its simplicity and clarity. The interface is easy to understand, even for beginners, and the data is presented in a very practical way. Everything required for product and competitor analysis is available in one place, saving me a lot of time and helping me make decisions faster with more confidence. It makes the research process much faster and more structured compared to doing everything manually. The overall experience feels smooth and focused on real use, not unnecessary features. The initial setup was very easy and quick, allowing me to get started within minutes without any technical issues or complicated configuration.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

One area that could be improved is the depth of some data insights. While the tool is very easy to use, a few advanced filters or more detailed analytics would be helpful for deeper research. Also, a short onboarding tutorial for new users could make the first-time experience even better.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Champify for product and competitor research. It quickly identifies winning products, analyzes market trends, reduces manual work, and helps validate ideas, saving time and reducing risk.

Champify is a highly beneficial tool for a Business Development Representative (BDR) team's pipeline generation efforts. Its platform is exceptionally user-friendly, allowing for easy configuration and flexibility to adapt to a team's specific needs. This ease of use empowers BDRs to quickly leverage the tool, making their workflow more efficient. I love how quickly my team can spot the best leads. It allows them to quickly review and sequence our previous users. I have an ongoing Slack channel with my CSM so it's easy to rectify issues promptly. Implementation was easy and we started seeing results within the same week!

There's nothing I don't like, per se. I think set-up is key, and the more data you have in your own system on previous users, the better.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

What I really like about Champify is how it helps us stay connected with our customers in a smarter way. Before using it, we were missing out on valuable opportunities to follow up simply because we weren't tracking job changes. Now Champify automatically alerts us when someone in our network changes roles, so we can reach out at the right time and keep those relationships alive. It's been a game-changer for staying top-of-mind and uncovering new business opportunities we would’ve otherwise missed.

No issues so far. The user interface is intuitive, and our BDR team adopted it quickly and easily.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

As the Goldcast team ramps up our AE outbound motion, Champify has helped me get two meetings booked compared to weaker early results with traditional channels. My favorite alerts are around -- previous license at previous company, champion departed (alongside help with CS/AM team) and a contact at a close lost. 

The previous contacts are powerful for us because marketing leaders regularly use the same MarTech stack at their new companies. Confident the same principle applies for other persona's. For close lost, it increases the odds that the contact is at least familiar with your company and can potentially bypass the education phase. 

The best part has been working with their team. Their CEO, Todd, reached out right when my license was activated to help me understand the capabilities, use cases, asked for feedback, gave me visibility on conversations with our operations team etc. It was easy to tell how much Todd truly cares about customers.

Meanwhile, our CSM Stefanie, spent a lot of time helping create customized versions of their playbooks aka email templates. Stefanie also helped educated me on trends she's seeing throughout their customer base. Very grateful for Stefanie and chat with her pretty regularly on slack for quick advice.

Happy to finally have Champify in my tech stack!

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Nothing to dislike with Champify. With that being said, the only issue I ran into was an internal issue about what alerts our internal team turned on. It can be noisy to get alerts that aren't helpful. This got solved quickly after strategizing internally and leaning on the amazing advice of Champify CSM Stefanie.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound pipeline creation, creating part of a referrals process and tracking our fast growing customer base who changes jobs fairly often.

Champify has been a major accelerator for our pipeline generation efforts. By surfacing warm leads based on customer movement, it’s helped our reps prioritize outreach more strategically and book meetings faster.

one challenge is that it’s only as good as the data it can access — meaning gaps in LinkedIn or CRM data can sometimes limit the volume of surfaced leads. Additionally, integrating Champify insights into daily rep workflows takes some change management; it’s not entirely ‘set and forget’

Our team was excited to bring on Champify as prior to onboarding the tool, we did not have a solution for tracking job changes of past users and customers. Therefore, it simultaneously filled a RevOps need and opened up a new pipeline channel for us.

Onboarding and integrating with Salesforce was fairly seamless and the Champify team provided hands-on support throughout the process. The tool has uncovered new sales opportunities for us and has allowed us to stay one-step ahead in a competitive market.

Occasionally for some leads, we would prefer for job changes to be surfaced sooner.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

Champify has resolved a long term challenge, to automate the process to identify and trigger the follow up with existing customers that have moved to a new company.
Whilst other tools provide this capability, I like the way that Champify simplifies the process though it's integration with Salesforce, to serve up past contacts as leads, in a workflow that is familiar to all our reps.
This has helped us move from a manual inconsistent process, reliant on individual reps tenacity, to an automated approach that can work at scale.

It is hard to exclude existing contacts that reps are already pursuing following a transition of role from Champify reporting.

It's a simple and laser-focused tool which is exactly what I wanted: a way to track former buyers and champions at new companies. 

Within two or three weeks (enterprise sales motion) we had two demos booked and one of them was a lead that by itself would 20x our Champify investment, proceeding directly into a POC.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

It is a bit clunky to set up and some product limitations but if you understand it's not about perfection but generally getting it right and functional, the team will work with you and get it going pretty quick.

The workflow is really powerful and well designed. From the type of contacts tracked to their job change identification, and the display in Salesforce with a really cool account blueprint to get an overview by stage and type of Champify we have.

Shoutout for their customer service who is, as well, very good!

**What do you like best about Champify?**

As a mid-market account executive, champify helps me identify and track job changes for previous users. This enables me to prioritize within my target accounts and quickly cultivate insights from previous users. 

Champify surfaces (integrates) key fields into Salesforce (past account, previous relationship, etc.). 

It's impactful having Champify fields in my Clari Groove omnibar meet me in my workflow, and Champify movement insights for timely, efficient outbound with my flows.

Champify is easy to use in my daily workflow and cadences. I use Champify insights on a daily basis, and I'm confident Champify has positively contributed to me achieving my annual goal in Q3.

From a rep's perspective, the ease of use associated with the product seems to be the best part. There's a weekly report digest sen to my email, along with the SFDC reporting that you can use to stay on top of this. Champify consistently is recommending individuals for outreach that I wouldn't have been aware of previously, many folks who have had success with our software in the past

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Nothing comes to mind at the moment — it's a simple tool, so for other use cases it may not have the breadth of features needed, but the simplicity is also one of the strongest points.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having awareness of where your previous power users and champions are now working is a massive tool in the arsenal. It's a fantastic way to gain awareness of specific accounts and how to break in, or even determine if there's a use case fit in an account.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

Champify is so easy to use. I just log in to salesforce in the morning and instantly have access to my entire list of champify contacts. It has helped me build 7 figures in pipeline over my 2 years using the tool. It's a key part of my dailey prospecting flow.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Can't think of anything to list. Haven't run into a downside yet.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Champify has been great for finding previous users or champions that are familiar with Heap when typcially it is shooting in the dark trying to identify top contacts to target. One of my largest deals to date was because of a previous power user of Heap joined their new organization at the leadership level. The sales cycle was within 90 days and they have continued to expand and grow the contract. The ease of use puts champify at the top of my PG tool belt.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

Champify has radically changed how I drive outbound for my target accounts. What once took hours of research to identify lucky connections is now as simple as pulling up my champify report, understanding who were power users of our software, and reaching out to them asking if they'd like to bring us into their new org. Champify allows for us to also see who in the evaluation process we have the best chance at getting on our side early as they may have familiarity with us.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

There's nothing I particularly dislike about the tool as it's quite straightfotward. That said, I think it would be cool to improve the integration with our tech stack and see things like "gong calls attended" or "number of evaluations with your software" and perhaps even letting reps get as granular as to add their own notes to specific contacts so future reps can know how to best interact with them.

The time it takes to research and find former users of our software to help champion deals to higher ARR and quicker deal cycles

Champify helps us track champions as they change positions and surface them to our sales teams. it's an intuitive tool, easy to setup and the team around it has been fantastic. One of the best buyer and customer experiences we've been a part of as of late.

While it would be helpful if there was a way to plug into our CSP, there isn't any major downsides we've uncovered so far.

What I like about Champify is that finding the right prospects can be a daunting task, but with Champify it makes it so much easier. Champify is a game-changer for sales professionals because it seamlessly connects them with prospects that are the perfect fit for their products or services.

Champify takes the guesswork out of prospecting  to match salespeople with prospects who are most likely to convert.

Enables me to know the easiest route to a conversation. Before having this in the tool belt I did a lot of peer-prospecting, just trying to figure out who has used this in the past.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

As your company grows, so does your list of customers and users. Prior to Champify, we had to painstakenly use sales navigator reports to try and find users who are now working at new target accounts. Champify has streamlined this entire process and is constantly monitoring and alerting you when there any new job changes. In the first 6 months of using Champify, I have generated almost $1,000,000 in new sourced pipeline from their weekly reports. 

Previous users are sometimes underutilized because it can be incredibly difficult to track. With champify, the work is done for you. Once set up, you have the ability to hit the ground running ASAP.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Sometimes the titles can be a bit low level but I imagine it can be fixed on the back end so they don't appear on reports.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was incrediby difficult to find previous users of our platform who have moved to other companies. Champify fixes that problem with ease.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

As a sales rep, it's a challenge to find time to work on pipe-gen. At the same time, self-sourcing is what pushes your quarters from average or good to great. I've always looked at ways to track former users (e.g. massive boolean searches that break LinkedIn) because it often leads to higher reponses, meetings, and opporunities.

Champify has helped me completely streamline the process to track former champions by surfacing those leads proactively in Salesforce. Not only has this greatly sped up my prospecting process, but it's increased the quality of leads and opportunities by focusing my attention on one of the best channels for pipe-gen.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Not a dislike specifically, but I'd love to see Champify increase their scope to focus on other high-leverage contacts that Sales Nav doesn't do a great job at surfacing.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Champify helps our team track and surface former users and champions of Retool. Previously we attempted to do this through cumbersome LinkedIn searches, which invetiably missed leads. This is leading us to generate more pipeline, quickly, that is of a higher quality.

Champify makes it very easy to quickly identify who your top contacts are that have already been customers of your product. This really helps to prioritize what accounts/prospects to reach out to. It makes it very easy to have champify living within SFDC so that we don't have yet another tool that we need to log in to.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Want to find a way to be more proactive rather than reactive. Beacue account lists hardly chnage it makes it difficult to when you don't have a a new champify for quite a while.

Champify is helping provide direction and a strong list potential chmpions of your product.

**What do you like best about Champify?**

No one is doing reps/AEs/sales orgs any favors today when it comes to pipeline generation or lead conversion. Our team has been leveraging Champify to break those barriers to entry by connecting us with/informing us on where high target leads, previous power users and champions exist.  Reps historically had spent hours weekly trying to track down these high value prospects, where as now, there are easily accessible reports that not only are generated via SFDC... but surfaved to them via slack updates.. enabling them to be agile and targeted in their PG efforts. We've seen a lot of success and increases in response rates and meet conversion rates.. but most importantly, conversion rates down funnel - which in turn results in more closed won business.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Time to set up/implementation was very fast - havent had any issues with the tool so far. Reps often have questions about the leads and Champify support team/customer success team are quick to hop in.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase high value pipeline that reps generate on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Inceasing conversion rates by stage due to experienced users/advocates. Overall - helping us fuel our business and achieve our pipeline generation goals across BDR/Commercial/Ent/Strat teams.

Champify gives reps and businesses visibility into their best prospects and contacts, driving pipe generation, deal progression, churn prevention, and competitive wins. 

Champify has helped me identify risk in my best accounts, and close new business with my top prospect accounts by showing me who my power users are, and alerting me when they leave or arrive in new roles at new companies. 

This takes the focus of pipe generation, champion building, and account management from volume based approaches and wishful thinking to a data informed true science.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

Champify requires you and your business are already diligent about tracking in app behavior, and does require some initial technical instrumentation.

Champify illuminates and alerts when your top users depart your top accounts or arrive at your top prospects.

Fantastic team with quick response times and a great partnership alongside my sales leadership to implement successfully. Quick to offer solutions and iterate on product feedback to ship improvements. We're still early in our implementation, but have booked a number of meetings already and we're further along in the deal cycle with these champions.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

No dislikes, the team has been able to take our feedback and make changes to customize the deploy to meet our needs. Highly recommend working with them.

Champify helps us identify former EBs, champions, and builders that have recently moved companies so that we can proactively reach out to them and either start new opportunities or accelerate existing opportunities in play. Champify enables us to keep track of our champions as they move througout their careers. This has enabled us to get ahead of churn problems, and more importantly, create new pipeline from those who have bought our software before.

As of now, I do not have any downsides from using the product. Our sales teams are heavily engaged with the data provided and it's been extremely valuable for our pipeline generation efforts.

We all know the woes of updating contact records in CRMs when prospects change companies - with Champify, that headache is completely removed, and no insight is lost. Everyone enjoys a little love when they start a new position, and Champify makes it easy for sales reps to add that pinch of personalization to their outreach, resulting in more meetings booked.

**What do you dislike about Champify?**

I'd say the only problems we ran into with Champify was from an administrator point - some Champify list emails were going to our spam folder, and there were some routing issues with lead and contact records. Rest assured, the Champify team will work with you to rectify these situations in real-time.

**What problems is Champify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Champify works for us on multiple fronts. In addition to keeping our CRM records clean, we also gain valuable insight into promotions, company migrations, etc. It really levels up our personalization when doing outreach to these folks!

Instead of having to keep track of Lead lists in Sales Navigator, Champify automates keeping track of your best leads (i.e., former customers). It's a no brainer.

Haven't run into any issues yet. Only thing I can think of is maybe getting a Champify notification that's back dated, but not sure if that is on their product or our internal configuration.

I love that we could integrate the data directly into Salesforce and connect with past customers. I used the Champify data to connect with previous customers through an outreach sequence. The data is always super accurate and the Champify team has been super helpful to our organization. I love the fact that it made it faster, and easier to connect with those that have already used our products in the past. We use the information in an outreach sequence, and booking meetings for our account managers with Champify has been a complete game-changer!

Appreciate that your team is quick to respond to our issues, when I first started using the data, a few duplicate records were transferred in. But the team helped resolve our issues fast through slack connect. There's not much to dislike, Champify really knows how to find the right contacts for our team.

Rallying and finding previous Champions at past companies 
Helping connect our team quicker to people that we've worked with in the past in their new roles

What's most helpful about using Champify is the ability to see who was a former power user of your previous product and the contacts who are familiar with your software/offering. In my experience so far, a prospect has either accepted a meeting or referred me to someone who is better suited for the conversation. Saves you time in your prospecting, and can potentially open doors to the organization you're trying to meet with.

What Champify provides us is the most effective and most efficient pipeline channel. Deals opened via Champify/former champions have 3x the average contract value and are 4x faster to close for us. Champify represents millions in dollars in pipeline generation each year and this can grow for even larger companies (and as we grow.)

I'm excited for Champify to add additional means of sourcing network-based pipeline channels that go beyond just champion tracking. Other than that, don't have anything to complain about

I love how it shows you easy low hanging fruit targets to get meetings with. Quick success story- one of the main champions at an account I have acquired moved to a different company. Champify helped my SDR and I identify that and now we connected with him and plan to POV ThoughtSpot with him at his new company.

Nothing so far. I am mainly using it in Salesforce, but I would like to see it have its own UI. I like to work on platforms so I can be more focused on what I am exactly doing in that moment.

Champify unlocks a key revenue source for SaaS companies. Trying to identify prospects that were champions or involved in your deals at their previous company used to be a very cumbersome process. Champify brings all of those prospects to your fingertips. It's a fantastic concept.

I would love if there were some more cold calling scripts/if it made it easy to call the cell phones of the champs as soon as they move.
