My top three best of for Reviewflowz: Integration with my company Slack channel where reviews are displayed for all employees to see. Slack integration was seemless, very easy to do. The reporting and search within Reviewflowz of all reviews is something I can only get in Reviewflowz vs on the review sites. This save an incredible amount of time when asked questions such as "What are the best reviews on the topic of XYZ." Incredibly responsiveness from the Reviewflow team to my questions and I receive regular updates on new functionality. **What do you dislike about reviewflowz?** In my opinion, Reviewflowz started off as a single funtionality tool and has increased funtionality ever since I started using it 9 months ago. Today is it on the cusp of being a full review platform and suspect this to happen shortly as more capabilities are released. **What problems is reviewflowz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reviewflowz solves many problems for myself and company. Reviewflowz streamlines review management with Slack integration. I no longer need to copy and paste reviews into Slack for employees to see. The reporting is fabulous. The search of reviews is incredible and I can't get this on the review sites I work with. Overall Reviewflowz saves me a lot of time, helps me promote my review program and allows me to expand on helping fellow employees with their review marketing needs. ### 8. It is incredibly helpful! We connected it to slack to get feedback directly posted in a slack channel where CSMs, Product and Sales all have visibility and collaborate on constructive feedback. The set-up was really simple and we have never seen any issues with the integration. The data flows in a timely manner so we can be pretty responsive to feedback we're receiving. The cherry on top is that it is affordable. Getting budget approval for this integration was easy given the cost to value provided.
