For a company with a lot of locations and multiple records, such as having Google and Yelp accounts for each location, the cost of using reviewflowz can become quite expensive. This is due to being charged for each review profile separately. For instance, with 18 locations and tracking both Google and Yelp for each, it results in 36 review profiles. I can't say enough how fabulous Reviewflowz is. My top three best of for Reviewflowz: Integration with my company Slack channel where reviews are displayed for all employees to see. Slack integration was seemless, very easy to do. The reporting and search within Reviewflowz of all reviews is something I can only get in Reviewflowz vs on the review sites. This save an incredible amount of time when asked questions such as "What are the best reviews on the topic of XYZ." In my opinion, Reviewflowz started off as a single funtionality tool and has increased funtionality ever since I started using it 9 months ago. We use Reviewflowz to understand customer sentiment via reviews posted on G2 and Capterra. It is incredibly helpful! We connected it to slack to get feedback directly posted in a slack channel where CSMs, Product and Sales all have visibility and collaborate on constructive feedback. The set-up was really simple and we have never seen any issues with the integration. The data flows in a timely manner so we can be pretty responsive to feedback we're receiving. The cherry on top is that it is affordable. Getting budget approval for this integration was easy given the cost to value provided. All in all - I definitely recommend! We had been searching for a slack intergration for a while that would show our Glassdoor reviews as this is something we are constantly monitoring. Reviewflowz was easy to implement and Axel has been super response if we've ever had any issues.

They really listen to their customers and are always connecting with new sites - such as indeed - which has been great for us.
