My favorite thing about BirthdayBot is that you can log in and decide whether or not you want your birthday to be celebrated. Some staff members don't enjoy public celebrations, and BirthdayBot allows them to take out their birthdays or not set them at all, which means they won't be celebrated. This feature lets me avoid managing the politics of birthday celebrations. I also found the initial setup to be super easy; I just connected it, set up the billing, and then informed my team via Slack. It automatically handled the rest of the setup. BirthdayBot has been helpful with reminding the whole team when someone's birthday is coming up! It also sends out an alert on their birthday, so nobody forgets.

This is great because everyone gets birthday wishes! I have been at companies that did not have this software in place, and many people's birthdays were forgotten unless they spoke up about it.
