We have been using our website monitoring and API for the past 5 years and have loved how easy it is to set up and being notified as soon as something is no longer correct has allowed us to fix bugs as quickly as possible. The query time set to 5 min is one of the best ways to integrate avoiding too much load on the server, so far due to the ease of use we have not required customer support yet. - Auto calling and Auto SMS features are the much needed.

Extra seats are not expensive, but if you need to set up a fine-grained system of notifications for lots of sites all with different people that should be notified, costs may run up a bit.
