I think what could be improved is maybe if they can add in bandwidth monitoring. But I know bandwidth monitoring would have to come from a layer two aspect. Maybe if they can add in bandwidth monitoring on a triple p account or a public IP address that you can monitor the live bandwidth going through the link. We have been using our website monitoring and API for the past 5 years and have loved how easy it is to set up and being notified as soon as something is no longer correct has allowed us to fix bugs as quickly as possible. The query time set to 5 min is one of the best ways to integrate avoiding too much load on the server, so far due to the ease of use we have not required customer support yet. - Auto calling and Auto SMS features are the much needed.

What I like most about UptimeRobot is how straightforward and reliable it is to manage website and service monitoring. One specific moment that stood out to me was when I realized the exclusion IP list was already available as a service through our firewall. meaning I didn’t need to manually add each UptimeRobot IP address to the exclusion policy one by one.
