It’s very easy to set up and use, and it integrates smoothly with our pre-existing Microsoft infrastructure. There’s also a large range of features, including Phishing Simulations, Security Awareness Training, the Mod store for training content, Users & Group editing, and easy-to-access reports covering past, current, and upcoming training. We have training scheduled to go out every quarter, with automatic phishing simulations released every month. I log on to KB4 multiple times a week to monitor the training and phishing activity, and to pull reports when they’re needed for Board meetings. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** Two things I don’t like about KnowBe4 are related to phishing simulations and support. When running phishing simulations, I’m unable to filter by application. For example, we don’t use Google Docs, but I have to go in and exclude those templates individually instead of simply filtering out that app so they don’t appear in the simulations. Because of that, the simulations can become too obvious and get reported or ignored, unless I spend time going through thousands of results and excluding all the ones we don’t use. The other issue is with support tickets. When you create a ticket, they ask for the “Requester Country.” I enter United Kingdom, but I still get assigned American support. That usually means we only manage about one email per day back and forth due to the time difference. You can ask the American support staff to transfer you, but that really should happen automatically based on the requester country, so it feels almost pointless to ask in the first place. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use another platform that was slow, had poor integration and often had many problems with less automation features.
