## Quo Reviews
  ### 1. Quo Helps Me Run My Business More Efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshell H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been a game-changer for my mobile notary and wedding officiant business. As a business owner who also works a full-time job, I rely heavily on Quo to manage client communication efficiently.

My favorite feature is Sona, the AI assistant. It helps answer calls, qualify leads, collect appointment details, and guide clients to the correct booking options when I'm unavailable. This has improved my response times and reduced missed opportunities during my regular work hours.

I also appreciate the call flows, automated messaging, and integrations that help streamline my workflow. What surprised me most is how quickly Quo became an extension of my business rather than just a phone system. It helps me maintain a professional client experience while saving valuable time each week.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

One area where Quo could improve is the AI call handling experience. While Sona has been extremely helpful for answering calls and qualifying leads, there have been times when it asked follow-up questions that the caller had already answered, particularly when discussing services such as I-9 verifications or apostille assistance. Improving the AI's ability to retain context throughout the conversation would create a more seamless caller experience.

I would also appreciate additional flexibility in some automation settings and business-hour configurations for appointment-based businesses. Despite these minor challenges, the platform continues to provide significant value, and the development team appears committed to improving the product.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Quo, I faced the challenge of managing client calls and messages while working a full-time job. Because many of my clients reach out during traditional business hours, I was concerned about missing calls, delayed responses, and lost business opportunities when I was unavailable.

Quo has helped solve this by providing professional call handling, automated messaging, and AI-powered lead qualification through Sona. Prospective clients can receive assistance, provide appointment details, and access booking information even when I cannot personally answer the phone.

As a mobile notary and wedding officiant, responsiveness is critical. Quo has improved my ability to capture and manage leads, maintain a professional customer experience, and reduce the amount of manual follow-up required. The time savings and increased efficiency allow me to focus more on serving clients and growing my business rather than managing communications.

  ### 2. Simple, Modern UI and a Standout AI Auto-Responder

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige K. | Website Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I needed simplicity in the UI as opposed to a bloated tool. That's what I love about Quo, everything is easy to find and access. The price point was also the best for the features that I needed and the tier that I chose had the features that I wanted without additional features that I didn't. I love the AI auto-responder! It's so much better than a "press the number" system and is so much more modern. Support was helpful at the beginning when I needed them and the clarity of the interface allowed for seamless onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Perhaps this is a Canadian number issue, but I'd love to be able to have the same kinds of number verification and call display as my American counterparts.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to find a cheaper phone solution and one that was simpler for me to use, with clearer, more streamlined settings. I also really appreciate the reliability, as that was something that I was struggling with on previous providers.

  ### 3. Quo Makes AI Call Answering and Lead Follow-Up Fast, Modern, and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpha Interface Marketing S. | Sales And Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like most about Quo is how quickly we were able to build a real AI answering and lead follow-up system for our business, without a complicated setup process or a large technical team. The interface feels modern, clean, and easy to navigate, and the drag-and-drop call flow builder is especially straightforward.

The AI assistant has been surprisingly natural in conversations, and the call summaries and transcripts make it simple to review interactions and follow up with leads. We also connected Quo with Zapier and Google Calendar to automate notifications and workflows, which has improved our overall efficiency and cut down on manual tasks.

Onboarding is another major strength. Even as first-time users, we got the system up and running fairly quickly, and it was easy to test different AI call flows as we refined what worked best. The platform feels flexible enough for more advanced automations, while still being approachable for small business owners.

From a performance and ROI perspective, Quo has helped us avoid missed opportunities by ensuring calls are answered professionally even when we’re unavailable. Overall, it brings AI, automation, communication, and integrations together in one platform that feels far more modern than traditional business phone systems.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

One downside is that some of the onboarding and automation setup steps can be a little confusing for first-time users, especially when connecting outside tools like Zapier or calendars. There are a lot of powerful features available, but sometimes clearer beginner guidance or more setup templates would make the process faster.

We also noticed that the AI occasionally needs fine-tuning to better match specific business workflows and responses, but once adjusted it performs well. Overall, the platform is strong and continues improving quickly.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is helping us address missed lead opportunities, slow follow-up, and inconsistent customer communication. Before using it, calls or messages could easily slip through the cracks when we were busy or after hours. Now, the AI answering system and automated workflows help us respond more quickly and keep leads engaged, without needing someone available 24/7.

The call summaries and transcripts also save us time by providing a clear breakdown of each conversation. On top of that, the integrations with tools like Google Calendar and Zapier make it easier to automate follow-up tasks. For a small business, it’s been a solid improvement in organization, customer response time, and overall efficiency, without requiring a large support team.

  ### 4. Intuitive Apps and a Shared Inbox That Keeps Our Team Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ocean Pines H. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The absolute best part about Quo is how easily it lets me keep my business and personal life completely separate. I don't have to carry around a second physical work phone or deal with a confusing, clunky setup. The desktop and mobile apps are incredibly intuitive and clean.

It makes our company look highly professional with a dedicated local business line. The shared inbox features are a massive plus, allowing multiple team members to stay completely aligned, view message threads, and jump in to answer calls or texts so we never let an estimate or client follow-up slip through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The biggest limitation right now is the lack of robust call and message filtering options; it can be tough to sort through a heavy volume of communication exactly the way you want to, and the inbox can get cluttered quickly.

Additionally, the exact mechanics of how call recording and real-time transcription function can feel a bit unclear and non-intuitive upfront.

Finally, there is no native connector or direct integration with ChatGPT. Having a seamless link to ChatGPT to use your full communication and text history as a contextual engagement tool for AI would be an absolute game-changer, and it feels like a missed opportunity right now.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It successfully moves our business lines off our personal cells, ensuring that clients get a professional interactive experience while giving a small team full visibility into incoming texts and calls. It has made a huge difference in our business.

  ### 5. Quo Makes Business Calls and Texts Effortless—Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo does a great job of managing my business calls and texts, and allows me to use a separate business and personal phone number from the same device.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far I have not discovered any dislikes about Quo. Daily use of the software has been great, and the service team was excellent in helping me make my business phone functional.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo solved the problem of needing a separate business mobile phone number, while still using the same device I use for my personal phone. It also manages automated answering for my customers when I cannot answer the phone, and allows more than one of my team members to be able to answer the calls/texts from different phones. I now have even better ability to capture each call, than I would if I had a brick and mortar business location with a full time secretary. Multiple team members can have the app on their cell phone, and we all are able to answer the incoming calls from our mobile phones.

  ### 6. Easy Way to Separate Business and Personal Calls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Here’s a positive way to answer both:

What is most helpful about Quo?
The most helpful thing about Quo is that it makes managing business phone numbers feel simple and organized. Calls, texts, contacts, and customer conversations are all kept in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of communication without mixing business calls into a personal phone number.

What are the upsides of using Quo?
The biggest upsides are convenience, professionalism, and flexibility. Quo lets you set up or manage business numbers quickly, use local or toll-free numbers, keep work and personal communication separate, and handle calls/texts from the app. It is especially useful for small businesses because it gives a more polished phone setup without needing extra phones or complicated equipment. Quo also supports shared numbers and team-style communication, which helps avoid missed calls and keeps everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have had a good experience overall. The main downside is just getting familiar with all of the features at first, but once set up, the app has been easy to use and reliable for managing business phone numbers and communication.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

> Quo has helped me keep business calls and texts organized without having to carry around a second phone or deal with a bunch of complicated setup. It gives me a cleaner, more professional way to communicate with customers while still letting me manage everything directly from my phone. It’s also made it easier to keep my personal number separate from business stuff, which has honestly helped cut down on a lot of clutter and confusion.

  ### 7. Lightweight CRM with Smart Call Summaries, Great Integrations, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DAVID M. | Owner/Operater, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It is a lightweight CRM with notes about contacts, AI call summaries, etc. There is a lot of information at your fingertips when a call comes in. The call flow builder is also very nice to build your customers experience to your business needs. Along with integrations such as Gmail contact sync, and AI features I havent even tried out yet. There is a lot of features inside QUO. Also, the support is great. I simply email them with some questions and they usually get back to me with in 15 to 20 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I am still in the process of figuring out how to get rid of the "red flag" or notification indicator on the browser tab. I emailed them about it and we tried several things and still have not been able to clear it. They escalated the case to try to resolve it. They way I operate, I am back and forth at the pc and use the indicator for activity like missed calls, but I also get emails of missed calls and I monitor my email closely also, so this is not the biggest issue just more of an annoyance.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a massive amount of spam calls. I built a small phone menu that blocks out a lot of robo calls because they can not operate a phone menu. That is helpful to keep my phone from ringing on those calls and only on important calls. Now when my phone rings I know it is a person.

  ### 8. A Total Game Changer for Shared Calls, Summaries, and Seamless HubSpot/Shopify Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew Franklin C. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has helped me share information with my other guides quickly, so we’re not annoying customers by collecting the same details twice. I can field a call on behalf of my guides and then send them a call summary that includes clear action steps. That makes it easy to get the ball rolling toward finalizing a successful booked trip.

I can also attach this data to HubSpot and Shopify, so all the client information stays connected. I’ve actually saved money by ditching my old e-sim and opening a QUO line instead. The AI assistant has been incredible for answering common questions like pricing and what clients need, so I don’t get tied up on redundant phone calls.

Right now I’m using QUO to manage a shared number, but it still lets me answer and route calls for three connected (but separate) businesses. Setup is very easy, and I love how smoothly it connects between my iPhone and Mac. I’m hoping for a watch app in the future.

I can’t believe more people aren’t using this app—it’s been a total game changer for me. There are a few online resources that help you get the whole system rolling quickly. It’s helped us book more trips more efficiently, and it lets customers call in and get updated info without having to talk with anyone. Genius! QUO is the HEARTBEAT of our tech stack. It runs brilliantly and makes us a more nimble, complete, and better business.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There’s no watch app yet, and the setup can feel a smidge clunky at times—especially since we were also recording HD audio with musicbeds to insert. Still, for the most part it was pretty incredibly easy to set up.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 4 contractors that work for me. I field all the requests for them and then assign who gets the job. By having recorded conversations and AI summaries I can quickly get the job and all it's notes to my guides without having to have lengthy notes or conversations. HUGE time saver!

  ### 9. Quo Delivers Reliable Talk & Text with Fast Porting and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan A. | Owner, Mental Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I switched to Quo from the recommendation of a google search and other business owners. I wanted to find a much more reliable smartline service for my business. I am so grateful for the amazing and fast customer service, the quick porting experiencing of my business number, being able to sign up so quickly and pay annually at a discount, having such quick and reliable talk and text options, and being able to integrate my business seamlessly into this. I also love the user interface in Quo's app and desktop.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I can't really think of much aside from not being able to show that I have "read" a text message from a client on the desktop. I would like to be able to "click" the message and it show as "read" instead of having to click "done," which removes it from my messages.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo had charged me for an additional number but I was not using that number. They were able to quickly refund me for that charge and I quickly deleted the second number, as I only use my primary business number with Quo. The customer service representative was quick to email me back and refund me.

  ### 10. Intuitive, Simple, and Works Like a Charm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It's so intuitive and simple to use. The learning curve is minutes, not hours or days. And it's worked like a charm since I've been using it now for the last couple months.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing so far. I'm in love with it! One small suggestion might be that it would be nice to have the ability to combine inboxes for multiple phone numbers instead of having to manually switch from one number to the other.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a simple solution to have a couple additional phone numbers. Quo provided this and at a very affordable price. The previous platform I was using was incredibly complex and difficult to use and way too expensive for what I needed.
