**What do you like best about Ashby?**

What I liked best about Ashby was how easy it was to navigate the platform – the interface is clean, intuitive, and a pleasure to use. Scheduling interviews, which used to be a hassle, is now seamless and takes almost no effort.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

The only downside I encountered was with the documentation format. While I managed to get everything set up, I felt that a non-technical person might struggle with the initial setup.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby helps us manage every aspect of our hiring process, from posting on external job boards to scoring candidates, gathering feedback, and scheduling interviews. It also simplifies handling homework assignments, managing our entire pipeline, and keeps things organised right up until we send the final employment contract. Having all these features in one platform has streamlined our process and kept everything running smoothly.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

- The data architecture and flexbility for different use cases is second to none
- The product is purpose built for sourcing candidates AND filtering applications - legacy tools like Greenhouse fall way short (e.g. the process to add a candidate to the pipeline from LinkedIn takes 10 seconds vs. 5 min on Greenhouse)
- Simplifies everything from daily recruiter workflows to executive pipeline reporting
- Great knowledgebase and resources to get you running and integrated

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

- Implementation suport was not hand holding, you need to put a lot of work into getting it right
- If you don't have a codified hiring process and a data driven mindsent, the tool will not acheive its full potential

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Lots to love. Great UI, great support, and the best part is that the Ashby team is constantly creating new features. They are always finding new ways to streamline the recruiting process, and everytime they add a feature it doesnt make the product feel more bulky or enterprise like....somehow it makes it just feel better and better.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

I feel the AI tools yet dont really do much. For instance asking the AI to help you identify who you rejected last doesnt work at all.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making the entire process of recruiting easier. From scheduling, tracking candidates, sourcing, etc... it does it all, and lets me be a one person recruiting team with relative ease.

So many things are configurable, the first 2 months are really hard. Fortunately they did a lot of short videos on Ashby university to show how to do things.
I wish you could do more of the set-up directly screensharing 2h with a CSM would be even better to not feel overwhelmed at the start

Ashby was very simple to get set up in a single day and allowed us to implement all best practices. They even gave guidance on how to do so.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We've been using Ashby for almost 2 years now, and we absolutely love it. Since we started using it, so many things have changed: Ashby has added a ton of new features, and they're constantly growing and improving. The prices are still great compared to other similar ATS platforms. Their interface is incredibly user-friendly. It was very easy to implement, and it supports integrations with a lot of the apps we use on a daily basis, such as Hireflix, ZInc, etc. Even though they don't have live chat support, their email support is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

I'm not sure there's anything we don't like about Ashby. If we have to say something, maybe the customer support response sometimes takes too long, but they do respond within a reasonable time.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use for our hiring managers to review resumes, evaluate candidates, and move candidates through the interview and offer stages. Also, there are reminder notifications that we very much appreciate. Finally, Ashby offers excellent reports and dashboard templates that can be very helpful in different types of metrics.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby's an all-in-one solution that has exceptional functionality across its core ATS offering, scheduling, sourcing, and reporting/analytics. 

Being able to build out bespoke interview plans and leverage its automation and smart features has been a huge time-saver for our team. There are a plethora of ways you can customize it to your team/interviewers' needs, and if you put in the investment to actually understand just what it's capable of, you'll see major time savings and efficiencies down the road.

In addition to being an ATS that's really designed with recruiters in mind, the level of support and willingness to take (and act on!) feedback from the product and customer success teams is exceptional.

We were able to migrate from a well-known ATS to Ashby in less than a month.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Some of the sourcing functionality is not as streamlined as competitors', but it's a work in progress.

There is a LOT that you can leverage and work with, which may be overwhelming for some people - especially if you don't take the time to play around in the system and figure things out. 

But, if you're ready to upgrade your ATS from the equivalent of a Civic with a cassette player and no air conditioning to something that can truly supercharge your team, do it.

Ashby provides an all-in-one solution that spans the entire candidate experience. The analytics and dashboarding functionality is hugely helpful in reporting progress back to business stakeholders and ensuring the overall health of our recruitment pipeline.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby has been monumental in delivering data to executives succinctly and with real-time data. It has been used in a variety of programs including onboarding to ensure that all cross-functional stakeholders are equipped with the right information.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

There can be quite a bit of a learning curve especially with the variety of reports that the tool offers, but in the same vein, that's where the strength of Ashby comes in. Because you're able to customize and slice data as you need, it allows you the power to pinpoint metrics and tell stories that you need for the business.

There is nothing specific that I dislike about Ashby. I love that they are always upping the game and new features are always released or in the works!

The major hurdle that Ashby helped us with is the integration to Workday. And the process of getting the Ashby/Workday integration was seamless. Ashby has a great PM/WD integration team who helped us in less time than anticipated, and the level of support was amazing!

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I really like the customization aspect of Ashby and the consistent feature rollouts - it has allowed our team to quickly ramp up and really be intentional about our interviewing/hiring best practices. There was immediate positive feedback from hiring teams and managers about the UI compared to our previous ATS. The fact it is an ATS, CRM, and data platform is so valuable and was a no brainer when we were deciding on a new system!

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

While the customization is really helpful and there's a lot of value in being able to tailor the system - there's a ton of moving pieces so as the sole recruiter, it can get a little overwhelming.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating interviewing scheduling has allowed for a lot more efficiency in the process which ultimately has made a positive impact on candidate experience- the application review workflow and job setup also has streamlined a lot of our internal processes.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby is an all-in-one platform that allows Talent teams to work more efficiently and to have a single source of truth. Their analytics tools is top notch and their ATS is innovative and relatively easy to use. The best part of Ashby is the amazing team. They provide a best in class experience - shout out to Christian Novicki! Any time we have feedback or product requests we feel heard and we see quick changes. Ashby has allowed us to be more efficient, scale more easily, have data we trust, and save $100K+ by no longer needing multiple systems and tools to get what we need.

Further, I was part of Ashby's pilot RecOps course. This was a 100% virtual one month training. As a Talent leader, I found this course helpful to learn how others think about RecOps and what I could apply to my team. Ashby strives to be a true thought partner and this course demonstrated that. I highly recommend it, especially for people more junior in their careers.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

As an all-in-one platform, Ashby is trying to do it all at the highest quality. This requires openess to trying new things and not trying to continue to do what is always most comfortable after using less innovative tools in the past. Personally, it took a bit to shake old habbits and embrace the new way of thinking. The platform is very customizable but this requires time which can be tough when scaling quickly. I mainly experienced this with job set ups and interview plans. The only other area that comes to mind is the offer letter process. I love the integrations but the UI is not as appealing as I would like and we can't attach documents like our benefits overview. We have shared this feedback and I am confident this will improve quickly.

Ashby is innovating the way Talent teams operate by providing an all-in-one platform. They utilize AI and other automation to save time, ensure accuracy, and provide the best in class experience for users and candidates. Ashby saved us $100K+ by only needing their tool and no longer trying to manage 3+ tools to accomplish the same outcomes.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Here at DexCare, we use another ATS whose reporting and analytics functionality is...limited. As a company driven by data and analytics, we needed something that could plug into our stack and replace manual data pulls and calculations so we could tell our story, identify and troubleshoot issue areas and possible improvements, while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Ashby's Analytics platform was a seamless integration process measured in weeks instead of months, and having access to both a Success Executive AND a Talent Ops consultant was an incredible value add for us. That partnership went miles in closing "you don't know what you don't know" issues by leveraging their backgrounds and work with countless clients, and has positioned our Recruitment team as one of the standouts in the Company when it comes to data and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Their reporting backend and set up is very in depth and technical, so if you don't have a massive Ops background (me), it will take you awhile to figure out how to stand up new reports, drive to the insights you want, etc.

That's countered by constant contact with one of the best Support teams I've ever encountered in my career, biweekly/monthly meetings to just talk data shop, and a constant flow of product updates responsive to feature requests.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We LOVE Ashby at HackerOne. The product is fantastic, fully customisable and the reporting is second to none. 

But the customer service is also a huge part of what makes Ashby great. The incredible support that we got from the very beginning of our implementation process from Christian, enabled us to implement in a very short timescale. The support we had from Arjun when integrate workday was invaluable. We were able to integrate without bringing in any third parties.

There are regular feature releases and the product is just getting better monthly.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Because the reporting is so in depth, there are a lot of nuances to learn - for example the interviews section. But I don't see this as a dislike - just something you need to become familiar with in order to use the functionality to its full potential

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were using Lever, reporting was a nightmare and we always couldn't customise as much as we needed to.

We have fully customised Ashby and are able to get the best out of our reporting to solve real time problems

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I love the analytics and use it daily. It is for hiring managers to see the status of their role or pull analtyics of the hiring pipeline on their own. I also love that new features are constantly being launced to make it the best ATS on the market. The implementation process was very easy and integrated with all of the platforms we wanted it to. Also our customer sucess rep is so helpful in making sure we have everything we needs and teaching us how to use the system to the fullest.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

For scheduling it's not quite as powerful as something like modernloop, however it is nice that everything is streamlined and that you don't have to copy over all the interview plans and interviewers.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The analytics are amazing and it also is more streamlined so that way we don't have to integrate with many other platforms. It's nice to have everything in once place.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

I've never had a better onboarding experience. We're a small company so our onboarding support was email-only and I was initially worried about how much support we'd get. Jared Haynes and the rest of the team were spectacular for implementation. They've raised the bar for how email-only onboarding and customer support can be done.

The product itself is great too - it's comprehensive, easy to use, and we use it every day. The integrations were straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

It would be nice if there was also a version catered to recruiting firms in addition to internal recruiting teams. But it was fairly straightforward to set up workarounds.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby helps us stay organized when reaching out to candidates, reviewing candidates, getting them scheduled for next steps, and tracking them through the process.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We inherited an ATS that was unsuited to our needs so when the contract came up for renewal, we started an intesive benchmarking exercise in order to find a better solution. Despite being relatively new to the market, Ashby was by far outperforming its competitors on many areas. The market we operate in requires our recruitment team to do extensive headhunting and we do not have a big team to rely on yet so our Recruiter also have to be very versatile. Because of this, it was important for us to have an ATS that would optimise our sourcing efforts while also making the repetitive tasks like scheduling and reporting faster. Ashby is an "all in one" solution that allowed us to get rid of 3 different systems we previously needed for headhunting efforts (email finding tool, email sequencing tool, CRM) while also providing the best scheduling features I've ever seen. So much so that we're pretty confident we will never need to hire a Coordinator going forward.

Besides that, we were welcomed with and keep receiving the most amazing customer support/service I've ever seen. The implementation and integration with our other systems was seamless thanks to our Ashby partners. They are extremely responsive, take feedback on board (we've seen a number of our requests/feedback being implemented into new features), and are always here to help when something doesn't quite make sense. We use Ashby on a daily basis so it is also quite important for us to have a robust solution and we've never been disappointed. We've had literally 0 downtime since the start, the systems update are available easily and frequently by just refreshing the browser. 

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things but I can't emphasise enough how great an ATS (and more) it is. You can tell that the product was built by people who deeply understand recruitment and Recruiters' needs. It's a breath of fresh air and I have no doubt it will become the tool of choice for many more Recruiters out there.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Nothing! There are some parts that can take a little longer to understand, such as reporting, but this is the case with every other product out there and the main difference here is that the CSM and support team are always here to help.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have combine our sourcing systems with our ATS. We can easily store prospects information, find their contact details and enroll them in an email sequence.
They are then converted to candidates or their data is processed/anonymised in compliance with data regulations. 
Scheduling interviews is seamless as we're able to integrate calendars and let candidates pick their preferred slots.

Ashby is saving us a ton of manual work so we can focus on the most time-consuming/important recruiting tasks: finding our candidates and giving them the support they need.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

You can easily break down complex recruitment process building in automation at every step change of a candidate journey. This initial effort to onboard a new vacancy into the system enables a smoother, faster transition for candidates through our hiring funnel.

Data visibility, I am a data nerd, most of Ashby's competitors which I've used a few of give you a data bolt but it's usually lacks depth and doesn't allow for a customisable use case like Ashby does, we all measure and drive recruitment success differently and Ashby has built the platform with Data in mind, you can go to the smallest detail or give a comfortin overview of the funnel, NPS survey and begin predicting hiring success. Not ATS comes close!

Nothing of note, some complexities of the system could be sensitized better with customers, this is due to it being a unicorn tool, it has features others don't. So this does take a few short weeks to onboard into your ways of working and understanding.

I've had experience with almost every major ATS on the market and I can say with confidence that Ashby has them beat! 
Most ATS's require bolt on systems to cover sourcing/sequencing, scheduling, and reporting/data visualization whereas Ashby has all of this functionality built it. It's particularly strong from the data perspective and the system was built with that in mind and clearly from the perspecitive of someone who has had to report on recruitment metrics. The reporting system is also fully customizeable to your teams needs.
They've also had one of the fastest product improvement cycles I've ever seen being able to take customer feedback and release features within months. Their customer success team has also been great to work with overall.

There's SO much to love about Ashby - a few highlights for me have been:
- Speedy implementation 
- Great service from our CSM, Beth, and additional Rec Ops support from Shannon when setting up our reporting
- Next level reporting, making sharing insights with stakeholders super easy. Additional features like schedule-send dashboards and custom branding really add to this
- The speed of new feature releases is incredible, and the turnaround on product/feature requests is tons quicker than I've seen with other ATS solutions
- The fact that it's all-in-one including outreach sequences, standard ATS, data and insights - minimising the tech stack and therefore costs
Ashby are really best-in-class and I would hate to go back to using an out-of-the-box ATS now!

Interview scheduling has tons of useful functionality - autoscheduling, calendar integrations, etc etc - but can take a while to figure out, not super easy 1-click use. But it's worth it!

We transitioned to Ashby in August and it is the best recruiting tech I have used in my career. We love the customization within Ashby and it is very user friendly. Our hiring leaders were quick to transition and commented on how much they love the platform UI. We love their dashboards and reporting - I have never had such powerful analytics and insights until Ashby! The CSM and support team is likek none other I have worked with - quick to respond and share our feedback and follow-up accordingly.

While we love how easy it is to customize, it can also be challenging to navigate and keep things organized, especially as you are setting up shared interviews and feedback forms across open roles. We are still working on best practices around this.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Kelsey was a tremendous help and we are so grateful for her assistance as we transitioned back to Greenhouse. Unfortunately, we only got to work with her upon exit. This was quite challenging as there were a lot of holes in the data and needed to go back and get additional reports pulled to fill in the information.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Moving to Ashby from Greenhouse cost myself, my team, and my company an exorbitant amount of time and also the cost we spent on the tool and loss of time hiring. We ultimately ended up moving back to Greenhouse. We paid Ashby to deliver on a product and post our jobs and it failed to do what it is supposed to so badly that we needed to move away from it. Luckily, they let us out of our contract. 

Mind you Greenhouse is not perfect and we had reasons to want to look elsewhere. 

I asked every recruiter on my team individually, “If you had to login right now to Ashby or Greenhouse, which one would you choose?” Each person without hesitation said “Greenhouse” and I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me.

Had the sales person known the answers to the questions that he absolutely should have known after being there for nearly two years, this all could have been avoided. Had he actually understood and properly explained how the licenses worked then that would have told me everything I needed to know and that it was not the right ATS for us.

Oftentimes, I would get the response to questions I asked, “Why is that important?” This is a big red flag and tells me that people that work at Ashby don’t understand what recruiters do, our challenges, and most importantly compliance. As a recruiting tool company that should be widely known and understood. 

I would also reach out if something wasn’t working and would be told I did something wrong only to find out it was in fact a bug. This happened several times in the 3 short months we used the tool. 

The final straw though was when I went to post a job and noticed I did not get any applicants. When we post roles in India we will get flooded with applicants. I reached out and was told I never connected Indeed which I had and knew was wrong since we had been getting applicants from Indeed before. It turns out that there was a bug that disconnected our job board to Indeed and one other board. I thought it was weird we were getting so few applicants for some roles. I asked when the bug had happened and it was 30 days prior. So our roles were not posted for 30 days. If you had a bug wouldn’t you alert customers to check and make sure that they were not impacted by this bug???

I spent countless hours sharing feedback from our experience on why we were leaving. So many things were missed in the implementation process that could have been caught. I know we were not the first Greenhouse customer to move to Ashby so why would there not be a checklist? We kept finding things as we went and then had to go back to set stuff up so that reporting would work. Why wouldn’t we have done that in the first place?

The time I have spent I have not been able to get to reporting and other things that my boss has asked of me and could have been spent hiring or training my team. This truly negatively impacted myself and my company in hiring.

Had things been properly explained on several different issues, the poor onboarding experience and our jobs being unposted from Indeed (for an entire month!) are what have made me feel that this was the worst decision I have made in my professional career and felt the ongoing pain of that even in migrating back to Greenhouse. This caused major hardship for our business and has put us further behind in hiring and loss of time that we can NEVER get back.

We were really hoping that Ashby was going to be that all-in-one solution that they claim to be but never got past the ATS. The AI and other things don’t matter if your ATS is broken. Ashby made the same mistake most recruiting tools do: 1) they don’t understand recruiters and 2) branch off and build other things without making sure their core product works.

They have solved zero problems and only created a massive headached and mess that has taken me over a month to clean up post migration back to Greenhouse and do data clean up.

- customizable beyond what you'd expect. With the Workday integration, our position data is visible in Ashby, no need for requisitions anymore. If you're looking for the accurate way to capture TTF, pass-through rates, etc when you open a backfill or evergreen role, this is the dream setup. As a former GH & Lever admin that struggled with data accuracy on evergreen reqs, this has been solved.
-it's customizable without allowing us to deviate too far with incorrect inputs. The position data feed from Workday, ensures that no candidate is hired in Ashby and fed back into Workday with position details that don't match. We're catching manual errors up front on the offer in Ashby before it's harder to clean up in the HRIS.
- the Ashby team is responsive, knowledgable and fun to work with
- feature requests are responded to - it's not going into a void
- I'm a program manager, not a data analyst with expertise in Tableau or Data Studio. The reporting functions are exactly what our team needed for presenting to exec leadership, because Ashby makes creating dashboards accessible and easy to customize for different audiences. 
- I'm the admin so this ATS was a game-changer for me and our downstream People Operations teammates, but I'd also add that the broader TA & hiring teams adopted this quickly and enthusiastically.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

It's not a 'dislike' but a word on preparation - switching to the all-in-one solution could mean that your TA team is learning 4 new tools at once. Build the appropriate amount of time into your implementation for proper onboarding, and you'll be just fine!

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had several problems to solve with our old ATS when researching a new one:
1)  Reporting capabilities. Myself or other TA leaders spent way too much time marrying downloads of excel files and manipulating data ourselves to prepare for business updates. What a waste of our time.
2)  We did not have a demo / sandbox environment. Every time we wanted to roll out an adjustment, we had to test in the production environment so there was elevated risks of impacting live roles/candidates.
3)  Support was non-existant on our legacy ATS package. We did not have a CSM or someone we could discuss process with to pulse-check if we were using the system correctly or to the fullest potential.
4)  We had multiple add-on software contracts because the ATS did not perform those functions / did not perform them well. This made reporting on each tool a nightmare to try to compile and aggregate. 
5) The integration with our HRIS, Workday, was semi-functional at best and needed to be custom build by an external contract engineer. Once that contract ended, making changes to our job/offer fields was not possible, because it would break the integreation.

The benefits of solving these means a lot of time back where I can focus on the things I should be focusing on, flexibility to evolve processes without impact to the integration, and an informed executive team. Ashby even has functionality to incorporate brand colors into reporting, so our dashboards are always presentation ready.

Ashby is a game changing platform for talent teams. Unlike other ATS platforms, it has truly been built to reflect the demands of recruitment as they are now. There is so much intelligent automation, unbelievably powerful reporting and data analysis and features that I have seen in no other platform.

I badgered my Head of Talent for 6 months about Ashby and as soon as he saw it he was absolutely blown away. 

The level of customisation is incredible and it enables you to build truly scalable talent processes all from within Ashby. The scheduling is incredibly powerful and saves so much time - plus it's built in so you get the power of a platform like Calendly but it's within your ATS and doesn't cost you a penny more.

On top of all this the support from Customer Success (I've worked with Beth, Morgan and Kyra who are all AMAZING) and the support team is unmatched. 

I cannot say enough about how much I love this platform.

Ashby is the type of platform that genuinely allows your team to do their best work in the best way because it forces you to run a seamless campaign. The UX is super smooth, the UI is stunning so I actually enjoy logging in and using it (we used Workable previously and it looked terrible and worked terribly).  Ashby University gives you everything you need, and the team are really lovely. My Finance team are also thrilled because the reporting is going to be amazing. No more manually digging for numbers for our board report every quarter because our previous ATS didn't accurately report!

Seriously - there aren't any. Any issue you have with Ashby or feature you believe is missing, they'll try their best to build into your dashboard for you. I've never found anything to be missing so far -they've thought of things I wouldnt even think of after 3.5 years in the role.

I like the ease of setup and the fact that the team could pick up the main action items quickly. I was able to build out training for my team quickly and the software had similar benefits to the larger products out there. Also, I have dealt with other companies that are slow to respond to my questions and/ or problems. Ashby quickly got back to me with help and it saved me an enormous amount of valuable time.

I have used multiple ATS' over the last 15x years, many of the market leaders and most well-known industry names. In my new role, I needed to implement a new ATS to replace Lever, which was not working for the founders and leadership. I was already set on going with a tried and trusted system that I used in a previous role, one that everyone knows in the industry. But then I was introduced to Ashby, and the demo completely changed my mind.

For me, the functionality and usability of Ashby as a Recruiter and Recruiting Leader are excellent. The most amazing thing for me is having the automated interview scheduling and booking links embedded into email templates. We no longer have to do manual scheduling, and no longer have to use tools like Calendly. Everything is self-serve now, meaning we no longer need to hire an interview coordinator. We also love how easy it is to cycle through applicants, move people between stages, manage access rights, manage headcount planning and pretty much everything else.

The reporting is also the best I have ever seen in an ATS. On my management updates, I can easily generate and share reports on our current candidate funnel, pass-through rates, offer acceptance rates, future hires, remaining open headcount and literally anything else needed. 

I'm afraid I have to disagree with a couple of other reviewers criticising the UI.  For us, it is very intuitive and clean and the amount of clicks and steps are minimal. Far lower than in other tools we have all used elsewhere. It just takes a lot of work at the beginning to set things up properly to achieve the self-serve and automation potential.

We also love that we have integrated Ashby seamlessly with our HR tool (HiBob), EOR Partner (Deel), and Checkr. A simple click of a button pushes the data to each tool as needed. 

Big shoutout for the CS team also. Morgan was brilliant for us with our Lever migration and Ashby set up.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

There is nothing that I dislike. But I would love to see more development around the compensation bands and offer functionality. Being able to add more data, like equity allocations per opening, splits and OTE in salaries for roles with variable components to their compensation, bonus allocations and frequency of payments, would be very helpful.

Ashby is solving problems with scheduling, sourcing and candidate search functionality that up until now, many ATS vendors have talked about but not delivered.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

Ashby gives you a TON of functionality at a very competitive price point. If you have the time and/or resources to leverage a chunk of what you get, the ROI is likely very high. It's very convenient to have a Linkedin sourcing extension (with contact data)  and an email sequencing tool integrated into a solid ATS.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

There's a ton of functionality, so it's easy to get bogged down with stuff you don't really need. The UI could also be a bit more intuitive as it's not always easy to find/do what you need (especially for admins). My biggest gripe is their Linkedin sourcing extension -- you need to go into each candidate profile one by one to add them to Ashby rather than allowing you to use LI's powerful search functionality to add candidates in bulk by selecting from the search results.

Ashby allows us to post jobs, organize and track candidates, source candidates from Linkedin recruiter, automate candidate outreach and follow ups, and collaborate with the team during the interview process.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

It's very intuitive. The UI is designed more like a website you're used to using with pop ups (within the original window), and less clicking around than Greenhouse. It's extremely customizable and less expensive.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Since it's a newer product, it does have some bugs that I have been catching and reporting to our CSM or their very helpful support team. They have fixed every bug in a timely manner though and proactively followed up.

Streamlined applicant tracking with excellent visual displays of pipeline and robust customizable reporting. Super easy to use scheduling features - everything can be automated so you can get a lot done with a small team.

Awesome features I love using most and discovering with each update:
-the alias function for email outreach
-the support team's receptiveness to feedback or issues, prompt response and availability
-automations such as autoreject, autoarchive
-the analytics 💜

What I felt as a disadvantage, but it's also relating to the team size and our company's resources:
-lookups price
-features that are hidden and need a bit of drill down 
-no autosave for notes, feedback forms
-mobile version can be optimized (for example for screening candidates easier I'd love a profile swipe yes/no approach)

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are super speedy in delivering useful features across the whole ATS & CRM concept. The overview it gives through analytics into hiring insights is extremely useful. 
My favorite parts are the sourcing & outreach functionalities, especially the one of sequences - scheduling, personalization and customization levels are awesome.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

What I like the most about Ashby is definitely their Google Chrome Extension, which allows us to add candidates directly from LinkedIn. It saves us a bunch of time and makes it easier to source collaboratively — we can effortlessly see which candidates have already been contacted by someone else without interrupting our search. Our team worships it!

I also value the clean and intuitive interface and the customizable filters on the candidate pipeline. I've used many Application Tracking Systems before, and Ashby is certainly my favorite.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

The recent product updates were amazing! There were some improvement opportunities back when I started using it, but they have all been addressed along the way.

Ashby is a key productivity tool for our team! It helps us keep the hiring processes documented, track the candidates' progress and be much more efficient with sourcing.

I love that it is a powerful and intuitive tool that has clearly had investment in the most important areas for ATS power users and hiring managers alike. Other tools often overly invest in gimmicks, but Ashby just does the key actions you need it to really well. 
This combined with a steller customer success team, great data dashboards and reports

Whilst Ashby is not the cheapest tool on the market, the automations, templates, reporting and admin structure as well as careers site function are well worth the investment.

Ashby's customizable reporting capabilities make me a stronger Ops person for my team. I can quickly maneuver reports, set up alerts, and generate various dashboards for different projects or hiring teams.

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Based on my usage of just the reporting function there isnt much. At times, there are a few bugs that present themselves, but Kyra and the team is quick to address/respond. Understandably since Greenhouse is a separate ATS there will be limitations.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby is solving the age-old problem of Greenhouse reporting; out-of-the-box Greenhouse is not very useful, and Ashby allows me to run better reports with more confidence. Additionally, as my company scales, control over Greenhouse also spreads, and the alerts allow me to keep tabs on actions in Greenhouse to ensure everything is accounted for.

Ashby is a tool that just makes sense. As a Talent Lead, I was able to customize all the processes and manage my pipeline seamlessly. Features like the booking link, alerts, templates save me hours every day. On top of that the reporting part is ridiculously complete.

I think there are many things that can improve. But overall the experience is already great. If I could suggest some improvements, it could be for example on the sourcing part (projects).

The Chrome sourcing extension/email lookup is extremely helpful. It makes it easy to contact candidates and add them to our ATS. I also love the support team because they are very helpful and responsive!

The tool is so comprehensive that I'm still getting used to all the features. Since we don't have a dedicated recruiter on staff, it has taken us a bunch of time to get up to speed and set things up to streamline our process.

The analytics are the best feature of Ashby. They make it simple to create many different reports & dashboards that give you a complete picture of the health of your recruiting operations & areas of improvement. This allowed our recruiting team to spend less time on creating manual reports and more time on recruiting.

There hasn't been much to dislike so far. Ashby is great. We ran into some technical difficulties when we were importing candidates from our previous ATS to Ashby, but their team worked closely with us and quickly resolved the issue.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1/ We were spending a lot of time manually analyzing data and creating reports to understand the efficiency of our recruiting team. Ashby was able to automate all of it & more.
2/ Ashby has helped us improve pipeline management through an intuitive UI that lays out what candidates are in which part of the process & how long they've been there.

The platform itself is phenomenal to spend 40+ hours a week in. UI is smooth. From Top of Funnel to Onboarding Ashby covers it all. Hands down, its differentiator is 1. The People - WOW. I cannot express enough, how incredible the Ashby team is. Benji is a phenomenal founder and the Customer Success team is exemplary. Ravan Charles is incredibly talented in leading the best Customer Success team in the HR Tech marketplace. Other top ATS plartforms require ticket submissions on platform that go unresolved after 48-72 hour response delays, whereas Ashby emails back within hours, minutes, and CARES about the relationship. 2. The fully integrated email extraction tool via Chrome extension is next level and performs. Looking forward to Ashby's continued success. Don't buy Greenhouse without speaking to Ashby first.

The team is responsive to UI, features, and function feedback. Ashby is definitely an engineering-led product; which offers a ton of customization. Won't put feature requests on blast publicly since they will be likely be integrated quickly. PMF.

The tool is not user-friendly, the UI is clunky, and there are way too many steps in each process to set up.   Many parts of the tool require extra steps I feel can be condensed and or eliminated (create some automation here), so the user doesn't have to do specific tasks.  The interview plans are clunky.  The University needs to be improved; I often cannot find what I am looking for, so I have to create a ticket.  There is nothing about the tool that STANDS OUT; it feels like it is still in building mode.

I like the sequencing tool; this helps with sourcing and our ability to connect with talent multiple times in one place.

I love that Ashby has the pre-defined reports & templates that I can use as a starting point and then iterate off of that with filters/etc. I have never used competitor products!

**What do you dislike about Ashby?**

Some reports are a little rigid/inflexible -- i.e. the "Time in Process" only lets you report on the median, not the mean. Additionally, sometimes custom reports return results that don't actually meet my query criteria.

**What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ashby is regularly adding new reports and templates which we are experimenting with. I think the biggest win coming up is the addition of candidate experience reporting -- this is something that we've been interested in exploring & our rep at Ashby has shown us a number of features that will be available to us on this topic.

**What do you like best about Ashby?**

We've been using Ashby for the past year plus. We evaluated multiple leading ATS at the time, and found Ashby fits our needs as a fast-growing startup the most. It is feature rich, very adaptable, and perfect for remote collaboration. The calendar tool has the functionality to consolidate multiple panel interviewers' schedules. Overall very satisfied with the experience and we just renewed for another year!
