**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

I use Timetastic for holiday and sick leave planning. It gives me a great overview of how many holidays I have left and shows an overview of absence across the entire team. I love the weekly emails you get to inform you of any absence within the team. The initial setup was very easy, and with less than 10 people in our company, it's been a perfect fit for us.

I find Timetastic provides a great overview of remaining holidays and team absences, and the weekly emails keep me informed about any absences within the team.

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

I find it easy to book days with Timetastic, which saves me from the hassle of having to go through multiple calendars and emailing lots of dates. I can just do everything in one place. It's also easy to see when other people in the team are on holiday, which really helps with planning. Additionally, its overall ease of use makes it a valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

There's quite an early cutoff for changing plans on the day. I'd like it to be a bit more flexible so you can change daily plans until 9am.

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Timetastic for booking annual leave, holidays, and WFH days. It makes it easy to see when team members are on holiday and is quicker than using multiple calendars and emails. Booking everything in one place is convenient.

Simple and visual interface. Quickly see my remaining days off , also I can check teammates annual leave with just a few clicks. Very Easy to use.

Reporting options could be more detailed, and it would be great to have more flexibility with approval workflows or integrating with other HR tools. But overall, it still does a solid job for day-to-day absence management.

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

You can track other people's leaves in your complete organization department wise and can see who's on leave on which date. Being a presales consultant, I have to coordinate with a lot of internal stakeholders so it becomes really easy for me to arrange meetings and manage the work accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

There is no downside as such that I have experienced but I don't see any option for searching an employee, I can filter with the departments and then have to scroll to find the right person.

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helped me in tracking my leaves and my team member's leaves, based on which we can plan work and meetings. It also gives a consolidated view of your calendar which helps you understand how many leaves are left, no. of leaves taken in a particular month, etc.

It is perfect for planning the vacations of all employees without having a spreadsheet where it is messy and it costs more work to keep an order, Timetastic is fantastic in its function of being able to organize leaves, vacations, permits, schedules without merging dates or employees at the same time

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

The implementation of Timestatic has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our organization. With it in place, we no longer have to rely on spreadsheets for in-house timesheets and leave purposes. Rather, I can am now able to focus on being a director and leading the team instead of managing number of unnecessary documents and files. The platform provides a holistic overview. This eliminates the need for redundant conversations between my employees and I, as everything is easily visible on the system. As a result, we have had an extremely successful implementation of Timestatic - making us more efficient than ever before!

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

I have no dislikes for the moment. The simple and effective HR tool is a welcome addition to any organization. Employees can easily access the platform and manage their leave, and attendance. Managers can also easily evaluate individual performance with this tool, helping them to make better decisions within their team setting. There is no dislike about this HR tool.

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timetastic also keeps track of annual allowances and updates calendars - everything is accessible from desktop or native mobile app so everyone can access the information they need. All these invaluable features are wrapped up into one neat package, ensuring staff absence management is simpler than ever before.

Since introducing Timestatic into our organization, we have been able to replace the labor-intensive paper processes that used to absorb much of my time as a manager. This transition to a digital system has been immensely beneficial because it allows me to focus more on my role as a leader and less on mundane administrative tasks. Additionally, each of our team members now has their own personal calendar and annual summary where they can view their absences and be aware of any foreseeable holidays or days off. This makes for a smoother and more transparent management system, and has certainly made my job much easier and more efficient.

The wide range of templates available in this tool makes it incredibly easy to create various documents rapidly. Nonetheless, there is potential to make these templates even more advantageous. By taking advantage of Timestatic’s comprehensive system, I’ve been able to manage holiday requests much more quickly and efficiently than with a manual system. It offers an abundance of features and functions, from tracking employee leave requests to the ability to create customized policies, approval flow settings and report generation. Furthermore, its intuitive interface makes it simple to quickly locate whatever information you may need. This also provides a clear picture on why an absence occurred and when it happened, enabling us to better assess any challenges.

There is no dislike I have been facing as such.  If they invest in the necessary software upgrades now, it will result in less downtime and better results in the future is just my recommendation.

If you're looking for a way to keep track of who's working when Timetastic calendars are perfect. They reflect the current week and can help ensure that no one falls behind. With the Timetastic calendars , you can see who should be working and when.

One of the few things I don't like about Timetastic is that it requires me to edit my time as often, if not more than once every day. There are so many steps involved in recording and editing hours that sometimes they can take up valuable work time instead of being able to do it on a schedule where you're clocking out whenever you are done working.

Timetastic is a new interactive wall chart that helps you keep track of who's in and out. Timetastic is the ultimate tool for staying on top of your professional life. With a simple glance, you can keep up with who's in and out at all times! Whether it be annual leave or sick days, Timetass allows managers to plan accordingly without worrying about any unplanned absences that could cause them complications when managing staff schedules during busy periods like the holiday season. It seamlessly integrates with your other apps like Google Calendar and Slack.

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

I love how easy it is to view everyone within the company, within a certain department, or a specific team at a glance. I can prepare for everyone's scheduled assignments easily. Booking time adjustments is also couldn't be easier on the web app and the phone app.

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

I wish I could get individual alerts for specific real-time changes for people on the team (I'm not set as an admin which may be why I can't do this), as the head of a department who needs to organize schedules, it would be much easier to have a way to automatically update this in, say, Airtable, so I can pre-populate schedule changes for people who won't be able to cover the days they are supposed to be on and swap them in for someone who is due to be scheduled next. But, this is more of an integration gripe and not a Timetastic gripe

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being on a fully remote team that has an All-Hands approach to Client Support, It's critical I fairly distribute the days that each person is designated as the one to keep an eye on our customer interactions. Timetastic makes is simple for me to see who is on each day and who isn't, and plan accordingly. It's also an immensely simple way for the entire team to see all public holidays each team member has on their individual calendar, so we have no surprises as to why someone is out.

How simple timetastic is for leave management. It has a simple UI and just takes a few minutes to get used to the system.

The system is easy in tracking and filling out leave for the staff. The app is easy to use.

The interface is very simple but shows everything that you need to know is accessible to you.

I don't like how the calendar has to be shifted month to month and the days are listed in a horizontal left to right order.

This makes it easy to see when different employees are remote, out of office, etc. for planning purposes. It helps because I can make sure not to schedule a meeting when someone on my team is out. I can also quickly request time off without scheduling a meeting with my manager.

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

Pay per user, no contract, really easy to manage and segment into several departments'. Ability to use as an app - can get employees/ers to download and sign in for easy time-off requests. Integrates really well with Google Calendar. 

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

The fact you can only have one email to send the notifications too. It would be great if you could set this to multiple, so that for example. both team leaders and managers are able to see real-time requests. 

**Recommendations to others considering Timetastic:**

The price is really good for what you get included in the package. It's a basic system, simply for managing time off. It's perfect for smaller business' that need an overview of their staff's attendance. Perfect if you don't need an advanced system, does what it says on the tin.

The ability to limit time-off booked to a specific number, allowing the system to manage itself. As this works well with Google Calendar it's easy to give read-only access to certain people. Easy to keep track of sick days, remaining holiday, non-paid time off.

The flexibility of being able to change leave reviewers as well as custom leave types. The ability to see the balances of leave as well as the other members of staff off at the same time is particularly good.

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

Nice way to manage time off, which gets rid of forms and spreadsheets, allowing requests direct from online calendar for approval via email. It's an easy to use system where everything gets tracked, & updated instantly. This all integrates with any existing calendars and impressively works with GSuite, and is flexible to be able to cover different scenarios. 


**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

Not much really... sometimes took a while to sync w/ Google or other calendars, & stumbled to adopt with some flexible working patterns, but we were able to manually work around minor glitches.

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to facilitate people in our organization being able to see  when they can book holidays or absence in the comfort of their own time, without having to wait until they are back at the office calendar or inquiring with management...  It's made life easier with less paperwork.

Easy to use app and summary features and slack integration.  Overall its low cost and does the job.

login can be wonky and more structure around how time off is categorized.  They could also be better about how to track against unlimited policies.  Our current company is unlimited and its a little unclear how to do that.

Slack integration is key.  Ensure that the team understands the categorization of time off.

There are different level of permits, meaning upper management can get a full view of everyone allowances for time off but lower levels cant see their managers holidays.

Approval process is simple and clean.

It integrates with Gmail and Salck

The mobile app crashes a lot. 

User interface is not very good.

Integration with Slack works really well.

With Timetastic I am able to synchronize between all of the member´s holidays to make sure no item is left unattended.

Simple clean layout with easy to use functionality on desktop or mobile

That its a single task application, they have done this so well it would be good to see what else the team could do!

**Recommendations to others considering Timetastic:**

perfect for small to medium size businesses where you are juggling several different roles, Timetastic makes it straightforward to keep track of leave and comply with your allowances and means everyone knows where they are in terms of what they have left and when their colleagues will be away too.

Keeping track of leave allowances, leave scheduling, monitoring sick leave, paternity leave, compassionate leave and availability

Timetastic really allows me to stop tracking all PTO's on paper and allows for quick acceptance and monitoring of schedules

The pricing could be better but it is not too bad as of now

My job requires my attention on a lot of data input and things that take up most of my time so with this site we are really able to cut time in half on the things I do not need to spend that much time on

**What do you like best about Timetastic?**

I love that we are able to see everyone’s time off in one place so you can identify when there are days that align across the whole team. Also the option to create groups favorites (for small team tracking purposes) is really helpful. 

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

This is nit picky, but I wish I could customize the colors and different views of the wallchart. Perhaps functionality to identify the time zones the teammates are working from would be helpful too 

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates an easy way for everyone within our remote team to request time off in a centralized manner, it promotes transparency as others can see when people are off or on, and it helps to promote a healthy culture of taking time to rest and recharge.

Love the wall planner
Brilliant tool for organizing staff leave
Good for calculating holiday allowance
Good for highlighting clashes of staff members with the same period of leave booked

**What do you dislike about Timetastic?**

It can be difficult to calculate holiday allowance if staff leave midway through the year.

**What problems is Timetastic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole problem of holiday requests is solved. No more form filling and the employee gets their holiday approved within minutes.

So easy to use - the dashboard gives the user an "at a glance" picture of staff in and out by department

Needs to increase functionality to involve other parts of HR
