The problem we solve is giving instant availablity to propsects and clients. They can choose the date and time which works best for them, and they choose the duration and the subject, whether it be an Introduction Meeting, Discovery Call, Proposal, or even a Job Candidate Interview.
The benefit we realize is speed. That speed to book a meeting comes from the ease of use, and the multiple channels we can run to get the meeting. The faster we book a meeting, the faster we meet, the faster we make a proposal, the sooner we can close a deal. Before COVID-19 we were already living in the age of the custmer. Now, with so many people working virtually, it is vital to be FIRST to address a potential customer. The spped whith which a prospect can move, in terms of gathering information, must be countered with the ability to CONTROL the tempo of the conversation.
