What I don’t like is that it can feel a bit heavy and confusing at first, especially while you’re learning the interface. Some views take time to get used to, and at times it seems like there are too many fields or steps for what should be simple updates.
The initial setup and implementation can also take a while, particularly for new teams. In the beginning, the platform comes across as complex because there are so many features and different views to navigate.
