"Streamlined Forecasting with Clari, but Needs More Integration"
What do you like best about Clari?

Using Clari to streamline my sales forecasting has been extremely helpful. I get quick insights into my quarterly targets and the deals I need to close, and the way Clari classifies deals by forecast category makes everything much easier. Reporting to my direct manager has become much more straightforward , I simply update my weekly forecast, and he immediately has a clear overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

There are certain fields that need to be filled in through Sales Force, and I wish I could manage all of them directly within Clari. It would be much more convenient to have full control in one place and avoid having to switch back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

What I like best about Clari is how it simplifies and centralizes our forecasting process. Before Clari, we were stuck using PowerPoint for forecasting—imagine! Now, everything is in one place, and senior leadership has powerful, real-time insights into forecasting and pipeline health. I appreciate how customizable it is, allowing us to tailor dashboards and reports to align with our specific needs. This flexibility makes it easier for us to identify sandbagging and track mid-funnel performance, which is crucial given how long our deal cycles can be.

It is quite easy to set up, although you will regularly be going via support/CS to have more significant changes made, however they are very responsive for simple structural changes.

For less mature organisations, the speed with which you can reach good forecasting is excellent, with a lot of the more complex trended analysis being available as soon as you integrate with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

One challenge with Clari is a lack of transparency into the underlying data that drives certain analytics. As someone used to diving into row-level data, not having that transparency makes it harder to explain deltas or discrepancies to leadership. This impacts our trust in the data, and dramatically limits our ability to do ad hoc analysis.

It's also very much a walled garden, especially around some of the new ai features, which does raise concerns about the future direction. Especially with the acquisition of salesloft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari provides me with a follow up tool that allows me to provide well documented forecast input to my VP. Thanks to tooling like trend flow and pulse, I can combine my own estimations with the AI input from the tool. It also helps me to check the coverage ratio needed for my different sales professionals and their hygiene in SFDC. Further more I get info from the activity tab that invites me to ask very specific questions as to deal progress. What do you dislike about Clari?

Not everything can be included in statistics. An evolution through the quarter is often not always revealing what happened. What do you like best about Clari?

We started using Groove in 2023 for our inside sales team and later rolled it out across the entire company. The support we've received has been outstanding, and we continue to have bi-weekly meetings with our Account Manager, Amanda Harper, along with Katie. Honestly, the onboarding process, ongoing support, and responsiveness we've experienced have far outweighed any technical issues we've encountered with Groove. As a Sales Manager, I can confidently say that Amanda is a tremendous asset to Clari. She is professional, organized, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. What do you dislike about Clari?

Since we started using Groove in 2023, there have been numerous enhancements. Initially, we encountered some technical issues and found certain limitations in its functionality, but over time, updates were made to address these concerns.

Overall, I find it intuitive to create templates and flows, and the integration with Salesforce is especially valuable. As a manager, I would appreciate more KPI analytics available in a dashboard that merges Salesforce pipeline data with Groove outcomes. This would help reps take greater ownership of their sales activities and better prioritize their follow-ups.

Additionally, having more case studies and resources that showcase best practices and strategies for maximizing reach and effectiveness with Groove would be beneficial. Learning how others are leveraging the platform would provide valuable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clari?

I like the ability to easily change important fields in Clari and Salesforce with one click. I also like the ability to see the hierarchy of deals based on location and manager, and how they are being attained with our goal. Seeing hundreds of deals grouped the way we forecast, and then being able to filter down based on different types of fields we put into Salesforce is great. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari is always evolving! Since you mentioned its ease of use and tracking features, I’ll share a few other aspects that I think really stand out recently:

AI-Powered Forecasting: Clari’s predictive analytics and AI-driven forecasting have gotten stronger. It’s able to pull data from multiple sources to create highly accurate revenue predictions. This helps teams stay proactive and adjust strategies quickly.

Deal Slippage Alerts: The system now offers better deal slippage indicators, so sales teams can get early warnings about deals that are likely to move slower than expected or face roadblocks. This can help to fix things before they become a bigger issue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clari’s enhanced visibility into pipeline metrics means that not just sales teams, but also marketing, finance, and customer success teams can align on goals and projections. This shared data makes cross-functional collaboration much more streamlined.

Salesforce Integration UI (Side Panel Issue):

As you mentioned, the new Clari side panel in Salesforce can be intrusive, especially since it can’t easily be hidden or minimized. This affects screen real estate and user experience. A simple "collapse" or "hide" button would solve this.

Occasional Bugs & Lag:

"Share Questionable and Often Unanswered Data with Groove"
What do you like best about Clari?

Turns out Clari took the approach of every other self-proclaimed AI analytics company and opted to record data in a format that Overwrites and/or Deletes data they deemed “negative results” to ensure their software highlights that their various useless tools are working. These data storage decisions make it impossible to actually implement change or improve sales within any organization.

Unless you or business requires a pat on the back you pay for to boost your self-esteem, this is an utter waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Lies and coverups. They venture into Business Partnerships under a guise of deceit and press it as far as they can before admitting they don’t have engineers qualified enough to fix the glaring issues in their software. Company Founders will go out of their way to not answer questions and rely on hopes and a prayer that their latest band-aid will hold their entire platform together.

This is nothing more than a pig wearing colored lip balm – do yourself, your company, and the actual sellers you expect to use this software a favor and at least spring for a pig wearing lipstick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I truly appreciate Clari's visual and interactive user interface, which significantly enhances its usability and makes it very useful in my daily tasks. What do you like best about Clari?

Clari Copilot has been a huge help in simplifying my day to day workflow. I love how it automatically logs meetings with topics directly into Salesforce, it saves me time and keeps everything organized. The ability to regenerate an email based on a call is another standout feature that makes follow-ups so much easier.

What do you dislike about Clari?

While the platform is incredibly useful, there are a few areas that could be improved. I wish it were more organic and easier to record in-person meetings. At times, the inbound dialer can give me issues, which interrupts the flow of my work. Additionally, when multiple people are speaking on a call, the transcripts can get mixed up, making it harder to follow the conversation afterward.

There have been a few times I’ve run into technical issues, but the support team is quick, responsive, and always resolves things efficiently.
