You can monitor performance, use it to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems, and it does well with alerts and notifications when something is starting to fail. **What do you dislike about New Relic?** As a PM, I want to be able to have an integrated platform that not only encompasses visibility from back-end/system perspective, but combines it well with RUM. However current RUM functionality and options are limited and do not serve our needs. Also, the UI/UX is not super intuitive or easy to use, and would require a steep learning curve esp. when onboarding other team members. **What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?** New Relic is constantly expanding their toolbox and adding new functionality and useful features (ever-evolving).
