It captures meetings and conversations with very few errors, even across different accents and dialects. The searchable transcript feature is also excellent and makes it easy to quickly find specific discussions. Integration with Zoom and Teams is seamless. **What do you dislike about Otter.ai?** What I dislike is that the free tier is quite limited in terms of transcription minutes. The accuracy can also drop when there’s background noise, and technical terms often get misinterpreted, so I end up having to manually edit the transcript. **What problems is Otter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Otter.ai solves the problem of losing important details from meetings. Before using it, I either spent time trying to take notes during meetings and ended up missing parts of the conversation, or I relied on my memory afterward and inevitably forgot key action items. Now the transcription runs automatically, so I can stay fully engaged in the discussion and review the notes later when I need them. It has also made it much easier to share meeting outcomes with colleagues who couldn’t attend. I can share the transcript or highlight the key points directly.
