I also have the option to record manually, if I choose it so. Instant Meeting Recaps: The AI-generated summary and action items that arrive after the meeting are incredibly useful for quick follow-ups without needing to read the entire transcript. Creating a Searchable Memory: Every meeting becomes a searchable database. I can instantly find key decisions or technical details from weeks ago just by typing a keyword. **What do you dislike about Otter.ai?** It's not a perfect solution. While the transcription accuracy is impressive, it can stumble, especially with company-specific acronyms, complex technical jargon, or colleagues with strong accents. I also like that it separates the transcription based on how many speakers there are so it’s not all compiled into one paragraph and that makes it easier to read with a conversational flow. The asking questions about the meeting with the AI feature is very helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Otter.ai?** When I was recording a meeting, the AI software did not accurately record a member's speech because of an accent. We had to go in afterward and type out all his words manually in a new meeting minutes transcript. More diverse language recognition is definitely necessary. **What problems is Otter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hiring or working with a person to take notes during meeetings especially for multiple smaller meetings is difficult. I'm in an environemnt where we need to have many short meetings.
