The app is amazing I love how it connects everyone and and how easy it is to manage everything, it's also great to be able to freely appreciate your co workers and the great jobs they do, earning and redeeming the rewards has also been problem free

I like the fact we can recognize our amazing colleagues every day and share their success and milestones together while we continue to encourage good performance.

I think we could have more and more variated amounts to give. Just so we could take advantage of the monthly allowance and make sure to recognize everyone fairly.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can recognize our colleague's effort in such a modern and awesome way! Cards are cool, but public recognition and rewards are incredible recognition. It certainly motives you to keep up with the good performance.

The rush to use points by the end of the month sometimes results in team members using them in ways that aren't necessarily what the program was designed for.

I find it a very easy platform to give recognition to members on sister teams and outside my org. It's difficult to show gratitude to memebers that are outside of your team, and doing it with bonusly is a way for their manager to see it and for them to get a little something!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I think the feed of who is getting bonusly's could be improved. It would be cool to prioritize seeing bonuslys for those who have given/recieved a bonusly from you. I'd like a feature for managers to be able to "watch" certain individuals so they know who appreciates them!

It's hard to show recognition to others outside of your team when they help you. Bonusly gives a central way to do that.

Bonusly is fun, and friendly. It is amazing the impact it can have on your motivation. I love it whenever I receive a notification regarding some recognition from aither a Teammate or a superior.

I caqn not say there is something I dont like about bonusly:however, I would love to have more options for rewards, such as a PS subscription membership.

The fact that the team gets to reward one another and recognize the teams efforts with tangible rewards is fantastic. Epic concept, solid execution- slack integration is great

Nothing really. I think that the reminders to spend the points could be a little more pronounced

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Dashboards which gives Visibility across company for the good work teams does and keep them motivated. It also has integrated with slack which gives notification for any new appreciations.
The redeemable part is great and can be redeemed with multiple options.

Nothing as such now. Features very good and intutive

It solves motivation and aspiration problems within the team. Creates a positive morale across the team for their works appreciation

I was just introduced to Bonusly at my new place of employment and I think it's an amazing way to recognize and support each other!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing at all. I have nothing but positive things to say.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating a sense of family within the company. Especially since we don't see each other often, it's a great way to stay in touch while raising moral and receiving incentives in the process!

The ease of giving and advertising recognition.  Bonusly goes beyond the old "attaboy" and hands superstar employees ACTUAL REWARDS for their efforts.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing?  There's really nothing about bonusly that I dislike.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're always trying to increase engagement between teams, while recognizing those that go above and beyond.  Bonusly allows our team members to recognize each other, quickly, and accurately illuminating achievements and wins we would never have known about otherwise.

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The Recognition I get to give and receive. I also like it when others can comment on the recognition given to others. Especially what I do enjoy is being able to redeem points into gift cards.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Sometimes I find it hard to place the appropriate symbols that's needed to assign points to the person e.g. I want to assign 10 points to John Q. I click on number to assign points, but sometimes the number option doesn't come up, so I have to manually put it number. Not a huge issue, but after I do that, the name that I'm searching for won't always pop up for selection.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not that I'm solving any problems with bonusly since I haven't done any coding. But again, the recognition system makes me feel good. I love being recognized for my work.

Nothing much really at this time. I am just honestly enjoying how Bonusly is wroking.

Not really a problem I guess, but BONUSLY is really helping the company and the employees to engage with each other with a bonus of getting extra points with all the hardwork they're doing.

Bonusly is great at surfacing contributions from your team/org and allowing others to tag onto the celebrations for great work done. The organization graph is also helpful to see who is receiving lots of recognition and who is being overlooked/forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

It's difficult to filter the feed to see recognitions/callouts that are relevant to your team or immediate organization.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly allows us to have a public forum in which employees are publicly recognized for when they go above and beyond, while also being rewarded for it.

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I love that you can reward someone and make it personal. I love the use of GIF's and the morale boost that you get, regardless of the size of the reward. It's a fun way to stay interactive with everyone you work with, regardless of not being in contact daily. Remembered and not forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I get annoyed that I still have to put a message AND a hashtag. Sometimes, I feel like the message says what I want or the hashtag does, and I don't feel the need for both.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We all work remotely, and it helps to keep the entire company united and engaged with each other. It's also helping to motivate different teams with award incentives that we can offer for meeting their goals.
