While our overall experience has been very positive, there are a couple areas where env zero could improve. The support ticket process could provide better visibility into ticket status and progress. We would also like to see more detailed and accessible reporting around license consumption and usage trends to help with planning, forecasting, and overall license management. I like how env0 makes managing Terraform environments much easier. It gives us a central place to run and track changes, handle approvals, and see what’s happening with each environment. I'm facing a couple of issues with env0. The self-hosted version has a timeout that reaches very fast, which can be pretty frustrating.
