What do you like best about Highspot?

Compared to the mess that is SharePoint and Teams groups, Highspot is a joy to use: it presents content in an easy to consume way, is searchable and easy to navigate. Above all, it looks like it comes from the 21st century: not just a random list of filenames but rather all the things one has come to expect: previews, summaries, ability to view content like presentations directly on the page. It's great to be able to share both internally and externally from the app. I love the fact that you can create your own "spot" for content and I also really like the fact that it's so easy to see when new versions of content become available.

Honesly, I wish we just collapsed *all* content into one place, like Highspot, because its version control is so good. It often gets rid of the issue of having to constantly re-download "the latest version" of things, simply becuase you can keep references to documents in your Spot and they will always be the latest version. What do you dislike about Highspot?

I feel that sharing could be a little easier, especially for internal colleagues: it would be great to just right click something and send a link directly to a colleague by email (or Teams). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Search for, and share, the latest versions of content both internally and externally. The benefit of being able to get to content easily without having to trawl through a network of internal Sharepoint (and other, archaic, sites), web links that are known to only a few and have long and complex access rights issues, is immense. What do you like best about Highspot?

Ease of use in regards to UI. Amazing UI. Very helpful and resoureful tool. Love that you can share , collaborate and send files on the platform internally and extrnally. As a newcomer to the B2B sales consulting indurstry, having training courses and reference material help me become the best I can be to succeed in my role. What do you like best about Highspot?

I find the user interface to be sleek, easy to understand and navigate, and it helps me stay organized with mounds of digital collateral and saves me time finding what I want in a click or two. It is helping me stay organzied and it ensures I am using the latest, marketing approved versions of my collateral. No more chasing people with questions or clicking endlessly in directories trying to find what I need. Big, easy to understand icons make the navigation intuitive. What do you like best about Highspot?

Intuitive, simple, easy to manage, easy asset sharing, and precise ways to provide feedback to asset feedback owners.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Duplicate management of assets can be confusing (in between Bynder and Highspot), or at least not evident; an opportunity area I would highlight is as a user, getting notifications at the moment of replacing/archiving assets by using Bynder, and then with the sync occurs every 24 hrs, get the same notification with one unique ID that enables us to verify what was archived in Bynder it will not effectively appear later in Bynder as a consequence, examples: for Videos, Win Slides (Epicor Champion Circle Spot).

Inconsistencies with no previous notification about how the Pitches (that belong to a spot) are shown through the Spot Score Card. For example, if I need to switch back to a previous quarter's results and adjust the same time frames as I did in the previous quarter, it won't show the same numbers. What do you like best about Highspot?

I am pleased that Highspot has continued to develop quickly to meet customer needs. We started with the CMS side with our marketing materials and quickly added the training component. Now we're looking at the Meeting Intelligence for call recording and coaching. In the past we had 3 separate vendors for these actions. What do you like best about Highspot?

I love having all of our collateral in one place and the fact you can track engagment on the material you send out. I also love the ability to mix and match collateral which helps me highly customize the messaging I want to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many updates to the user interface and changes to the names of things, it's hard to keep up with. That causes me to lose time figuring out where I need to go to for content and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot's UI is easy to use for any kind of user persona and the customizable landing page and integrations make it simple to correlate content to user and have the user leverage the content. Implementation and integration is easy on the platform, it is more difficult on the content governance side than within the platform, adding content is easy and keeping content up to date is a quick step. We find users can easily visit Highspot and acquire their content / share content and move on to other tasks fluidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Highspot tries to be a coaching company and a sales enablement SaaS application at the same time, which can cause misalignment. The platform has a lot of features that increase the cost to use and it's difficult to map RoI to those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
