**What do you like best about Medallion?**

Have been a longtime customer of Medallion. Have seen the company really grow and improve in accountability and efficiency over the years.

Some continued issues with detail orientation and workflow standardization.

Medallion allows us to outsource licensing and credentialing applications.

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

My customer support colleagues that L have had the pleasure to work with. I enjoyed  working with Kelsey when she was here and just adore Jaclyn. Also, the cred team and how they have assisted me in my turnaround times for cred have made a huge impact in my workflows. Leigh in PE gets a huge shout out. I can't say enough how these teams have helped and continue to help my work streams.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

Have to be on top of PE reps in terms of entering notes. Sometimes hard to follow for audit purposes and found out some apps were not submitted. Caused a pain point on my end.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining cred and enrollment. This is helping me in a department of one still scale and effectively offer strategic solutions to my company.

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

Medallion's customer support team is always so helpful! Whether I go to my account manager, or use the chat feature, they are able to easily support me within  a timely manner. Additionally, they have made a lot of changes to the platform and their refporting, which makes it easy for me to garner insights.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

Sometimes the platform can run a bit slow or take some time to load, would like to see this improved in the future.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medallion has helped support our licensing function but completing licensing applications and tracking the information/

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

I like the user interface of Medallion's platform! We use the platform quite frequently and it has been instrumental in our cross-licensing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

The downsides of Medallion have been the support for clinicians – oftentimes the clinicians are confused/unclear of what tasks they need to complete.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medallion has helped us greatly with our cross-licensing efforts, allowing our clinicians to serve more clients

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

Account Management works to resolve issues
Licensing timelines are better than previous experiances 
Dashboard is userfriendly and felpful with transcperancy
Quick turnaround times on support chats

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

Quality of work is subpar
Ever changing hands allows more errors and things falling through the cracks
they do not provide "white glove" service
providers can become disgruntled and lose trust due to repeated errors.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our MANUAL internal credentialing cycle is no more thanks to Medallion.

Platform display is visually easy for the user 
Request submissions
Updates & Notes of applications can be found easily

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

Alignment of group vs individual enorllments (groups elected contracts & LOB's) and the customiation per client. 
Reporting is currently minimal and the output of the report builder is not template or roster friendly

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our group contact as been able to provide us data report "dump" that we are able to maniuplate to meet payers template or format requirements

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

The technical product is easy to understand and use for communication. I appreciate the support staff; they are accommodating and responsive to my questions promptly. This has significantly reduced my stress transitioning from an internal management approach.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

The burden of organizing CME is a huge stressor, and having to upload it into third-party services is not hugely burdensome. Still, it would be amazing to simplify further the tasks required operationally.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from internal management to external support, I needed the full support of my existing 51 licenses and am very grateful that this service exists. The whole reason I built an internal team in 2016 was b/c I didn't think the services on the market could manage my teams needs at the time reliably.

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

Our Account Manager is responsive and helps our team understand how to best optimize the use of Medallion's credentialing platform.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

There are some parts of the process that I would like to see automated, such as notifications when verifications are completed.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing a database to track the credentialing status of our clinicians and assist with cross-state licensing to expand our reach to save lives.

I had used Medallion at a previous job, so I trusted them to get the job done again.

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

The pricing I wish was a bit lower but its fine given the investment aspect.

To set up payers without us manually having to chase them down.

Everyone I worked with at Medallion was super nice and I appreicate them.

It takes a while for certain payors but that is mostly out of their control.

Signing up for payors is a nightmare, we're happy to have Medallion.

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

I appreciate their expertise.  They have some very experienced people.  We have a point of comparison.  Our previous licensing vendor made mistakes and the licensing/payer enrollment transactions took much longer.  Combine that with the competitive pricing and Medallion gave us better results at a lower price.  Also, they have been innovative.. 2 examples: 1) their fingerprinting solution; 2) integration of CME tracking

**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

They are a growth company and sometimes things fall through the cracks.  Our payer enrollment specialist  (who was terrific) was promoted... her successor was on board for a few months and then left.. and her successor did not cut it and was asked to leave.  We are now back to the original payer enrollment specialist.  Medallion has owned responsibility and worked with us so that we both learn from these gliches.

**What problems is Medallion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting licenses and Medicare/Medicaid applications requires technical knowledge, a good platform, and management of complex work flows.  We believe we are getting quality results at a reasonable price.

**What do you like best about Medallion?**

The thing I like most about Medallion is the user-friendly licensing platform that makes it much easier to track nurses and provider licensing actions.  The digital finder printing option is nice, but it doesn't completely alleviate the need for in-person fingerprints in some states.



**What do you dislike about Medallion?**

The thing I dislike the most about their platform is the reports/analytics that is available to the account admin.  I can't pull ad-hoc reports at all.  I can pull spreadsheets and then analyze the data myself, but there is no integrated BI tool to help with the analysis.  I do get weekly emails with a report, but I can't do anything to adjust or analyze that data.  Super frustrating.

Their platform allows us to easily track and request nurse licensing actions in any state in the US.  We are also using the Medallion staff support to submit licensing actions and to track tasks required to complete the licensing actions.
