What do you like best about Medallion?

My customer support colleagues that L have had the pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with Kelsey when she was here and just adore Jaclyn. Also, the cred team and how they have assisted me in my turnaround times for cred have made a huge impact in my workflows. Leigh in PE gets a huge shout out. What do you dislike about Medallion?

Have to be on top of PE reps in terms of entering notes. Sometimes hard to follow for audit purposes and found out some apps were not submitted. Caused a pain point on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medallion?

Medallion's customer support team is always so helpful! Whether I go to my account manager, or use the chat feature, they are able to easily support me within a timely manner. What do you like best about Medallion?

Alignment of group vs individual enorllments (groups elected contracts & LOB's) and the customiation per client.

What do you like best about Medallion?

The technical product is easy to understand and use for communication. I appreciate the support staff; they are accommodating and responsive to my questions promptly.
